Delal Döner in Hamburg

How did this store even open? What kind of hygiene concept was introduced? The tiny sink is in a corner, and right next to it is a touchscreen monitor, and right in front of it is a fan. No one needs to tell me that anyone washes their hands even once a day. Aside from my previously mentioned well-founded suspicion that no one ever washes their hands there, I've observed that the salespeople handle the bread with their bare hands, the same hands they use to handle money. How do they get away with it? Are these things that no one cares about?

The doner meat is like rubber with a lot of cartilage.

It was really cheeky, one of the thin, short, slim employees with light eyes simply said to my companion in Turkish or Kurdish that I've been there with lots of men!! That's the nerve... I'm a woman who has more brothers and cousin Dehn. I'd really like to recommend this shop instead of the others in the corner across the street because the food is just so good there, but with an act like this!! It's so unpleasant, especially when the employee is there, he's really lucky that my husband wasn't the one he said that to!!

I've eaten there several times, and it's always been absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

The ambiance outside is also part of the experience, hence the 4 stars. The rest of the place is top-notch. Great after the renovation, but you quickly forget the step at the entrance when you leave. Great food, best kebab shop in the area that I know of. Very friendly staff. My dream would be a larger shop later (around the corner or something) with a few seats. Edith a few months later: Rating unchanged, but everyone should be aware: It's a kebab shop by a through train station. But it's incredibly tasty and friendly.

I thought it was better before but today they just feel tiny

We were just there to get a kebab and falafel - the employee (a thin face with a beard) made a negative comment about our appearance without being asked. The falafel tasted sour, probably expired. We had to throw it away. What a shame. The service and food were poor quality. The kebab was one of the worst I've ever had. I wonder how it got 4.8 stars.

A real insider tip for kebab lovers! I've been here several times, and the kebab is always a delight. The meat is always juicy and perfectly grilled, the vegetables are crisp and fresh, and the sauces—especially the sauces!—are simply irresistible. You can tell they value quality here. The staff is always friendly and works quickly, even when it's busy. The portions are generous, and the value for money is absolutely spot on. For me, this is the best kebab shop in the area!

We are in Hamburg for a few days, our Airbnb is only three minutes from Elbgaustraße train station. On the way back today we went to Delal, we had doner plate, doner kebab and falafel box. Everything was really delicious, the meat was absolutely great, whether it was veal or chicken, and everything else tasted very good too. We'll definitely come by again.

We were there when the employee was counting a lot of coins to put in the cash register. When we were about to order, we asked if he could change his gloves because he'd been handling so many coins. He said no and couldn't care less. When we pointed out how dirty all the coins were, he again said no, and we left the store, completely indifferent to his actions. It's a shame that the employee there didn't care whether his customers were satisfied. We definitely won't be coming back!

A German lady ordered a wrap before me. I wanted to place my order in Turkish. As a result, the wrap they prepared for me was worse than the previous one and had fewer ingredients. Don't order in Turkish!!

Super tasty and very nice service. Also a good portion, I had a Dürüm with chicken and was stuffed. I can highly recommend!

Always fresh ingredients and well prepared food. Friendly and helpful staff. The perfect place to grab a quick bite on the way home from work. After the renovation, it's become a really good looking, small store and customers can now wait inside for their food to be prepared. My favorite Doener and Lahmacun, place in Hamburg.

Still the best kebab in the area.

I didn't like the food. the employees smoke cigarettes and then serve you food, the service is not nice, the atmosphere next to the s bahn is noisy, there are lots of people and noisy people

First, the workers go out for a smoke or greet a friend with a handshake and then they finish your food without washing or disinfecting their hands. You take a kebab and then tell him to prepare it without salad. Don't put meat in it anymore and then you end up with a kebab with little in it - not recommended for the price. Man has to eat to be full.

It has been on the market for too long because the quality of both the kebab and the service has declined. and that face when you ask for the receipt

Unfortunately I can't rate the food here. But I was really fuming when I got there. So I ordered a kebab. I then wanted to pay for it with a card. Unfortunately, the whole thing doesn't work after midnight. So I had to “endure” evil looks from the operator (after the kebab was already ready). Only now, after checking the opening hours, did I realize why he only accepted cash. The tax says hello.

Very good kebab, always correct people. Lahmacun with shepherd's cheese is highly recommended. Even when there is a big crowd, quick preparation and cheerful employees. Prices are also right, perfect if you have to get on or off the train, so you can tip a few thalers with a clear conscience

Hunger strikes and what always helps? That's right, kebab or dürüm on hand. Stopped here today and treated myself to a jumbo doner. Plenty of meat and vegetables made a fresh impression. When I asked what was on it, of course with everything I was unfortunately also given the cocktail sauce for the tzatziki. Not my thing but it was OK. The whole thing was handled in a friendly manner and the place had no influence on the “station ambience” around it. If it hadn't been for the cocktail sauce, it would have been given a 4th star.

Ich wollte meinem 4 jährige Sohn pommes und döner kaufen, aber getrennt voneinander, da mein Sohn dieses sonst nicht isst (Kind halt). Der Mitarbeiter, meinte nur das geht nicht wenn dann nur als pom döner in der Box.. Woraufhin ich meinte dass es bitte getrennt in so eine weise Box gefüllt werden soll da mein kleiner, der auch beim bestellen neben mir stand es sonst nicht essen würde. Es macht ja keinen Unterschied ob es in der Box oder Schachtel ist. Aber nein der Mitarbeiter war wirklich stur und hat es in eine Box statt in eine Schachtel gepackt 🤦‍♀️ Wäre mein kleiner nicht neben mir gewesen hätte ich nichts gekauft bei solchen inkompetenten Mitarbeitern. Ich denke nicht dass ich etwas unmöglichen von den Mitarbeitern erwartet habe... Auf jeden fall nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!

Überteuert. Die für 7,80 Brot und Salat zu essen ist schon frech. Fleisch wird immer weniger und wenn man darauf anspricht wird gesagt ja dann musst du Jumbo holen…ich wollt doch nur einen normalen Dürüm haben und nicht Brot und Salat …

Döner top, besser als Deal Döner in Pinneberg. Ambiente drumherum "eklig", Bahnhof Elbgaustraße halt.

Bewerte zwar sehr selten iwas - aber diesmal muss das sein!!! Seit 3 Jahren hole ich da Döner, Börek oder sonst was - noch nie mitbekommen, dass ein "bruddah" vorgezogen wurde, Personal unfreundlich war (auch bei 30°C draußen-in der Bude sind es bestimmt 50°C)-sind sie sehr freundlich... Und Dünnschiss habe ich von ihrem Essen auch noch nie bekommen, obwohl ich seit 20 Jahren einen sehr empfindlichen Magen habe.... Weiter so!!!

Bestelle häufig bei den Jungs. 4 Sterne gesamt, will ja das sie so gut bleiben oder besser werden

Sehr leckerer Döner, einer meiner liebsten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Einzig schade, dass es keine wirklichen Sitzplätze gibt.

Das Personal ist meiner Meinung nach genervt von Kunden, das Essen ist für mich nicht mehr als „okay“ und die Preise finde ich auch viel zu teuer. Ich werde wohl nicht wieder kommen.

Wir waren gerade spontan zum ersten Mal hier, sind eigentlich nicht aus der unmittelbaren Gegend, müssen aber wohl ab sofort immer wiederkommen :) Gefühlt alle "Dönerspezialitäten" Hamburgs (und darüber hinaus) schon ausprobiert, jedoch hat es uns selten so gut geschmeckt, wie bei euch. Bitte weiter so und danke!

(Der Döner ist frisch und lecker. Das einzige was mir nicht gefällt sind die Standard brottaschen. Ich persönlich ziehe Fladenbrot vor.) Nun gibt es den Döner auch im Fladenbrot

Personal sehr schlecht. Kunden("brudah)" werden vorgezogen, obwohl man schon bestellt hat und schon wartet. Statt Jumbo döner wird mir ein normaler serviert, nachdem ich ihn auf meine Bestellung hinweise, kriege ich bisschen mehr Fleisch. Das wird mir dann als Jumbo verkauft. Rein vom wegen dem Service nicht zu empfehlen.

Ansich ganz oke, nur bisschen wenig für den Preis. Aber am Abend und in der Nacht lag ich im Bett mit sehr unangenehmen Bauchschmerzen.

Bin enttäuscht von dem Personal habe ne falsche Bestellung bekommen und musste sogar mehr zahlen

Endlich mal eine Dönerbude die die Soße vorher auch ins Brot schmiert und nicht nur einen Klecks oben aufs Gemüse batscht. Geschmacklich gut. Das Brot könnte krosser sein. Tipp vom Berliner: Grillgemüse, Fetabrösel und n‘ Spritzer Zitrone - besser geht’s dann nicht. Trotzdem auch so zu empfehlen.

Sehr lecker die Döner und Döner boxen, hat ein super Geschmack und ist sehr lecker!

Der Geschmack war absolute Sahne, gar nix los. Aber das war beim Kalb döner n 100% hack döner. Und das Brot ist standard. Genug gemeckert grundsätzlich n guter döner für zwischendurch

Fleisch schmeckt super lecker sehr gut gewürzt ! Mitarbeiter super nett ! Und sehr schnell! Bisschen mehr Salat & geschmackintensivere Soßen und dem entsprechend dickereres Brot dann wäre es 10/10 . Und als Tipp bietet mal Gemüsedöner an dann hättet ihr eine veggy Alternative 👀
