Meisten sehr lecker, aber manchmal gab es leider negative Ausreißer beim essen - Pommes nicht durch, oder Salat nicht gut. In der Regel aber sehr lecker!

Hatten einen Bürger und eine Bowl mit kurzgebratenem Thunfisch und beides war wunderbar. Die Qualität der Zutaten war echt gut, die. Gewürze haben uns sehr zugesagt und das Personal war wirklich freundlich.

My review has been deleted. So again: This is called a burger. As a gourmet, I have visited and reviewed several stores in recent years. An absolute insider tip. The other dishes also show that the work here is done with love. Our favorites: barbecue burgers, children's burgers, steak, the best and only sweet potatoes in town. Top atmosphere, top staff, attentive and top boss. Always very relaxed and quiet and not loud like in these crowd restaurants. A clear recommendation for everyone whose taste buds still work.

We came across The Bronx Bar by chance on the 1st of Advent and were pleasantly surprised. We had very tasty burgers and steak. It was a cozy atmosphere and we had a nice time there. Really recommended.

Been in Düsseldorf for two nights, stopped by by chance, had a very tasty and good meal and had extremely friendly service, so we... We went there again on the second evening. Menu very diverse. On the second evening we ate just as deliciously and were served very friendly and quickly despite the large number of guests. Overall, highly recommended.

Mit einem Kollegen war ich dort. Das Ambiente ist wie ein amerikanischer Pub aufgebaut. Der Service war gut und die Beef Ribs, die wir beide hatten, waren top. Und so groß, dass ich es nicht aufessen konnte.

An aggressive waiter and disastrous food. We ordered an entrecôte medium rare, it was sour and completely raw. When I said if we can have it medium rare he said raw is the same. We then ate it and pointed out to the waiter that there were different prices on the internet and that an entrecôte costs €27.90 instead of €16.90 as it says on the internet. He said he doesn't want customers like us and that if something doesn't suit me I should call the police. The waiter was an Asian gentleman. Really speechless.

Went to the Bronx Bar with a group and ordered different dishes. The service was quick and friendly. But we all agreed that the fries didn't taste good - very limp, not very seasoned and, in my opinion, had the taste of old fat. Unfortunately the currywurst was nothing either. The sausage itself was quite tasteless and I was really looking forward to a delicious sausage made from veal. Too bad! The curry sauce itself tasted more like a barbecue sauce - more smoky and strong than fruity and spicy. Until then I always thought it was a dish where you could do more right than wrong... Well, sorry, it didn't suit my taste. The homemade iced tea was delicious, the atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. But I wouldn't come back because of the quality of the food.

Unfortunately, the fries were very weak, soggy and too firm on the inside. Burger pulled beef was good. Pregnant friend's burger was not 100% well done despite advice - and almost a beer was served with alcohol instead of non-alcoholic (ordered incorrectly, can happen)

We just had dinner here and are both so full ☺️ it was super delicious. The rump steak was absolutely spot on. The chef really has an idea ☺️ The chicken was also perfectly paste, super good with the crispy bacon and the super tasty salad. And we now know the difference between Radler and Alster 😂 You will receive good advice regarding the menus. The light is a bit dimmed which we found very pleasant☺️we would love to come back.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant today and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The surf and turf burger with juicy beef and tender tiger prawns was by far the best burger I have ever eaten. The hand carved fries with cheese sauce were the perfect complement. My brother chose the Bronx Cheeseburger, accompanied by fries and the insider tip: five incredibly delicious sauces that added a special touch to the already unique taste. The service was also excellent - the staff was extremely friendly, quick and looked after us perfectly. The ambience was equally welcoming, which completed the entire experience. As far as the prices are concerned, they are absolutely justified. With this quality of food, the great ambience and the first-class service, everything is just right here. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Stopped by randomly after a night of bouldering as it was one of the few places still serving. The service was good and the food was great. We had a group of 7 and the food came out quickly, and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Update: Be sure to try the truffle cheese burger too! A successful combination! *** The Surf&Turf Burger is highly recommended. The meat is medium and nice and fluffy. Perfect combination of sauces etc. and the sweet potato fries are delicious and crispy. This will probably be my new favorite burger place!

Ribs are good, sauce better than meat tough. They only have Radelberger on tap which is really not my favourite. Sweet fries good, normal fries meh. Burger pretty standard without surprises (bad or good)

Had the house specialty: Bronx Ribs 1KG, sounds like a lot more than it really is in the end and I didn't think it was that special, way too much marinade and the meat didn't really fall off the bone. The fries were okay, but I had overlooked the fact that there were three sauces to choose from and didn't order anything with them, and the extra ketchup I ordered later was charged an extra €0.80 in the size of a thimble.

I came across the Bronx Bar by chance as I was looking for a nice place to have dinner. I looked forward to my visit with low expectations and was more than pleasantly surprised. The service was exceptionally friendly and good, which was expressed by a very attentive waiter who responded to all requests quickly and courteously. The food was fancy but not overly complicated. I ate a chicken breast with rice, a pretty simple dish in itself. However, the sauce served and the homemade herb rice were almost a revelation as to how seemingly simple dishes can be prepared in an exciting way with the right tools. Everyone else was also absolutely thrilled with their dishes. The atmosphere invited you to linger and I would have liked to have spent more time there, everything was clean and stylishly furnished. The prices were more than reasonable for the quality offered. I will be happy to come back, my compliments to the Bronx Bar team!

Just passing by after a long day of work and traveling. By 9 we came in and asked if we still could eat. They politely replied we could until 22:30. So we ordered and got our food very fast. It was also very good! We are the chicken burger and the tuna bowl. Delicious! Would recommend!

I've never experienced anything like this: I wanted to drink beer after a working day, but the waiter told me very aggressively that you're not ONLY allowed to drink here in the BAR, but you MUST also order food. I haven't experienced such insolence in a long time. Good luck, and you should really consider whether you wanted to completely ruin the mood :)

Were there quite early (5 p.m.). The restaurant was still very empty, but later filled up noticeably. Ambiance is a matter of taste, but I really like it. The service could clearly be improved: the waitress walked past our table several times and, despite the empty glasses, didn't ask if we could have anything else. Food is plentiful and very good. Lots of homemade things on the menu (at least according to the description, I can't tell). Definitely recommended for a nice evening if you can handle having to call the waitress if you want something else...

Das Essen dort war gut, wir hatten bei unseren 2 Besuchen jeweils Burger, andererseits auch Fisch. Die Einrichtung ist ok, allerdings auch nicht so besonders, sondern wie es sie häufig gibt, es ist weniger eine Bar als einfach ein Bistro und Restaurant. Vor allem sollte sich der Betreiber aber darüber im Klaren sein, dass wir hier in der Stadt nicht Verhältnisse haben wie in New York hat wo in Restaurants wochenlang reserviert werden muss und das auch schon eine Menge Geld kostet. Sondern man kann mittlerweile an vielen Orten woanders gut essen und gute Burger geniessen hier in der Stadt UND spontan vorbei schauen, sich dabei wohlfühlen. Das Empfangspersonal (ein Asiate mit dem wir bei beiden Besuchen das gleiche Prozedere hatten) sieht das offenbar anders und ist dermaßen unfreundlich, überheblich und zwanghaft dass ihm nur geraten werden kann einen passenderen Job zu suchen, z.B. in der Steuer-Buchhaltung eines großen Konzerns. Wir waren 2 Mal jeweils an einem frühen Sonntag abend dort und wurden von ihm nur mit „Haben sie reserviert begrüßt“, wurden sodann an einen kleinen Tisch gesetzt und durften - trotz fast leerem Lokal - nicht dort sitzen wo wir wollten, sein Kommentar: „wir hätten ja nicht reserviert“ und „alles wäre reserviert“. Zudem wurden wir später noch wie in der Schule gemaßregelt wie wir an diesem kleinen Tisch zu sitzen hätten, nämlich nicht nebeneinander. Und auch der kleine Rucksack der neben mir auf der Sitzbank lag müsse da weg, denn der würde ja den Nachbar-Tisch stören, dort wäre ja auch „demnächst reserviert“. Als wir nach ca. 1,5 h gingen nach dem Essen war der besagte Tisch neben uns wie viele andere auch immer noch frei. Peinlich!

Hervorragende Auswahl an Gerichten, die alle frisch und lecker sind. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und sorgt für eine gemütliche, entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Zum ersten Mal vor Ort. Service war nett und aufmerksam. Getränke kamen schnell und waren lecker. Wir hatten Burger- die waren gut, frisch zubereitet und Gut zusammengestellt. Mir waren die Pommes ein wenig zu trocken und meine Soße war leider nicht essbar- wurde nach Reklamation aber erstattet. Preis- Leistung passt und ich komme gerne wieder

We had dinner at The Bronx bar and it exceeded our expectations. Nice nice bar with a separate dining area where you could eat in peace. Everything was delicious, especially the starter in which you got almost everything from the starter menu, the meat and the XL truffle burger were super good. The service was fast and very friendly. All for a reasonable price. We will definitely go back again when we come to Dusseldorff :)

Freundlicher Empfang, ordentlicher Service, gut gegessen - mir und meinen Kunden hat es gut gefallen… doch was alle gestört hat: draußen sah es nach wilder Müllkippe aus. Vielleicht mal gelegentlich 20 Minuten investieren und eine noch bessere Bewertung bekommen?!

Snel geholpen, ondanks de drukte toch binnen 10 minuten een tafel voor 6 geregeld. Heerlijke burgers, aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Het blijven Duitsers, dus alles is in het Duits, zelfs de Bronx bar heeft geen menukaart in het Engels. Maar de bediening vertaalt en legt uit op een duidelijke en vriendelijke manier.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und wirklich was für die Augen. Der Service war excellent und es war sehr schön, dass man mit ihnen auch mal besprechen konnte. Sehr cool. Das Ambiente ist sehr urig und cool gehalten. Sehr zu empfehlen

Eine neue Entdeckung nach bereits 8 Jahren in Düsseldorf - ein sehr angenehm eingerichtetes Restaurant mit sehr nettem Team und wirklich hervorragender Küche zu fairen Preisen. Vor allem gibt es eine großartige vegane und vegetarische Auswahl (allein vegan eine ganze menu-Seite!). Die Vorspeisenplatte ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Burger haben überzeugt und das i-tüpfelchen bekommt der Schoko-lava cake :)

Wir hatten das Rump Steak und den Beyond Meat Burger, beides war super. Das Steak war "medium" wie bestellt, die Portionsgröße war genau richtig und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut fair. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Durch die Empfehlung einer Seminar Kollegin kam ich Anfang des Jahres zum ersten Mal hierher - und seitdem gehört die Bronx Bar fest zu meinen Seminar Wochenenden. Leckeres frisches Essen zu fairen Preisen, freundlicher Service und in meinem speziellen Fall bin ich beeindruckt- gerade heute - dass man nach einem halben Jahr immer noch weiß, wer ich bin, wo ich sitzen mag und was ich trinke.Ob das jetzt gut oder schlecht ist, so einen bleibenden Eindruck zu hinterlassen, wage ich nicht zu beurteilen 😂 Klare Weiterempfehlung! (Und frisches Essen darf auch mal etwas länger dauern, wenn der Laden voll ist )

Essen war okay nicht so besonders das ich extra nochmal hinfahren würde bekommt man auch woanders oder seiner hin wir haben mit 10 Leuten dort gegessen Service war nett aber jeder hatte in 3 Stunden nur 2 Getränke und wir haben 1.5 Stunden aufs essen gewarte.Mejn bestelltes Entrecote war durch statt medium

Die Online Reservierung hat zwar nicht funktioniert, haben aber dennoch einen Platz bekommen. Das Essen insbesondere der Burger war sehr gut, ebenso der Service.
