Cozy atmosphere, warm staff, great food. Airy, crispy dough, toppings focused on quality, spice and spiciness only come from the ingredients. Bring friends and a good mood! It's best to reserve! Update: Now with a liquor license!

Pizza was delicious. However, quite expensive. The shop was busy and seems to be very nice at the moment. The food was good given the price point and in general, but not necessarily a reason to return.

Poor service. Zero eye contact with the waiters who simply don't bother about you. Staff is rude. Food is okay. But in the end they do impose a tip on your bill. Terrible atmosphere and unfriendly staff. Save your money and go to a real Italian restaurant.

Great location, pizza tastes good, high-quality, mainly Italian ingredients are used. The pizza crust was tasty and just like a Neapolitan pizza should be, but there was too much topping in the middle, which made the pizza too heavy and made it soggy. 😩But tastes very good. The prices are a little higher than elsewhere. The male service staff were rather annoyed and not exactly overly nice, as we know from Italy. The female waiter always tried to look after everyone and ask for drinks. I found it very good.

Great restaurant for Neapolitan pizzas! The taste was great and the dough was super fluffy. The selection of pizzas is huge. However, the price is quite high. This is a good place to eat in groups. If the weather is good, you can also sit outside. There were still many tables available on Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m., but reservations are still recommended. The staff were friendly and attentive and the pizza was delicious. The Margherita and Spinaci pizzas were very worth it and were reasonably priced at €12 and €14. The other pizzas cost just under €20. Overall, highly recommended for real pizza lovers!

Spicy is finally really spicy here - pizza is very, very tasty

Unfortunately, the pizza arrived really cold and the tiramisu was upside down and the sauce had completely spilled over the starter. At these prices I would expect more care in packaging and delivery. So unfortunately not enjoyable.

I'm sorry to say, but I won't be trying the pizza here again. I didn't like the combination with the avocado because there was just way too much on the pizza. The dough felt like it was a few millimeters thick in the middle and the topping was two centimeters thick. The pizza from my companion, on the other hand, was apparently better. therefore still 4 stars.

Decent pizza, authentic Napoli style, very nice service. But somehow the pizzas from the competitor just a few meters away in the heart of Flingern are a little more sophisticated and sophisticated. And it was a bit disappointing to find only a canned product on the pizza with salsiccia and wild broccoli :-(

Incredibly delicious pizzas in a cozy atmosphere. Great selection of different pizza variations. Mama Mia Bianca really blew me away. Super delicious! I would have liked the balsamic cream separately for the starter plate. The chairs and benches were super comfortable. In my opinion, it's also very important when you've filled your stomach with delicious pizza. Unfortunately the bar license is still missing. A Sambuca to digest would have been great. Service was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back definitely.

Nice restaurant with a terrace, perfect for summer dining when the weather is nice. The staff seemed annoyed, even though there wasn't much going on, so it wasn't stressful or packed to the point of being annoyed. The pizzas were quite okay and fill you up thanks to the thick pizza crust and were well topped. The soufflé was delicious with the vanilla ice cream, but the tiramisu isn't the best and I wouldn't order it again. If I would eat there again, it would only be because of the terrace, to spend a nice evening with friends and acquaintances, as the food doesn't exactly blow you away, especially for the price.

The quality of the pizza cannot be beat. You can tell that the pizza is made by master chefs. It tasted very authentic and very tasty. Unfortunately I have to deduct a point because it is very expensive. A pizza costs around €16-20.

Perversely good pizza. Of the reds, I can only warmly recommend Regina Magherita. This pizza really gives you sleepless nights because you long to eat it again.

Great, very fluffy, delicious pizza. We had already called takeway once before and were told that the pizza dough was out. These lie dormant for a certain period of time and cannot be reproduced immediately. It's better to under-calculate instead of throwing something away every evening. It worked on the second attempt and we were rewarded with delicious pizza. A bit expensive, but still within reason. The fact that there are no alcoholic drinks didn't bother us

**Best pizza in the city of Düsseldorf/Geafenberger!** The pizza here is simply sensational. The dough is perfectly crispy yet soft, the topping is fresh and rich. I was particularly impressed by the selection of different pizzas - from classic varieties such as Margherita and Quattro Stagioni to the house's own creative creations, e.g. with truffle and mozzarella 💕 For me it is already my favorite place for pizza, salad and dessert 👍

As soon as you enter the restaurant you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior of "The Way to Napoli" is tastefully designed. The loving decoration and cozy lighting contribute to a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere. It is the perfect place for a romantic dinner or a relaxed meal with friends and family. The service is first class. The staff is friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our waiter took the time to explain the special features of the dishes and make recommendations, which made our evening even more enjoyable. The menu is a true homage to Neapolitan cuisine. The selection of starters, main courses and desserts is impressive and offers something for every taste. Particularly noteworthy is the pizza, prepared according to a traditional Neapolitan recipe. The dough is perfect, the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. Prices at The Way to Napoli are reasonable for the quality of food on offer and the excellent service. You definitely get excellent value for money here. Conclusion: "The Way to Napoli" is a must for all lovers of Italian cuisine. Most of the staff are uneducated and if they bring the wrong pizza to the table, they blame the customer. It has gotten worse in recent months.

Relaxed atmosphere. Not too wild. Relaxing with good comfortable seating. Pizza is great. The way it has to be. Some traditional but also unusual creations. For dessert we shared a tiramisu. This was really tasty and huge too much for one person. I left feeling extremely full and satisfied. Come back and try another pizza. Prices are quite high.

It is unfortunate that my recent experience at your restaurant did not meet the expectations I normally have of established dining establishments. As a regular guest in upscale restaurants, I not only appreciate the culinary quality, but also first-class service. Unfortunately, my visit was marked by a lack of attention from the staff and noticeable unfriendliness. I strongly believe that an appropriate investment in excellent food should also be accompanied by an appropriate level of service. It would therefore be appropriate for your team to reconsider its standards of courtesy and professionalism to ensure that future guests can enjoy a completely satisfactory experience. I'm definitely not coming again.

After a 1 hour and 20 minute wait, I called politely and asked where the order was. After some back and forth the sentence came; “My God, just don’t order from us anymore!” Rarely have I had someone so unfriendly on the phone. The driver then said that he had to wait 20 minutes for the order and the pizza was rather mediocre. First and last time. 👎

Unfortunately my visit to the restaurant today was very disappointing. I was mistakenly served the wrong food and despite my polite complaint I was still charged for it. Even more deplorable was the behavior of the staff; After a friendly conversation about the mistake, the waiter became unexpectedly aggressive and justified it with the alleged impossibility of using the dish for other purposes. Such customer service is unacceptable and significantly marred my experience.

Very tasty and large pizzas in different variations. We enjoyed it very much. The service was very friendly and attentive.

So short and sweet. Werk has no money to fly or drive to Napoli. He only needs to get to Düsseldorf. It's really indescribable. The pizzas and the dessert. It's just different than a normal pizzeria or takeaway. This is really a real pizzeria. Always happy to be really clean guys, thank you.

An Italian restaurant that only offers pizzas (and appetizers). There is a large selection of different pizza sauces to suit every taste. There are also some vegetarian versions. The pizzas themselves are delicious - if you like a thick crust. The service is also good. One piece of information that we would have liked to have had in advance: Alcohol is not allowed to be served there, so only non-alcoholic drinks are available. Overall recommended, but not the best pizza in Düsseldorf.

We were here for the first time and found it very good. We had the Bresaola and Aglio et Olio pizzas. First there was caprese and everything was very good, fluffy edges and delicious toppings. Parking situation on weekends is rather difficult

As a Neapolitan I can say that the pizza is only made to be photogenic and put photos on Instagram but it is absolutely not good... what's more it pretends to be an Italian place but there isn't even half an Italian there I advise against it Furthermore, at 11pm on a Friday evening they kicked us out when in theory the place closes at midnight

Super nettes Personal, sehr leckere Pizzen, die in erstaunlich kurzer Zeit bereits fertig waren. Die Pizzen sind innen sehr dünn und haben einen leckeren, fluffigen Rand. Der Nachtisch hat uns leider nicht so zugesagt, ansonsten waren wir aber durchweg zufrieden.

Well, that was probably nothing. My following criticism is aimed solely at the service, not the food. I was there a year ago with a friend for the opening, we had a really nice evening. Yesterday, Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, we were there around 4 p.m.: The shop was quite empty, only couples were sitting at two tables in the front. Nevertheless, we were told that everything was reserved and only one person (?) could order. Since we are deaf and communicate in sign language, we asked for written communication. The awkwardness and perplexity (or was it reluctance?) was covered up by all sorts of giggles and comments from the male employees. Not exactly confident, but on the contrary: completely wrong. Put, six.

Were asked to pay and leave after 55 minutes! We came especially from Leverkusen.

You should know that the restaurant does not have a liquor license. So no vino de la casa.
