THE KUMPIR in Hamburg

Für mich der beste Kumpir-Laden überhaupt! 🥔🔥 Ich habe schon bei einigen anderen Läden Kumpir gegessen, aber ganz ehrlich: Das war für mich kein Vergleich. Bei The Kumpir schmeckt der Kumpir einfach überragend. Die Qualität und der Geschmack sind einfach etwas ganz anderes. Früher bin ich sogar extra von Eidelstedt bis nach Harburg gefahren, wenn ich Kumpir essen wollte, weil es den Laden nur dort gab. 😄 Umso besser, dass der Sohn des Chefs mittlerweile einen zweiten Laden in Altona eröffnet hat. Jetzt habe ich endlich einen Kumpir-Laden in meiner Nähe und muss nicht mehr bis nach Harburg fahren. 😂 Das Beste: Die Qualität ist genauso gut wie in Harburg. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der richtig guten Kumpir liebt!!

Ich liebe diesen Laden ❤️ Hartes es schonmal vor 3 Jahren geschrieben, hab es aber gelöscht um nochmal zu schreiben, wie toll es hier ist! Ich komme immer wieder aus Eimsbüttel um hier zu essen :) Wenn ich in Harburg bin gehe ich zum anderen. Tolle Besitzer, immer extrem freundlich, lecker und sehr großzügige Portionen. Danke es war wieder super lecker 🤩

Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis, wenn man mal keine Lust mehr auf Kebab und Lahmacun hat. Guter Geschmack, angenehme Atmosphäre und gemütliches Ambiente.

Das Kumpir war fantastisch! Wir haben eine normale Portion bestellt, und die war mehr als ausreichend für eine Person. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem in Hamburg wärmstens empfehlen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ich war bei Kumpir und habe eine gebackene Kartoffel mit Hähnchen, Ei, leckerer Sauce und Jalapeños gegessen – einfach unglaublich gut! 😍 Die Kartoffel war perfekt gebacken, schön heiß und fluffig innen, das Hähnchen super zart und würzig. Die Kombination mit der Sauce und den Jalapeños hat richtig gut harmoniert – genau die richtige Mischung aus cremig, würzig und leicht scharf 🔥 Man schmeckt, dass hier alles frisch zubereitet wird. Auch die Portion war sehr großzügig, man wird auf jeden Fall satt! Dazu noch das gemütliche Ambiente und das freundliche Personal – rundum ein tolles Erlebnis. Absolute Empfehlung, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! 🙌🥔❤️

Best Jacket Potato Ever – And I’m from the UK! Tried a Kumpir at The Kumpir in Hamburg and it blew me away. Huge, fluffy potato mixed with butter and cheese, then loaded with amazing toppings. I’ve had plenty of jacket potatoes back in the UK, but this one tops them all. An absolute must if you're in Hamburg!

I wanted to consume, but when I asked about the bathroom they told me it is only for workers! Integration does not always work…

We had delicious Kumpir. I'd say it was my best yet. Plenty of choice to fill a large potato with delicious fillings. Prices were completely reasonable. The dining room and restrooms were clean. The staff were super friendly.

Super tasty, generous portions, but unfortunately the atmosphere isn't at all cozy. It feels more like a fast-food restaurant, but the food is so good and fairly priced that it doesn't matter.

A very relaxed staff who are very attentive! We have often eaten here because the price-performance ratio is simply right. The preparation usually doesn't take longer than a few minutes and is therefore also very suitable for quick hunger!

Fast, cheap, super for those who don't like a snack based on a bun, but drinks are served like in a store. The glasses were not given until asked, the coke was not opened until asked, the same with the napkin. There is absolutely nothing to tip guys.

Bester Kumpir in der Stadt! Kannte den Laden schon aus Harburg und hab mich jetzt sehr über die Neueröffnung in Ottensen gefreut. Die Qualität ist nach wie vor super gut, der Service sehr freundlich und die Portionen top für den Preis. Absolute Empfehlung!

I love Kumpir and the Kumpir here is simply the best you can get in Hamburg. The boys are also really nice and make really big portions. The store deserves much more attention!!

We always enjoy eating Kumpir. This store has a good selection and is reasonably priced. The guys behind the counter were also very generous with the quantity and were happy to fulfill any special requests. However, the ingredients are not so creatively implemented: For example, there is no delicious Turkish carrot salad, only grated carrots. Pure olives from a jar instead of delicious olive salad with oil and herbs. The mushrooms were also out of a can and not as tasty as the competitor... Still happy to come back :)

Wir waren überrascht wie lecker und reichhaltig ( aber frisch) die Kartoffeln gefüllt waren)!Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Getränkeauswahl gut. Leider nur Tee aus der Tüte...das passt so gar nicht..Grade jetzt im Winter wäre so türkischer Tee fantastisch. Ansonsten empfehlenswert und freundlich

Ich als Kleinstädter bin wirklich begeistert von so einem Laden. Man zahlt nur 7€ für so eine echt große Kartoffel mit 6 Toppings und es ist einfach unglaublich lecker. Wenn ich in Hamburg leben würde, würde ich hier mindestens zweimal die Woche essen. Einfach geil!

Ich war das erste Mal da neulich, der Kumpir war sehr lecker und günstig und die Mitarbeiter dort waren sehr nett. Es war recht leer als wir da waren, der Laden könnte etwas mehr Deko vertragen, da er recht gross ist aber Imbiss-Vibes hat. Würde wieder hingehen.

Noch nie so einen leckeren Kumpir in Deutschland gegessen. Und der zuvorkomme Service der Mitarbeiter ist mehr als klasse! Die Zutaten sind absolut frisch. Man hat vom Anblick Lust bekommen, alle Zutaten drauf zu hauen! Richtig lecker, ich esse jetzt weiter.

I love potatoes in any form. I was surprised by the taste and very affordable price. I tried Turkish kumir with sour sauce and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. nowadays, a large portion of food with various additives for only six euro andfifty cents is a great offer and a slightly different taste experience. There is also a place to sit and the service is friendly. I recommend this place and food.

We had “Türkisches Kumpir” as take-away from here. It was genuinely delicious and very alike to the one we have back in Turkey. We will try it again on-place and will edit if our opinion changes. By the way, the price-performance was incredibly good. Only €6.5 per Kumpir, which is fully satisfying as content.

Ich war rundum zufrieden. Nicht nur die reichhaltige Auswahl und die Qualität überzeugen, sondern auch der perfekte und zuvorkommende Service!

Der türkische Kumpir war sehr lecker, den mexikanischen fand ich eher mittelmäßig. Die Preise auf der Website stimmen (Stand: März 2023) zwar nicht mehr, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber dennoch sehr gut. Ich wurde auch sehr schnell und freundlich bedient.
