Everything tasted good and the staff was very friendly. My go-to comfort food restaurant as a Filipino in Germany.

I've gotten food here twice and would do it again. It's really great that there's now a great Thai takeaway practically on my doorstep. I was there the first time on opening day, which was really busy. I ordered by phone, but still had to wait 20 minutes on the spot – understandable given the hustle and bustle, and absolutely fine on the first day. I also received the wrong appetizer – that was because I was following the online menu numbers. Here, the summer roll is number 7 – but in the store, it's number 6. So I had Yam Wun Sen once, which was super tasty, but also incredibly hot! A correction would be great here, so people don't order the wrong things! The second time, I ordered in-store and didn't even have to wait 10 minutes! :) As for the actual food – the food is fresh, super, super tasty, and, at least for me, creamy in consistency – just as a Thai curry should be. I can only recommend this place to everyone. What you get here for €11.50 (starter/main course) is definitely worth the money!

I ordered two portions of summer rolls to go for the second time and realized at home that I paid for two portions but only received one package. It's better to check the bag again or take the receipt with you.

The cooks are cleaning the tables where people are eating at the same time. They wear gloves, but they use the same gloves to prepare the food. They use the cleaning gloves to reach into the vegetables and throw them into the pan/wok. This is completely unhygienic and certainly toxic. Urgent action is needed.

Very tasty and cheap way to eat Thai in Cologne. We were lucky to get a seat because the store was full and the noise was accordingly. After we ordered there was almost no waiting time and all dishes were prepared super quickly. Everyone at my table, including me, enjoyed it very much and the price was very reasonable for the size of the portion you get.

It's actually really tasty, but also super disgusting. For the second time I have to observe that the employees wipe the tables and cook with the same gloves. First, the table is wiped down with cleaning agent, then the vegetables are touched directly at the stove again WITH THE SAME GLOVES. Something like that shouldn't happen.

Car parking spaces for a visit are practically impossible to find.

In order. For moderate prices (8.5-11€) you get large portions. It doesn't taste particularly authentic, but it's still delicious. Sitting upstairs is surprisingly nice. Service at the checkout is really reduced, not even eye contact is maintained.

The Thai Gourmet is a good restaurant with a wide menu for on-site and to-go orders. The audience reflects all age groups. All dishes are delicious, authentic and arrive quickly. Here you have a Thai with a European sense of spiciness and the spicier dishes are also good to eat.

There is really no point for this store for either the food, service or ambience. When tan soup was a ready-made beef broth with disgusting wontons in it, the fried rice with duck was DISGUSTING and tasted like old fat.

We've gotten food there a few times and the taste is okay, but unmotivated. But the closer you get to the end of the day, the more carelessly the food is prepared. You can tell that it was prepared rather carelessly and quickly and unfortunately I had eggshell in my food twice. At one point it was a negligible amount, which I booked as "can happen", but at one point it was so much that it spoiled my meal. I also find the employees rather medium-friendly. I found the curries good, the pasta dishes uninspired and bland.

Actually, you should deduct a point for the misleading Gourmet in the name. It is normal Asian fast food cuisine in which various commercially available pre-prepared components (vegetable shreds, types of meat, rice/noodles, sauces) are combined into dishes. My impression is that the vast majority of guests get their food to go and this is where I see the strength of the restaurant. The logistics work, even if the tone is usually marked more by the pursuit of efficiency than by hospitality. You can quickly grab something for your lunch break or dinner. The interior on the ground floor is actually very nice. Unfortunately, due to the hustle and bustle in the kitchenette with the many collections, there is no atmosphere for me, I've never been up there. There are better culinary options in Sülz, but it's okay for quick needs and always healthier than the US burger/sandwich chains.

Everything was on point i got my order as i want . Cuz there was European lady helped me out . I can’t tell her name Anyway its the third time i get my order with bad feelings . I had to feel bad according to the way they treat me like I can see when I say something, they don’t smile they don’t answer politely first they need to drop some jokes in them native language literally while looking at me in the eye imagine that someone look at you, eye to eye and start to talk to you, and you don’t understand anything and the whole team Laugh Except European lady cause, she know they are not correct . And it’s so obvious That the jokes or the swearing is about me . Cuz i ask somthing and they start to really make jokes around. Was so loud and I think they do this on purpose to make you feel bad . Its sooooo unprofessional, the way they treat people And scream around for no reason First two times I was there I thought they just having a bad day But what I found out now we just them attitude .. all the team, including the girl who is standing on the cashier, she’s the w.o,r,s,t. I told her why you don’t talk with me in German . She laughed so hard and said please pay me 18€ and kept laughing while im payin but u can see its fake laugh I wonder what they do there when they cant even speak german or they pretend to not speak . The lower area looks like a fast food joint, a bit quieter upstairs and it's easy to sit at the windows facing the street.

War dort mehrere mal zum Mittagessen und bisher immer zufrieden. Es gibt ordentliche Portionen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für die Mischung aus Imbiss und Restaurant gut. Wer knusprige Ente mag, kommt dort auf seine Kosten.

Bestellte und bereits bezahlte Ware wird an andere Kunden raus gegeben. Und bei der Abholung kann man sich dann mit dem Personal rumschlagen, wieso das Essen nicht da ist.

Direkt beim Reinkommen riecht es schon extrem nach Essen. Die Bedienung vorne ist unfreundlich, als ich sie nach einer Karte gefragt habe. Ich habe mich für die Nummer 16 entschieden und dabei extra drauf geachtet, dass kein Koriander darin enthalten ist. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass Koriander in der Nudelsuppe war (und das nicht zu knapp). Nachdem ich alles rausgefischt habe, war es etwas besser. Aber natürlich hat die Suppe den Geschmack angenommen. Ein paar Minuten später habe ich zudem Styropor in meiner Suppe gefunden. Daraufhin habe ich die Bedienung angesprochen. Dieser hat mich nur mit Fragezeichen angeschaut und gesagt: „Was soll ich jetzt machen? Ich bin kein Koch.“

Das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker. Wir bestellen regelmäßig hier und sind immer zufrieden.

Der Tofu ist sooo lecker. Sommerrollen auch super! Die ganze Karte ist zu empfehlen - hab schon div. Gerichte probiert, jedes mal klasse! Bestelle seit Jahren die 4 und 12 zum Mitnehmen und es ist jedes Mal super! Zum Vor Ort Essen habe ich schon so gut wie alle Gerichte ausprobiert. Toller Laden!

Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung im Thai Gourmet Sülz. Als ich heute ein Glasnudelgericht bestellte, fand ich darin einen Stein. Dieser Vorfall hat meine Mahlzeit ruiniert und meine Erwartungen an das Restaurant stark enttäuscht. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werde ich das Thai Gourmet Sülz nicht wieder besuchen und kann es auch anderen nicht empfehlen. Es ist wichtig, dass Restaurants die Qualitätssicherung verbessern und sicherstellen, dass solche Vorfälle nicht wieder vorkommen.
