We thoroughly enjoyed our diamond wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff friendly, and the food delicious. Hey moi!

The food is delicious, and they have the best salad in the whole area! Such a cozy atmosphere and plenty of space. Dogs are welcome, and the staff is outstanding—lovely and passionate!

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed excellent food and delicious cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Highly recommended; we always enjoy coming back to Havanna.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating to all requests. The food is amazing and the price is reasonable. I can only recommend it, and we will be back next year.

Rather unassuming from the outside, as it's part of the water park, I wouldn't have expected the ambiance and offerings to be so great. Everything was perfect. There were four of us, and we were all completely satisfied. I definitely recommend it.

The food and drinks were delivered quickly, and I got my bacon cheeseburger without bacon, as ordered! The fries were good, but the patties could have been hotter. They were rather lukewarm. Paying by card was no problem either.

We chose burgers. They were also delicious, except that the cheese that had spilled out was already cold and solid. Normally, when it's fresh and delivered to the table quickly, it shouldn't be. The burger was warm but not hot. The non-alcoholic cocktail was very tasty.

After two days of culinary disappointment in Norddeich, I stopped by today thanks to good reviews. I can confirm everything: the food was amazing, everything fresh and homemade, the staff super friendly, and the food was ready in a reasonable time. Prices were absolutely reasonable for the quality and quantity offered. Edit: I was here again on July 12, 2025, but unfortunately, I lost one point this time. The burgers were smaller, and they delivered something different than what was ordered. The waitress apologized politely. We ate it anyway, just as it came. It was still delicious. I would have appreciated a small gesture, like a nightcap or espresso, just as a small compensation and a sign of the professional handling of minor mistakes. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. Nevertheless, I still maintain that it's one of the best restaurants in town.

A truly excellent restaurant, with super friendly staff who make you feel like they enjoy working there. The food (pannfisch) was divine, the sauce was delicious, and the side salad was fantastic. Not just an iceberg lettuce with two slices of cucumber and two slices of tomato, but a mixed salad with peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and croutons. Thank you for the lovely evening.

The small salad was indeed very small. The baked goat cheese slices were served cold, and the caramelized walnuts, as described on the menu, were completely missing. After I complained, the goat cheese slices were simply reheated – and the cheese was burnt. Overall, a disappointing experience.

We had a wonderful evening at the Havanna Restaurant on May 12, 2025! As soon as we entered, we and our little one were greeted very warmly, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant's decor is attractive and inviting, so we immediately felt at home (we didn't mind the "neighboring" water park). I would especially like to highlight the two waitresses. They were incredibly attentive and friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. You can tell they are passionate about their work! The food took a little longer to arrive, but that was because everything was fresh and homemade. There were no ready-made salads or frozen food – you could taste it! The quality of the food was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and we highly recommend the Havanna Restaurant. We will definitely be back!

We regularly go to Norddeich as a family and Havanna is one of our favorite restaurants. Not exactly cheap, but all dishes are consistently good value for money. Highly recommend the fillet steak (so far always an ingenious tender piece), entrecote, also schnitzel Viennese style, currently great parnished asparagus in Pankow breading. The cocktails are also recommended - can also be changed as desired. Nice atmosphere with cozy furnishings.

Service top. I ordered a burger that contained walnuts, but I wanted to eat it despite my nut allergy. The ladies made everything possible so that I could eat it without any nuts. Even the side salad was brought to me without seeds. Extremely satisfied. Ambiance and price/performance ratio are also great. We'll be back 😍

We ate there on Friday and ordered fried redfish fillet, but we weren't sure if it was actually the fish. The fish was lukewarm and the fried potatoes were soggy, greasy and warm. The food had a flavor of warm or reheated food. The salad and lemonade were really tasty. The service was very pushy and friendly.

The ambience really caught us from the first moment. Also the very friendly and warm welcome. Food was pre-ordered online and a seat was reserved. The steak came out of the kitchen with the wrong side dishes. But the food was immediately re-prepared without hesitation. The burger and salad were very good, the steak and fries were good.
