Am I vegan? No Do I love the place? Yes! Amazing food with fresh ingredients and spectacular flavors. Someone might find it pricy depending upon what you order but the quality and quantity justify the visit. Overall, the food brought smile to our faces and soul. Don’t judge, the food in the picture was for 3 people and just under € 30 🤌🏻

Finally I find mujadara! Massssssive serving of vegan food - must be 3 meals worth for under €20! Wow 🤩

I witnessed a deeply unpleasant situation at this restaurant today. A customer politely requested to have her meal prepared without certain ingredients, and the man working there started yelling at her for no reason. She left the restaurant visibly upset, and the man continued to shout at her as she walked out. It was humiliating to watch. I work nearby and have come here regularly, but after witnessing this level of rudeness, I will not return as long as this person remains working or in charge

I have come here every single week for lunch time until today when I was yelled at. I had ordered a halloumi wrap and asked to please leave the paprika paste out. That was the reason why I was yelled at, because of a request I made very politely. Unfortunately, you have lost a very very faithful customer.

Amazing Sirian vegetarian restaurant. How the dishes are presented in such a beautiful way and the authentic and natural yummy flavours made us get instantly in love with this cozy place and the kind staff. Will definitely come back when in Berlin

I don't see any reason to go somewhere else when I'm around for lunch. Portion sizes, variety, taste, looking everything is very good!! Sometimes I find the dishes slightly salty and dry but it's super testy anyway. Mujadara and falafel salad is my favorite.

Hummus salad overpriced at €9.50 The ingredients were not of high quality and there was a lot of cheap iceberg lettuce. There was a lot of hummus but everything tasted mediocre and the hummus was definitely not homemade. The employees seemed annoyed, not a nice atmosphere there.

7€ for a wrap (2 years ago it was 5€) - the taste can't keep up. Unfortunately, the falafel wrap is rather weak.

Took a falafel wrap yesterday and there was a CERAMIC SHARD in it. Found that during eating. Damaged my tooth. Absolutely do not recommend eating here, it's dangerous. Bought on 31.10.2023, order number 62, Falafel wrap with haloumi.

I don't quite understand the 4.7 stars. We came with high expectations and left the restaurant - which isn't actually a restaurant, but a deli, or rather a snack bar - with mixed feelings. The grilled vegetables were tasty but lukewarm. The 4 halloumi slices cost €3 extra. That was disproportionate. The Mezze Platter M was rich but also boring and came out of the fridge. The bread only came when asked and was pressed into the bare hand. I would describe the service as “trying to be friendly”, nothing more. Himmel8 doesn't get more than 3 stars from me. I've eaten much better Levante cuisine there.

The food is AMAZING! Top quality of ingredients and top notch authentic Syrian spice mixes! I was so impressed!! The 7 States dish is a tomato based vegetable stew that is to die for, it comes with vermicelli noodle rice. The rice is cooked exactly as we cook it back home in Egypt and it took me straight back home! And the Avo-Fattoush is REALLY nice and is a good quantity. Avocado is obviously not authentic but it surprisingly goes well with the tangy pomegranate molasses in the sauce. 100% recommended!

Yes, yes and yes. One of the best meals ever. I am 1 small person but ordered the XL mezze just to try it all and then take leftovers home :) If you can afford it, do it. Best decision ever.

This is by far one of the greatest Mediterranean cuisine restaurants I have found in Berlin, their falafel is exactly like the one you find in Syria Jordan and Palestine. The owner and staff are very welcoming and they accommodate your requests, and are very generous in portions. This is a must visit.

Das Essen war etwas zu salzig und nicht außergewöhnlich gut. Für den Preis nur ok. Ich habe etwa 30 min auf meinen Salat gewartet.

Das 3/7 States war mir viel zu sauer. Das Personal OK aber nicht sehr freundlich. Innen sehr laut, außen mäßig bequem.

Don’t bother with YAFO, go here instead. The best spot for Middle Eastern food I’ve found in this neighbourhood. The staff are really nice. Reasonable prices especially for the quality and quantity you get, I recommend the Falafel wrap if you want something quick to go or try the Mujadara if you’re eating in.

Mega leckeres Essen! Der Vegane Grillteller war köstlich, sehr weiter zu empfehlen – nur besser keinen Cappuccino ect. dort trinken wenn ihr picky mit Kaffee seid 🙈 aber sonst klasse!

I ordered the Falafel salad. Falafel was cold, and it was too much sause, which was extremely sauer. Bread to the salad costs extra. I would suggest to make a sauce much less sauer and at least warm up falafel before serving

Sehr gemischte Eindrücke nach dem Besuch von dem Restaurant. Einerseits ganz gemütlich, authentisch eingerichtet, mit kleinen Dosen mit Gewürzen, eingelegten Gemüsen, Saucen etc. zum Verkauf direkt in der Ecke beim Eingang, kinder-und tierfreundlich, die Gerichte haben allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Andererseits sehr wenig Platz drin (max. für 10 Menschen), sehr eng, Schlange an der Kasse kollabiert sich mit ein-und ausgehenden Besucher:innen; die Preise sind schon hoch; Extras werden angeboten, ohne dabei zu erwähnen, wie viel sie kosten (in meinem Fall habe ich zuerst gedacht, dass das kein Extra war, sondern eine Frage zur Auswahl von Beilage, wie bei Lieferando: Es gibt eine Beilage, die kostenlos ausgewählt werden kann, und es gibt Extras, die für einen bestimmten Preis danach angeboten werden); das Personal hinter dem Tresen sah müde und nicht so wirklich freundlich aus. Ich finde, der Ort ist mehr gehyped als er tatsächlich ist.

A cozy dinner where you can eat healthy and vagan foods. The menu is Syrian but cooked with love with lossing the authenticity of Syrian cuisine. Workers are helpful and friendly. Prices are more than reasonable in my opinion. On top of that, the service is relatively faster than other similar places. Un dîner confortable où vous pouvez manger des aliments sains et vagan. Le menu est syrien mais cuisiné avec amour en perdant l'authenticité de la cuisine syrienne. Les travailleurs sont serviables et sympathiques. Les prix sont plus que raisonnables à mon avis. En plus de cela, le service est relativement plus rapide que d'autres endroits similaires.

Himmel8 sehr klein ind unscheinbar, aber ein wirklicher Geheimtipp. War jetzt schon öfters da aber bin noch nie Entäuscht worden von Himmel8 ja um 12:30 Uhr sollte man Zeit einplanen weil das Restaurant super voll ist aber für das Essen ist es wirklich wert. Aber halt nur Vegetarisch und Vegan was aber auch überhaupt nicht stört.

Sehr tolles Deli! Jedes! Gericht ist super frisch und wirklich lecker. Nichts kompliziertes, dafür aber umso besser zubereitet.

Unfortunately, not that good as presented here and not customer centric place. Since our offices are near, I had lunch several times and every time there was some negative experience. - The food is average, in comparison to what neighborhood can offer (wraps as well) - The place is very small and usually crowded - The biggest remark is on service, usually arogant, impatient and not customer centric. To the owner: Congrats on a good score so far, thanks to the vegan community, but please keep improving, cause this is far away from excellent. Competition never sleeps, remember!

Sehr schmackhaft und faire Preise. Der Mezze XL reicht locker für zwei Personen. Wichtig: Zur Mittagszeit sollte man vor 12:10 ankommen. Dann gibt's keine Schlange und sicherlich auch Sitzplätze drinnen (in Herbst und Winter angesagt). Allerdings ist der Service sehr zügig.
