That was a lovely evening yesterday. The seating was really nice, even though it was full. The food was really great with the pasta with chanterelles. The Frutti de Mare pizza had good toppings, but the base was totally soft and wobbly. That can happen. Great ambience and value for money. The dessert, tiramisu, was really delicious... I'll come back when I'm in Cologne again on business. Great service friendly and helpful

Food was really good! Appetizer was very nice(homemade soup). Rumpsteak was really tender and juicy with a tasty grilled corn cob. And the tiramisu was delicious. All that for a really nice price! Nice and cozy atmosphere👌🏽 and the lady who helped us was soooo nice. Highly recommended.

Super delicious food on a cozy terrace. The price-performance ratio is mega. And the entire team around Gianluca is more than friendly and accommodating. It's a shame we didn't discover this restaurant much earlier. Many thanks to the entire team including the kitchen and see you very soon.

Hello, The many positive reviews are right and I too am happy to agree with them. Price-performance is absolutely right. A friendly, attentive service. The aperitif and the loyalty vouchers are remarkable. For every 10 vouchers collected, you will receive a free pizza (please specify when ordering). Steak cooked as requested. Medium is also medium. Plenty of choice on the menu in all areas. You can sit outside under umbrellas, slightly elevated on a main road (B8). Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends, but also better during the week. I hope I was able to help with my information. Anyway - ENJOY

We were staying in a hotel down the road called leonardo so we didn’t know any good local restaurants, we got lucky this place all home cooked food , delicious. I would 100% go here all the time if I lived here and it was so reasonable, don’t miss out try it.

During our stay in Cologne we came across this restaurant by chance We came across it and were able to get a table for 3 + dog at short notice, huge praise for that. The atmosphere was great, the service was very attentive and friendly. The food was also an absolute delight and was served quickly. The price-performance ratio is absolutely justified. We live 90km away and we got here using Google Maps. We wanted to eat something close to the airport. Very nice atmosphere, lovingly furnished. The food was super tasty. The tapas the pizzas. The service was very, very nice. 5stars +

Always happy, no matter what you order there... Be it steak, pasta dishes, pizzas or finger food as well as the desserts, everything is delicious!! The service staff is very nice and mostly accommodating. Children are no problem there either! Thank you very much and gladly again.

This restaurant is really nice, I loved the atmosphere and decor. The food was really good and prices were affordable 👍 I took the spaghetti Carbonara the Italian style and it was plentiful and delicious. My husband chose the lasagna with shrimps and he loved it and my sister-in-law chose the salmon and it was tops! The waitress was able to translate the daily special menu for us in English and was really nice

We ate at Imperial today without any great expectations, as it is a small, inconspicuous restaurant. We were thrilled. The service was top. The waiters were both very friendly, greeted us warmly and looked after us well. There were tapas and a delicious homemade aperitif on the house, which I haven't experienced in a restaurant for a long time. The food came quickly. You notice again that these rather unknown shops still know exactly what service means. Thank you for the delicious and cozy experience with you. If we are in Cologne again, we will definitely come back.

Were in Cologne again, as always 1-2 times at Jagr, we always eat there, the food is always fantastic, the waitresses as always were all very attentive and very, very friendly, even our little dog was allowed in. We go to Cologne every year just to be able to eat at the Imperial, so you guys are great. We also took 3 glasses of your aperitif with us, super tasty.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Business Airport Hotel for 3 days. Here in the restaurant we had the Day Dream food. It was very tasty from the first day. We would recommend it again and again. Thank you very much Ramona and Michaela

Super friendly, attentive, we go to Cologne at least once a year just to eat there, super delicious, all the dishes are great, the staff are wonderful and even our little dog was allowed in yesterday and today. We look forward to seeing you next time. The whole food was like in Italy, divine

It was super tasty. The service is top. The only thing that prevents me from giving a complete 5 stars is the crampedness in the restaurant. I think the tables are just too close together. This is probably from the Corona times, but something could be changed about that. But I will still come back. It just tasted really delicious

Quaint restaurant with interesting tables and delicious food. Price-performance ratio also fits. We ended up at the Imperial by chance while we were passing through. Shortly before the store opened, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a table. In addition to the delicious pizzas we ordered, there were nice, accommodating conditions in a rustic atmosphere with everything from Italy. I particularly liked the tables, which are like display cases, but sitting at the tables isn't much more uncomfortable, even though they have slightly thicker tops due to the contents.

The food was very good, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was nice. But they don't offer drinks in cans, although there is also a small glass (see photo).

Nice and attentive service and the main focus is on delicious food. The ambience is rustic and a little old, but delicious food and attentive, friendly service are much more important to me, so 2x 5 out of 5 stars and 4 out of 5 stars for the ambience. By the way, it was quick too 👍👌👍.

I was there spontaneously. Even though it was full, I was greeted warmly and given a table. There is a really great selection of food there! I decided on some tapas and wine. On the house there was bread with dips and a short drink 👍 The food I ordered was also really TOP in terms of taste and price! There are various desserts available in mini versions too, so I tried the tiramisu there, which was also completely convincing 👍 And the espresso with it was also hot and very good! I'm excited! Das Essen/die Gerichte sind einfach, aber gut. Alles hat geschmeckt. Als Restaurant würde ich es nicht bezeichnen, eher als eine einfache Pizzeria. Bedienung sehr freundlich und herzlich!

Ich kann die schlechte Bewertung vom 19.12. nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von ca 15 Personen dort und alle, mit denen ich gesprochen habe, waren äußerst zufrieden mit dem Essen und dem Service. Ich war das erste Mal dort und für mich war alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit. Ich werde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Ich habe heute Abend eine Bruschetta bestellt und ... ich habe bekommen einen Plätzchen mit ein bisschen Tomaten und nichts mehr. Von ein bisschen frische Basilikum war auch nicht zum Träumen! Ein Glas mineral Wasser welche ich bestellt habe war dreckig, am Boden des Glases waren geklebte Orangen? Grapefruit? Reste !!! Als ich mich mit dem Besitzer unterhalten wollte bin sehr unangenehm und kurz abgewiesen. Mit Kunden sich zu unterhalten zeigt ganz klasse von den Herr. Ich habe natürlich alles bezahlt aber von Rechnung war keine Rede... warum eigentlich?? Also für mich das Lokal existiert nicht mehr!

Seitdem wir im März 2023 das Imperial entdeckt haben, gehen wir super gerne dahin ! Preis- Leistung stimmt, das Essen ist jedes Mal lecker und die Bedienungen sind super nett und auch ziemlich schnell 🥰 Top Restaurant 👍🏻 Wir werden definitiv nochmal dahin gehen!

Habe das Lokal spontan ausgesucht, da es direkt am meinem Hotel war. Das Restaurant hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse z.T. überdacht. Ich habe Lasagne bestellt. Vor dem Essen gab es einen Likör aufs Haus und einen sehr leckeren Gruß aus der Küche: selbstgebackene Brötchen mit Knoblauchcteme, Paprikacreme und Oliven. Zu meinem Bedauern mag ich keine Oliven, aber die sahen sehr lecker aus. Dann kam meine Lasagne , einfach ein Gedicht. Sollte ich wieder einmal nach Köln kommen gehe ich hier wieder zum Essen hin.

Geheimtipp in Köln. Restaurant verfügt über eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Essen klassisch Italienisch. Ich hatte eine Lasagne. Vor dem Essen gab einen Likör aufs Haus und einen Gruß aus der Küche. Wir haben noch nirgendwo freundlicheres Personal kennengelernt. Das Essen ist auch top und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. Zu Zudem sind dort einfach alle kinderlieb. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her.
