Persönlich und vor Ort für den nächsten Tag einen bestimmten Tisch reserviert. Als wir ankamen war der Tisch besetzt. Keinerlei Hinweis, dass wohl auf der Terrasse keine Tischreservierung möglich ist - komisch, auf ALLEN Tischen steht ein Schild RESERVIERT -, keinerlei Bemühungen eine gute Lösung zu finden, sondern wiederholt die Bemerkung des Kellners ‚was erwarten Sie nun, wir haben hier kein Business Class Service‘! Wir sind enttäuscht aufgestanden und weggegangen. Schade….

Extrem unhöfliches Personal. Zuerst mussten wir ewig warten, bis uns überhaupt jemand beachtete. Schließlich hatten sie den Anstand, mit uns zu sprechen. Wir hatten reserviert, aber man sagte uns nur, dass sie unsere Reservierung nicht finden könnten. Ich zeigte ihnen die Bestätigungs-E-Mail, woraufhin sie meinten, dass sie abends ohnehin keine Reservierungen annehmen (wie hätte ich dann reservieren sollen?). Keine Entschuldigung, kein Angebot, zu warten. Unglaublich. Wir hatten geplant, hier ein größeres Firmenessen zu veranstalten, aber das wird wohl nichts.

Als Asiatin verstehe ich überhaupt nicht, wie ein Restaurant so unhöflich sein kann. Das Personal war extrem unhöflich. Obwohl wir reserviert hatten, bestanden sie darauf, dass es unmöglich sei, und wollten uns nicht einmal platzieren, obwohl viele Plätze frei waren. Gehen Sie bloß nicht hin, wenn Sie ein tolles Abendessen erwartet haben. Es gibt deutlich bessere Alternativen!

Die Portionen könnten angesichts des Preises größer sein… Wenn das Stück dünner wird, geht es vielleicht ganz verloren. Aber insgesamt lecker.

Das beste chinesische Essen, das wir je gegessen haben. Punkt. Wir hatten gebratenen Reis, vegane Ente, veganes Hühnchen mit Reis und Suppe. Alles war superlecker. Und überraschenderweise hat das alles nur etwa 35 € gekostet. Ich möchte unbedingt noch ein paar Mal hingehen.

Eines meiner Lieblingslokale in Berlin! Die Nori-chips sind einzigartig!

Super lecker, große vegane Auswahl. Es ist relativ laut im Restaurant und wenn es voll ist, ist es ziemlich anstrengend. Das Personal ist immer ein bisschen kurz angebunden aber schnell unterwegs.

Regelmäßig habe ich ein starkes Craving für das süß-scharfe Auberginen-Gericht. Erfreulicherweise versucht das Team immer,auch wenn man ohne Reservierung kommt, doch noch einen Platz für einen zu finden, sodass ich diese Leckerei gemeinsam mit den vielen anderen kleinen Speisen genießen kann. Auch das Konzept mit großen und kleinen Hauptgerichten ist sehr clever. Große Empfehlung!

Einfach nur super lecker und Empfehlenswert

Meine Familie und ich waren sehr begeistert. Die Gerichte sind authentisch chinesisch und gut zubereitet. Es gibt viel Auswahl und alle meine Lieblingsspeisen aus Aufenthalten in China waren dabei. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass man kleine Portionen zum Teilen bestellen kann. Auf diese Weise lässt sich gemeinsam mehr probieren. Wie in China kommen die Gerichte nacheinander, sobald sie fertig sind. Wenn man die Speisen teilt, ist das kein Problem. Wenn jeder seine eigene bestellt, muss man sich darauf einstellen. Das Restaurant ist ansprechend eingerichtet, mit asiatischer Note aber ohne Kitsch. Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich.

Eines der für mich besten Restaurants Berlins. Feinste chinesische Küche, in großen Gruppen kann man einfach von allem etwas bestellen. Bisher hat alles, wirklich alles geschmeckt. Fantastisch!

Das Essen ist super, vor allem weil man mehrere kleine Gerichte probieren kann und sich nicht auf ein großes Hauptgericht festlegen muss. Es ist leider immer sehr voll und laut, und man muss ein Weilchen warten bis man am seinen Tisch gesetzt wird. Das ist es aber wert, und die Bestellung kommt relativ zügig. Es gibt eine gute vegetarische Auswahl.

Mein absolutes Lieblingslokal in Berlin. Bin fast einmal pro Woche hier. Habe die Karte schon fast durch und finde alles unfassbar lecker! Große Empfehlung!

Unser Lieblingsrestaurant im Kiez! Mittlerweile haben wir schon fast alle Gerichte auf der Karte probiert und es ist alles wirklich super lecker. Besonders gut sind die Suppen, der wasserspinat Salat und das Auberginen Gericht. Der Service ist auch sehr freundlich und Preisleistung top. Man sollte jedoch versuchen zu reservieren, spontan ist es oft eher schwer einen Tisch zu bekommen:)

Die vegane Ente ist sehr lecker. Auch die gebratenen Dumplings sind sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann auch kleine Portionen bestellen, was sich anbietet, wenn man mehrere Gerichte probieren möchte.

Richtig gutes Restaurant - kleiner Laden mit vielen Tische, aber man fühlt sich null eingeengt! Sehr schönes ambiente und das wichtigste, das Essen ist frisch und richtig lecker. Bedienung sind schnell. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Schöner Ort und ausgezeichnetes Essen.

Ich gehe seitdem ich hier um die Ecke wohne regelmäßig ins Tianfuzius und bestelle auch sehr oft dort – und ich bin jedes Mal absolut zufrieden. Für mich ist es mittlerweile mein Go-to Spot, wenn ich Lust auf richtig gutes veganes asiatisches Essen habe. Besonders das vegane Hühnchen ist einfach unglaublich gut gemacht – perfekte Konsistenz, super gewürzt und geschmacklich wirklich nah am Original. Egal ob vor Ort oder als Bestellung: Das Essen ist immer frisch, heiß und liebevoll zubereitet. Auch das Team ist freundlich und die Atmosphäre entspannt. Man fühlt sich willkommen und merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die vegane asiatische Küche lieben – ich komme definitiv weiterhin regelmäßig vorbei 😊

Ein kleines Juwel versteckt am Viktoria-Luise-Platz. Da es ein beliebtes Restaurant ist, empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Die große Vielfalt an Gerichten macht es zu etwas Besonderem. Köstliches Essen in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Ruhig und einladend.

Für mich das beste asiatische Essen für uns Veganer in Berlin

Wir waren mit fünf Personen dort und es ging schnell bis wir das Essen hatten. Das Essen war insgesamt gut und lecker. Die Toiletten hingegen, waren sehr schlecht. Es gibt nur dünne Schiebetüren, die man nicht verschließen kann und eine ist sogar so kaputt, dass immer eine Lücke bleibt. Das sollte dringend nachgebessert werden!

Essen verdient 5/5 Sterne und eine absolute Empfehlung. Service leider nur 3/5 Sterne. Ich hatte für 19:00Uhr für 2 Personen reserviert und es war kein Tisch frei. Kurz warten zu müssen ist kein Problem, aber im Eingangsbereich bis 19:25Uhr sitzen zu müssen ist schlecht. In solchen Situationen sollte man als Restaurant zumindest ein kostenloses Getränk für die Wartezeit oder einen kleinen Appetizer servieren.

BOYCOTT: Ich hatte für Freitagabend einen Tisch für unser jährliches Teamevent für 10 Personen reserviert. Als wir ankamen, hieß es, es läge keine Reservierung vor. Sie waren nicht nur uneinsichtig, sondern selbst nachdem ich der Mitarbeiterin bewiesen hatte, dass ich eine Woche zuvor die richtige Nummer angerufen hatte, um zu reservieren, meinte sie nur: „Jeder könnte hier auftauchen und behaupten, er hätte für 10 Personen reserviert.“ Ich habe hier schon mehrmals gegessen, und das Essen ist gut, aber das Personal ist durchweg unhöflich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind dann natürlich in ein anderes Restaurant gegangen (Good Friends in der Kantstraße – das beste kantonesische Restaurant in Berlin mit fantastischem Personal und hervorragendem Essen) und werden dieses Lokal nie wieder betreten.

Das Restaurant hat uns in allen Punkten begeistert. Das Essen war fantastisch und der Service super aufmerksam. Wir waren mit einem Baby dort und uns wurde sofort ein Kinderstuhl mit Sitzkissen angeboten. Es gibt auch einen Wickeltisch, also wirklich sehr kinderfreundlich!

Eine extrem unhöfliche Frau. Obwohl wir für 10 Personen reserviert hatten, schien unsere Reservierung nicht vorzuliegen. Fehler können passieren. Entscheidend ist jedoch, wie man mit solchen Situationen umgeht. Sie war es definitiv nicht (ich war schon oft dort und weiß, dass der Service nicht überragend ist, aber das war wirklich unterirdisch). Wir sind dann zu Good Friends gegangen. Dort ist der Service immer erstklassig und es gibt auch ein paar vegane Gerichte. Schade, dass ein veganes Restaurant seine Gäste so behandelt.

Das Essen war so gut wie der Service furchtbar! Die Angestellten lächelten nicht nur kein einziges Mal, sondern waren auch noch so unfreundlich, dass selbst meine Teenager-Tochter neidisch gewesen wäre! Wenn Ihnen das Essen schmeckt, bestellen Sie es online.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Behandlung. Mein Baby hatte etwas Wasser auf ihr Shirt gekleckert, ich habe sie sofort umgezogen, und ein Mitarbeiter versuchte, mich vor allen anderen Gästen bloßzustellen, weil ich angeblich „unangemessen“ gehandelt und nicht die Toilette benutzt hätte, um das Shirt eines 18 Monate alten Babys zu wechseln. Das Essen war gut, aber diese Erfahrung war absolut inakzeptabel. So viel Unhöflichkeit und Arroganz, kein bisschen Verständnis oder Höflichkeit. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Äußerst unhöflich und lieblos. Gastronomie sollte menschenorientiert sein. Lasst uns nette Betriebe unterstützen!

I'm happy to see there's a restaurant in the neighborhood that serves entirely vegetarian food. However, I'm not sure if the cooking is authentic and focused on the customer. Appetizer: Unfortunately, JiaoZi (No. 25.1) was served instead of the Guo Tie (No. 25.2) we ordered. Main Courses: The "duck" strips in the vegan alternative, No. 169, were more crispy/roasted than fried. We missed the spiciness. I think they used an air fryer, not a frying pan. The sweetness of the Yüxiang-style fried eggplant (No. 141) was overpowering; I missed the garlic and the spiciness. Please turn up the heat in cool/cold weather, hence the one-star deduction for ambiance.

What a shame! We were there at 9:40 pm today, Saturday, and there was space. However, we were told at the entrance that only takeout was available. Both your website and Google show the kitchen open until 30 minutes before closing. That means 10:30 pm... perfect hospitality or a very poor online presence.

This is vegetarian restaurant which is very popular. Very difficult to get a table without reservation. We had a table reserved still had to wait to be seated. Ordered few starters and main course. All the items were excellent. But, we recommend Water chestnut, Lotus stem and vegan chicken dishes. Tea is excellent option to try for a drink.

My boyfriend and I ordered a lot of appetizers and side dishes like tapas instead of main courses and shared them together, and it was a great decision. All the dishes are made with love, we thoroughly enjoyed them, and we'd love to come back :) The prices are completely reasonable.

Rude and disrespectful waiter!!! Three of us arrived at around 6:30 PM without a reservation, got a table, but were immediately told that we had to vacate the table by 8 PM at the latest. Shortly before 8 PM, the waiter shouted at us from a distance: "You have to go!" When we paid, the waiter intentionally rounded up the tip, even though we had told him twice how much we wanted to give. Stay away!

On point, totally worth a visit. It’s as if you were eating in Chengdu, flavors well combined, in a traditional way and not just to meet European preferences. Tofu skin has been a state of the art experience. I’ll come again for sure.

I am a meat lover and still love this restaurant

Absolutely top-notch. As an omnivorous fan of Szechuan cuisine with vegetarian accompaniment, I made a spontaneous reservation for the evening. You shouldn't be put off by OpenTable – a table wouldn't have been available there for another six days. Anyway – a quick call, desired time, confirmation, and off we go. And then some luck finding a parking space, and now – off to the restaurant: Invitingly decorated inside and out – without the usual kitsch. Service was absolutely attentive and warm, yet prompt and practical – never an involuntary empty glass or plate. And they're quite something. You can choose from a wide variety of dishes, and there were a few specials too. You're not limited to tofu or "replicas" as an alternative. In addition to the appetizers to share, I chose the hot pot with cauliflower and chili and the dry-fried beans as a small portion (absolutely great if you want to try a few dishes "as a group"). "Unfortunately," I wasn't ready to share in the end, as both dishes were absolutely fantastic. Freshness, flavor, and seasoning—if you enjoy Szechuan cuisine often, you won't miss the usual seasoning (it's indicated, but can be edited up) or the meat. At most (like me, considering the water spinach), you'll need a second stomach to eat even more. You can also have your vegetables prepared as desired, which allows for a wide variety of variations. An absolute must-have: the spicy and sour cucumber salad with cilantro (there are two different varieties).

We got a table at short notice on the weekend. There's a good selection of dishes, and you can order smaller portions of the main courses, allowing you to try more variety. The cucumber salad and mapo tofu were particularly good.

For me, this is the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to—and the best part: everything is completely vegetarian. The selection is huge, and every dish I tried was simply delicious. Add to that the incredibly friendly staff, which made the visit even more enjoyable. For that reason alone, I would travel back to Berlin anytime.

Went here for dinner today. I must say I do not really understand the hype in the reviews. The food is somehow authentic and has a nice touch to it, but the tastes are so blend that if you would come here after a two week fast, you would probably like it. The spice level as well as the intensity of the dishes was more than moderate,even the very spicy ones. We had potato salat, tofu hot pot (sechuan), spicy starter soup, noodle salat (starter), fried tofu (peanut sauce - starter), green beens (starter) and some more dishes and i really could not tell one dish that i found had an unique taste to it. Lemonades were good but also pricy. Two stars only because the setting at Viktoria Luise Platz is nice

We had a delicious meal, albeit an expensive one. What spoiled the experience: The waiter was incredibly rude and disrespectful; I have no idea what someone like that is doing in service. Based on my experience and the descriptions here, I'd say: Boy, find a job you're up to, preferably without human contact. That's bad for business. At least his colleague and the older employee were nice and helpful. I don't know if I'll go back; there are countless places in Berlin where you feel more respectful and welcome.

Amazing vegetarian restaurant, with plenty of tasty options!

Really delicious food. I shared several different small dishes with my companion. All were delicious, but the eggplant with potatoes was outstanding. The service was also very good. We'll definitely be back :)

MEGA! Highly recommended. We don't live in Berlin anymore and have to go there every time we visit. This was our first time with a toddler, and we were well looked after, including games and puzzles for the little one! The food came super quickly and, as always, was very, very good!!! Thank you!

Very nice vegan and vegetarian food. The vegan pork belly and the fried lotus root stand out. Cucumber salad and water spinach are also a good addition. The food is best shared between a couple of people so you can taste a lot of different dishes. There is an option to order a "small portion" so you can try even more items on the menu. They also have "safe" options like vegan duck prepared the "classic" way. It is easy to have a nice experience here.

Very good food. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. Since my baby was sleeping, I just wanted to have a quick bite to eat outside, but unfortunately, they weren't available. It had rained a bit earlier, but the weather had cleared up again. A table outside under the awning was also occupied. I was rudely told I could get something to go. When I pointed out that my baby was sleeping and I couldn't sit inside, they said nothing. They just turned away and continued working behind the bar. I left. What a shame.

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience this time. We had barely sat down at a table that hadn't been cleared yet when the waiter literally shouted at us – completely inappropriate and rude. Even after he had cleaned the table, the passive-aggressive comments didn't stop. This is especially disappointing, as we are actually regular customers and have always enjoyed visiting the restaurant. It's truly unfortunate to treat regular customers like this.

The food at Tianfuzius is so delicious, and I love that everything is vegetarian or vegan, and allergens are listed. It's also possible to order half portions, which is nice if you* want to try things first. I would recommend making a reservation, especially in the evenings.

The food is incredibly delicious, but the staff, especially the man on the phone, are rude and not at all customer-friendly! Just because the place is doing well, he probably thinks he can lose regular customers straight away. He hung up on us on the phone just because we asked if it was their lunch break or if we could come by! When we called back, thinking it was an accident, he said, "No, that was an unnecessary question and deserved it." UNBELIEVABLE! You've lost an entire work group who often ate with you!!!

By far one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in. Every dish we ordered was truly delicious. I was particularly impressed by the vegan pork belly.

So many delicious vegetarian dishes that are great for sharing! Perfect for larger groups and families. The Sichuan-style tofu and vegan chicken are always great! Best to make a reservation in advance :)

It's absolute outrage, what a waiter there does time and time again. When he's paid to serve food to customers, he refuses to give away free tables and even gets rude. It's abysmal! Despite the shortage of service staff, such staff shouldn't be allowed to serve customers; it's detrimental to business!

We all know that service in Berlin is not the best, but here is the top of the unfriendly Service. We wait ages for the waiter to get our order then ages to get the food, we didn’t get our starter and didn’t even bother to know which one it was, and at the end while i was waiting to pay, the waiter was mocking a man for not knowing how to use their payment machine… i wonder how this place is even still open!! Never again

Favorite restaurant! <3 We love the eggplant dishes and the spicy mushrooms. As a starter we like to order the water spinach on glass noodles with lots of garlic or the cucumber salad with chili.

Very tasty vegetarian and vegan dishes! Have eaten very well here several times with 4 or more people. It was never a problem and it was always a gift for everyone, including me as a meat eater! The curries are a dream starters too and the homemade lemonade is great! Yumyum I would say

You have to order rice separately for a fee otherwise you may only get the basic dish. It's not cheap anyway, but you get served quickly and it's tasty too, although I didn't want anything spicy and specified that. Nevertheless, sharp elements were smuggled in.

When you came in you were immediately told: “YOU HAVE TWO HOURS.” Sorry, but that’s just not possible if you have a reservation.

Shamelessly hung up on the phone when making a reservation request! After calling again, the gentleman in question was once again rude. You don't want to eat in a store like that. What an outrage this is!
