Cheese balls were charged, but not included in the order. And no one answers the phone either.

The food is delicious with a Thai flavor. It's satisfyingly spicy. The price is reasonable. The staff are also lovely.

Unfortunately, this was the first Thai curry in my life that I didn't like. Maybe the curry itself just wasn't my taste, but I think anyone would notice the oddly stale texture of the vegetables. It's a shame, though. The staff seems very friendly, and the prices are fair, so you're happy to overlook unwashed tables. With fresher ingredients, it would definitely be worth recommending.

Edible. We had red and green curry and Tom Kha Gung. I always wonder why chefs in these restaurants can't at least make what a mom can make on the street in Bangkok. I travel a lot in Thailand. I won't be going to this restaurant again.

Incredibly delicious & absolutely authentic!

The food arrived relatively quickly; you have to order inside, but the service there wasn't very friendly. The food was okay, but anyone who's been to Thailand often will quickly notice that quantity takes precedence over quality in this restaurant. Unfortunately, the taste had very little to do with the originals in Thailand. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

I was in Cologne for my role in the dating show FIRST DATES and was looking for an authentic Thai food snack bar. I went to TSFC two days in a row because, for me personally and objectively, the food is simply the best outside of Thailand here in Germany. I had Kao Man Gai / Sommer Tam Thai / Moo Yang and Yam Nuea. Everything was perfect. There's nothing to complain about here. I absolutely recommend it. Five stars aren't enough here. I give it 10.

Absolutely the best Thai snack bar in Cologne, if not North Rhine-Westphalia. Small delicacies like pork belly and occasional offerings other than Thai curry. I highly recommend it 🫶🏼

The food was incredibly delicious. We were very happy that they served kao soi here, as it's rare to find it in Germany, and it was also incredibly delicious! The service was friendly, and the food was ready quickly. The seating is comfortable, and it's a nice place. We'd be happy to return!

I spontaneously went there for dinner today. I had the red curry with chicken and an iced tea. I found it very tasty, and the spice level was actually only slightly spicy, as advertised. The vegetables were nice and crisp. I found the price surprisingly reasonable.

Very delicious and authentic food, you immediately feel like you're on vacation! I especially recommend the duck salad and the beef salad, but also the peanut curry and the pathai or sweet pork. So far, everything has always been delicious. Plus, the staff is always very, very friendly!

Updated after a cheeky comment from the owner: Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the many 5 stars. Many reviews seem to come from friends, etc., as do the pictures. In any case, you should ignore the 5-star comments and look at the critical ones first. Today, at lunchtime, July 18, 2025, we ordered Guay Tiew (No. 72) with beef (see photo) as a sample meal for two. Noodles and the broth were edible, albeit too salty and, like the 3-4 carrot pieces, overcooked. But the "meat" is a disgrace, nothing but overcooked, slimy rinds of fat, absolutely inedible. The owner is making excuses here by saying that fat carries flavor, and that Thai people get fat without asking instead of meat (as in the photos), and that fat is more expensive... besides, they should have complained. Unbelievable! Anyone who doesn't complain and is racistly judged as a fellow countryman (only the companion looks Asian; no one at the snack bar mentioned that she is Thai) is served cheap fat. Comparing the above with the photo on the menu, even McDoof is more honest. None of the delicious-looking beef slices were there, just chunks of fat. And the mung bean sprouts were completely missing. You can't serve that to dogs. My companion is from Thailand and was horrified, but, as the culture dictates, she's not one of those people who complains first to get what's offered. She still wants me to give it only one star, even though that might make it seem like it's excessive; I would have complained if she hadn't held me back and I didn't want to make the situation even more annoying. Normally, you trust the operator's standards. Conclusion: Anyone who wants authentic Thai food should definitely avoid this snack bar. This also applies, by the way, if you expect the usual friendliness of Thai people. Or maybe they should hire a Thai female cook instead of the six apparently untrained men crowding the kitchen, confirming the saying. Although, this is definitely not a slip-up, but a scam to maximize profit with disgusting foods. This kind of thing doesn't belong in any kitchen and certainly isn't found in street food in Thailand or anywhere else. The comment from the German owner speaks volumes about the attitude. No apology or de-escalation, just insulting attacks like "stupidest comment." How would a complaint have gone?

My favorite place in Cologne. They serve Thai food that I've only ever tasted this good in the US or in Thailand. I also love the relaxed atmosphere and always feel welcome with the team.

This food was anything but authentic, the horrible noodles were the most lifeless noodles I have ever eaten, it is outrageous to sell something like that as street food, these noodles have no taste, the vegetable pieces are much too big and I don't even want to talk about the chilli sauce, that was disgusting and just disgusting, just like the peanut sauce, I would think twice about eating there.

I visited Thai Street Food in Cologne and was pleasantly surprised! The food was incredibly delicious – freshly prepared, authentic in flavor, and beautifully presented. You can tell the love goes into the cooking here. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and cheerful, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The prices were also absolutely reasonable – the value for money is definitely good here. I'd love to come back and recommend it to anyone who wants good Thai street food!

I took a Pad Thaï rice noodle dishe and was very disapointed by the volume of the food for the price. First it was 1€ more expensive than the announced price on the website. Second, i add chicken to the dish but i only got 2 pieces of 2cm² for 1 euro in surplus. The taste isn't great and i wouldn't recommend this place coz it was very desapointing despite all the good reviews i heard :/ Positive point : the food was warm and ready on time.

My experience at “Thai Streetfood” – unfortunately disappointing We ate there today and unfortunately it was a big disappointment. The taste of the dishes was hardly edible - everything was covered in a spicy, oily sauce so that you couldn't taste any difference between the individual ingredients. The vegetables were raw, the tomatoes were completely unseasoned and not fried - it gave the impression that leftovers had been thrown together. The “soup” was served in a cheap plastic dish – like in a daycare center. We ordered several dishes for over €35, but were hardly able to try them because the taste and quality were simply unacceptable. Then there was the service: it was raining and we were told the parasol was broken - but it was later opened for other guests. Very disappointing and anything but hospitable. Conclusion: The restaurant looks more like a carelessly run snack bar. Unfortunately I can't recommend the shop - it's a waste of money and time...😣

Terrible food – an absolute disgrace on all levels. We ate at this restaurant today and it was by far one of the worst dining experiences ever. First we ordered some tom yam soup – usually a spicy, aromatic dish. What we got, however, was a tasteless, almost insulting broth: watery, with raw, poorly cut vegetables that looked more like they had been thrown into the water straight from the fridge. No depth, no spice – just nothing. For the main course we chose duck in chili sauce with rice. What we were served was a completely burnt, deep-fried duck - tough, fatty, and barely recognizable as meat in terms of taste. Plus the same raw vegetables, carelessly roughly chopped and completely uncooked - they cracked unpleasantly when chewed. Everything was drowned in a thick, overpowering sauce that masked any inherent flavor of the ingredients. All you could taste was sauce – and not good either. The entire meal was a complete disappointment. No balance, no care, no quality. It was simply inedible. And then the dishes: We were served our food in cheap, almost childish plastic dishes - they looked like they came from a daycare center. For a supposedly Thai bistro, this is not only embarrassing, but simply disrespectful to the guest. If it were possible, we would give minus five stars. The price-performance ratio is a disgrace - even for a cheap bistro. The quality is below zero. Unfortunately nothing is right here.

Very nice staff, authentic cuisine, ambience fits the fast-moving leitmotif of street food cuisine; some dishes that you rarely find anywhere else.

Very delicious. Stir-fry the right stomach. Pickled crab papaya salad is very delicious. Tom Yum noodles are also great. I recommend it to anyone who comes to visit this area. Stop by for a delicious meal. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Yesterday I was there and ordered my favorite meal. As always, it was very tasty and authentic, as if I was eating in Thailand. Added to this is the friendliness of the employees. They are very friendly and helpful. So guys, I can only recommend you!!!

TOTAL DISASTER!!! First you wait over 15 minutes to order, only to see that the person behind the counter didn't get what you ordered?! Instead, they put another dish in front of you and boldly claim that you ordered that!? I'm a foreigner myself, but if you serve customers you should already be able to speak German, sorry!! Waited almost 20 minutes otherwise and the hassle is free 😃

I had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant. The food was okay, but the service was rather disappointing. The staff seemed not only unfriendly but also arrogant. When asked questions, they were reluctant to answer and constantly displayed annoyed and condescending expressions. This made the dining atmosphere less than pleasant. I hope the restaurant improves its service, as it could certainly be even more successful with better customer service.

Fast and very tasty, authentic Thai food 🤩

I ordered duck with rice, unfortunately there was so little meat added (see picture). And chicken skewers that unfortunately somehow didn't taste like chicken. We also ordered fried noodles, which had a burnt taste. Very unfortunate, because at least we left 30 euros behind. Normally we are used to something different from the store because this was not our first order

We ordered three soups to take away, despite asking several times whether the soup should be with tofu, unfortunately all three soups ended up with chicken.

I came several times to this place, I tried their pad thai chicken, padthai tofu, tom yum, and some red curry with duck. Pad thai and Tom Yum was edible, I tried better. But then I tried the red curry with duck and it was great. I always ordered this since. But I just had my last visit tonight. I order my usual, as usual, I point and tell the guy my ordered. I took it and when i opened it at home it was not my order. I returned to the place and told the guy it was not my order. But he insisted that it was what I ordered, although I told him that when I ordered I also point my finger on the number. (If he insist it was because of my pronunciation). Unfortunate, that will end my visit.

Very, very good and authentic Thai food. Never been disappointed in 3 years. Favorite dishes are definitely Pad Thai tofu, fried rice with Thai basil, chok with tofu and rice with vegetable tofu omelet. The staff is also super nice and the waiting times are very short. Dear!

Food is ok But after I paid and waited for the food (curry with rice) for 15 minutes, I was told rice is not there and I will get noodles. I asked to change the order to a soup (cheaper option). Was declined and I had to take curry with noodles

Finally really authentic food like you get in Thailand! Price-performance is unbeatable. Serving the food on plastic plates makes you feel like you are at a street food market. We decided: If we're going to eat Thai, then only here.

Very authentic Thai snack. I was cooking in Bangkok a week ago and immediately had cravings for Thai food again. This store is perfect for that. No matter what you choose, everything tastes like you would eat it locally in Thailand. I actually found the pad krapaow almost better than in a shop in Bangkok. The classic Pad Thai is unbeatable here. So this shop is definitely recommended for all Thai food lovers!!

Tried the fried rice the first time. They came as a bit bland originally. The combination with the chili sauce tasted halfway good and the flavor improved a bit. Was a middling sorta food the first time. The second time ordered the Thai coconut curry soup with veggies, rice noodles and crispy chicken(no.76). The taste overall was quite good. The overtones of roasted, crispy garlic in combination with a very well balanced curry was nearly perfect. Was thoroughly an enjoyable experience the second time. The service is also quite quick and good overall. A good place to try good Thai food. Incredible food on the consequent visits, one of the better restaurants in Cologne!!

Really disappointing. The staff is nice, which is the one plus. But the dishes I had were just not very good. I ordered a chicken appetizer that did not really taste freshly made and wasn't crispy, and something that was supposed to be pad see ew but had much thicker noodles, large chunks of carrot, and also large chunks of hard cabbage.... Just not at all what I understand that dish to be. It felt plumped up with cheap vegetables that weren't even cooked in a way that would make them add to the dish. Very sad, as I had looked forward to Thai food

Love, love and more love! So far I haven't found such an authentic Thai snack bar in Germany. The food is prepared super quickly and tastes simply heavenly. I've been there several times and haven't been disappointed with any dish so far. And the prices are unimaginably cheap for what you get in terms of fresh vegetables and sophisticated flavors! I'll definitely try the entire menu. :)
