Delicious Thai food in Berlin. Here you are spoiled for choice: 6-7 authentic Thai restaurants within a radius of 1-2km. The bistro is very small and relatively inexpensive. When we were there for lunch it was completely full and I was the only non-Asian looking customer - that's usually a good sign and indicates authenticity.

Delicious pad thai with shrimps, great price, super cozy environment and super polite waiter!! The food was also prepared immediately and very quickly, I was in heaven!!! I look forward to coming back soon!! Thank you very much!!!

We ended up here by chance. Maybe. I ordered the wrong thing but the glass noodle soup didn't convince me. The broth was sweet and the “vegetables” weren’t really edible. Too bad

I come here regularly because in my opinion it has the most authentic Thai food in Berlin.

We ended up here by accident. We initially planned to go to another restaurant, but it was full. While passing by, we decided to come in. Surprisingly, the food was good, although a bit pricey for what was offered. The boat noodles were authentic and delicious. Having had countless boat noodles in Asia, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste here. The drinks were also nice; I especially liked the iced tea and coffee. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I feel the meat in the soup could have been more plentiful or in larger pieces.

I visited it many times. I hope the restaurant will keep the quality...The pictured soup is one of my favourites and not easy to get in other restaurants in Berlin.

The taste of boat noodles is still authentic and amazing 🤩, however the price is a bit high compared to the amount of meats you get. Heard about the tragedy of the chefin happened last year, hope the restaurant shall pass this challenging situations.

To ask for the full price after a strange hair in the food - I'm at a loss for words! Hygiene and atmosphere also questionable.

Traditional, delicious and of course a little spicy. Had a very tasty soup (No. 13) with noodles, beef and sprouts. It was just perfect in winter. Great service and nice atmosphere :)

BEST BOAT NOODLE SOUP IN TOWN! Will keep coming back time and time again. Rich, spicy, flavourful broth, delicious noodles, preferred meat and topped with gorgeous fresh herbs. The service is always sweet and you can tell it’s very community orientated/family based. The ambiance is just basic Imbiss but the Food completely makes up for it! Grab some of their amazing homemade take away desserts on the way out too!

Fantastic Authentic Thai food!! Best green curry with veggies I ever had. Definitely a place you should try. Friendly staff and great food.

I had Tom Yum Suppe and it was really good. However the portion was a bit smaller than what I expected. Also, on the menu, the description says the soup has meatballs without mentioning any additional costs. When I asked them why mine didn’t have meatballs, they said the meatballs would cost extra, which was quite confusing.

In the heart of Berlin's Asian gastronomy (Kantstr.), the Thai Art restaurant invites you to traditional, authentic Thai cuisine. It's a small restaurant with about 10 tables. Quality of food: very good. Prices: cheap compared to the other Thai restaurants in the area. Always tastes great! The service is always very friendly (typically Thai ☺️). Ambience is rather average. We recommend!

Unfortunately it's not as great as it used to be. Maybe another chef?

My wife and I both had Thai tea and and the Pad Thai here. It was very very delicious! We will definitely come again. The service was friendly and wonderful. It's not the most esthetic place/location, but that did not bother us. We would highly recommend this place!

The dishes were 100% better last August. Now it becomes too sweet. I could taste nothing but sweet in the broth. That was a pity because I did love this restaurant and all the service here. I hope the food will be better on my next trip to Berlin.

Ate there for the first time yesterday. The extremely high price for a tom kha kai soup of 12.90!! unbelievable and in no way justified. We thought this must be a very special soup for €12.90 - unfortunately the opposite! The toilet so close to the bar and kitchen and not recommended either!

Amazing Pad THai and Krapao Moo!!!

I felt like I was begging for it even though we paid for the food. And I think as a customer, I should not have to feel like I was begging the restaurant to serve me. Food was underwhelming and wasn’t worth the price. (Same dish at other’s table looked better than mine) I felt like I got the leftover of someone’s portion… overall , lack of consistency and professionalism

I’ve been charged 3 euro for a glass of tap water, the food it was served cold and super spicy, even when I specifically asked for it not to be. noticeable bad hygiene in the area I wouldn’t repeat my experience.

Original Thai soups and homemade Thai tea. Extremely tasty and at fair prices. My favorite was the dark noodle soup.

After we left the door open for a while, the very smoky air dissipated somewhat. It felt like you were superfluous as a guest, fried rice with chicken for €13.90 was a steep price considering the portion.

Update of my review, today, March 6, 2024 The restaurant has a new owner, a new team and a new chef. I tasted that right away on Pad Kaprao. The dish is still tasty, but unfortunately not as good as it used to be. Unfortunately the prices have also risen again. A pity! It's also funny that, like in the previous review, it was taken into the wallet. There was no receipt. You don't want to think anything bad. New photo: the menu with the new price tags. When I wanted to pay, the employee told me a different price. I showed the announced price on the card and she responded with the following statement: "Old prices". So if it wasn't enough that the price was spontaneously changed at the checkout, of course I didn't get a receipt for it either. Because of the tax office.

I had the pork belly wok (no. 19), my girlfriend had the red curry. Average taste, nothing special. Little amount of meat for the price. Used to be way better, now it’s just below average. Would go to Chon Thong over this place any day.

I get transported to Thailand every time I eat here, the yen ta fo is a hug to the soul on cold, rainy days. The people are super nice as well! Okay And listen to their sign, taste before you put any extra seasoning because it is made to perfection 😋

The dishes are very large, with authentic Thai flavor. You can ask for something spicy. It makes you miss Thai food. Recommend (the shop only accepts cash)!!!

Pad thai here is simply the best in Berlin. Tastes like original Pad thai in Thailand. Sweet, salty and creamy. Most importantly, they use the right kind of noodles which not all Thai restaurants here use. For the other dishes, the taste in general is nice but a little too sweet for my taste. Friendly staff and homey atmosphere.

Absolute Empfehlung wenn man authentisch thailändisch in Berlin essen gehen möchte. Wir hatten eine Beef Noodle Soup und Pad Thai mit Garnelen und beides hat uns total gut gefallen. Das Essen kam schnell und die Preise sind total fair. Immer wieder gerne!

I love it when a restaurant surprises me positively! The restaurant is very small, has good service and very good food, I'm there whenever I can... they don't accept cards. Essen an sich schmeckt/gut gewürzt. Für 12€ erwarte ich aber bessere Qualität vom Fleisch, Hähnchen hatte Konsistenz von Schweinefleisch. Die Darreichungsform des Curry ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht sehr funktional. Hätte wohl das Pad Thai probieren sollen 😉 Service freundlich, innen riecht es muffig.

The food is so delicious, I love longan drink here. The space is small but cozy.

Alles ein bisschen eng! Essen war trotzdem super und der Service auch. Es gibt nur eine Toilette, aber die ist sauber. Ich würde behaupten, dass die angebotenen Speisen wirklich authentisch sind. Mein Mann hat wie immer sehr, sehr scharf bestellt und es wirklich auch bekommen. Mein rotes Curry war auch richtig gut. Alles in allem eine eindeutige Weiterempfehlung!

Nachtrag September 2023: es ist das beste Restaurant im Berlin. 😮 der Geschmack haut ordentlich rein, gibt kein zweites solches Restaurant in der Stadt. Könnte für manche zu viel Geschmack sein, wenn man zu weich ist. Wir haben jetzt fast alles durchprobiert und dieser Laden ist eine Oase inmitten von 08/15 Berlin asiatischen Restaurants Absolut fantastisches, authentisches Thairestaurant. Einfache Einrichtung und gut besucht. Freundliche Bedienung. Gut waren bislang: Boat-Noodles, Pad-Thai, Pad-Krapao. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ich war jetzt ein paar mal da und war überrrascht, doch noch authentisches Thaifood in Berlin zu bekommen. Gegessen habe ich bisher: - Nr. 21 'Pfeffer Chili Wok' -> mit Tiefkühlgemüse aber schön würzig - Nr. 22 'Pad Krapao' mit extra Ei -> sehr lecker! - Nr. 9 'Gemüse Wok auf Reis' -> weiß ich nicht mehr, wie gut das war - 'Wan Tan' -> war ganz gut, hatte ich mir aber besser vorgestellt, hatte vorher mal ein Tischnachbar gegessen. Am Besten fand ich das Pad Krapao mit extra Ei, das nochmal 2 Euro extra kostet. Das war in diesem Jahr auch mein persönliches kulinarisches Highlight! Andere Gerichte erinnerten mich ein bißchen an die Zeit, als man ein paar Häuser weiter beim Thai-Supermarkt für 4 Euro Mittag essen konnte. Der Waldmeistereistee war mir zu süß, der Limoneneistee hingegen war sehr gut. Mein Fazit: Das Essen ist zum größten Teil sehr gut, der Koch hat es definitiv drauf. Die Preise sind für einen Imbiss aber sehr hoch, ab 11 Euro pro Gericht geht es los, die meisten Gerichte kosten aber 12 Euro und wenn man dann noch was trinkt, dann ist man schnell 20 Euro pro Person los. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und geben einem gerne mal einen Tip, was man essen könnte.

Service sehr freundlich, der Rest leider unterirdisch. Thai Curry schmeckt wirr, aber nicht nach dem, wie es schmecken sollte. Reisbandnudeln in Honigsauce mit Hühnerfleisch war einfach nicht lecker. Beide Personen haben Bauchschmerzen. Riecht auch schon sehr komisch.

Rotes Thai Curry leider gar nicht empfehlenswert. Schmeckt fad, aber nicht nach rotem Thai Curry.

Super leckeres Essen, schnell, schmackhaft und gute Qualität, die Inhaberin ist super nett, die Toiletten sauber. Perfekt auf dem Stop zum Bahnhof.

Kind staff who spoke fluent English to me and recommended their best dishes. I tried the BOAT NOODLES and I’m glad I did! Rich flavoured dark broth which I finished all of it. Milk tea was nice too.

The food was good however for me it was too spicy and I wasn’t asked if I want it mild or hot or medium . My spice tolerance is quite good I usually take medium in places when they ask me. Here I wasn’t ask so it was a bit hard to enjoy the meal. Anyways the food came fast and the flavour was good.

Really tasty Thai cuisine with intense aromas and perfect texture of noodles. Very reasonable prices around €10 per dish, but not really big portions. The upside is that you better order three dishes per two persons;) Don't go there for the ambience, but for the quality of the food. Best Thai restaurant in Berlin so far!

The food is super good and amazing, but they don't accept cards. There is only a tiny sign of "cash only" inside the restaurant, but if you sit outside you can't see it until you have to pay.

Amazing and quick service, great prices and the food was incredible! The best Pad Thai with Tofu I have eaten in my life. :) My sister loved her chicken fried rice as well.

食物真的好吃！Pad thai 吃完後讓我整個念念不忘🥹🥹🥹 真的好喜歡 另外兩道船麵跟牛肉炒河粉對我來說很辣，口味是好的，但好辣😂 扣一顆星是因為裡面只能付現！！只能付現！！一定要帶現金！！ 很難想象怎麼到現在還有歐洲餐廳會要求付現呢…
