There were two of us on a Saturday around 10:15 a.m., and we were quickly asked what we wanted. The drinks arrived shortly after, but we waited until 11:00 a.m. for breakfast. When I raised my arm, the waiter noticed that our food was still missing, but he remembered what we had ordered. He then contacted the kitchen, and after another 15 minutes or so, the food arrived. I took the opportunity to order another drink, which unfortunately never arrived. Instead, we were shown the complimentary orange juice that was on the counter. Note: The toasted rye bread was so over-toasted that it was bitter.

The location, atmosphere, staff, food and drink selection are all very, very good.

Pizza, pasta, and a decent selection of tapas. And above all, a good seasonal menu. We had the pumpkin risotto and a tapas platter. The tapas were better than at the tapas restaurant a few doors down. A small wine selection, but very acceptable. Fast, friendly, and relaxed service.

Great ambiance, nice selection of dishes from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Perfect for a post-theater evening. Delicious tapas.

Unfortunately, the waiter told us that the Jägermeister was all gone. He then told us he could only bring us warm Jägermeister. We said okay, but received no clear indication that we were unwelcome guests. Never again!

A very nice place, but it seems a bit dated. There's still room for improvement.

"Another very successful evening in a lovely atmosphere, with well-prepared food and tasty drinks. We'd be happy to go again." ...that was two years ago! ...unfortunately, this good experience is marred by the terrible organization. This is the second time our group has reserved lunch well in advance and found itself in front of a closed door. No notification from the restaurant, no call, even though they were required to provide a phone number. With six people, it's not that easy to get a properly sized table on the spur of the moment. I wouldn't recommend it at all. We certainly won't be holding our regular meetings there again. A real shame.

It's a shame, the theater has clearly deteriorated. We have been going there for many years, enjoying a glass of wine outside the door or in the comfortable armchairs inside, eating some tapas or lunch. Brunch on the weekend is (was) recommended. Unfortunately, the quality is no longer what it used to be and neither is the selection. We were there last week and shared a 'snack platter' between the two of us. It costs almost €30 per person. What we got was: a few frozen chicken wings, 5 falafel balls convenience, non-breaded pulp pieces, chewy, two lamb fillets, unparsed and riddled with thick tendons and not at all edible, Two slices of bruschetta, a bowl of mixed salad, very tasty, a few prawns, completely tasteless as well the little poultry skewers that taste like nothing. The sauces, served in tiny bowls, and the olives were at least delicious. The bread anyway. There was only a tiny bowl of aioli for both of us, containing maybe two tablespoons. That's clearly not enough for two people! Overall, the price-performance ratio here is not right at all. After we complained about the thick tendons and toughness of the lamb fillet and pulp during service, there was no reaction whatsoever. We didn't even get a coffee on the house or any kind of discount. That disappointed us very much.

Been here several times. In summer you can sit outside very nicely. The tarte flambée always tasted good. The tapas also include finished products (falafel inedible). The service is often very busy, but for us it was always friendly and helpful. If it's full, you have to wait a bit to eat, but we always got the drinks quickly. The prices are a bit too high.

In addition, it was a bit tight at one table (antipasti, salmon, etc.) and it was unclear which side you should queue from. People often met each other here... What a waiter - Zack Zack... Before a theater performance I wanted to have a little something to eat and drink with a friend. When paying, I looked for a tip/change in my wallet, whereupon the waiter literally said: “Zack Zack, the other guests want to pay too.”

Yesterday the three of us were at Theatro Essen. The shop was packed and with a lot of luck we were able to get a seat at one of the high tables. Even the outdoor area (January 25th!) was surprisingly well filled. Two of us had tapas and there was nothing wrong with the taste. But the size of the shop, plus the outdoor area, was a big challenge for the two very friendly and obviously hard-working waiters. Because our tapas were sometimes lukewarm or cold. Dates wrapped in bacon, cold. Chicken satay skewers, cold. Lamb fillet skewer, lukewarm. Only the tortilla and pimientos de padrón were still warm or hot. Therefore, an appropriate assessment is very difficult. Despite everything, a nice shop, good food, okay price.

Solid food and very good service

Good restaurant located at the entrance to one of the most interesting districts of Bremen. The restaurant is associated with the theater and can perhaps be guessed from a location that is not overly refined but eccentric. The waiter was pleasant and displayed the classic Germanic "humour" on several occasions. I ordered a chicken leg in orange sauce accompanied by some typical gnocchi and a side of red cabbage. Excellent chicken, average gnocchi and cabbage a little too sour.

Delicious tapas and a popular destination before cultural events. A successful start to the evening. But a little freshening up wouldn't hurt.

The theater itself is magnificent, the acoustics are superb. The theater restaurant is very good. The atmosphere is nice and the Flammekueche are delicious.

Cheap is different, but the burger was really good. The service was friendly but very reserved. Overall, a lovely evening in a pleasant atmosphere.

The Theatro am Theater am Goetheplatz is a really nice location with very nice, friendly service staff. You can sit outside comfortably and quietly, drink wine... What, do you want more 🙂👍?! Saturday, October 26th, 2024: After visiting the Freimarkt parade, we had a very, very good meal at Theatro Bremen 😃! There was spaghetti chorizo ​​and lamb fillet on leaf salad, both were very, very tasty 😋👍👍👍👍👍... absolutely recommended!

The food was great. The furniture is for very young people. The seating is unfavorable for people with back and knee problems. You sit very deep.

The Theatro in the Bremen Quarter is an absolute gem! We were there recently and absolutely loved it. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Our food was simply delicious! The menu offers a wide selection to suit every taste, from tapas to Mediterranean dishes and pizza. Everything is freshly prepared and prepared with love. We were particularly impressed by the cozy and at the same time impressive atmosphere of the restaurant. The furnishings are stylish and with attention to detail, you immediately feel at home. Although the Theatro is in the busy area, it is surprisingly quiet. You can relax and enjoy your meal and chat. If you prefer to sit outside, you can also find a spot on the beautiful terrace. We found the prices to be absolutely moderate, the quality of the food and the service are worth every cent. We will definitely come back and visit the Theatro and the district again. Absolute recommendation!

The food was very good, as was the service initially. But when paying, the waiter became unfriendly, I don't know why. Maybe he was unhappy with the size of the tip. Very unfortunate!!! It's questionable whether I'll eat there again.

The two of us had dinner at Theatro on Friday and unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience. Starting with the fact that a dirty glass was placed in front of me, which the staff definitely should have noticed. The food didn't make it any better. My husband ordered 4 tappas. There were only three on the plate plus salad. He then had to request the fourth one again. The side salad was the best of the tappas. Unfortunately, my risotto with chanterelles was very tasteless. At the end the waiter said that I should have said that and then I would have gotten a new portion. Yes, if I had had any hope that it would achieve something, I definitely would have done it. Unfortunately, I don't think the second portion would have been any better, simply because there are several risottos on the menu and the whole thing probably fails because of the mise en place. Especially since you actually want to dine together on a couple's evening and not have one person watch the other while they're already finished. The biggest negative point were the toilets. I have no idea how long they haven't checked to see if cleaning is necessary, but since the restaurant was not very busy on Friday evening and the urine on the floor had long since dried, it probably hasn't been for a long time.

It seems similar to the supply of musical theater here too. Smoked salmon & spring onions are served with a little horseradish. And the salmon are salmon slices out of foil and only overly salty in flavor for around €12. 9-8 € contribution margin. Did you enjoy it? No! Next time you report you will receive a new one. 🤣 Are there any other foil packs? Next time I'd rather have fries with giant sausage. You can't spoil that.

The service was friendly, you are immediately greeted - I could do without that. The food was ok. In my opinion, almost all of them were convenience products. The place is well done. When the weather is nice, outdoor dining is particularly recommended.

We had brunch this morning....it had been overdue for a long time but we were super disappointed...the food was totally straightforward. Breakfast...from 1130 there was something warm that was completely cooked to death... Meat dry... at breakfast there weren't even the sausages and popular little meatballs anymore... the service tried hard but couldn't keep up with the clearing away... now the big deal... we were 2 adults and one Child of 9 years...and we paid 91.75 euros...the child only ate a cocoa and 1 roll with chocolate and 5 slices of banana for a whopping 18.25 euros...to be honest, a total failure.We will contact you again other places delight where it is richer and of better quality... It's a shame... I won't post photos of the food and everything around it just out of politeness... but my daughter has completely illustrated this buffet

We had lunch with the family and were particularly impressed by the service. We were also impressed by the very good organization and speed. The food was also good, the portions (even those from the lunch menu) were very generous.

We were there for brunch with 11 people. Nobody had anything to complain about and everyone was happy, that should be praise enough 😁 What I noticed afterwards was that all coffee specialties were included, which I only noticed when I looked at the receipt at home 😅 the hot dishes were also delicious and the vegetarians were also taken into consideration. Price performance is completely okay for me, the store was very well attended, which says a lot. I would also like to highlight our service, the man is great, friendly, patient and refreshing in his manner, really a likeable person. Of course his colleagues too. If you park in the car park at Osterdeich you can be at the Theater in 5 minutes and you don't have to spend ages looking for a parking space.

We had 6 different tappas. One was delivered incorrectly but the correct one was brought straight away. The meatballs were great, as were the small boiled potatoes, chicken tandoori and the lamb skewer. I didn't really like the slices of rum steak with papaya and avoado salad. Tastes are just different. But the meat was very good. The price was right. All the waiters were super friendly and helpful.

The service was really great! Our waitress was above average attentive. Thank you for that! When it came to eating (we had brunch), I unfortunately have to say that I wasn't that impressed. I thought it was a shame that the bacon wasn't even crispy, it looked like it hadn't been in a pan. Rolls were very tasty. The price is a bit too high for what you get. Otherwise, the furniture and the toilets are pretty old. Restaurant is not barrier-free

Eine sehr schöne Lokation im direkten Umfeld unseres wunderschönen Bremer Goethe Theaters. Direkt am Goetheplatz mit einem wunderschönen Außenbereich und Blick auf das Treiben und die Szene des Bremer "viertels". Bei Besuch vor oder nach dem Theaterbesuch ist eine Vorreservierung/Tischreservierung unbedingt erforderlich. Parken kann man kostenpflichtig in der Theater Tiefgarage oder im gesamten Steintor Viertel, wenn man etwas laufen möchte. Der Anspruch ist leicht gehoben wie es sich gehört für ein Restaurant direkt am Theater, das Preisniveau hält sich jedoch angenehm in Grenzen.

Wir waren hier zum gut besuchten Adventsbrunch mit Freunden. Gleich vorweg- unsere Service Fee Melanie war unschlagbar freundlich und aufmerksam, wir fühlten uns, wie ihre persönlichen Gäste! DANKE!!! Das Büfett war großzügig, ansprechend, abwechslungsreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Von süß bis herzhaft, Fisch, Obst, Eierspeisen und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Enthalten waren Tee und Kaffee Spezialitäten, Orangensaft und Sekt. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt, das Publikum hatte sehr gutes Niveau. Wir sind begeistert und waren sehr zufrieden, Adresse für besondere Tage gemerkt!

La comida esta bien, es un restaurante muy espacioso, la decoración que tiene no es mi gusto, pero es un restaurante agradable.

Wir waren nur am Glühweinstand und ich hatte Gutscheine für's Brunch als Geschenk gekauft. Es hatte echtes Ambiente mit den in den Tischen eingelassenen Feuerschalen und die Bedienung war sehr nett.

Immer wieder gerne, diesmal Brunch am Sonntag. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Vom Brötchen über Roastbeef, bis zum Königsberger Klops. Der Service war richtig toll, wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Das Bruschetta war leider fast nicht genießbar. Total kalt. Als wir dies bei unserer Bedienung anmerkten, war die Antwort, das es sich bei Bruschetta um eine kalte Vorspeise handle. Das Brot wird im Voraus vorbereitet (sprich geröstet). Von den Röstaromen war nichts mehr zu schmecken. Das Brot war nur kalt und labberig. Das Beste am Bruschetta war der Salat & die Tomaten auf dem Brot. Den Preis von 9,50 finde ich ziemlich heftig. Meine Currywurst mit den Pommes hingegen war tadellos. Die Pizza meines Mannes war ok. Zur Bedienung; da ist noch Luft nach oben. Er diktierte uns mehr oder minder auf, die Bruschetta zur Hauptspeise zu essen. Da von uns 7 Personen 3 keine Vorspeisen haben wollten. Da wir keine Lust auf eine Diskussion hatten, gaben wir klein bei. Als wir dann getrennt bezahlen wollten, sprach sein Gesichtsausdruck eine deutliche Sprache. Hallo, wo ist bitteschön das Problem? Er kann easy alles eintippen. Und vom Trinkgeld her ist es doch von Vorteil.

Das Theatro Restaurant hat mich auf ganzer Linie begeistert. Die Atmosphäre dort ist so entspannt und ungezwungen, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Essen, insbesondere die Tapas, sind einfach köstlich. Die Vielfalt und Qualität der angebotenen Gerichte haben mich wirklich beeindruckt. Und die Weinauswahl ist nicht nur umfangreich, sondern auch gut kuratiert. Was meinen Besuch jedoch wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war der aufmerksame Service. Das Personal war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und sorgte dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Sie hatten großes Wissen über die Speisekarte und die Weine, was die Entscheidungsfindung leichter machte. Insgesamt war mein Besuch im Theatro ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem empfehlen, der gutes Essen in einer entspannten Atmosphäre sucht. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, um mehr von den kulinarischen Freuden des Theatro zu genießen.

Freundliche Bedienung und lecker Essen. Ganz oben steht immer: Rezensionen werden nicht überprüft. Das stimmt nicht, wieder so eine unfähige Aussage von Google. Ich hatte diese Bewertung schon vor Monaten geschrieben, aber ein unfähiger Mitarbeiter, gefiel die gute Bewertung wohl nicht und sein Vorgesetzter hat nicht den richtigen Überblick. Passiert öfter, das ist halt die schlechte Qualität von Google.

Leider sind die sanitären Anlagen nur über eine Treppe in den Keller erreichbar. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Der Hummus war schlecht, der Service war noch schlechter. Keine Entschuldigung oder Ersatz für den Hummus. Der Gipfel: Nichtgetrunkener Kaffee wurde in Rechnung gestellt. Kundenbindung sieht anders aus.

Wir wurden am Anfang nett begrüßt, und die Sessel waren sehr bequem. In 20 Minuten kam niemand ,trotz genügend Personal das sichtlich Spaß hatte sich untereinander zu ubterhalten,ob wir was zu Trinken/Essen wollen, so haben wir uns dazu entschlossen zu gehen.Aber selbst das wurde nicht bemerkt .ja ja ...in Bremen scheint sowas aber üblich zu sein....der anständige gut Mensch dem scheint es auch egal zu sein ...service Wüste Deutschland .wenn wir was können dann sowas .

Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen!
