We really liked the restaurant. The staff were very friendly but a bit over the top. We ordered a bottle of water which was unfortunately dirty. There were black particles and small flakes floating around in it. Very unappetizing. We gave the water back, my son then had apple juice and my mother-in-law a beer. The restaurant then paid for the apple juice and we didn't have to pay as an apology. I had a truffle burger which tasted good but unfortunately it didn't taste of truffles. I had asparagus with it, five very thin green ones which unfortunately didn't taste good at all. The hollandaise sauce tasted like it came from a packet. The other three dishes were okay. My mother-in-law said it came with potatoes but she got mashed potatoes. My conclusion is unfortunately we won't be back. I would recommend that the restaurant check the water. Because it's unacceptable that you get a bottle of water that is completely dirty.

The food was very good and arrived at the table super quickly. Price-performance fits here. The staff was super friendly. We'll definitely come back.

Save Rips All you can eat! We had pre-ordered, when we re-ordered the order was taken. 20 minutes later they said the ribs were up!!! The food was delicious, but when you offer all you can eat you can't run out of food.

I've never eaten here and I won't either. Bad service or none at all! We entered from the main entrance, only a lady in front of us. The perfumed waitress thought she would have a little chat with her, but that wasn't a bad thing. Then two more waiters came and were discussing something at the cash register. So there were 3 waiters at the entrance. A couple with a stroller came from the back door and was immediately assigned a place. And my friend and I were still waiting. Even the couple could tell from the expression on their faces that something was wrong. So we left. And we were dressed appropriately.

I had the pleasure of visiting The Ash and would highly recommend it. The atmosphere is stylish and modern, with a touch of American steakhouse flair. The service was first class – attentive, friendly and competent. The highlight was of course the food: the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor. The side dishes and sauces were excellently coordinated, and the selection of drinks left nothing to be desired. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients - they really set the highest standards here. If you're looking for an excellent steakhouse, The Ash is the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

It was a very nice visit to this location. Due to evil looks from my wife, there was a lot of food and Averna for free. I'm very happy The waitress told me that I was only writing this review on Tuesday because there was all you can eat spare ribs there. I won't visit this (I'm not from Bremen, it's too long a drive and I don't like it, but it's definitely leggaschmegga) I often like to eat there when I'm in Bremen. Leggaschmegga meat Burgers look good too. The kitchen and toilets look good and are clean. I like the soap GaLiGrü Wolfgang Bang

I'm completely stunned. During my visit I was charged an UNASKED tip of €7.33 and I didn't receive a receipt. After I noticed the difference between the food I had eaten and the amount charged, I spoke to another waitress who fetched the relevant colleague. Then they tried to sell me on the idea that I had made the mistake of picking that big of a tip by mistake. I did NOT choose a tip AT ALL, my companion can attest to that. I then got the money back in cash, even though I paid by card. As I was leaving I noticed that another guest was having a discussion at the door about his bill. I spoke to him afterwards and found out that he had been charged twice for several dishes. Absolute disgrace!

Went for American brunch with the family. I miss the water and juice at the buffet. In other restaurants this is available for breakfast. In the Ash you have to pay extra for everything except the coffee, decaffeinated coffee also has to be paid extra, I don't think that's recommended. In America there is always free water with food. Otherwise the food is good. The background noise is also very high. For good conversations you have to sit next to each other.

I ordered the BBQ burger with kringle fries. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the burger patty was fried for too long. The edge was very dry. The bacon wasn't fried optimally either. Some of it was so hard that you couldn't get through it with a knife. Normally the bacon crumbles when it is hard, but that was not the case here. I've never heard of bacon with such a consistency. It's a shame, otherwise it tasted good. I mentioned this to the waitress, the gentleman took it with interest and offered a free drink. I hope this was a blip, I'll test it again from time to time. My wife had the caneloni and was very happy with it.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my rib eye - medium rare The first time I tried it, the steak was very dull and I had to return it. The second time I tried it, I was just sad: I have very rarely eaten such a tasteless piece of beef. I was really very disappointed and would recommend looking for another, perhaps regional supplier. My companions' food was okay. However, I also have to mention that we waited 40 minutes for our food. We ordered shortly after 1 on a Sunday. And even if brunch is over and a lot of cleaning needs to be done, such a long wait shouldn't happen. There needs to be better timing. But I have to praise the way the service staff handled my complaint. Very good and professional! I would like to recommend the operators of the restaurant to renovate the restaurant. A few small examples that caught my eye: - Step edges on the steps to the toilet - Toilet seats (women's toilet) - Paper dispenser (toilet) - “Cable tangle” where the lamps are charged - Sockets under the tables … I think it's a shame when such beautiful locations are not cared for or maintained enough.

Top food with great service. The ambience itself is really great, but it gets quite loud once the place is full, but that can't be avoided. Since the quality of the food itself is good in my opinion, the price is also a little higher. It's definitely worth eating here! Definitely use the reservation 😉

HAMMER! This restaurant is breathtaking. From the outside you can already see the class, very classy and simple. That's how it has to be! The service was very friendly, but not very fast. The food was okay. However, all the dishes (steak, burger, pasta) were only lukewarm when they arrived (hence only 3 stars). Follow-up orders (fries, mayo) either didn't arrive at all or only arrived after the plates were empty. After all, this is a restaurant with upscale standards and prices, so something like this shouldn't happen. Finally, they also charged extra for a drink. We'll give them another chance. 2nd Chance: We were there today for spare ribs. Very tasty and highly recommended. Very friendly service. We'll probably be back again.

We were there for the second time now. The first time we went there for brunch. That was okay, but not as extraordinary as we thought. We went there for dinner yesterday and were very disappointed. I had the chicken burger. The bread and meat were far too dry, but the steakhouse fries were soft and unsalted. Unfortunately there was no salt on our table and the staff were sometimes difficult to reach on Saturday evening. The atmosphere is really nice, but that's not enough for me.

The food was great The employees were really cheeky, we made a reservation on Friday and today while eating they told us that we only had an hour because the table was reserved for someone else.. (the table wasn't great either) After 1 hour and 10 minutes we left and half the shop was empty. Of course we asked where everyone was up there and the people at the entrance said nothing and were totally unfriendly. First and last time we were there... If you think about the staff there, they break a lot of things, otherwise everything is great

Wow! What an impressive change! The Ash Weserpark has completely reinvented itself – at the highest level. The ambience is stylish, the atmosphere inviting, and the service is simply first class. We work here with passion and attention to detail. You can clearly see that either new management or a consistent restart is behind this change - and it was definitely worth it! We waited 40 minutes for our drinks and an hour for the first round of spare ribs. After the second (!) round of all-you-can-eat there were already problems, there was a third and then, according to the friendly staff, the food was out. We received dessert as compensation. Still overall not worth a second visit.

We were there on a Saturday with 8 people for the breakfast buffet, the offer was not great, there was little choice, we were all very disappointed, which was also very unfortunate because it was very narrow where the buffet was set up.

I called before our visit and asked if there was a place available in 10 minutes for 2 people with a baby. When the answer was yes, we drove there. When we arrived we were turned away with the statement: There is no table available because it's stupid with a child because of the stroller?? My answer was that I called and was told that it was ok Then they said I hadn't mentioned the child. Well, suddenly there was a table quickly. After waiting 45 minutes, we asked how long we should wait. Then came the answer that it had been said at the entrance that the waiting time was at least an hour. But this was never said! Otherwise we would have left with an 11 month old baby at 7:30pm! Well... so we waited another 20 minutes and then asked again. Then the answer came that nobody knows because the kitchen couldn't give an answer? After another 5 minutes we got up and left.. The location was in Bremen and we are very disappointed with everything. Reception, dealing with children, waiting time. The table next door then informed us that they also had to wait 90 minutes. It doesn't work at all. Unfortunately not again.

The ambience of the restaurant is nice, although loud. The service was very friendly, but the food didn't warm us up. The food arrived cold to share, for which we were given a coffee as an apology. Unfortunately, the taste of the food wasn't great either. The spicy burger, the truffle pasta and the canneloni tasted bland and the mac'n cheese as a side dish was simply meaningless. Salt didn't help either :(

I had the pleasure of enjoying a cheeseburger with cheddar, grilled onions and aioli, accompanied by delicious sweet potato fries. The burger was very good! The juicy meat combined with the melty cheddar and perfectly caramelized onions created a taste experience. The sweet potato fries were crispy and sweet, simply irresistible! My companion had the teriyaki salmon bowl with quinoa and grilled vegetables. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the teriyaki sauce gave the dish a delicious, sweet touch. The quinoa was light and fluffy, and the grilled vegetables were fresh and crunchy. Overall, it was a fantastic meal that was impressive both in terms of taste and presentation. I can recommend the lunch deal!

Das saftige Fleisch, kombiniert mit dem schmelzenden Cheddar und den perfekt karamellisierten Zwiebeln, sorgte für ein Geschmackserlebnis. Die Süßkartoffelpommes waren knusprig und süß, einfach unwiderstehlich! Meine Begleitung hatte die Teriyaki-Lachs-Bowl mit Quinoa und gegrilltem Gemüse. Der Lachs war perfekt gegart und die Teriyaki-Sauce verlieh dem Gericht eine köstliche, süßliche Note. Das Quinoa war leicht und fluffig, und das gegrillte Gemüse war frisch und knackig,eine tolle Ergänzung! Insgesamt war es ein sehr guter Lunch Deal, das sowohl geschmacklich als auch in der Präsentation überzeugt hat. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Der Service war perfekt.

At the breakfast buffet the usual rock-hard rolls, otherwise very elaborate breakfast buffet, sometimes a bit bland in taste. Service had no change.

The food itself was good. Not for people who don't like American flair. There is a star deduction for the partly very dried cheese sauce on the mac and cheese. Missing butter on the rolls/bread - it took longer to refill, that happened. Otherwise the price/performance was completely fine.

The restaurant is not recommended for the following reasons: At the beginning, the waitress didn't introduce all types of water and simply brought the house water, which was made in-house, instead of asking the guests if they would like to drink another water. The water was just plain tap water, which was infused with sparkling water, similar to SodaStream. The price was almost €6.50. The waitress made a mistake when taking the order a total of three times and the entire meal was not brought to all guests at the same time. The child still had to wait for his food and was the last to receive his food. When all the guests had their food, they realized that the burgers they had ordered were quite small and also completely cold. The fries were also totally soggy. Afterwards there were two cocktails, which were served in a small glass, which is what you normally drink whiskey from. The cocktails weren't even nicely presented. A large part of the cocktail was just ice cubes. The ambience was nice and fine. Overall the visit was a huge disappointment. There wasn't even much going on that night that might have justified anything. Unfortunately, given the rather expensive prices, this restaurant didn't attract any positive attention.

Location has a fancy look, and the staff was quite kind. The drinks were average—you can buy the same alcohol you’d find in most restaurants in Bremen. So, nothing special. Tragically, the food left a lot to be desired. Whatever you do, for the love of food, do not order the wannabe gourmet YELLOWFIN TUNA TATAR. In their attempt to make it look fancy, they served a very small portion. I was hoping that, given the size, the taste would be excellent; however, it turned out to be a very mediocre dish. The tuna tasted old and that top had cream cheese...Considering the cost, it really took away from the experience. My partner ordered a more typical German dish, which tasted normal and was of average size. So, whatever you do, don’t be fooled by the fancy presentation—this place is not gourmet. Stick to the typical dishes to play it safe.

Despite a reservation, we sat at a garden table in the restaurant, which was apparently quickly brought from outside. In addition, I was sitting on a garden chair that had been brought out a minute before and was therefore very cold. The service was very nice, we only had to wait an hour for the food. Mega peinliche Erfahrung. Es war Mittag, es war heiß. Ich nahm draußen an einem Tisch Platz, war derzeit die einzige. Es dauerte ewig, bis sich eine Kaugummi kauende Kellnerin mal bequemte, mich zu bedienen. Ich bin eher etwa älter, wurde von der Dame aber gleich mit "Ey Frau" betitelt. Sehr komisch. Das Essen ist absolut unfassbar. Es wird ein Steak auf einem großen Teller serviert, worauf der Fleischsaft fröhlich vor sich hin fliesst. Sonst ist nichts auf diesem TEller, also nichts von diesen fiesen Tomaten, Gurken, Salatblättern oder ähnlichen Dekorationen. Die Beilage für viel Geld entpuppte sich als klitzekleines Waffel-Fingerhütchen mit etwas Sosse darin. Nicht mal genug für einen Bissen vom Steak. Appetizer wie Brot, Öl, Dip oder so - nada, und das bei diesen extremst heftigen Preisen. Service und Essen unterirdisch, ich komme auf jeden Fall niemals wieder. Und natürlich erzähle ich allen immer wieder von diesen miesen Erfahrungen, damit niemand aus meinem Netzwerk aus Versehen dort hingeht!

I went there for the first time today for American brunch. Unfortunately I have to say I didn't like it that much. Sometimes it was very greasy or it was empty. What puts me off a bit from visiting this great location again is that unfortunately they don't accommodate you. I had stomach surgery (I had proof with me) and asked if the portion I eat could be deducted as a children's portion (1 roll, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of sausage, 1 slice of tomato/mozzarella). The very nice waiter said that he couldn't do anything because his boss wouldn't do it. A shame for me, a reason not to come back.

Best restaurant I have visited. Food is meant for gods. Service (Tobi) was very courteous and considerate, and ambience is great and very stylish.
