Here you can enjoy your food or drink in a modern, very pleasant atmosphere. You can sit inside and still have a generous view of the rings. If you need the typical flair of the Rings, there is plenty of seating outside. The Mediterranean food is delicious and is accompanied by great service. We'll be back👍🏻

Food-wise: it was quite okay, and the food was served quickly. But about the service. We were a group of 10 with just another couple having food. Drinks were taking almost half an hour after ordering and the service wasn't really feeling like working. When we were finished, our waitress came to us with the payment terminal and no receipt, telling us the receipt would be printed after payment (which would mean we couldn't check on what was ordered or charged). When asked about the happy hour that was mentioned in the menu, she told us this was not applicable during the European Championships (Which ended two nights ago). After discussing and getting things straight, we payed. Only to find out we were charged a 10% tip which we did not agree too. The waitress told us this was common practice in this street (which we doubt, given Germany has no tipping culture). Luckily we stood our ground and got the 10% back.

Service was not good, an extra 10% was added to the bill without our prior agreement. We did not receive the bill on paper in advance & only discovered this after payment. (Pay attention) Food was tasty.

Tourist trap - This restaurant tries to overcharge you. They add your tip to the bill and try to lure you in with a fake happy hour. The food was good.

Very welcoming, very good food, fair price

To be honest, we always liked being there, but today it was impossible. First we were allocated a table and after 20 minutes the wrong order was brought. Shortly before the game started (15 minutes before) we were told we had to go because there was a reservation. So we stood there with our drinks and had to leave. You could have let us know in advance that it was reserved. Thanks for nothing :)

We were there on a Saturday evening because we wanted to celebrate a JGA there because we thought it was cool that a DJ came on from 10 p.m. and you had the opportunity to dance right there. First of all, we waited 40 minutes to even be able to order. Afterwards we waited another hour for food, even though it wasn't that full. In addition, it wasn't until an hour AFTER we ordered that a waitress came and told us that the vegan dish was sold out. When four of us had almost finished eating after the already long wait, it was only our friend's vegan alternative that arrived at the table , but only after we asked. The meal was then served with the comment: “It was already ready, so…” no bon appetit, no apology... nothing. The food was tasty but nothing special and just too expensive. The tables were much too close together, our pregnant friend really had space problems at the table because there was hardly any way to move the chair back behind her. The atmosphere was, well... there was football going on and that made it just uncomfortable and loud. At 10 p.m. there was no DJ so we could celebrate... football just continued. We then decided to leave the restaurant disappointed.. Wouldn't visit again. Service was simply very disorganized and not well trained.

After 1 hour the order was taken, after 45 minutes of waiting I was informed that my dish (one of two vegan dishes on the menu) was not available, alternative: salad, pasta with oil and garlic or with vegetables. I then ordered bruschetta without cheese, which I received about an hour later after everyone else at the table had finished eating. I had actually already canceled it in the meantime but it was brought to me anyway with the justification "it was already finished". The tables wobbled and the bathrooms did not meet current hygiene standards.

The store is absolutely amazing both in terms of the food and the ambience inside!

I recently visited the Mikus restaurant in Cologne. I was looking for a place where I could relax and enjoy a delicious meal at the same time. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a modern and airy atmosphere. The decor was simple, yet stylish and inviting. I immediately felt comfortable and excited about what awaited me in terms of cuisine. The menu offered a varied selection of dishes that should satisfy both meat lovers and vegetarians. My eyes fell directly on the Rostbef and the Pasta Bolognese, which other visitors had already praised in their reviews. I couldn't wait to try these dishes. As a starter I chose one of the recommended delicacies. The taste was just very good. The flavors were harmoniously balanced and the portion was just right. It was a promising start to what was to come. Unfortunately, I have to say that the staff seemed very stressed during my visit. It seemed like the place was understaffed at lunchtime. This had a negative impact on service as service was not always immediately available. That was a shame because it could have improved the overall experience even more. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that the food at Mikus was really excellent. The Rostbef was perfectly prepared, juicy and incredibly tasty. The pasta bolognese was rich and the sauce had a wonderful depth of flavor. It was obvious that high-quality ingredients were used here and a lot of attention to detail was put into the preparation. Overall, my visit to Mikus was a positive experience. The modern atmosphere and the excellent food convinced me. Despite the stressed staff, I would definitely recommend the restaurant because of the quality of the food. It's worth stopping by here and letting yourself be pampered by the culinary delicacies.

Last Saturday we celebrated our birthday with around 30 people at Miku's and I have to tell you: it was simply great! From the very tasty starters, the really excellent steak to the delicious dessert (I had 2, it was that good) I can only say about the food: it was perfect! Not a single point deducted! Particularly noteworthy is Baris, who creates a very homely feeling thanks to his very friendly and charming manner. But overall the service staff is very friendly and always tries hard. All in all, I can only say thank you for the umpteenth time and absolutely recommend this location. The only point deduction is for the high chairs, as I don't have the longest legs and find them uncomfortable. 😅

Unfortunately, I had very changeable experiences at Mikus. 👍 Nice service and good quality of food. 👎 Unfortunately, recently there has been more and more bad service and average food. Sometimes a drink is forgotten... every now and then the staff disappears from the scene for a long time and you have to wait if you want to order something or are planning to pay. 🛑 Then yesterday was the low point: When we arrived there was no one in the guest room; only one cook was working in the kitchen. After 10 minutes and still no one showed up, my colleague spoke to the cook in the kitchen. He then made a very excited phone call. After a while a gentleman entered the store and introduced himself as the manager. He just happened to be nearby and came because of the cook's call. The managing director regretted that no employee was on site. This would be just across the street from Rewe to get chicken for the lunch menu. ... at 12:30 p.m. ingredients for the lunch menu are still missing ... what does that say about the organization and professionalism of the restaurant!? When the employee later returned with the purchases, we heard the manager asking him to apologize to us. However, he did not do this. I don't know whether it was out of false pride, a lack of awareness of injustice or whatever the reason may have been. When paying, the employee asked if everything was OK. 🙈 Apparently it was perfectly fine for him to keep customers waiting in an empty restaurant. He also didn't come up with the idea of ​​not charging us for drinks, for example, as an expression of regret. For me, good service looks different. In addition, the food wasn't particularly good. 👎 Unfortunately, I can't recommend the Mikus at the moment.

First of all, the good thing: the service was very friendly! Unfortunately, the food was quite the opposite. As a starter we had the fried eggplant twice, which unfortunately clearly came from the freezer. From where I know this? She was still frozen inside. The grilled horseradish beef for the main course was not frozen, but unfortunately it was still completely cold. The poor rating for the ambience is because not only the food but the entire restaurant was extremely cold. We sat at the table wearing winter jackets the entire stay. So we definitely won't be coming back.

Definitely 5 stars for the service and ambience! Unfortunately the food was totally oily for me and much more extreme for my girlfriend. Afterwards they both had total stomach problems.

Immer wieder ein Besuch wert, wenn wir in Köln sind! Super leckeres Essen, sowohl das Mittagsmenü, als auch die Gerichte von der normalen Karte. Auch am Wochenende sehr zu empfehlen, wenn ein DJ vor Ort ist. Der Espresso Martini ist ein Highlight!

Personal unfassbar aufmerksam und sehr bemüht die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von der sehr netten und lieben Helya bedient. Das Essen sehr lecker und das Tiramisu ein perfekter Abschluss. Die Cocktails sind geschmacklich perfekt. Wir sind wirklich sehr begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Der Servicemitarbeiter war sehr bemüht und höflich, das Ambiente ist modern und schön. Empfehlenswert ist der Laden kulinarisch leider nicht. Sehr teuer aber nicht gut. Mehr Schein als sein - das Essen war unterdurchschnittlich, die Preise ließen aber eigentlich top essen vermuten. Einen Grund nochmal dorthin zu gehen liefert das Restaurant unter den Umständen leider nicht.

Essen war super und unser Service Özai toll. Es war leider echt kalt innen.

Wir hatten gestern anlässlich unserer Weihnachtsfeier hier essen. (Hatten über OpenTable vorher reserviert). Das ganze Team Mega freundlich, angenehme Weihnachtsatmosphäre und das wichtigste: das Essen war Mega lecker und wurde, trotz großer Gruppe, schnell und korrekt geliefert. Selbst bei Sonderwünschen konnte beim essen alles erfüllt werden. Wünsche Euch einen guten Start!

Ein fantastisches Erlebnis im Mikus! Das Ambiente ist einladend, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte bietet eine vielfältige Auswahl an köstlichen Gerichten, die mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet werden. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss für die Geschmacksknospen. Die Getränkeauswahl ist ebenso beeindruckend. Insgesamt eine hervorragende kulinarische Erfahrung. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen gar nicht nachvollziehen. Tolles Essen. Super Getränkeauswahl. Und wenn man sich im klaren ist was Mann bestellt hat, zahlt Mann auch nicht zu viel.

Wir haben kürzlich unseren Geburtstag bei Mikus gefeiert, und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Location ist stilvoll und einladend, das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Von Anfang bis Ende fühlten wir uns gut betreut und verwöhnt. Die Atmosphäre war perfekt für unsere Feier, und die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken war beeindruckend. Wir können Mikus wärmstens empfehlen und vergeben gerne 5 Sterne. Unsere Geburtstagsfeier war ein voller Erfolg, und wir sind dem gesamten Team von Mikus sehr dankbar.
