Bolero Schlachte in Bremen

I find it difficult to understand the negative reviews. We had super nice service and were treated very well. Of course there are small points of criticism in the restaurant, such as the stairs or music that is too loud for some, but each restaurant has its own vibe and ambience. We had a great dining experience and a lovely evening here and would love to come back.

The drinks were okay and the ambience was nice, but it was extremely smelly throughout the evening. There was a rat running around in the kitchen. Not that great.

We visited there with our friends last night. We walked in and the whole place smelled. There was also a rat running around in the kitchen and the garbage can was on the kitchen surface. The toilets were dirty and one couldn't be locked. Staff was relatively annoyed. But the drinks tasted very good.

Unpleasant place with bad and unfriendly service staff. We stopped there and were allowed to place our order after 20 minutes. 20 minutes later still no drinks; We then left.

On a Saturday evening at prime time at the Schlachte, you don't expect the last round to be announced at 11:20 p.m., even though the opening time according to Google is 12:00 a.m. - you look for the opening times at the door in vain. Das Restaurant liegt absolut zentral in der Bremer Innenstadt an der Schlachte. Es besteht aus einem enorm großen Raum und ist deshalb nicht wirklich als gemütlich zu bezeichnen. Das Ambiente wirkt ein wenig kühl und steril. Die Auswahl an Cocktails ist enorm, ebenso das Angebot an Burgern. Meine Begleitung wählte die Garnelenpfanne, die sehr gut geschmeckt hat, ich durfte probieren. Ich habe mich für die Hüftsteaks "NYC-Style" mit Chilli-Cheese-Fries entschieden. Dazu gab es einen sehr gut angemachten, vielfältigen und super präsentierten Salat. Die Steaks waren für ein Restaurant, dessen Betonung auf Fleischgerichten liegt, nicht hervorragend, aber durchaus OK. Hervorzuheben ist die überaus freundliche Bedienung, die sich außergewöhnlich gut um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht hat und häufiger nachfragte, ob alles in Ordnung und noch Wünsche offen wären. Das Restaurant ist kein Geheimtip, aber für ein Abendessen in Ordnung. 3 1/2 Sterne wären eine angemessene Bewertung.

We went to Bolero as a group at the beginning of the year, looking forward to a relaxing evening. Overall, the food was okay – neither particularly outstanding nor bad. The selection was varied and the dishes were attractively prepared. The service was friendly and attentive, so we felt well looked after in that regard. Unfortunately, the ambience couldn't keep up with the quality of the food and service. As soon as we entered, we noticed that the floor was sticky, which was not only unpleasant but also unhygienic. The furniture showed clear signs of wear and tear in some places, giving the restaurant an unkempt appearance. However, the condition of the toilets was particularly disappointing: they were in dire need of renovation and did not leave a good impression. Conclusion: If you value good food and friendly service, you may be satisfied here. However, the Bolero should urgently invest in maintenance and cleaning in order to significantly improve the overall appearance. With a little more care and attention the restaurant could look much more inviting.

In itself a cozy bar (we were there later in the evening) but one of the waiters reacts aggressively for no reason and insults the guests (tall, thin, longer hair with a bun). So if you find another cozy bar, take the other one.

Super unfriendly staff ("restaurant manager with longer hair"! And apparently it's not welcomed when you "block" a larger group of 8 people and just for cocktails! Even though the kitchen was already closed. You don't have to understand that. ...Thanks, not again!

The food and drinks never miss. Great atmosphere and service as well.

Were there with around 30 people for a Christmas party. Unfortunately, only one waitress was responsible for us and also took orders from other tables. This meant that the orders were ready and sat on the counter for a few minutes before they were served. The young man made every effort to serve everything as quickly as possible and was very friendly throughout the evening. The food was ok, the bacon burger was very tasteless. Chilli cheese fries were very good. Cocktails were well mixed. Toilets are in need of renovation (crack in the sink) and could be cleaner.

Bad service, you don't have to go back

We ate there with 16 people, made reservations in advance and, as requested, selected and communicated the food a week in advance. Unfortunately the order was lost. Can happen. Some drinks were forgotten. It could also happen, if you ignore the fact that there was no one there other than us at that time. It was still quite early. What was interesting was that the busier it got, the performance of the staff increased and in the end it was really good. The food was hot and the quantity was really sufficient. The kitchen can be a lot bolder with spices. It was almost unseasoned. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. Although I would have paid a few euros more if I had liked the food better. Overall, average performance.

Starter tapas top is enough for more than 1 person. Enchilada Carne tastes great. Plus 3 Long Island ICE team 77€ That's okay

Food was very tasty and plentiful. Price performance was okay. Service could have been better. No questions asked if you want anything else or want to pay.

Kellner mit Pferdeschwanz bezeichnete mich als „Madame“ und gab meine Bestellung wie folgt weiter: „Madame hätte gern noch einen Cocktail.“ Auf meinen Wunsch, dies zu unterlassen wurde er unwirsch, laut und frech. Auch ein Gespräch mit der Geschäftsführung konnte nicht lösen, dass ich diese Betitelung als abschätzig empfand. Ich war 15 Jahre dort Stammgast. Bis zu diesem Tag.

A ponytailed waiter referred to me as “Madame” and gave my order as follows: “Madame would like another cocktail.” When I asked him not to do this, he became rude, loud and cheeky. Even a conversation with the management couldn't resolve the fact that I found this title to be derogatory. I was a regular there for 15 years. Until this day.

Service and food were great. However, the women's toilet is terrible: jammed door, defective door lock, defective sink, defective hand dryer, ceiling paneling partially open - it's a shame when the good first impression in the basement is so drastically ruined.

We were just there for a cocktail and tortilla chips. The chips were okay, the cocktail unfortunately had more juice than anything else, you didn't notice any alcohol - I don't think it's appropriate given the prices. We were also politely asked to leave the place slowly because there wasn't enough going on and they wanted to close - that was around 9:30 p.m. Addendum: The food was great, I had the classic steak with baked potatoes and mushrooms, I ordered exactly the same thing last week, but unfortunately it was served completely differently this time. The first time the mushrooms were tossed in herbs and decorated with spring onions and the meat also had a nice pepper crust, this time the meat and the mushrooms were not seasoned at all. You should make sure that it always has the same standard!

We went to Bolero last night after the football game. Great service, great food, great drinks, special thanks again to our waiter André.

We were there on two evenings with 10 people. We sat outside. The service on the first evening was great. Very friendly staff. Absolutely flexible and fully responsive to our wishes. Move chairs, push tables. No problem at all. The second evening was a bit more crowded. Great service again. The selection of food and drink e very rich. And we were very satisfied. The ambience outside is not that great. But due to the location of the restaurant. As Bremen we would come again. Absolutely recommended.

Unfortunately I have to part with Bolero. When the weather in Bremen became nicer, I was very happy to drink cocktails in Bolero again with good friends. We always enjoyed visiting Bolero as the Schlachte side is quieter. It was very nice and warm in the afternoon, we sat outside and enjoyed the evening. It was around 6 p.m. and it was starting to get full. As a result, the waiter with longer hair literally became hysterical and shouted that he was no longer taking orders. He sent off all new guests, ran back and forth and spread his mood. Although we still worked up an appetite, we didn't want to order anything else to eat under such circumstances. Unfortunately, Bolero is a thing of the past, if you can't manage your own staff, you don't have to have my money. Adios

We were at the Bolero last Friday and can't understand the sometimes bad recessions. We had burgers and cocktails, both of which were very good. We also don't understand why the service staff is criticized. We were always treated kindly by everyone and we were regularly asked whether we were satisfied or whether we would like anything else. We haven't seen anything regarding the alleged mice and rats in other reviews. This is more of a problem in the battle just like in Hankenstrasse and has nothing to do with the Bolero. The only point is the furniture is already old. Just paint the tables outside and renovate them a bit.

A very nice restaurant with very good food and drinks. Absolutely nice staff and very helpful, a big compliment to them. We are really looking forward to the next visit.

Absolute nightmare! We had made reservations for a group of 11 to celebrate a friend's 30th birthday and were not allowed to sit outside because supposedly putting the tables together wasn't allowed. Despite the reservation, NOTHING was prepared inside. What a joke! The absolute horror: there was a dead rat under the bench we were sitting on. We moved, but the rat stayed there for the entire three-hour stay because no one felt responsible. I've never experienced anything so disgusting! The service was also a disaster. We waited two hours for the first dishes to arrive. First six of us got their food, 20 minutes later three more, and the last two when the rest was already ready. So the last two had to eat while everyone else was already finished. An absolute disgrace! When my friend kindly pointed out to the waiter that it was a shame that we couldn't eat at the same time, the waiter yelled at her and called her disrespectful because she didn't show any understanding. Incomprehensible! This evening, which should have been a nice 30th birthday, was a complete disaster. I'm just angry and disappointed and I can't recommend this restaurant to ANYONE. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Very very large selection of drinks (alcoholic and virgin). The food was very tasty, but not of the highest quality. The service was super nice and accommodating. We ordered a starter and a main course. Unfortunately, the second course had already been ordered, even though we hadn't finished our starter yet, which was unfortunately annoying. Normally, care is taken to ensure that the guest has finished eating, the plates are picked up and THEN the second course can come. Still, everything was delicious and the service person apologized for it, so everything was great😊

The location is not as ideal as across the street, but there is something to be said about the quietness and you can still see the water and enjoy nice weather on the Terrasse. The food and drinks are absolutely worth it in my opinion. The selection is really large, but it's great that everyone can find something. I had a burger and was really impressed, especially with the toppings and the fries. My biggest complaint would be the place taking last call and closing around 21:00 when they advertised to be open until 23:00.

We reserved a table for 3. However, when we showed up at the time of reservation, we were told in a completely unprofessional manner that we couldn't eat there. A waiter with long hair in a bun hysterically explained that he didn't know about any reservations and that they wouldn't be taking any more orders. That was at 8 p.m. Never recommend, no thanks!

Super tasty large selection of different cocktails

You sit there (outside) with a very nice (partial) view of the Weser. The service was quite slow and the food was a disappointment. We had enchiladas (chicken and ground beef). Half the roll was filled with half-cooked large pieces of carrot and the dried-out cheese layer didn't make the whole thing any more appetizing (for €15.90 for three small rolls).

So we came to the store at 3:40 p.m. and the store was empty. The lisping waiter wanted to sit us at a table right in the door When I asked for another table, he said there was no space available because it was reserved Unfriendly and rude

The location is great, right on the banks of the Weser and on the beautiful terrace you can have some peace and quiet from all the hustle and bustle on the other side 😊. Great & attentive service, delicious food and refreshing homemade lemonade. However, the washrooms urgently (!!!!!!) need a renovation, I wouldn't have expected that 😨.

The ambience was quite nice... we sat outside in great weather and had a nice view of the Weser. The waitress came pretty soon and took our orders and disappeared. After what felt like an eternity, another young man came and told us that the cash register system had crashed and we had to order again. The drinks came and we had to wait a long time for our food. The Alster I ordered tasted almost exclusively like soda and I returned it. When the food came, the burger we ordered was cold. But the fries were hot so my friend could only eat the fries. The burger went back and was freshened again. In the meantime, I ate my chicken wrap. The wrap was okay but tasted rather bland. On the whole the afternoon was completely fine. The waiter tried very hard and simply couldn't help it that the food was cold and bland.

Leider nach 25 min nicht bedient worden . Sehr schade . Mitarbeiter spielt am Handy und die Leute müssen warten. Nie wieder.

Very good bar restaurant, fantastic food and drinks. I had a very good vergin mule, and fries with chicken and cheese. Simply delicious, right by the river with a great atmosphere. :)

We had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. €14 for a “chickenburger”. There was originally a 15 gram small, completely tough strip of fillet on the whole burger. For the price you should get two half chickens or 10 chicken burgers from Mecces. Really bold after such a long wait! Still three stars because the fries and cocktails were good. (although very expensive of course)

Drinks took a really long time even though the place wasn't overly crowded. One cocktail (caipirinha) was basically undrinkable... service... well. The first drink came after about 10 minutes. The others about 15 minutes later. In between there is no question as to whether there can be anything else. So no recommendation for a delicious cocktail with a cool atmosphere. There are much better locations at the Schlachte.

Unfortunately I didn't like the place. It's pretty dark. You spontaneously get a table for two people (around 5 p.m.) The facility is very old & dirty. The toilet is also very old. Either the door didn't close, there was no toilet paper, no soap, or it was dirty. The cocktails weren't really good. Happy hour is also offered. The location of the bar is great! But that was it. I wouldn't recommend it

We were there at happy hour for the jumbo cocktails. They were very tasty, but unfortunately the alcohol was missing a bit. The atmosphere itself is very nice and the employees are very friendly. However, a mouse came from the kitchen and kept running back and forth between the seats and the kitchen. That wasn't quite as nice...

Very tasty food and great cocktails in a cozy atmosphere. There were problems in the women's toilet with a blockage and there was no water. But the friendly staff really tried hard and offered alternatives so that you could wash your hands. In addition, the service is always friendly and courteous and very attentive. We were seated indoors and the table shook, but the employee took care of it immediately. We would love to come back and would be happy to recommend the restaurant.

Came across this place and were initially a bit skeptical about the recent negative reviews, but we thought we would give the place a chance. Unfortunately we were almost 10 minutes late but this wasn't a problem at all. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and escorted to our table. Didn't have to wait long for food or drinks. The food was super tasty, the portion size was more than enough and the price was also completely okay. Whether for food or drinks. We would love to come back the next time we visit Bremen.

We were a bit skeptical at first because of the recent negative reviews, but we thought we'd just give it a try and we weren't disappointed. We had reserved a table and unfortunately arrived late, this wasn't a problem - we were greeted in a friendly manner and shown to the table. The service was good, we were constantly being asked if everything was OK and the store was getting more and more full. Despite the fact that it was very full at the end, everything came relatively quickly, the food was delicious and the cocktails were also very good. We were there this evening. We made a reservation a few days ago. When we came in we were told straight away that there would be a longer wait for the food, but that wasn't a problem for us. After 40 minutes we were allowed to order drinks. Cutlery was taken away from us straight away, without asking again if we wanted anything. Due to an unforeseen event, the kitchen was closed, which could have been communicated 40 minutes in advance. Such problems can happen, but the waiter's behavior left something to be desired. It's a shame, that was probably the last visit!

We had reserved a table for 8 p.m. and were there on time. When we arrived the store was completely overcrowded and we were given a side table right at the door. When we arrived we were told that unfortunately the meal would take a little longer, around 40 minutes, which in itself wouldn't have been a problem for us. It started with a family next to us being yelled at in an unacceptable manner by a waiter with long hair just because they asked where the food was that they had ordered two hours ago. When we were allowed to order drinks after 30 minutes, the waiter in question took our cutlery from the table without a word. We had our first drinks after about three quarters of an hour. When we asked if we could order food now, the same waiter told us in an impossible tone that the kitchen had been closed for an hour and there was nothing left, which could have been communicated much earlier. We finished the drinks and asked when paying why we had made a reservation when we weren't even told properly that we weren't getting any more food. The waiter's response was so bold and rude that we had to politely ask him to be friendly and maintain a minimum of professionalism. The place descended into complete chaos that evening and it was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. In every snack bar with the golden M you will receive better and nicer service. Unfortunately, the evening was a complete failure and it was definitely the last time I saw the inside of this restaurant.

Reserved a table at 8 p.m. on a Saturday evening. We got there a little earlier, that wasn't actually a problem and we got a small table despite the restaurant being quite full. After we were given the menu without a word, we only noticed through conversations at the neighboring table that the kitchen was apparently closed for the evening. At 7:30 p.m.! Since we were there to eat, we canceled it. We were completely ignored. We weren't asked for drinks either.

Was always top and highly recommended! Cocktails have really gone down!!! You can also drink juice with not too much shot!!! Service was quick because, strangely enough, there was relatively little going on!!! As a regular customer for years, I will avoid the bolero for now!!!!

The cocktails are no longer as good as they used to be. I've been a guest for years and never had anything to complain about, but now the cocktails are more like fruit juices, the cheeseburger was good, I won't be going there again for a while.

War am Wochenende da. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, es war wirklich wenig los und so kamen die Getränke recht schnell . Das Ambiente war ganz gut, alles wirkte sauber, die Stühle und Sofas waren bequem . Das vegane Essensangebot war nicht ansprechend für mich. Die Auswahl hielt sich in Grenzen :( Insgesamt war es ein netter Nachmittag!

Die Cocktail-Bar ist einfach fantastisch! Die Getränke sind kreativ und geschmacklich ein Genuss. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein perfekter Ort, um mit Freunden einen tollen Abend zu verbringen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich war mit meinem Lebensgefährten da, leider war es nicht so toll...das Personal war eher mit sich selbst beschäftigt, es wurde der Rücken eintreffendee Gäste gezeigt und Bestellungen trotz weniger Gäste nur langsam bearbeitet Trotzdem wurde vor wartenden Gästen Pommes vor Publikum in aller Seelenruhe verspeist und das wenige Publikum ignoriert...sehr schade....denn ansonsten wären Coctials und Drinks sehr lecker... Ich möchte mich aber an so einem Ort aber willkommen heißen und nicht das Gefühl haben, das Personal bei Privatgesprächwn zu stören, darum leider trotz leckerer Drinks diese Punkte....

Sehr leckeres Essen, freundliche Bedienung und tolles Ambiente

Am Freitag vor 2 Wochen wollten wir uns mit meinen Kollegen zusammensetzen, alle Kellner sagten uns phlegmatisch, dass kein Tisch frei sei! Schließlich setzten wir uns auf Tomas' freundliche Einladung hin an die Bar. Ich arbeite seit 20 Jahren als Kellnerin, aber ich glaube, es ist das erste Mal, dass ich gesehen habe, wie sich zwei Kellner mitten im Restaurant bei vollem Haus küssen, und dann steht die Kellnerin oben auf der Bar und stellt sie hin Füße auf dem gegenüberliegenden „Tisch“.... Viktoria und Tomas an der Bar waren sehr nett, der ganze Kellner ist idiotisch und mürrisch.... sie bringen das Essen und wenn ich nach Besteck frage, gibt er ein Messer und eine Gabel ohne eine Serviette für 2 Personen! Auf die dritte Anfrage erhielten wir Besteck und eine gratis Serviette🥳Das Essen war gut, das Getränk auch! Als der Platz leer war, fragte ich mehrmals, ob wir an einen normalen Tisch wechseln könnten, aber sie antworteten immer mit Nein!

Eins der klassischen Schlachte-Restaurants mit einem sehr großen Gastraum. Das Essen ist lecker, jedoch für meinen Geschmack sehr teuer, da es sich vermehrt wahrscheinlich um Convenience Produkte handeln dürfte.

Haben mit einer Gruppe vorn am Eingang gesessen. Im Winter durch das kommen und gehen der Gäste ist es dort zu kalt. Service war allerdings top.

Schade das an den Tischen keine Kerzen angezündet würden ich war um 16 Uhr da.

Richtig schlechter Service. 45 min auf ein Getränk gewartet. Bei Nachfrage gab's vom Kellner ne patzige Antwort. Nie wieder!

Trotz vorbestellen mussten wir über 1,5 Std. auf die Vorspeise warten und nach fast 2,5 Std. Kkm endlich die hauptspeise. Dies war auch nicht gerde gut bei uns allen. Bei einigen war das Essen schon kalt und bei anderen wieder fehlte oder war zu viel Salz an den Pommes 🍟. Wir werden wohl hier NIE WIEDER essen!!!!!

Waren gestern als Gruppe hier. Insgesamt wurde 1,5 Stunden auf die vorbestellte! Vorspeise gewartet. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir immer wieder vertröstet und durch einen Herrn aus dem Service auch unfreundlich behandelt. Nachdem nach 2,5 Stunden die Hauptspeise auf dem Tisch stand war die Enttäuschung noch größer. Versalzen, das Fleisch totgebraten etc. Der vorbestellte Nachtisch konnte nur nach längerer Diskussion storniert werden. Wir werden definitiv nicht nochmal hingehen.

Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen kam schnell, die Portionen waren gut. Nur den Nachts fehlte es etwas an Geschmack. Die Cocktails sind auch sehr gut gewesen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war stimmig. Ich komme gern wieder.

Bedienung unfreundlich, betitelt Gäste als Assis und pöbelt gegenüber den Gästen. 30 Minuten leere Gläser, 2,5 h auf das Essen gewartet trotz Vorbestellung! Sehr enttäuscht!

Wir haben einen Tisch für 19 Uhr reserviert und das Essen, auf Wunsch der Lokalität, einige Tage vorbestellt. Bis wir unsere Vorspeise bekamen mussten wir drei mal nachfragen wobei wir beim dritten Mal vom Kellner sehr pampig angemacht wurden. Nach 1 1/2 Stunden konnten wir unsere Vorspeise dann essen. Wieder eine Stunde später bekamen wir dann auf weitere Nachfrage auch unsere Hauptspeise. Als wir nach der Hauptspeise nach der Rechnung fragten (es waren zu dem Zeitpunkt drei Stunden vergangen) wurde uns diese noch verwehrt weil wir vorbestellten Schokokuchen nicht mehr nehmen wollten. Nach Diskussion konnten wir dann aber zahlen. Zusätzlich wurden wir über die gesamte Dauer unseres Besuches nicht gefragt ob wir weitere Getränke bestellen möchten. Ich habe Verständnis dafür das es gerade in der heutigen Zeit schwer ist Personal zu finden. Wenn allerdings die Servicekräfte hinter der Bar Zeit zum tanzen und turteln haben sollte auch Zeit für guten Service sein… Einen weiteren Besuch wird es nicht geben und würde ich auch keinem empfehlen!

Am liebsten 0 Sterne, trotz Vorbestellung über 2 Stunden gewartet und kein Essen in Sicht. Vom Kellner aufs unmöglichste angemacht auf Nachfrage nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit auf die Vorspeise. Essen, als es nach 2,5 Stunden kam, war kalt, Fleisch trocken und kalt . Geht gar nicht und werde definitiv nicht wieder kommen.

Schade, mussten lange warten bus jemand kam. die Servicekraft war gelangweilt und genervt.

Mit Ersti Studenten gesessen , Ambiente und Speisen genossen.

Leckeres Essen, gute Cocktails und sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Essen sehr gut. Vorspeisenplatte für 2 Personen. Double Cheeseburger ebenso. Trotz der Restaurantgröße und der Belegung konnte man sich gut unterhalten. Zu den Cocktails kann ich nichts sagen, don't Drink and Drive.

Cocktail waren lecker, bei den Nachos zu wenig Käse. Ansonsten war es sehr schön dort

Hatte das Steak durch bestellt und es kam medium an..war dennoch lecker !:)

Wenn an einem Sonntagabend alle Restaurants an der Schlachte maximal ausgelastet sind und bei diesem Restaurant weniger Gäste als Kellner sind, dann hätte mir das eine Warnung sein sollen. Zunächst war es im Innenraum so warm, dass man sich eigentlich gar nicht darin aufhalten konnte, eine Klimaanlage scheint es nicht zu geben. Da es sowieso keine anderen Gäste gab konnten wir uns wenigstens einen Platz direkt unter einem Ventilator aussuchen. Der Tische war so klebrig, dass man beim Auflegen der Arme festklebte. Leider waren die Nachbartische auch alle so. Nach 5-10 Minuten haben wir dann auch eine Karte bekommen, warten mussten wir allgemein sehr viel und das obwohl 3 Kellner/innen nur einen Tisch bedienen mussten… wir bestellen Getränke, welche dann vergessen wurden. Wir bestellten Gerichte und ich fragte nach, ob man mein Gericht auch ohne Tomaten bekommen könne, da ich allergisch bin, das sei gar kein Problem. Nach einem Hinweis auf die fehlenden Getränke kamen unsere „hausgemachten“ Limonaden die einfach nur künstlich und ungenießbar süß waren. Das hatte nichts von hausgemacht. Das Essen ging sehr schnell, ungewöhnlich schnell, was daran lag, dass das Essen nur aufgewärmt wird und absolut alles vorbereitet und nicht frisch ist. Bei meinem Essen hatte man freundlicherweise die Tomatenwürfel beim Beilagensalat weggelassen aber das essen bestand trotzdem zu 99% aus Tomaten…. (Da alles schon zum Aufwärmen bereit ist, kann man sicherlich nichts mehr ändern, aber das wusste der Kellner wohl nicht). Ich musste dann selbst einen Kellner holen, da alle die Baumarktstrategie abgezogen haben und sich versteckt haben. Nach einiger Diskussion gab es ein Alternativgericht, das war für einfach aufgewärmt auch okeeee. Ich wollte dann bezahlen und wir wurden vollkommen ignoriert, da die Angestellten sich angeregt über privates unterhielten. Erst als ich laut wurde reagierte man. Nach 20 Minuten warten auf die Rechnung habe ich mich erneut beschwert und der Kellner hatte vergessen, dass wir zahlen wollten ( wow ). Bei der Rechnung hat man dann noch die falschen Gerichte abbuchen wollen… gehts noch schlechter?? Ja, die Toiletten. Diese waren dreckig, es stank und aus der Decke guckten offene Kabel überall waren Löcher und braune Flecken (wahrscheinlich Wasserschaden) aber am besten war die Salatschüssel aus dem Gastrobereich die man in die Zwischendecke geklemmt hatte…

Beim Essen ist gibt es noch etwas Luft nach oben. Gute Burger bekommt man fast überall, sehr gute bekommt man halt nicht überall. Personal, Service und Restaurant haben mir gut gefallen und ich komme gerne wieder und werde die anderen Gerichte probieren.

Das Personal war super nett. Und das Essen war auch sehr lecker.

Lage ist wirklich toll. Die Einrichtung innen und die Gestaltung außen, sind richtig schön. Ich gehe seit knapp 10 Jahren immer mal wieder ins Bolero aber leider merkt man auch hier den Mangel an geschultem Personal. Der Laden ist voll, das Personal total gestresst, man muss laut rufen und winken, bis man mal die Bestellung aufgeben kann, auf die man dann noch ewig warten muss... Zu alldem Überfluss, dass die Cocktails alle mittlerweile so wässrig schmecken, dass es sich dafür nicht mehr lohnt Geld auszugeben Mittags kann man dort gut essen, aber zum Start in den Abend oder gar um dort zu feiern, nein - da doch besser woanders hin gehen. Das Finale des Abends war dann noch, dass 3 von 4 Toiletten verstopft gewesen sind. Das Personal wusste Bescheid, aber passiert ist nichts. Schade, früher war es einer der besten Läden in der Bremer City. Aber auch das Bolero kann sich nicht vor dem Wandel der Zeit schützen.
