Heidi und Paul in Frankfurt am Main

Diese Restaurantkette war drei Jahre lang mein Favorit, bis ich vor Kurzem einen Wurm in meinem Caesar Salad fand. Eine Rückerstattung vor Ort gibt es nicht. Man muss eine E-Mail schreiben. Das habe ich getan. Bis heute habe ich keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Das zeugt von schlechtem Management und mangelhaftem Service. Ich habe den Vorfall sowohl dem Finanzamt als auch der Lebensmittelüberwachung gemeldet. Sie sollten Ihre Fehler besser handhaben.

Super Spot für die Mittagspause, auch wenn ich eine Vorbestellung zum Abholen empfehlen würde, wenn man nicht sehr viel Zeit mitbringt, da es mittags sehr voll und laut wird. Die Abholung funktioniert immer pünktlich und super unkompliziert ohne viel Anstehen. Bis jetzt hat alles was ich hier gegessen hab top geschmeckt

Wunderschönes Restaurant mit fairen Preisen! Super Atmosphäre. Ich hatte mit meinen Freunden ein wirklich super Erlebnis hier. Dieses Restaurant wird uns aufjedenfall noch öfter sehen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Nur zu Empfehlen!

Hallo liebe Veganer:innen! Der Burger (Gemüse) war ganz ok. Billiges Brötchen und ein Patty wie vom Supermarkt. Also lecker aber wirklich nichts besonderes. Vegane Mayo zu den leckeren Pommes gibt’s leider nicht. Service 2 Sterne, da man wie bei McDonald’s selbst an die Theke muss.

Guter Salat und viele Auswahl. Bei Mittagszeiten und Stoßzeiten sehr laut aber auszuhalten.

Wieso werden auf Google Maps die Schließungszeiten mit 21:30 Uhr angezeigt, wenn es bereits ab 21 Uhr nichts zu Essen gibt?

Köstlicher hausgemachter Burger!

Wir haben schnell draußen gefrühstückt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Overnight Oats waren köstlich!

Die Salate sind super und preiswert, ganz anders als in vielen anderen überteuerten Mittagslokalen im Geschäftsviertel. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt: Seit der Eröffnung der vier Türme ist Heidi&Paul mittags völlig überfüllt, sodass eine schnelle Mittagspause unmöglich ist. Bei meinem letzten Besuch stellte ich mich um 12:04 Uhr an (die Schlange reichte gerade bis zum Eingang), bestellte um 12:18 Uhr und bekam meinen Salat erst um 12:42 Uhr. Fast 40 Minuten nur fürs Bestellen und Warten! Damit blieben mir nur 6 Minuten zum Essen, wenn ich es rechtzeitig zu meinem Meeting ins Büro schaffen wollte. Ich hatte keine Zutaten ausgewählt, die gebraten oder gekocht werden mussten. Die Bedienung war total überfordert und Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen wurden priorisiert (Kollegen, die gleichzeitig bestellt hatten, wurden 10 Minuten vor mir bedient). Die Organisation muss dringend verbessert werden. Außerdem sollte man beim Abholen immer die Salatzutaten überprüfen, da es häufig vorkommt, dass eine Zutat, für die man extra bezahlt hat, vergessen wird.

Gehe hier gerne hin, aber trotz Öffnungszeit bis 21:30 Uhr, wird man ab 9 nicht mehr bedient.

Der Caesar Salad mit Hähnchen war phänomenal! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Lokal gemütlich.

Schlechter Service,war hier zum Geburtstag essen mit meinen Freunden und das Personal hat vergessen das am Telefon abgesprochen war, dass ich 61 werde und nicht 91 wie es auf der Torte steht ich sehe zwar nicht mehr aus wie 20 aber nicht wie 91 Außerdem habe ich meine Zunge an einer Pommes verbrannt, ich erwarte in der Zukunft eine Warnung vom Unfähigen Personal.Essens war aber ausgezeichnet!

A definite recommendation for Heidi and Paul – a cozy and modern burger joint right in the heart of Frankfurt! They serve hamburgers, fries, salads, and more. The hamburgers were absolutely delicious. There are restrooms inside (very clean), and the service is very friendly and attentive. Thank you! There's a tent outside, but I can't say much more about it since we sat inside. It was moderately busy at lunchtime, so we got a good spot. Overall, delicious food in a modern, cozy atmosphere (so it's also great in the evening). Plus, excellent service and a perfect location. I'd gladly come again.

Yes, why only one star for service? It's becoming increasingly common to refuse legal tender – our CASH! You've seen the last of me as a regular customer, and I hope many others will do the same. It's not that I don't occasionally use my card, but refusing CASH is unacceptable, and we as a public shouldn't have to let a service provider dictate this to us. As I said, I hope many more comments come in, and that many more people will stop coming to your store because of this payment policy.

The salads are absolutely delicious, I really like their to go system, you get the same amount of food and sauces as you would if you eat there.

A good burger joint. Delicious burger recipes, including vegetarian options. Several types of sift drinks, juices, and beer. Expect to spend around €15 per person. Weekday evenings are less busy and quiet. Pleasant atmosphere, easily accessible by subway, on foot, or by car.

Worst burger I've ever eaten. The buns were old and hard. The sweet potato fries cost €6.50?! Never again!

The burger itself was really tasty, but it didn't convince us to come back. The same goes for the salad. The fries were very good! The anticipation was greater than the aftermath. The service was friendly and attentive!

I ate a wrap and still have stomach cramps after 2 days. I had such a stomach ache afterwards, it really can't be right. Really a shame

The salads at Heidi and Paul are truly delicious, and the prices are fair for downtown Frankfurt. The salad portions are quite large, all the ingredients are always fresh, and the selection of toppings is also very varied and extensive. During peak lunchtime, the restaurant is always very busy and a bit noisy. Before or shortly after, however, you can always find a seat, and the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed. Highly recommended!

I was there on a Monday for lunch and it was insanely crowded, but surprisingly it didn’t take more than 10 min to make my order! I had a Caesar Wrap to go, good amount of food but if you are very hungry could be that’s not enough. The salads looked very good and it seemed to be a lot of food. I wouldn’t like to eat there though, it was very very full and loud, almost everyone was getting it to go. Service as fast, although I think they could use 1 more person in the cashier - my order was sitting there for 5 min because the workers were too busy

Heidi and Paul – my absolute favorite salad shop in Frankfurt! 🥗✨ I go to Heidi and Paul's very often - previously on Meisengasse and since the (new) store opened, now on Junghofstrasse. Here are my reasons why I appreciate the store so much: 🌟 Freshness & quality The salads always taste super fresh and the ingredients are high quality. No matter whether you put it together yourself or from the menu. 🏢 Ambiance & decor The shop on Junghofstrasse is modern and friendly. I particularly like that the open kitchen has been designed better here, so that the smell of food is hardly noticeable in the room. This used to bother me a bit on Meisengasse, but here it's great! 🥗 My recommendations The Paul’s Style Caesar Salad (with chicken) is a classic and always a good choice (especially considering the price/performance ratio) My personal tip for a high-protein salad (see photo): Half salad, half whole wheat pasta 2x eggs 2x kidney beans or chickpeas Walnuts as a crunchy topping. The result is super filling and totally delicious! 😋 ⏰ Timing tip If you would like to stop by at lunchtime, I recommend: Either be there at 11:45 a.m. or arrive after 1:00 p.m. to avoid rush hour. I was there yesterday in the evening and the food was great as usual from Heidi and Paul, but we heard a young employee being shouted at by a member of staff, which spoiled our appetite... I find it very inappropriate and not great at all what to see, I really feel sorry for the employee. Still top service, I enjoy eating there 🙌

Well - it's divided into two parts. The salads are very tasty. AAABER at lunchtime there is pure chaos. There is a huge line way outside the restaurant. You wait ages just to place your order. The seats are always full and the background noise is terrible. A relaxed lunch break is almost impossible. The wait time problem has been going on for months and they just can't get it under control...

The burger is super good. For the salads is worth just taking one to share between two and add more toppings.

Very tasty food, nice and fresh and hot. The staff is incredibly friendly, you always feel very comfortable. Despite there not being much space for tables, everything is beautifully and modernly furnished. I can only particularly recommend the Nussecke, the best place for you I have ever eaten!

When the restaurant is full, you wait in line for a long time to order and pay. A group of four who arrived much later sends one of them forward to take over the last table that has just become free, even though this group will not have their turn until much, much later. By the time it's your turn, there are no more seats left because they're already occupied by such inconsiderate and anti-social people. The staff should pay more attention and not tolerate such grievances.

I tried the wrap ‘Namaste’, it doesn’t taste like how I expected it will be (I expected it to be more Indian spices flavour haha) , but still nice! Another things I really like about their wrap is that the wrap hold nicely together, not messy to eat!

Jezzz. 45 minutes waiting for a take-away. The kitchen is an absolute chaos. No control over which orders come out first. The waiters are in no control, and no one seems to know what is happening. Definitely won’t recommend. Food is 5/10.

One of the best places and salads in Frankfurt!

I have food poisoning from expired chicken. Dishes with chicken are already offered at reduced prices at Heidi and Paul. I think the restaurant wants to get rid of expired meat at a discounted price.

The food options are ok but having to wait 30min at the counter to pick up a salad, that I pre-ordered online, is not acceptable.

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier. Das Konzept ist clever gemacht. Beim Anstellen kann man über ein Bestellzettel seinen Salat zusammenstellen und verliert so keine Zeit, bis man dran kommt. Die Auswahl ist recht knapp. Due Preise für die Zutaten ein Tick teuer. Bedienung und Ambiente waren ok. Der Salaz schmeckte gut. Es ist ganz ok zur Abwechslung. Aber nichts besonderes.

Service ist grottig. Es werden Bestellungen nur zur Hälfte bearbeitet, die andere Hälfte wird vergessen. Danach erfolgt keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches, selbst wenn man vorbestellt. Bei Vor-Ort-Bestellung sind die Wartezeiten enorm (20 Min. Minimum) Jeder der kann, sollte zu dem anderen Standort bei der Fressgass ausweichen, dort funktioniert es wenigstens

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Essen für sechs Personen wurde gleichzeitig gebracht und war sehr lecker. Die Portionen waren großzügig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat auch gestimmt.

Auswahl mega, hab schon alles durch, Farmer und Smashed Burger sind die favorites. Pommes und legendäre trüffelmayo runden es ab. Das Team vor Ort weiß genau was es macht.

Ich hatte den Smash Burger und es war einfach unglaublich. Das Essen war perfekt zubereitet und die Präsentation war wunderschön. Jeder Bissen war ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Das Beste am Restaurant war jedoch das Personal. Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sie waren sehr kenntnisreich und konnten mir tolle Empfehlungen geben.
