Super lecker immer wieder gerne

Es hat zwar "Thai" im Namen, aber das Personal scheinen Chinesen zu sein. Auf meinen thailändischen Gruß und thailändischen Danke kam keine Reaktion - kenne ich von Thais anders. Auch die Gerichte muten chinesisch an. Sie sind gut, aber eben nicht Thai!

Wunderschönes Kleinod, das sowohl mit freundlichem Personal, als auch mit schön gemachten Ambiente und hervorragendem Essen überzeugen kann. Auch die Portionsgröße ist dem Preis angemessen. Immer wieder gerne!

Ich war im Restaurant Orchidee in Fischbach und bin begeistert. Das Ambiente ist außergewöhnlich schön, sehr gemütlich und stilvoll. Das Essen war frisch, lecker und liebevoll angerichtet, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich komme gerne wieder – klare 5 Sterne!

OK, sagen wir mal so: Das Essen war gut und die Portion ausreichend. Die Bedienung nett und zügig, der Preis angemessen. Das Ambiente innen, hm, OK - außen ist es deutlich schöner und mit Stil, aber das gab das Wetter nicht her. Sehr schade finde ich jedoch, dass wir Thai-Essen erwartet hatten, es jedoch aber sehr chinesisch war. Wie gesagt, nicht schlecht, aber unter dem Namen des Restaurants halt doch eine andere Vorstellung und das klare Ziel: Thai-Food! Das wurde leider nicht erfüllt. Für ein ordentliches China Restaurant ein gutes Ziel, für authentische Thai-Küche leider keine passende Wahl. Aber eine Erfahrung. Daher nur 3 Punkte.

Sehr nettes Restaurant mit wunderbarem Garten und sehr zuvorkommendem und freundlichem Personal. Obwohl wir erst kurz vor Ende der Mittagszeit angekommen sind konnten wir noch in Ruhe in dem gemütlichen Garten unser Essen genießen. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sein sollten, dann wissen wir, wo es etwas besonderes gibt.

Wir kommen bestimmt schon seit mehr als 15 Jahren immer wieder hier her. Fantastische Thai-Küche, auf Wunsch auch in Thai-Schärfe. Sehr empfehlenswert die Gerichte mit Ente und HotCook, als Nachspeise unbedingt das Hausdessert probieren (schwarzer Reis in Kokosmilch eingelegt), unvergleichlich lecker. Die Preise sind etwas höher, das sollte man wissen, dafür bekommt man aber auch hohe Qualität und sehr guten Service.

Wunderschöner Außenbereich. Ich hatte ein Panaeng-Curry mit Tofu und mir gewünscht, dass es nur leicht scharf sein sollte. Dies wurde perfekt umgesetzt, vielen Dank!

Wir waren das zweite mal hier essen, da wir beim ersten mal sehr zufrieden waren. Wir wurden um 17:30 Uhr freundlich begrüßt und bereits um 18:00 Uhr waren wir mit dem Essen fertig. Kaum hatten wir bestellt kamen auch schon die bestellten Gerichte. Wie viel hier dann frisch gemacht wird ist fraglich. Leider war unser Hähnchen und die Ente auf keinen Fall frisch. Es war trocken und überhaupt nicht knusprig. Als wäre es aufgewärmt oder über eine lange Zeit warmgehalten worden. Sehr schade, da die Soße und das Gemüse gut waren.

Spontan auf der Durchreise ausgesucht und waren absolut begeistert von dem liebevoll gestalteten Restaurant, dem tollen, sehr freundlichen und sehr schnellen Service und dem ausgezeichneten Essen. Auch unser großer Hund wurde freundlich empfangen. Absolute Empfehlung! Herzlichen Dank!

Sehr leckeres thailändisches Essen, Reis wurde jederzeit nachgereicht, schöne detailgeträue Inneneinrichtung, das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Preise sind in Ordnung.

In diesem Thairestaurant denkt man, dass man in eine andere Welt eintaucht. Das Ambiente mit Bambusholz und asiatischen Spiegelmalereien sind genauso eindrucksvoll wie die Geschmackswelt der dort servierten Küche. Wir sind jedes Jahr zum Essen dort und es ist jedes Mal wieder ein Genuss.

Super lecker und ordentliche Portionen

Wir waren gestern in diesem schönem Restaurant. Als erstes kommt man an dem liebevoll gestalteten Biergarten vorbei, der im Sommer sicherlich zum gemütlichen Verweilen einlädt. Wie haben kurzfristig einen Tisch reserviert, was absolut kein Problem war. Wir mussten 2 - 3 Minuten warten, bis unser Tisch fertig war. Dadurch, dass es etwas voll war, mussten wir etwas warten bis wir bestellen konnten und unsere Getränke hatten, was aber im Rahmen war. Alle Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte sowie Nachspeisen waren sehr schön angerichtet und überaus lecker. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut fair und im Rahmen. Für den Flair hat mir persönlich noch eine Thailändische dezente musikalische Untermalung gefehlt. Dieses Restaurant ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir auch wieder um einen schönen Abend mit sehr gutem Essen und einer guten Bedienung zu verbringen.

We were here for the first time to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Regarding the food, I can fully agree with the previous reviews: there was nothing to complain about in terms of taste and quality. The portions were truly plentiful and very appealing. What bothered us most was that it was almost too cold to eat, especially by the windows – those of us who weren't wearing sweaters were freezing. And we weren't the only ones who felt that way, because at other tables people were still wearing their jackets while eating. The service was very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately not very attentive when it came to asking if we wanted something to drink or dessert. The prices are a bit high, but still reasonable. All in all, unfortunately, only 4 stars, because while the food was excellent, we didn't really feel comfortable otherwise.

A very attractive outdoor restaurant. The food was generously portioned and very, very tasty! Unfortunately, the wait for drinks and food was a bit long—but that's also due to the restaurant being packed on a Sunday at 7 p.m. If the wait were shorter, it would have been a definite 5/5.

We ate there for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled with everything. The food was simply outstanding, with a great menu and excellent value for money. We wanted it very spicy, and they certainly delivered. Since the weather allowed, we were able to eat outside, which was very idyllic. We'll definitely be back.

Top-notch Thai restaurant with a lovely outdoor area. Large selection of Asian dishes. Fast service, delicious food. We've been there several times and have also ordered for pickup. Everything is always top-notch.

Wow, one of the best Thai meals I've ever had. We had a variety of starters. It tasted great and wasn't frozen. For the main course, we had the hot-cooked platter with duck and vegetables. Super-large portion and a fair price.

I don't need to say much: I've been eating here with my family for as long as I can remember, and I've also often ordered takeout. I've never been dissatisfied. When you order, you can always pick up your food after 15 minutes, and the portions are generous. Eating there used to be even more of an experience, before the fish pond and aquariums were removed. But that's no big deal; it's still a top-notch place, and I highly recommend a visit to every Nuremberg resident!

The staff is predominantly Chinese, not Thai, which unfortunately also results in the lack of an authentic atmosphere. Friendliness was rather scarce. The food was okay overall, but for the price, I would have expected fresher ingredients and better quality. Nothing special in terms of taste—rather average. All in all, a restaurant with no real recognition value.

After everyone in my circle of friends raved about it, I went there myself on Saturday evening. I've honestly never had such good Asian food. Everything was just perfect. The price/performance ratio is definitely right here. Great, friendly service, and even with lots of guests, the food comes very quickly. In the summer, you can enjoy a very nice beer garden. I'll be happy to enjoy Asian food here again in the future. Now I understand why so many guests come from far away. Everything was great the second time too!

I was here with my partner for dinner. My God! The food is super and the price were really good! We are 3h from here but we hope to make it to come back again because it was the best Thai we ever ate! Can t give more than 5 stars "unfortunately" but it deserve a 6 stars!

A very good restaurant with a certain Asian touch – everything is lined with bamboo. It's very playful, even romantic at times. The service is very friendly. The food is very good and, above all, plentiful. So, go ahead and try it yourself and enjoy some delicious Asian food!

We have been guests there for many years. Unfortunately, the orchid's level has continually declined: We got a cat table even though the restaurant was (and remained) only half full. The staff serve in casual clothes and communication is often difficult. But it doesn't matter, as long as the food tastes good. Unfortunately that was NOT the case today. My dish tasted of almost nothing - and there was no hint of "slightly spicy". Forgot glutamate? The chicken meat wasn't chicken breast fillet either, at least not a pure one. Although it was at least well done, the consistency and fat content were rather slightly disgusting. Of course, there was a lot left over to reflect the “enjoyment” of the dish. The question “Did it taste good?” was not asked during removal, so I had to explicitly point this out. Unfortunately, the waitress only understood the train station. There was no apology, just as there was no discount or something on the house. Conclusion: Bad food, bad service, bad handling of complaints. Highly unprofessional. That's how you lose guests, I won't be coming anymore.

The portion is very large and it fills you up well. The food was very tasty! Unfortunately, there were a lot of flies in the restaurant, so you were always busy trying to get the flies off your food or your body and you couldn't enjoy your time in the restaurant.

When we entered the restaurant, the waiter gave me an unclean table. There was a bowl of water under the table and I accidentally stepped on it. We're not too upset about it, but the food is unhealthy. We ordered a mix starter, tomyum soup and 2 main courses. The starter tastes burnt. Tomyum soup like boiled water. For the main course we fried 1x pasta and 1x rice, but they were too oily. When you eat oily food you become full very quickly. But for this price the food is quite expensive. We will never come back again.

It's in the Schlemmer Block, so I tried it out. Great food and the service is on point! I'd love to come back!

Very nice atmosphere and very good food with pleasant service. Everything was very quick and tasty. Voucher enjoyment block was accepted without any problems. That wasn't the last time we eat here. Highly recommended.

We discovered the Thai restaurant Orchidee in Schlemmerbuch Nuremberg and went there spontaneously today. Despite the fact that the restaurant was almost completely reserved, a friendly waitress offered us a table for two. It was a bit cool from the door, but we were happy to accept that, otherwise we would have had to leave. Despite the reference to our 2 for 1 voucher, we were served promptly and courteously. As a starter we had very good spring rolls, as our main course we had duck + sweet and sour chicken and duck with Thai hot sauce. Both dishes were very good. The portions were plentiful. Despite the fact that we had a voucher and a main course was free, there was nothing to complain about. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back even without a voucher. Keep it up Top recommendation!!!

Fantastic Thai cuisine in the heart of Germany! Authentic flavors, fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes - a real feast for the palate. The service was very polite and helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. Definitely a place you want to come back to!

Were there for the 5th time - probably meaningful enough. The food is really delicious and the staff is always friendly. The last time we went was yesterday on Valentine's Day and the restaurant was completely booked. The waiting times were a bit long, but the staff still tried very hard and the food hardly took much longer. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are large. In summer you can also sit outside, which is just as beautiful as the inside. Parking is sometimes a bit difficult, or you just have to walk a bit. Absolute recommendation.

The ambience is pleasant and the service is friendly, even if it is not of Thai origin. Unfortunately, the cuisine does not correspond authentically to Thai tradition. The Pad Kra Pao here is generally served without a fried egg, which is unusual, and the Tom Yum Gung has little in common with the original. Overall the experience was disappointing.

Unfortunately it doesn't taste like Thai food, probably because the operators aren't Thai. I have been to Thailand many times and my girlfriend is Thai. We can't understand the good reviews. They probably come from people who have never been to Thailand. The service doesn't understand German, English or Thai. We wanted to help her and wanted to tell her that in Thailand they serve chili powder and sugar with Pad Thai. She didn't understand. I asked her if she had ever been to Thailand. Didn't understand her. She says she has only been here three months and can't say anything. My girlfriend thought the food was terrible, I think you can eat it, but it's just not Thai food.

First of all I’m 100% Thai, So I‘ll give you my honest opinion about the food. All of the food I’ve tried are non-Thai taste. The worker are friendly but they barely Speak English, German and zero Thai. I meant if you want to sell Thai food you must have done it better or you can use the name Asian food (Not Thai food) Thank you. and i hope my opinion is matter.

Food is very good, staff very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the rear interior area has been redesigned and is no longer so comfortable. The beer garden is a must in summer.

First-class food and a wonderful ambience inside and out. After you have been shown to your seat and informed of the limited length of stay, you will be served quickly. The food and drinks come quickly. However, if you want to order drinks or dessert, you don't get the opportunity to do so. The service rushes from table to table and you don't get a chance to place another order. At some point you give up and just want to pay. It's a great restaurant, but with the knowledge that if you go, just order quickly, eat, pay and leave straight away.

Fantastically delicate dishes, particularly friendly service - which has surprises in store for your birthday - great ambience with a special "front garden". We would love to come back 🤗
