The ASH Bremen in Bremen

The food was good, but the buffet on weekends from 10:00/10:30 is so incredibly full that it takes at least 10-15 minutes to sit back down. The service is really attentive and very friendly. However, you also notice that as soon as it gets fuller, the staff can no longer keep up. Unfortunately, this is a drawback that spoils the stay. There is definitely still room for improvement here.

The service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince me. I had a cheeseburger with fries and mayo. Unfortunately, the fries tasted like old frying fat and the majority of the fries were "waste", i.e. hard, short, thin pieces that no one actually likes and that are dried out. The sanitary facilities needed to be cleaned up from time to time, in the evening there were no more towels available and there was a lot of toilet paper lying around on the floor. Trash can overflowing at the sink.

Unfortunately, the food was not at all good value for money.

Very poor service from the waitress even though she was very friendly. We ordered a 300 gram steak but we got the 150 gram steak I ordered the tomahawk steak medium and when I close my eyes it was medium well. We also ordered sourcream once and we only got it 10 minutes after eating. The waitress apologized and said she would take it off the bill, but she didn't. Additionally, we had a completely different order brought to the table before our meal. Furthermore, around 10% of the menu was sold out.

we were there on New Year's Day. The burger was delicious and the service was really great. The runner brought the drinks and food on time and was really nice. We'll definitely come back and enjoy it💕👍🏽😋

Pulled beef burger with grilled vegetables, although the burger was really tasty, the grilled vegetables were unfortunately only lukewarm... For a total of almost €19, however, it's a rather small portion. I was then able to try nachos and fries, which simply didn't have enough seasoning for my taste. The open kitchen is good to look at, but it also creates a “roasting smell” in the restaurant.

We ordered burgers, double bacon cheese and truffle burgers. Unfortunately the meat tasted like Lidl meatballs. Of course, that's not to be expected in a store like this. Sour cream dip wasn't anything special either. At least service was particularly nice. Ash in Oberhausen 10x better.

Spontaneous visit to this great restaurant. We were warmly welcomed and quickly shown to a table. The service is excellent, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Since it was particularly crowded today, it took a while until we had our food. But it was worth the wait, the burgers were very tasty.🍔👍🏽🤩 Once again a big compliment to our waiter Tobi, that's how service works. Very friendly and attentive and great tips! We'd love to come back! 😋👍🏽

DEFINITELY MORE APPEARING THAN IS! I'm not a difficult person to please, but I have a good basis for comparison from many business meals. The rump steak was not medium as ordered but medium +++ (a touch of pink, could only be guessed at), although I told the waiter this, all I heard was that I should have ordered medium rare, the steak fries were limp (4 .90 per serving), everything else standard. It wouldn't be a problem for me at normal prices, but anyone who acts like that (steak prices and ambience) has to deliver!!! The service plays with the cell phone. One has the feeling that the appearance of every service person has more weight than their genuine interest in the customer. What a shame!! Last but not least, the rip-off with the four options (as the service staff revealed to me) of paying for tips. (10%,12%?%,?%) Since our system works differently than, for example, in the USA, outrageous. Oh yes, there is also the option to donate a different amount, it is whispered afterwards. So there are 5 options - actually 6, not giving a tip would theoretically also be an option. All in all, unfortunately disappointing in comparison. What I found to be extremely positive and honest is that the management sought direct conversation in order to improve. Maybe it was just a bad day overall.

Great restaurant. Beautiful furnishings especially the modern giant chandelier is an eye-catcher. The service is really courteous and incredibly nice. The service worker Zena in particular made the visit unique with her friendly manner. For dinner I had truffle pasta it was definitely a 10/10! I'll be back.

We had a wonderful evening at The ASH in Bremen! The atmosphere was modern and cozy, just the right mix for a relaxed evening. The food was excellent – ​​everything was fresh and tasted to the point. Perfect experience at The Ash My visit to The Ash was an absolute highlight! The atmosphere was modern and stylish, just right for a special evening. The service was first class - the staff were friendly, attentive and very professional. The food was simply fantastic. The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor. I was particularly impressed by the selection of side dishes and sauces, which were perfectly matched to the main courses. The starters and desserts were also convincing - every dish was a delight for the senses. The drinks menu was also impressive, with a wide selection of quality wines and cocktails. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent price-performance ratio for the quality offered. The Ash exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning. Totally recommended for steak lovers and anyone looking for a quality dining experience!

Eternal waiting times for the main course. (1h). Very narrow between the seats and the aisle (staff often bump into chairs). Very loud, more suitable for a pub. Definitely the first and last time, nothing should improve here.

Went to the Ash for the first time today and left happy, full and satisfied. We were there for brunch and really enjoyed it. The selection isn't huge, but it's still rich, fresh and really tasty. Really unbeatable for the price. The service was also very good and always attentive. We didn't find the arrangement of the tables particularly good because we often had to push and squeeze our way through sitting people. Our conclusion: The Ash is worth a visit.

It's not a nice restaurant. Not well furnished, you can hardly have a conversation (loud, noisy and you sit far apart). Food didn't come at the same time due to a mistake (fish instead of the vegan dish). Big price for small portions. The cutlery is cheap (we have it too).

All You Can Eat Sparribs I recently had the opportunity to test an All You Can Eat Sparribs offering at a restaurant and my experience was mixed. While my companion was enthusiastic about the ribs, I was rather disappointed. The spare ribs themselves are very tender and can be easily removed from the bone - that's definitely a plus. However, I wasn't happy with how my portion was prepared. Unfortunately, about 50% of my ribs were pure fat, which made filleting unpleasant and upset my stomach later. I can't say if I was just unlucky, but that greatly affected my enjoyment. Another thing I didn't like was the sauce. There was plenty of it, but I would have preferred it served in a separate container rather than poured directly over the ribs. So I couldn't regulate the amount myself and it quickly became too much. However, this was changed upon request. In general, the staff was friendly and came by more often. Overall, I found the price of over 70 euros for two spare ribs, two small side dishes and three normal drinks to be definitely overpriced. I would have expected more for this quality and experience. In summary, my companion enjoyed the meal and perhaps had a better experience than I did. However, for me personally it was disappointing and I would look for another option next time. I would only give it 2 stars.

I ordered a flank steak salad and cheesecake to-go over the phone. When I arrived, I was impressed by the restaurant’s elegant style and attention to detail. While waiting for my order, the manager kindly offered me a free drink, which made the experience even better. The picture says it all!

The ambience at The Ash Bremen is really stylish and inviting. A big compliment to waiter Tobi, who enriched the evening with his extreme friendliness, helpfulness and great recommendations. The service was really outstanding! To eat: The Ash Burger is perfect for anyone who craves an extra large portion of meat. Unfortunately, the patties on my burger were a little too salty and overcooked, which spoiled the enjoyment. The ratio of ingredients wasn't ideal either - the size of the salad was very limited, so that in the end you almost only tasted meat and cheese. That was a real shame because the burger has a lot of potential in terms of taste. Another point that needs to be looked at critically: The Ash offers to remove a drink from the bill if you give a 5-star rating. Such incentives can be seen as unfair competition as they could influence the objectivity of reviews and undermine the credibility of honest feedback. This doesn't seem very authentic and raises questions about transparency. Conclusion: The ambience and service were outstanding, but there is still room for improvement when it comes to the food and the rating strategy.

The food was great, the furnishings were modern. Our reserved seat was not available at the agreed time and the music was so loud that unfortunately we could hardly understand the waitress and she could hardly understand us. Very long waiting time for service and food, the Christmas decorations were laid out very early to suit our taste.

We had reserved, but unfortunately our reservation number could not be found at first. After a short back and forth, our reservation number was found. Unfortunately our table was still occupied. The nice lady at reception asked us to come to the counter. A drink would have been nice, just to compensate for having to sit on those high bar stools. The lady was friendly and yet tried hard... The service staff at the table were also friendly, but here too you could tell that no value was placed on specialist staff. I ordered a burger without sauce because I have allergies. The burger came with sauce. I was offered a free drink by the staff if I didn't let the burger go back. Since otherwise my companion would have already finished eating after my burger could be served... I ate my side dish and passed my burger on to my companion. I didn't receive the free drink that was offered either. Too bad.

Arranged to meet my girls here for dinner today. The service is very, very friendly and accommodating, Tobi in particular is very attentive and friendly, but not intrusive. The starter was already very tasty, but the rip eye steak topped everything. Rarely have I had such a juicy, precise steak. I'll definitely come back.

Leider waren die warmen Speisen komplett kalt und wir wurden 4 mal gefragt ob wir den fertig gemachten Cappuccino bestellt haben, obwohl wir es immer wieder verneint haben. Die buffetsuswshl war auch nicht besonders groß und den Filterkaffee den man sich selber holen musste, hat nicht geschmeckt

I was at the Ash in Bremen today and had the following experience. Overall, I'm very satisfied after initially not getting the steak I wanted. The management and therefore many thanks to Hasan and the team in general were very interested in looking after the well-being of me and my colleagues, which is why we agreed and I got a new steak according to my ideas. So I'd love to come back! Apologies were made and you felt understood, a great feeling. Great ambience and great food! Thanks to the the ash team and lovely Hasan.
