The food was traditional Tibetan food which actually didn't fulfill my expectations. I would recommend to visit with an open mind. The atmosphere was good, felt like a Tibetan temple.

The food was absolutely delicious. The homemade lemonade was also very good. The staff was very friendly. The portion was very large; a visit is definitely worthwhile.

They don’t take Mastercard, no Debit cards except the german one. The Hotel advised us to go to this restaurant, the food was quite good. Unfortunately when it comes to paying, we tried to pay with the company’s Mastercard and even with the personal debit card, but we were informed that they only take local debit cards or cash. This was written nowhere at the entrance nor were we informed about this. We asked for a QR code or the possibility to transfer the money immediately to their account but the person in charge of the restaurant refused. This was not a pleasant experience as we had to wait for over 25 minutes to find a solution.

The food was delicious, and I would definitely eat there again. The dishes were well-seasoned and both I and my companion enjoyed them very much. However, the restaurant lacks a cozy atmosphere; there is much more potential there. The atmosphere and service could also be improved. Unfortunately, our appetizer was forgotten or not served at all, which was a bit of a shame.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and the staff are extremely polite, friendly, and attentive. The food is exceptionally delicious and also visually appealing. The menu is very comprehensive. The momos are available with both vegetarian and meat options. My favorite: spinach! The other dishes are also available with vegetarian or meat options, and I'm particularly fond of the hand-pulled noodles. A true gem of Cologne's culinary scene, and I'm looking forward to my next visit. I've rarely felt so comfortable in a restaurant.

We were there with a larger group. We reserved a table in advance, and it wasn't a problem if two more people joined us. There were seven of us, so they added another table to make more space for us. The service was friendly and seemed very authentic. It didn't take long from ordering to the food arriving on the table. The food was delicious, with fresh vegetables and a harmonious blend of spices. We highly recommend it and would be happy to return. The ambiance almost transports you to Tibet. I can only say it was perfect.

The hand-pulled noodles were particularly delicious. For starters, we had the eight mixed momos. It was a fantastic experience in a very authentic restaurant. I highly recommend it!

Truly delicious food, a relatively small but adequate menu with a variety of dumplings and various dishes featuring thick Tibetan noodles and plenty of vegetables, as well as rice dishes. The shop is small and a bit cramped, so it's not ideal for a lavish, "celebratory" meal, but it's nice for just having something delicious. I'd happily go back!

One of my favorite places in Cologne. I love the Tibetian Dumplings and Noodles and the owners are super nice, friendly and authentic service. A place you can bring kids too.

I took a nice sunny walk and stumbled across this restaurant, the menu looked good so I headed in. I ordered beef momo and and sweet milk tea both were absolutely delicious. It was one of the best momo I’ve had outside my home and the service was just as good as the food. Definitely a recommendation if your looking for authentic Tibetan food.

We ordered Chura Momo, Jascha Momo, Thug-Ring Thug-Pa with beef, and the vegetarian Thug-Ring. Unfortunately, our drinks were forgotten first, and later the momos as well. The momos only arrived after we reminded them. The hand-pulled noodles were very tasty, but my noodle soup was a bit too mild for my taste. The service was friendly, but overall, I had mixed feelings.

I've eaten at Momo several times and have been completely satisfied every time. The service is excellent – the team is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food is always fresh and delicious. I particularly like the lovingly designed interior, which authentically reflects Tibetan culture and creates a warm atmosphere. My personal highlight: the refreshing passion fruit and mint drink – simply delicious!

It was incredibly delicious! Highly recommended! You can also order via Wolt and Uber Eats. There is outdoor seating, but it's on Aachenerstraße (which is relatively busy). We waited a maximum of 20 minutes for our food, and the service was very friendly!

The two of us tried the pasta parcels with cheese and vegetables as a starter. Both were delicious. We really enjoyed the vegetable filling. The salad had a delicious dressing. For the main course, we had the pasta with vegetables, one plain and one fried. We preferred the fried version. All in all, very tasty.

The momos are delicious, but it's way too crowded and too loud! The tables are very close together, so normal conversation is not possible when people are sitting right next to them. You automatically listen in, even if you don't want to. In addition, it is cold and not very comfortable in the restaurant. Unfortunately not a recommendation!

Tried to reserve a table by phone for about 2 weeks. Nobody answered the phone, AB message was not listened to. Then we went there spontaneously, of course there was no table available. Asked why no one called back. Unfortunately they couldn't give us an answer, we should call in the future. Yes, that's how you go around in circles. ;)

No es una buena experiencia de comer fuera en este restaurante. Anoche en Colonia, ansiamos probar la cocina tibetana, ya que estaba cerca de nuestro hotel. Habíamos pedido momos al vapor y matones. Momo era promedio (recubrimiento ligeramente grueso) , el thugpa era bastante bueno. A tener en cuenta, un personal femenino fue bastante grosero en su comportamiento que empeoró nuestra experiencia (por otro lado, su colega estaba tratando de ser tan servicial)

The dumplings with beef filling were incredibly delicious. I would absolutely recommend. Unfortunately, the soup wasn't particularly tasty (but there is soy sauce and chili oil on the table). The fried noodles have no sauce and were made with too much oil for me personally. But the homemade noodles themselves were definitely something special and very tasty. The table service was also extremely polite.

Not a good experience of eating out in this restaurant. Last night at Cologne, we craved to try out Tibetan cuisine as it was close to our hotel. We had ordered steamed minis & thugpa. Momo was average (slightly thick coating), thugpa was quite good. To note, a female staff was quite rude in her behaviour which worsened our experience (on the other hand, her colleague was trying to be so helpful)

Of course we tried all the momos here. However, the only thing that really convinced us was the momos with minced beef. In addition to the minced meat, they are also filled with broth. In comparison, the other varieties were a bit boring, bland and the filling sometimes had a strange consistency. Unfortunately, the handpulled noodles were quite disappointing; they lacked seasoning and perhaps some sauce or something similar. Unfortunately we had to wait quite a long time for our food but it has to be said that it was also very full. Overall it wasn't bad, but both Momos and Handpulled Noodles are better in other places in Cologne.

Small but nice. The store has little seating but it is enough and inviting. The employees are nice and explain the food if you have any questions. The portions are large and sufficient. Taste good. Personally, I miss the spices and the strength of the sauce. I would have liked more kick but it's a matter of taste.

A small location, the furnishings are rather simple, but clean. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The food is very good, the prices are moderate. You can eat well there. A little caution is required when seasoning, the sauces on the table are tough.

We were there for the first time on Wednesday and were really impressed. A small but very cozy restaurant in a pleasant atmosphere. The waitress was very polite, the food tasted fantastic. If you haven't eaten here yet, you've definitely missed something! Unfortunately, we completely forgot to leave a tip when paying :( We're really sorry about that, it wasn't intentional. We'll come back soon and make up for it :)

Very good vegan noodles, I didn't really like the filling of the vegan dumplings (but it's probably just a matter of taste, objectively there was nothing wrong with it). Despite the store being super busy, the service is quick and very friendly! The restaurant is very cozy, but too narrow for me. Still recommended!

We tested the momos for the first time today. The dough is very good, but all varieties are quite uninspired and not very seasoned. Unfortunately the price is too high for the amount you get. I wouldn't come back for the momos again.

Very nice little shop with a cozy atmosphere :) The restaurant on Aachener Straße is beautifully colorful and simply decorated - brings the Tibetan touch across very nicely and discreetly. As a drink I ordered "Mango Mint", a refreshing drink that surprisingly tasted very close to the usual mango lassi. The two of us ordered a mixed plate of Tibetan momos (dumplings) as a starter. There were some with beef, chicken, vegetables and cheese-spinach. Personally, I enjoyed them all very much, but I found the beef momos the best. There were two of each (so 8 in total). For the main course I ordered the vegetarian version of “Thug-Ring”, i.e. hand-pulled fried noodles with vegetables. The noodles are quite filling and you can taste that they are homemade. The vegetables were also diverse and crispy fried. It was my first time eating Tibetan food and I really enjoyed it. I think it's particularly great that the noodles and momos are homemade. The staff also seemed very friendly and was very attentive. Depending on what time you want to eat there, it's better to make a reservation because the shop is very popular :) We'd love to come back.

Wer auf dumplings steht der ist hier an der richtigen Adresse . Sehr leckere gefüllte saftige Gedämpfte Knödel . Das Hauptgericht war auch sehr lecker , selbstgemachte gebratene Nudeln . Einfach lecker .

Very good Tibetan with lots of homemade noodles on offer. Overall, the menus are always very similar, pasta with vegetables, sometimes in soup, sometimes not. Overall, always very tasty, although the menu could change a bit over the years. The owner of the restaurant is an incredibly nice and amiable woman who also serves. You can also pay by card.

When someone asks me which is my go-to restaurant, my answer is always very clear: Tibet Momo 🤝 I just love the hand-pulled noodles and also the delicious momos, which are also available in the vegetarian version! My favorite dish is no. 13 and what definitely shouldn't be missing (because it makes such a difference in terms of taste) is the chilli paste mixed in on top 👌🏽😮‍💨

Small, fine restaurant, run with a lot of warmth! Delicious food and a nice atmosphere

The mixed momos were flavorful, but personally not a fan of the cheese filling. The main distinction between Thenthug and Thugpa is the noodle texture—Thenthug features flattened dough pieces, while Thugpa boasts long-stretched noodles. If you enjoy chewy noodles, Thugpa is the way to go. Opted for dishes 14 and 20, and we all agreed that a splash of extra soy sauce and chili oil elevated the noodle experience. Overall, a decent meal with some hits and misses.

They don't care if you made reservations from Google. Ask us to wait more than an hour. Never want to go back. Reservations were made at 4pm for 6 pm.

Essen ist lecker und fühlt sich auch für unsere europäischen Gaumen etwas anders an, da man nicht überall tibetische Küche findet. Service war sehr entspannt, obwohl der Laden bis zum letzten Platz voll war und sogar viele Gäste weggeschickt werden mussten. Also unbedingt reservieren, wenn ihr nicht flexibel seid. Preislich fanden wir es okay, aber definitiv nicht günstig.

The guest room is traditionally pleasantly designed but, as I said, rather small. Therefore, you should make reservations if possible, especially during peak times.
