Nothing I love more than carrying around a pocket of change because the minimum spend is way over €5 Clearly it's not an Irish bar from the 21st century BUT THEN the red hand of Ulster in the window should have been a clue!

Very cozy pub, the people behind the counter are friendly and quick, the waitresses at the tables are just as nice with a smile on their faces. The volume is such that you can still have a good conversation. We'll be back!!

It was my first time at the Irish pub and we had an unforgettable evening! The staff is great, especially Pascal! Be careful. I got charged for drinks at the end of the night that I never had. Best to pay as you go. Everything was fine until I found out the number of Guinness i had was more than I ordered. The barmaid left the Guinness at the bar and disappeared for 20 mins. She decided to put the same drinks through the system more than once.

Staff added on drinks that I didn't even have. Not sure if it's a scam or incompetence.

Our last stop in the evening in Trier Was in this cozy pub twice, once even until half past four at night. The counter team around Pascal was super nice, relaxed and funny. Alina and her shaken espresso martini were a delight. In general, drinks and spirits were imaginative and delicious. If our 14-man group hits Trier again, we will definitely go to this great pub again.

We were there with a larger group (8 people) and wanted to watch the Bundesliga and have a nice meal with a Guinness. Unfortunately, the menu was very limited and both the pizzas and the tarte flambée were simple frozen items...for 12.90 euros per portion! Craziness. The Bundesliga was also not running because there were apparently problems with the subscription. The waitresses were nice, but not really present. Sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes for drinks we ordered. There is still absolutely room for improvement here.

The hospitality was very welcoming, and everybody was professional, and our drinks were on point especially the espresso martini highly recommended for anybody who is a coffee fan or a liquor fan

We came for one beer, and thanks to the pleasant service, we stayed until closing time. Her drink preparation was fascinating and we wanted to try more.

There was best Espresso Martini in town. Best waiters and Gin Tonic too. Totally coming back!!! Perfect place.

Typical Irish pub, we were there on a Friday evening and there was live music. Good selection of drinks, the gin menu is excellent. I can't say anything about the food, we just drank. Prices are still okay but already at the upper limit

Top. It was well attended on a Tuesday when there was otherwise little going on in many places. Rightly so, very nice service in a lovingly furnished atmosphere. Good drink selection! Some regulars.

A nice evening with karaoke and many interpretations by artists. Plus a delicious beer. What more do you want. Small disadvantage, when it's full, it takes a while to order at the counter. But if you have time, you can enjoy it. Bottom up! 🍺

War ein schöner / wilder Abend!

Waren jetzt paar mal da und es ist Zeit für eine Rezension. Ambiente schön, nur ist im grossen Raum, wo es rausgeht, die Musik so laut, dass man sich dort kaum unterhalten kann. In den anderen Räumen super. Leider gibt es Abzug wegen den überhöhten Preisen und dem Service, der manchmal etwas lange auf sich warten lässt. Man trinkt bedachter und hat immer die Preise im Kopf, weil ein Abend sonst schnell sehr teuer wird. So geht es uns einstimmig. Sollte man etwas dran drehen. Zum Essen keine Bewertung, da das Angebot uns nicht bekannt ist. Würde gerne besser bewerten, aber oft wird wegen den beschriebenen Problemen der Abend etwas ungemütlich. Schön wäre es auch die Dartscheibe wieder aufzuhängen und den Leuten mehr Spiele (Würfel, Karten, usw.) anzubieten. Dann hat man was zu tun an den grossen Tischen.

Nette Bar, freundliche Mitarbeitende. Leider gibt es keine Speisen.

Wollte nach dem Besuch des Weihnachtsmarkts den Abend bei irischer Musik ausklingen lassen. Leider erinnert nur das Bier an einen Irish Pub. Keine Live Musik, keine Irische Musik, nur das Personal war Irisch freundlich. Schade, war enttäuschend.

There is no food at this pub- minus stale “nachos” served with very cold processed cheese. Don’t be fooled by the photos. The staff were nice but checked out and service was slow. Clean bathrooms and cozy atmosphere.

Wirklich ein guter Pub, schön eingerichtet und eine große Auswahl an Bier. Die Bedienung lässt auch nichts zu wünschen offen. Jedoch muss man sagen, die Musik die gespielt wird…. Wahrlich grauenhaft. Ich bin in dem Pub um eine gute Zeit zu haben, Spaß zu haben und lustige Musik zu hören während ich trinke, nicht um einen trauermarsch anzuführen.

Not too impressed with my first visit. I miss the old Irish pub. Drinks were good. Fair prices. Slow service. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating. Location is busy in front of a transit stop and near a parking garage.

Es ist wunderschön dort zu sein das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich ach was sage ich, es ist einfach nur super die Getränke sind super und das Essen ist auch sehr gut nur zum empfehlen.

Super Bar, aber neuerdings wurde die Steeldartscheibe abgebaut. Das ist wirklich sehr traurig weil wir unter der Woche wirklich sehr gern zum Dart spielen vorbei gekommen sind. Bitte bringt die Scheibe wieder zurück🙏🏻🙏🏻

Immer gern! Schönes Ambiente und tolle Auswahl an Getränken, Lifemusik und entspanntes Volk. Gegessen hab ich dort bisher nicht, dazu später gern mehr.

Nett da, dem Biergarten merkt man schon an, dass er mitten in der Stadt liegt. Fluss, Wald, Porta Nigra ist halt was weg. Aber fachgerecht gezapftes Guinness und gute irische Malts ist nicht selbstverständlich. Und die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür ist ein netter Zusatz!

I didn't eat there but enjoyed a drink and quick chat with the barman Dave. It's everything an Irish pub should be.

Really really poor. We asked if we could watch the football, were told that wasn't possible and the TVs stayed off. Beer selection wasn't great and they didn't even have Irish cider, despite there being plenty they could have chosen to stock. The music selection was dubious at best. The Dropkick Murphys aren't Irish despite what they might have you believe. We were subjected to half an album of that and then generic American soft rock took over. The place was almost empty when we arrived which we should have recognised as a bad sign. It didn't get much better in the hour we were there. Overall, this is one of the worst examples of an "Irish" pub I've ever seen, anywhere in the world. Avoid

Wir waren Freitagabend da und haben noch gut Platz gefunden. Ambiente typisch Irisch - passt. Bedienung mäßig freundlich, aber ein „herzliches Willkommen“ entstand nicht. Guiness für 6,50 € auch nicht gerade eine Einladung ein Zweites zu trinken.

Mooie grote zaak met paar mooie bieren en whiskeys. Gezellige sfeer en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die wel in is voor een praatje.

War dort mit einem Freund um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen , das Publikum war gemischt und sehr gesellig. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit mit Karte zu zahlen… Und musste doch tiefer in die Geldbörse greifen als gedacht

Das ist eine Bar die wir leider nicht mehr betreten werden, da wir noch nie so unfreundlich behandelt wurden. Wir, vier Mädels, wollten entspannt was trinken gehen. Als wir am Pub ankamen und freundlich nachfragten ob wir zu einer Freundin an den Tisch dürfen, griff der Barkeeper uns dermaßen verbal an und wollten uns nicht herein lassen. Die Gründe dafür konnte er uns allerdings nicht erklären und wurde sehr unfreundlich und herablassend. Schade…

Noch nie so unfreundlich von einem Barkeeper begrüßt worden. Wir hatten 3 Tische und wollten mit Freunden ordentlich trinken. Als der Barkeeper anfing uns zu diskreditieren fühlten wir uns nicht mehr willkommen und wechselten die Bar.

We walked over from the local hotel in search of drinks. The hostess without any greetings or conversation directed us to a table in the back. We requested another empty table and was told those tables were dirty and needed to be sanitized. 15 minutes later we were still there and without service. The hostess and female servers seems to be on strike. Other customers were also complaining about no service. We left.

This is by far my greatest memory of Germany. Whenever my friends and I met up here, we had a greatr experience. The bar serves a healthy pint of Guinness, the bartenders and waitresses are usually fluent in English, which is nice, although I speak a little German(zwei bier, bitte) Live music, and darts, a lively crowd. What more can you ask for?

The selection of beers is large, many whiskeys as well. A few bummers though: kitchen is closed most of the week, I went there many times, on different days, and still I did not manage to get there on an open day. Staff is super nice!

Ein sehr schönes altes Gebäude mit viel Platz im Innenraum. Hervorzuheben ist die Karte mit einigen irischen Spezialitäten, die es vielleicht doch nicht in jedem Pub gibt. Mein Favorit: Bangers 'n Mash... wer's deftig mag sollte das unbedingt probieren.
