Echt ein super Laden. Das Essen war richtig lecker, die Portionen waren top und der Service total freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 😁

Ein fantastischer, familiengeführter Ort. Das Essen ist köstlich. Der Service ist besonders für Familien mit Kindern hervorragend. Ich kann dieses Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

UNBEDINGT VERMEIDEN!!! Sie waren sogar so dreist und haben 50€ MINDESTVERZEHR an dem Tisch PRO PERSON verlangt. Was ist das für eine krasse UNVERSCHÄMTHEIT???? Unfassbar schlechter Service. Am Eingang stand irgendein Typ von der Straße , der erstens meine Reservierung nicht gefunden hat, zweitens dauerte die Bedienung ewig, sie hatten fast keinen Drink den wir bestellen wollten aus der Karte, am Ende gab’s Aperol. Unverschämte, völlig überzogene Preise und wir mussten drei mal nach der völlig überforderten Bedienung fragen um die Rechnung zu bekommen. Beim dritten Mal bin ich sogar aufgestanden um sie zu suchen. Sie kam danach natürlich nicht, so dass ich irgendwann völlig entnervt aufgegeben habe und die Rechnung drinnen bezahlt hat. Dann nutzen sie noch ein Kartengerät auf dem man Trinkgeld geben soll. Für was????? Premium Preise zu nicht vorhandener Bedienung alles klar. Kein Wunder, dass der Laden immer leer ist.

Extrem überteuert. Auf der Speisekarte stand Sommerrollen (Plural), aber ich bekam für 16 € nur eine winzige Rolle, die lediglich mit Salat gefüllt war. Absolut nicht den Preis wert.

Der Service ist in Ordnung, aber das Essen hat sich seit unserem letzten Besuch vor drei Jahren deutlich verschlechtert. 60 € für eine Vorspeise für zwei Personen – weder mengenmäßig noch qualitativ absolut gerechtfertigt. Und als Hauptgang gab es Rippchen, die verkocht und trocken waren und in BBQ-Sauce ertränkt wurden. Wasser (9 €!) und ein Glas Wein (13 €) ergaben eine Gesamtrechnung von 114 €! Das Restaurant war komplett leer, und dann wurde uns klar, warum. Wir wollen kein Restaurant schlechtmachen, hoffen aber, dass sie bald bessere Produkte zu faireren Preisen anbieten, damit wir wieder in den Genuss der alten Qualität kommen.

Ein fantastisches Erlebnis der Spitzenklasse! Die Qualität der Speisen, die ansprechende Präsentation auf dem Teller und der hervorragende Geschmack haben auf ganzer Linie überzeugt – hier stimmt wirklich alles bis ins Detail. Ich war rundum zufrieden, kann dieses Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon jetzt auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Ich wurde dort schlecht behandelt, der Service war mangelhaft und ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen.

Ich hatte in diesem Restaurant für eine Veranstaltung reserviert, die bis spät in die Nacht dauern sollte. Der größte Fehler meines Lebens! Ich hatte telefonisch reserviert, und man sagte mir, wir müssten zusätzlich zu den Getränken auch etwas zu essen bestellen, um den Tisch reservieren zu können. Dem stimmte ich zu. Als wir ankamen, fingen sie an zu meckern, weil wir angeblich nicht den „erforderlichen“ Betrag ausgeben würden. Dann hieß es, wir müssten mindestens 40 € pro Person ausgeben (was bei der Reservierung nicht erwähnt wurde), und falls wir das nicht täten, würden sie uns den Betrag trotzdem von der Karte abbuchen. Nach einiger Zeit versuchten sie, uns von unserem reservierten Tisch zu verweisen, weil wir angeblich nicht genug ausgegeben hätten. Ich finde es absolut inakzeptabel, dass ein Restaurant einen erst dann über einen Mindestverzehr informiert, wenn man bereits sitzt, anstatt schon bei der Reservierung. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir gar nicht erst reserviert. Das war für uns als Gäste eine unglaublich peinliche Situation. Als wir später sagten, wir könnten mehr ausgeben, zuckten sie nur mit den Achseln und meinten, es sei ihnen egal. Dann erfanden sie eine weitere Regel – die Reservierung sei auf 2,5 Stunden begrenzt. Auch davon war bei der telefonischen Reservierung nichts zu hören. Wäre es uns gesagt worden, hätten wir für einen späteren Zeitpunkt reserviert. Nach all diesen plötzlich erfundenen „Regeln“ drohten sie uns, uns gewaltsam vom Tisch zu entfernen und hinauszuwerfen, falls wir nicht gingen. Gäste von anderen Tischen versuchten uns zu helfen und sagten, das Verhalten des Restaurants sei absurd. Sie diskutierten sogar mit dem Personal für uns, aber es half nichts. Noch vor 23 Uhr war das Heineken fast aus, und es gab nur noch Bier vom Fass. Ein Restaurant, das für solche Veranstaltungen völlig unvorbereitet und schlecht organisiert ist. Und abgesehen vom Restaurant selbst war das Personal nicht auf ausländische Gäste eingestellt. Ich habe mich noch nie so schlecht behandelt gefühlt wie dort. Ich werde nie wieder hingehen, und meine Freunde auch nicht. Ich habe gehört, dass auch andere Leute nicht wiederkommen werden. Gut so, dieser Laden verdient null Sterne.

Leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wichtige Informationen wie Mindestverzehr und Reservierungsdauer wurden bei der Buchung nicht kommuniziert und erst vor Ort erwähnt. Das Personal war unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert. Für ein großes Fußball-Event wirkte alles schlecht organisiert. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Absolut keine Empfehlung! Das Restaurant war offensichtlich nicht auf die Veranstaltung (Publikumsübertragung des WM-Spiels) vorbereitet. Schon zu Spielbeginn waren mehrere Getränke ausverkauft, und die Organisation war chaotisch. Besonders enttäuschend war der respektlose Umgangston des Personals mir und meiner Gruppe gegenüber. Statt einer angenehmen Atmosphäre gab es nur Diskussionen mit dem Personal. Sehr enttäuschend.

Extrem enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir hatten für ein Public-Viewing des Brasilien-Spiels reserviert und bei der Reservierung wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass wir neben Getränken auch etwas zu essen bestellen müssten. Von einem Mindestverzehr von 40 € pro Person oder einer zeitlichen Begrenzung der Reservierung war nie die Rede. Hätten wir diese Bedingungen im Voraus gekannt, hätten wir unsere Planung selbstverständlich entsprechend angepasst. Erst nachdem wir bereits am Tisch saßen, wurden plötzlich immer neue Regeln genannt. Uns wurde gesagt, wir hätten nicht genug konsumiert und man würde den Mindestbetrag notfalls von unserer Karte abbuchen. Später wollte man uns sogar vom reservierten Tisch verweisen, obwohl wir angeboten hatten, weitere Bestellungen aufzugeben. Das Personal war dabei äußerst unhöflich und respektlos. Selbst andere Gäste fanden das Verhalten des Restaurants unangemessen und haben versucht, für uns einzutreten. Für ein großes Fußball-Event war das Restaurant zudem schlecht vorbereitet. Bereits zu Beginn des Spiels war das Heineken-Bier ausverkauft. Statt sich auf die Gäste und eine gute Organisation zu konzentrieren, schien es vor allem darum zu gehen, möglichst viele Reservierungen anzunehmen und Geld zu verdienen. Als Gäste, die nur einen guten Abend haben wollten, haben wir uns dort sehr unwillkommen gefühlt. Eine der schlechtesten Restaurant-Erfahrungen, die wir je gemacht haben. Keine Empfehlung.

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis, essen schmeckt gut und es geht schnell. Nicht so schön zum verweilen.

Top Adresse! Das Essen war durchweg hervorragend – frisch, geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt und schön angerichtet. Die Kombination aus Thai und Steak funktioniert hier wirklich überraschend gut. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Auch das Ambiente ist modern und gemütlich, ideal für einen entspannten Abend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Für mein Geburtstagswochenede sind wir aus der Schweiz nach Frankfurt gereist und haben uns spontan für dieses Restaurant entschieden. War die beste Entscheidung die wir getroffen haben. Hin vom Service bis zum Entertainment :D

Ein großartiges Restaurant in „Die Welle“. Die Speisekarte bietet alle thailändischen Klassiker wie Tom Kha Gai und Panang-Curry mit Rindfleisch. Beide Gerichte sind hervorragend. Freundlicher Service und angenehme Atmosphäre.

Eine Suppe von 200 ml mit einer einzigen hart gegarten Garnele und zwei Zwiebeljuliennes plus einer Cherrytomate für 16,50€ ist unterirdisch . Service dauerte ewig und Wein wurde vergessen. Das ist leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Geschmacklich gut, leider trotz Reklamation beim 2. mal Burger kalt. Neue Getränkebestellung nicht bekommen. Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht. Besseres für Frankfurt erwartet Ambiente sehr schön ,muss aber auch der Rest passen.

Das Essen war auf sehr hohem Niveau. Besonders das Fleisch qualitativ stark, perfekt zubereitet und geschmacklich auf den Punkt. Der Service wirkte stellenweise etwas durcheinander, was bei dem Anspruch und der Auslastung jedoch nachvollziehbar ist. Insgesamt ein Restaurant mit klarer Qualität und Potenzial, deshalb solide 4 von 5 Sternen.

Das Essen war gut, aber die Portionen waren für die Preise viel zu klein. Was uns den Besuch jedoch verdorben hat, war der miserable Service. Der Kellner mit den kurzen, lockigen Haaren schien seinen Job nicht zu mögen und bettelte ziemlich aggressiv um Trinkgeld, obwohl seine Leistung absolut nichts wert war. Offenbar hatten andere Gäste ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Mit besserem und weniger arrogantem, bettelndem Personal könnte es ein durchaus anständiges Restaurant sein.

Sehr gelungener Besuch. Die gemischten asiatischen Vorspeisen waren abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich rund. Das Chateaubriand als Hauptgang war von hoher Qualität, perfekt gegart und sehr zart. Insgesamt gutes Essen in angenehmer und freundlicher Atmosphäre. Empfehlenswert.

Went there for a business dinner. We arrived quite Late and they offered us the best experience you could think about after a exhausting expo day! The Service seated us and even changed the seating for a wheelchair. The whine collection is huge and they offer / recommend you the suitable options paired with the starter plates. Was very excited to have dinner here, but left extremely disappointed when we were served undercooked lobster as part of surf and turf. It was not busy, and the lobster was halved - it could have easily been noticed by an attentive kitchen staff. Ruined my birthday dinner.

Our first visit to Thai and Turf was a real highlight. The perfectly prepared steak and aromatic shrimp were a culinary delight – you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail. The presentation of the dishes was also truly eye-catching: creative, stylish, and prepared with great refinement. The service was attentive, warm, and at the same time extremely professional – you immediately notice that the hosts here are truly passionate about their work. A special evening with friends that we will remember for a long time – and certainly not our last visit!

I was absolutely thrilled with my visit to Thai & Turf! Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a stylish ambiance and warm hospitality. The combination of Thai cuisine and high-quality steaks may sound unusual at first – but it works impressively here! The menu is creative and varied. I tried the Thai curry with tender beef fillet – a true explosion of flavor! The flavors were perfectly balanced: spicy, fresh, and yet incredibly harmonious. The steaks were also cooked to perfection and of outstanding quality – juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The service was attentive, friendly, and competent – ​​you can feel the passion that goes into their work here. The staff's recommendations were excellent, and even special requests were handled flexibly and professionally. Unfortunately I've only been here once, but it was great. I was invited by my company on the evening of the JP Morgan run. Over 60,000 people were in the city center and many of them probably wanted to go out to dinner with their company afterwards. So definitely one of the busiest evenings of the year. With that in mind, we were served quickly and friendly. As a group (around 40 of us), we ordered platters instead of à la carte. First starters such as beef and salmon tartar, summer rolls, guacamole, delicious papaya... and then the main course with delicious fillet and curry. Drinks requests felt like they took less than two minutes, even though the dining room was busy otherwise. We had a lot of fun together after the run and felt well looked after in Thai and Turf, with excellent service and delicious food.

Super fun place to go. Food is amazing and the staff is super nice. The owner also comes out to greet us and every desire you have is met. We love going there.

I had a fantastic visit to Thai & Turf! The combination of Thai and classic steakhouse cuisine is simply remarkable. The ambiance is inviting and stylish, ideal for a relaxed dinner. The service was attentive and friendly; the staff were very helpful in choosing our dishes. The menu offers a great selection, and I chose the Thai curry with tender beef, which was perfectly seasoned and incredibly flavorful. The appetizers, especially the spring rolls, were also fresh and crispy. I highly recommend Thai & Turf and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Overall, our evening with eight people was very cozy and pleasant. •Ambience & Atmosphere The location stands out visually and invites you to linger longer. The furnishings are attractive, stylish and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The music selection is good, but in my opinion it doesn't quite match the menu. The volume was a bit problematic for our large table as communication was made difficult by the position of the table. •Service & seating The staff was consistently friendly and attentive. The seating is comfortable, but the space on the table was a bit limited for a group with large plates. •Food & Drinks •Drinks: The Virgin Hugo was good, classic good wine glasses. I personally didn't like the water glasses. •Starters: The mixed starter plate was not only a visual highlight, but also very convincing in terms of taste. We were particularly impressed by the Thai caprese and the satay gai with the delicious peanut sauce. A quick note: This dish is served cold, which may be unusual for some. •Main course: The dishes were served at very different times (we almost all ordered the same thing) with one exception: a colleague had to wait a long time for his main course. The Pad Thai with chicken was good but next time I would choose something else that might be more convincing. •Dessert: The lemongrass crème brûlée is definitely worth recommending. The sanitary area was clean, there was enough space and there were one or two amenities for women to freshen up (deodorant, hairspray, etc.). I think it's great! Conclusion: The prices are sometimes high or even too reasonable for the quality. A nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, friendly service and good food. There are some small optimization possibilities for the music and the table arrangement for larger groups. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation for a relaxed evening with delicious food! We'd love to come back.

Ich finde, das Steakhouse wird seinem Ru nicht gerecht! Ich war mit meiner Frau und meinen zwei Kindern dort essen. Ich habe ein US prime rip Eye gehabt. Es war sinnig und komplett sehnig und komplett geschmacklos. Die Garnelen, die wir als Vorspeise hatten, waren TK Ware und trocken. Insgesamt haben wir als vierköpfige Familie, wo ich, wir, nur ein Glas Wein, eine Flasche Wasser und drei Apfelschorlen getrunken wurden, insgesamt 400 € gezahlt haben. Total überteuert und nicht einen Cent wert.

I had dinner at Thai and Turf with my wife. However, I am extremely disappointed with the food and the service! We had reserved a table and arrived on time then we had to wait almost 20 minutes at the bar for our table because it was occupied in advance and the reservation was not taken into account. This restaurant doesn't have a clue about organization or how to treat guests. We were not offered anything to drink nor were our jackets taken away like the apparently regular guests who have VIP status in this restaurant! But the boss and the employees don't care at all about the other normal guests!! When we got to our table after 20 minutes, we had to wait another 10 minutes for the menus because, according to the waiter, there weren't enough cards even though the restaurant wasn't full. You could tell the staff was more busy standing at the counter and talking or watching videos on their cell phones! Our food was brought to us incorrectly twice and the meat was absolutely subpar. We chose the medium rare cooking level and it was cooked completely through twice. The last time I tried it there was too much spice on it so it was inedible. In the meantime the side dishes were of course totally cold and not tasty either. The waiter who served us was very arrogant and was not aware of any guilt. You could tell that he was only doing this job for the tips and had no interest in it at all. In addition, the music was much too loud and you had to shout at each other to understand a word. After repeated requests to turn the music down a little, we were repeatedly told “this is what the boss has prescribed and this is our concept”. We've had enough of this restaurant! When paying, the waiter boldly said that when paying by card we have the option of choosing between 10%, 15% or 20% because of the tip. When I answered that we don't give a tip, the waiter reacted very aloof and stroppy said it was customary to give tips. The young waiter with the dark brown curls should perhaps demonstrate a job change as he has no business in the catering industry with such behavior!

Staff was excellent. Other than that you get mediocre German-Thai average food (I did not try the steaks) and my Old Fashioned was just as average. For the premium price here not recommended by me. The chicken satay was even below average.

A dinner for four will be judged. 1 US fillet 200gr, 2 burgers, 1 Thai curry, cocktails first. Water & wine. Price/performance overall a good-natured two stars, tending to be more like one star. Service was mediocre, given the price level I would expect much more attentive service. The deficiencies highlighted were not treated acceptably. Filet was of very good quality, but the price was almost twice as expensive as other restaurants in Frankfurt that offer US Prime Filet (Nebraska Three Star). So even if the quality was satisfactory, this is also a downgrade. Coleslaw didn't work at all. Like freshly grated white cabbage and dressing way too sour. Been here twice now. But this time is definitely the last time. Too bad.

All in all, highly recommended. In addition to the good food, what should definitely be highlighted is the extremely good, courteous and committed service from the entire team - even in stressful phases. Cheers!

Thai and Turf is a top choice for foodies who appreciate Thai cuisine and quality steaks! On New Year's Eve I enjoyed a perfectly prepared steak there that impressed with its quality and taste. The service was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was pleasantly festive. Absolutely recommended for a special evening!

Two couples, four super delicious starters, four Thai main dishes, 2x dessert, 3x totally attentive service! We felt so comfortable, here you can relax with great music and chill drinks! Recommendation!

Jättemysigt ställe, mycket god mat & vin. Kanske lite underlig blandning med kött, hamburgare och thaimat. Prisnivå lite hög om man vill ha thai. Plus för engelsk språkig personal, minus för avsaknad av engelsk meny. Kul detalj med badrum som har, deo, hårspray, munvatten mm.

Super nice reception, cozy restaurant, pleasant atmosphere, nice service. Good food, delicious lemonades. A little more expensive, but recommended!

I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed with last night's at Thai and Turf City. It was my first time there and it will probably be the last time. When we arrived we were allowed to sit at the bar for half an hour. That wasn't a problem at all because we stopped by spontaneously and didn't have a reservation. We were friendly directed to the bar and were always regularly informed about the location of the free tables. When we were finally allowed to sit down at our table, it took another half hour until we even received the menu, even though the big proposal was already over. I don't blame the waiter for this at all, but when I see that there are only two/three waiters there when there's such a rush, it's very poorly planned and it's logical that a lot of customers have to wait a long time. Even when there's not so much going on anymore. With every order, regardless of whether it was the starter, main course, dessert or drinks, things were counted twice or forgotten. It took 15-25 minutes for drinks to be delivered. Even a small bottle of Sprite took 15 minutes. In the same way, at the end of the billing process, things were added back that had not been ordered at all, which I have read more often here in the recessions. The food was quite good, but unfortunately far too expensive for the price. The desired cooking point of our dishes was missed several times. A colleague's burger was prepared extremely carelessly. Even the bowl in which the mayo was was splattered from top to bottom as if the last remnants had been squeezed out of the plastic tube. The musical sound was just as intoxicating. It was a wild roller coaster ride. One second there's driving house music playing, the next second it's the lamest tearjerkers that are mostly used as bouncer tracks in clubs. Dj Skip was very present. Every third track was skipped, large volume differences within the “playlist”, etc. As a DJ, it was really terrible to hear. Maybe it was because the staff was already very exhausted from the day. We were told that 200 guests were already here a day. Accordingly, some dishes were already sold out. Here, too, there was a big faux pas. Our orders have been taken. Here, too, it took a whole half hour before we were informed after ordering that a large number of our dishes were no longer available. The whole thing also happened before when ordering the cocktail. We ordered and after 10 minutes we were told that some cocktails were out. I'm giving at least one more star for the service because they at least tried to make us happy. When we were billing, we were asked several times whether we were satisfied. It was just too much for all of us to complain about the events after that evening. The only point that was completely satisfactory were the cocktails, although some were not available. If I put it in relation to the fact that I left €150 there alone, it was overall very disappointing for the prices quoted.

Best meat around. The side dishes are super delicious, e.g. the mashed potatoes with truffles. Very nice atmosphere. The music was great. Maybe a tick too loud. Dear waiters. The service was a bit slow, but we can live with that. Cocktails were also great. Very cool owner who takes his time at every table and takes care of his guests. We would be happy to come back ☺️

Honestly, wasn’t the best stay. The service was not good and the food was okay - I guess the overall experience made the food taste less good. They let us wait for the table, completely ignoring my friend (she came a bit earlier than me) and we had to ask multiple times for things, they seemed overwhelmed and didn’t want to come on purpose sometimes. Anyways, the atmosphere in general is pretty decent tho.

Been there several times. The food/service and ambience are all great. The team understands what it means to be a host and you just feel welcome. I always enjoy coming here. The steaks are great ❤️☺️🫶

We ate at Thai and Turf for the first time last night and were unfortunately very disappointed with how the evening went as we were cheated out of around €20! We didn't have a reservation, so we had to wait at the bar, okay. However, this took 1 hour without us being told a time beforehand. In addition, a couple who probably had contacts with the staff were preferred and only had to wait 10 minutes and then sat down at a table of four, which we (as a group of four) were waiting for. Since we weren't brought to the table like every other guest, we had to wait at the table for 10 minutes, including a clear hand signal, until we were finally served. After the initial contact at the table, the service went ok, but we had a large piece of plastic in our Freestyle Mixed Plate for 2. We received compensation for that, which made us happy. However, at the end we found out on the bill that we had been cheated with the voucher from b my frankfurt 2024. We had to pay full price for the Freestyle Mixed Plate, even though we were told to redeem the voucher. Only then was the invoice handed out. After several discussions with the staff, I let it go. However, it's a big shame, which is why I can't recommend the store! Attached there are photos as evidence (online price of the record, invoice and redeemed voucher)

A very modern high-priced restaurant. The ambience is nice and modern, the service is good. However, the food does not meet expectations when you see the prices. The mixed appetizer platter Freestyle was tasty and pretty to look at, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the grill plate for 2P does not meet expectations for the price. The duck was very dry, the entrecote was tough, the chicken was fried for too long. The lamb and two pieces of fillet were on point! Our friends' burgers were only lukewarm when they came to the table. All in all a good restaurant but the price-performance ratio doesn't match, here you pay for the ambience and style.

Heel lekker eten, gezellig ingericht. Lekkere spring rolls en zeer goede ribbetjes, de home made thee's zijn ook echt aan te raden!

That was a very good recommendation from my work colleague. Price is a little higher but worth every cent! Whether steak, fish or Thai cuisine, everything tastes delicious and fresh. The service is great and many people can learn a lesson from it. I like coming there to celebrate special events. Drinks are also great and the atmosphere outside and inside invites you to linger.

The burgers at this restaurant were to die for - by far the best I've ever tasted! The meat was juicy and perfectly grilled, the ingredients were fresh and the rolls were soft and delicious. The taste was unique and the service was friendly and quick. Absolutely recommended for all burger lovers!

Very nice place, and the food is amazingly delicious! I recommend it to everyone.
