Hmm we were guests here too. This time no schnitzel :-) but burger. That was good. Not very good but good. My fellow competitors gave the food 3/4 out of 5 points. The service was very good as my friend never had an empty beer glass. He attaches great importance to this. The ambience in the house itself was very good. We sat "outside" in the "winter garden". Depending on the time of year it's just ok. All in all a good evening.

Great atmosphere, friendly and always attentive service, even though it was fully booked. Food excellent and portions just right. There is also a select selection of beers, outside of the normal producer bubble! Highly recommended!

Went spontaneously today for all you can eat spear ribs. We saw the banner by chance on our bike tour. On the way back I asked if there were any seats available. Very nice boss and service. The food was very tasty 😋. Can really recommend. What we miss on the North Sea is a “scampi to eat”. Maybe a suggestion for the boss 😉

Suitable for celiac disease!!! In short, delicious burgers at an absolutely fair price! But for me the service is much more important!!! We have 2 children with celiac disease. The waitress immediately asked about intolerance or celiac disease...for that alone I gave it 5 stars. The gluten-free burger was no problem at all, nor was the currywurst. A curry sauce was homemade here without gluten. I can only thank you for the great service and openness!!!

The food was a real disappointment for the price

First of all, my parents and the child liked it better than I did. Staff was very friendly. I had a salad with broiled chicken breast, I actually would have expected more here (for the hefty price of €18.90). The meat was definitely in the pan too short and didn't taste like anything. Unfortunately the salad was boring.

The food is good but the design of the menu is difficult to understand. It is stated that rump steak is served with herb butter and a price is given. The herb butter was then billed separately. After complaining, I reluctantly received the amount back.

Wie bereits im Frühjahr versprochen waren wir als Wederholungsesser erneut im The Flying Kitchen. Selten habe ich einen so guten Burger (Barbecue) gegessen. Die Bandnudeln meiner Frau waren ebenfalls exzellent. Das Personal wie beim letzten Mal äußerst bemüht, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten die Käse Nachos, Steak und Ribs und alle Gerichte waren wirklich ausgezeichnet. Der warme Brownie zum Schluss war dann nochmal das Tüpfelchen auf dem I!

We were regulars, but after the restaurant moved we withdrew a bit. The restaurant used to be modern, bright and very attractive. Unfortunately, this has changed for the worse, but the quality of the dishes on offer has remained the same! American food at a reasonable price.

On the whole everything was fine. The food was tasty but I didn't think the prices were particularly suitable. The burger with onion rings didn't have enough content for 19.90, so a leaf of lettuce or tomato is normal for a burger, I think. The cheeseburger with bacon had more in between for 17.90. Since I didn't really want fries with it, I used fried potatoes. I thought as a replacement for the fries but no, I had to pay an additional 2.90 for that. Well, you can talk about it, but I wasn't aware of the additional costs for the exchange. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant.

I definitely can't understand the positive reviews. The food was mediocre at best and the service staff was an absolute disaster.

Our reservation for 6 people wasn't in the system, but we still got a table. The service was really good: quick and nice. One point deducted from the food because the paddies on the burgers we ordered were too English for us. The Jägerschnitzel was good and the fries were really tasty. We felt the price-performance ratio was a bit too high.

We had burgers and ordered the bacon crispy, it didn't work out. The patty was more of a meatball, thick and far too small for the bun, we had ordered "well-done", and that's what it was: completely dry. Unfortunately, the (delicious) sauce masks everything. The freshly tapped beer lacked carbon dioxide and was unfortunately very stale. The service was very nice and unfortunately had to cope with a lot that evening. As an apology for the dry meat, we got an ouzo on the house. We specially ordered ketchup and mayo for the fries and unfortunately they came in portion sachets, which doesn't have to be the case given the amount we eat every day. All in all, it's a shame, maybe the kitchen addresses some of the criticisms, because the restaurant is nice and has a good location. But we definitely won't go there again.

Was here for the first time today with my husband and son. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. The food was really really good and tasty. The entire staff as well as the boss are very nice and also up for a joke or two. The price is completely justified and the food was worth every cent☺️ We would be happy to come back again

We went to the Flying Kitchen for the second time today because we were very excited about it on our last vacation. Unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. After a full hour we still hadn't had our food, but tables that came far later all got their food before us. We were there with 2 children who were very hungry. After politely asking, they just said that the food would be coming soon. We decided not to eat there. The service then became very loud and angry. We kindly asked to be allowed to pay for our drinks and not eat. The service became very loud and rude and said that we no longer had to pay for the drinks. It was more than just a failure and the conditions are more than just overwhelming. One drink was missing from the drinks alone, although the staff counted again when the drinks were taken to make sure everything was correct. It was beyond underground. There is a lack of communication between service and kitchen here. Everything very unprofessional. The salad bar is more than just a joke. The selection leaves more than to be desired. For one salad from the salad bar €6.90 is more than overpriced. Above all, she looks very dirty. You don't even want to talk about the toilets because you wonder what the kitchen looks like. For us it is clear that with the prices and the impolite service, you can never expect more service. Last year the boss was there himself and everything went great. Very unfortunate

Unfortunately we can't say anything about the quality of the food. After 7 people (5 adults 2 children) waited over 1 hour for our food (guests who came after us had already finished eating) we asked for the drinks bill and left. The bill was waived, but we don't plan another visit.

Also die Bewertung ist zweigeteilt. Wir hatten 2 Burger (Chicken und Normal), Jägerschnitzel, und einen Veggie Burge, sowie als Vorspeise Nachos. Bis auf den Veggie Burger war auch alle in Ordnung. Auch sie Pommes und Süßkartoffelpommes. Was gar nicht ging war der Veggie Burger. Er sollte eigentlich aus einem Gemüsepatty bestehen. Meine Tochter hat nur kurz probiert und gesagt der schmeckt nach Katzenfutter. Dieser Burger ging also fast komplett zurück. Auf Nachfrage bei der Kellnerin ob es hier ein Gemüsepatty wäre meinte sie nein. Die haben wir im Moment nicht daher nehmen wir diese. ( Fleischersatz). Ihr würde der auch nicht schmecken. Es wurde also etwas serviert was nicht auf der Karte steht. Das würde aber wie selbstverständlich abgetan. Wir haben auch nicht weiter reagiert und ganz normal bezahlt. Aea wäre aber in diesem Fall schön gewesen wenn man sich hier vielleicht entschuldigt oder es nicht komplett berechnet hätte. Wenn ich ein Gemüsepatty bestelle sollte es auch eins sein. Sorry das war wirklich nicht akzeptabel. Auch hätte man bereits bei der Bestellung drauf hinweisen müssen

Ordered a 1L bottle of water as it said on the menu. this should cost €7.50. We got a 0.75L bottle for the same price. When we asked the service staff, they said the cards had been printed incorrectly. The service staff became unfriendly. She then said what they should do if the cards were printed incorrectly. Several people in our group had ordered their burger patties medium, the patties were all well done and not medium. In addition, the patties were quite small, but very thick. Unfortunately there was only meat on half the burger. The portions were also quite small for the price. Some of us ordered the same product. When the food came, they immediately saw that the portions were different sizes.

Zum ersten Mal waren wir in diesem Restaurant und wohl auch nicht zum letzten Mal. Der Salat von meiner Frau sehr gut angerichtet. Große Portion und vom Dressing her passend abgestimmt. Mein Sohn und ich hatten jeder ein „Full Rack“ spare Ribs. Ein Traum!!! Das Fleisch viel regelrecht vom Knochen ab, so zart. Die BBQ-Sauce richtig lecker!!! Dazu knusprige Pommes. Was will man mehr. Das Personal sehr nett, freundlich und aufmerksam.

I ate there for the first time last week with my parents. We all enjoyed it very much. The service was also great. We ate there again the next day. If I didn't live so far away, I would definitely eat there more often. =) I will eat there again on my next vacation in Norddeich

First of all, nice service, one lady alone was in charge of the entire activity outside, respect! And that despite holidaymakers who are often not so patient. I chose a burger that had double meat. The question of medium or well done is great and shows that the burger doesn't just come off the shelf. The meat was too thick for me personally, so it had a pure meat taste. One more strip of bacon would have been great. But the meat still tasted delicious. Lightly smoked. I can recommend it, but would eat a different burger next time.

Live music was way too loud in our opinion. There was no response to empty glasses when the ladies visited and there was no service when ordering. Ordered again and the answer was that we have more receipts than just hers. When asked about vegetarians, the boss said that they wouldn't die if they were vegetarian. So in itself it was clean, the terrace was ok and fenced in with privacy. Toilets clean.

Dear Flying Kitchen team, we felt welcome with you. We also enjoyed the food, even if one burger was no longer medium. However, we have a few suggestions for you. The waiters in service were not well structured and many routes had to be covered twice. Mainly because cutlery or ketchup and mayo were missing. Maybe you put a jug on each table with the cutlery in it, as well as two large tubes of ketchup and mayo. The tables are a bit full and the terrace doesn't look like a snack bar. Maybe you can also try homemade mayonnaise and ketchup, as the small plastic bags don't suit your quality of food. You can also serve in small bowls directly on the plate. Unfortunately, the paper was also missing from our burgers. It would also be easier for the waiters if the WiFi network extended outside. I know what it's like when you have to justify poor technology to the customer. I had an Aperol and the glass was quite small and the straw was very long, maybe fill with ice cubes and a short straw and a leaf/stem of mint for the eye. You have potential, do something with it, there is room for improvement.

We sat outside, but the ambience inside is also consistent with the concept. The service: Fast, attentive and super friendly (to the young waiter: You're rocking your studies 🤘) The food : Absolutely inexpensive. The spare ribs were juicy and super tender, and the homemade BBQ sauce was perfectly balanced. The Bolognese with the homemade pasta is exactly the same. Perfectly seasoned, pasta 100% al dente. The mozzarella sticks are fresh from the block and breaded in-house, so not the run-of-the-mill frozen goods you usually get. The chicken wings cooked perfectly and again that BBQ sauce that was created by someone who really enjoys his job. This runs like a common thread. The portions seem quite small, but there are three of us who are completely full. At the end an espresso, and this too was flawless and of very high quality. I would say that the food here is rather cheap considering the quality. And even if not, it's definitely worth the price. Edit: This is the second time we've been there and the picture is the same. Taste perfect, fresh, no finished product, special requests were catered for perfectly. Service again was quick and absolutely great. Hats off, you can tell that this is about good food and satisfied guests.

Okay as home cooking, hamburger a bit overpriced, a little coleslaw wouldn't have hurt. Fried potatoes with fish are great.
