Only parasites are employed here and if you sit outside a beggar comes every 5 minutes and wants money. When I wanted to go to the toilet, I was insulted by the lady in front of the toilet because I didn't give any money even though it was free for guests. Never again!!!!

Good location with a view of the Schlossplatz (if everything isn't fenced off). The quality of the food looks good and tastes good too 👍 prices are very clear, e.g. around €12 for pasta dishes and pizza from €10. For the two of us we paid around €38. The service is nice, although one lady seemed a bit confused, probably on her first day at work 🙈 In my opinion the portions are a bit small but the restaurant is still worth visiting.

I like to come often, nice atmosphere, centrally located and nice to relax. I also appreciate free motorcycle parking. I also can't understand the critical reviews about service, of course when it's completely full at peak times, not everyone can be served immediately, but they can always be served quickly. There were 4 of us here, very nice place to sit. Tables could be a little larger, but sufficient. Service very friendly and quick. Although we were there on Sunday when the weather was nice. Food was very tasty and price was also very good. We ate pasta, pizza, salad.

Unfortunately, yesterday we supposedly ordered homemade lemonade (2 types) and a Fanta. However, these were so artificial and tasted like diluted water that we actually only drank 10% of the glass. The Fanta was not an original Fanta. After a long wait of about 10 minutes, we asked for the head waitress to come. She was so disinterested and didn't respond to our complaint at all, so we just wanted to pay. She didn't even address the false Fanta. She then offered us other drinks instead, but we didn't want them. The height of the outrage was that we had to pay for the whole thing in full. Conclusion: No way, never again. Unfortunately you have to give one star here.

Unfortunately, the pizza to go no longer tastes good at all - for €4.40 you get a piece of tasteless dough with hardly any toppings on it. It's a shame, for me this used to be one of the best pizzas in Stuttgart.

We were only here for breakfast. But I can highly recommend the breakfast. The employees feel a bit stressed. The location is of course beautiful, right in front of the castle. But the chairs, umbrellas etc. are not so well set up now.

The city voucher will of course be forwarded and the costs will be reimbursed. The pizza was definitely not worth the money!

The atmosphere (when the weather is good) is wonderful here at Schlossplatz. However, the Italian family doesn't seem to visit here often if the cappuccino tastes like that... a shame, but disappointing. I can't say anything about the rest. But you should probably look for “good coffee” somewhere else.

The restaurant has got a beautiful atmosphere but unfortunately the food was very poor. We ordered a vegan pizza and lemonade and guess what we got served. A dry hard bread with a bit of rosemary, salt, 2 cherry tomatoes and olive oil. The lemonade was simply soda water with lemon in it which was completely sour. It seems in their restaurant, that qualifies as pizza and lemonade. I wonder if they really know what that is! To top it off, the waitress too told us that she’s new there and that there’s a lot going wrong. Shaking my head. We had to pay full price and unfortunately had no food. Better go else where if you’re looking for a good restaurant! I guess this one here needs Chef Ramsay for a complete make over. I don’t even want to start thinking about their food hygiene. We won’t be going there again!

Wenn ich die Rezensionen lese, kann ich nur vermuten, dass eventuell ein neuer Inhaber dort ist. Ich war am 6.12 23 mit drei Freundinnen dort, und wir haben schon lange nicht so schlecht gegessen. Bei den Fusilli con Pollo konnte man das Fleisch nicht essen, das war kein frisches Hähnchenfleisch, sondern irgend etwas gepresstes, in Würfeln, und die Sauce machte es auch nicht besser. Der Service war okay, aber der Preis mit über 15 Euro nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir hätten besser ein Bratwürstchen vom Weihnachtsmarkt gegessen. Schade für ein Lokal in dieser Lage.

Service: da gibt es noch Luft nach oben Preise: da spielen sie OBEN mit. Das ist denen ziemlich egal ob die Kundschaft zufrieden ist, die leben vom Laufpublikum.... Und die kommt in der Regel nur einmal. Zwangsläufig, ein zweites Mal verirren wir uns sicher nicht dahin.. auch bei dieser Klasse 1A Lage...

Délicieuse pâtes 🍝 au pesto et pizza 🍕 Milano, je ne pensais pas me régaler autant. En plus une très belle vue sur le parc avec la fontaine ⛲️ et la statue. L’emplacement est idéal. Le serveur était très agréable et parlais anglais 😊 Si nous pouvions donner un petit conseil ce serait de mettre un menu en anglais.

Der Service ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf der Treppe sitzt mal etwas höher gelegen, so dass man den Schlossplatz schön überblicken kann.

Although the most tables were empty, the waiters were pretending not to see us, and were "busy" polishing empty tables, so they don't have to serve us. After a long waiting we left. It's a pity because a good location is wasted for such non-professionals. If you want to eat properly, with real waiters and waitresses, I recommend Carl's Brauhaus only 20 meters away.

Nicht nur das Aussehen ist gut auch der Geschmack ist unglaublich. Eins der leckersten Pizza‘s die ich in Stuttgart bisher gegessen habe. Es gibt ständig wechselnde Pizza Varianten mir hat am besten die Thunfisch Pizza geschmeckt. Auch ist der Inhaber unglaublich freundlich. Service Top, Essen Top, was will man mehr. Klare Empfehlung

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Viele Tische drinnen und draußen, mit Decke falls es etwas kälter wird. Service war top, sehr schnell, aufmerksam und nett. Man merkt dass die Leute ihren Beruf gerne machen. Essen war wunderbar. Große Pizza’s die sehr lecker aussehen und sind. Pasta ist wunderbar. Auswahl an Getränken und Essen ist genügend.

Zufällig am Samstag Abend hier gelandet. Da das Wetter durchwachsen war, hätte ich gerne drinnen gesessen, aber im ersten Stock war geschlossen/kein Service. Essen und Getränke wurden zügig geliefert und alles war sehr gut. Vom Personal rannten mehrere rum, aber zu bedienen schien nur eine.

Die bestellte Pizza Margherita und die bestellten Nudeln mit Pesto waren so geschmacksneutral, dass ich mit verbunden Augen nicht sagen konnte was ich esse. Wir wünschen dem Koch/Köchin ein wenig mehr Liebe... Ach übrigens, der Keller hat schon für Anfang der Saison sein Pensum an Freundlichkeit aufgebraucht.

Die Pasta wahr ein Traum, der Aperol wahr nur zum Genießen, der Kellner sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder......

Не ожидала... одно из немногих заведения, где делают потрясающий Aperol Spritz! Заказать также штрудель. - Супер. Не знала, что заведения итальянское:-) Просто пришла и заказала. Я в восторге! Была в разных городах Италии...и в каждом из них этот напиток делают по-разному. Я довольна. Рекомендую!

Gestern (03.05.2023) war ich in Ihrem Restaurant (Terazza) und habe Pizza gekauft, danach habe ich mich mit meinem 4-jährigen Kind an einen Tisch gesetzt, um das Essen zu servieren. Der Kellner kam sofort und forderte uns arrogant auf, vom Tisch aufzustehen. Ich sprach ihn freundlich an und sagte ihm, dass ich bei Bedarf etwas zu trinken bestellen würde. Worauf seine völlig respektlose Antwort lautete: "Wer bleiben will, muss Essen bestellen, und das ist teurer." Er sagte es, als ob ich kein Geld hätte, um es laut Speisekarte zu kaufen, obwohl ich bereits 4 Stück Pizza und 2 Getränke gekauft hatte. Ich stand vom Tisch auf und das Kind fing an zu weinen, weil es am Tisch sitzen und essen wollte, es hatte Hunger. Der Kellner sah, dass das Kind anfing zu weinen, er sah uns wütend an und wir sagten ihm, dass so etwas nicht gemacht werden sollte, woraufhin er mit seinem Finger bedeutete, dass wir dort gehen sollten, als ob wir etwas Illegales begangen hätten. Die Anwesenden auf der Terrasse bemerkten das ganze Treiben und sahen uns sehr seltsam an. Im Herbst letzten Jahres war ich wieder dort, begleitet von meinem Kind und einer Freundin, ich habe auch Pizza gekauft und dann etwas zu trinken bestellt, derselbe Kellner hat uns bedient, alles war dann in Ordnung. Das habe ich dem Kellner erzählt, der uns jetzt wie Müll von der Terrasse gejagt und vor den anderen Gästen geschrien hat, dass so etwas noch nie passiert ist! dass Pizza am Stück genommen nur für unterwegs ist und wir nicht an einem Tisch sitzen dürfen. Ich musste zusammen mit einem Kind essen, auf dem Boden, im Gras! Ich frage mich, wie der Chef dort solche Mitarbeiter hält! Schande über solche Leute! Ich werde dafür sorgen, dass Gerechtigkeit geschieht! Er hat uns erniedrigt!

Ich verstehe die teilweise sehr negativen Kommentare nicht. Meiner Meinung nach muss man an einem sehr belebten Platz, an dem bei schönem Wetter alle Tische dauerhaft besetzt sind damit rechnen und umgehen können, wenn etwas etwas länger dauert und die Bedienungen nicht super freundlich auf alles reagieren können, was ihnen beim Vorbeilaufen noch zugerufen wird. Wir waren zweimal dort und haben nur Aperol Spritz getrunken. Dieser war wirklich gut und für 8,50€ bei dieser Location fair. Die Bedienungen waren trotz des regen Verkehrs dort auch sehr nett.

Ein Café ohne einen besonderen Ausschlag nach oben oder nach unten. Sehr bunt gemischtes Publikum. Zwischen drin weht dann, je nach Gast, mal ein Hauch einer frischen Cannabis Kräutermischung vorbei. War in Ordnung. Für eine Stunde mal ruhig sitzen, war es okay.

Очень комфортное место. Обслуживание приятное и быстрое. Я попала на фестиваль, поэтому ресторан был закрыт, но персонал разрешил купить еду на улице и покушать внутри. Это было очень приятно.

Schöner Ort zum Essen und Entspannen für eine Weile, es ist nicht teuer, das einzige Problem ist, dass die Kellner viele Leute bedienen müssen und der Service etwas langsam ist, aber es war nicht schlimm, wenn Sie es nicht eilig haben, es ein guter Ort, um sich zu unterhalten und zu essen.

Sehr entspannte Atmosphere. Pizza schmeckt überdurchschnittlich gut und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Restaurant ist direkt am Schlossplatz. Man kann somit super das Treiben begutachten. Natürlich ist entsprechend auch was los. Ich war dort Sonntags gegen 15 Uhr alleine. Bestellung war: 1x Radler 1x Rucola Salat. Kosten: 14 € Meine Rückfrage 'ist Brot beim Salat dabei?' , wurde bejaht. Service kurz, angebunden, ist perfekt für mich :-) Salat und Radler wurde schnell geliefert. Salat schmeckt lecker! Jedoch ohne Brot. Habe nochmals nachgefragt, ja Brot kommt noch. Jedoch wurde keins geliefert. Auch wenn es nur ein kleines Beispiel ist, so ist meine persönliche Meinung, dass dies für Kein kundenorientiertes Arbeiten und Ggf. Mangelhafte Kommunikation zwischen Service und Küche steht.

wir hatten lange vorher für Sonntag den 12. 6. 22 um 20:00 für 18 Personen nach einem Theaterbesuch reserviert, mit Angabe von Namen und unserer Telefonnummer. Wir wurden nicht benachrichtigt, nada, standen dann vor der Türe: wir haben schon geschlossen. Bewertung geht nicht ab ohne verschiedenen Angaben, wir WOLLTEN Abendessen!
