Esta fue mi primera visita a Stuttgart, la camarera era eslovaca, nos maltrataba muy mal por su mediocre inglés, quería que habláramos alemán, somos turistas obviamente no podríamos hablar alemán, nos gritaba y gritaba algunas palabras en alemán, si el restaurante quiere que hables alemán deberían haber puesto un cartel

The worst experience I had in my life was actually from the Slovak waitress. I asked her if they had Bolognese and she shouted at me while speaking in German... and unfortunately I do not know, but some people who were in the restaurant intervened and admonished her that we should not shout at us because we are only fluent in German and speak English... an unforgettable experience. I do not advise you to go to this terrible restaurant

This was my first visit to stuttgart, the waitress was slovakian , she mistreated us very badly because of her mediocre english , she wanted us to speak german , we are tourists obviously we wouldn’t be able to speak german , she was screaming at us and shouting some words in german , if the restaurant wants you to speak german they should’ve put up a sign about being able to speak german, in conclusion this was a very traumatic experience i don’t recommend anyone going there if they don’t speak german

Unfortunately, the staff didn't have much interest in it - the tables were only wiped down after being asked to do so. The good thing is the coffee was delicious

The location is in a great location right on Schlossplatz and the decor is attractive. Unfortunately the food isn't really good. The service, however, is friendly.

Good taste, good service, but unfortunately a bit expensive.

Food is essential frozen and warmed up, especially the pizza. Atmosphere and service is great though.

Black-haired waitress came over very rudely and took the order. 7 minutes later she came back and wanted to take the order again until she realized that we had already ordered. When she was at the next table I said that I would like to pay, she ran away, so she also made mistakes with the next table and slapped his beer on the other side of the table. I asked again a little louder to be allowed to pay, she ran away again and looked at me angrily... When she finally came to let me pay, she became rude and aggressive. Unfortunately, the lady was very dissatisfied and she let the customer know. Maybe she should rethink her job choice.

The staff (lady with black hair) was very unfriendly and seemed visibly annoyed after I told her that I had been brought the wrong drink (Cola instead of Cola Wheat). She had understood it when I was admitted but then probably forgot it again when I handed it over. When she brought me the wheat afterwards, she put it on the other side of the table and ignored my tablemate's repeated requests for the bill. Maybe I'm having a bad day, but that's not appropriate behavior. Otherwise, the terrace is of course directly on Schlossplatz, which makes a short stay attractive and the drinks came quickly

Since we only had a drink outside, I just want to rate the service: Although the restaurant was almost empty, the waitress had a very unmotivated expression on her face and was slightly annoyed. Things didn't get any better when a glass slipped out of her hand while serving and the contents spilled over half the table. Well, it can happen. An apology would have been nice, though, especially since half of my trouser leg was wet. We got a new drink, but were told to sit at a different table because the old one was wet and sticky. Now if you don't want to wipe the table, that's of course also a solution. After 45 minutes I paid my bill and with the tip I wanted two euros back on my bill. “Unfortunately I only have one euro in my wallet,” she said. I thought it was a bit bold to increase the tip again in such a way. Now she just had to run back in and get change. By the way, after 50 minutes, no one had taken care of the sticky table. Service looks different in my opinion.

Unfriendly and stroppy staff, drinks are just slammed on the table. But very nice view.

Only parasites are employed here and if you sit outside a beggar comes every 5 minutes and wants money. When I wanted to go to the toilet, I was insulted by the lady in front of the toilet because I didn't give any money even though it was free for guests. Never again!!!!

Good location with a view of the Schlossplatz (if everything isn't fenced off). The quality of the food looks good and tastes good too 👍 prices are very clear, e.g. around €12 for pasta dishes and pizza from €10. For the two of us we paid around €38. The service is nice, although one lady seemed a bit confused, probably on her first day at work 🙈 In my opinion the portions are a bit small but the restaurant is still worth visiting.

Central location, delicious bruschetta, friendly and attentive service. Simply furnished in the outdoor area, not very comfortable for eating.

Die Lage ist super aber das war’s dann auch an diesem Restaurant. Die Pizza schmeckt wie jede andere Fertigpizza auch. Man sieht der Pizza schon an, dass der Teig alles andere als frisch ist. Dazu noch billiger Käse der das Fett so richtig rausdrückt. Für Getränke kann man diese Lokalität auf alle Fälle empfehlen. Für Essen jedoch überhaupt nicht.

Yesterday we paid a bill of 40 euros for two beers, a coffee and a Red Bull....unfortunately I only noticed when we got home that they had cheated us out of 20 euros....Unfortunately I didn't take a bill with me otherwise I would tell them something... .Never again !!!

There were rotten leaves in the salad, so we had to give it back. The drinks are expensive and the parmesan on the pesto pasta was hard and old. Overall not a good experience!

The atmosphere is great but the food has definitely gone downhill. The pizza has gotten really dry and the staff is just rude and impatient about everything. The lady and the guy preparing the pizzas were also really disgusting for handling both without gloves!! When did a slice of pizza get so expensive!?

I really enjoy coming to Terrazza, less to eat and more to sit outside and drink wine. The service is always super friendly. No matter who served us, we always felt very comfortable. But I prefer being served by Maria. She does such a great job. I hope it stays with the Terrazza for a long time! Thanks!

I like to come often, nice atmosphere, centrally located and nice to relax. I also appreciate free motorcycle parking. I also can't understand the critical reviews about service, of course when it's completely full at peak times, not everyone can be served immediately, but they can always be served quickly. But otherwise great service, pleasant, nice, friendly and, in my opinion, surprisingly fast. And breakfast and also the pizza taste good, so I'm happy to come again👍

There were 4 of us here, very nice place to sit. Tables could be a little larger, but sufficient. Service very friendly and quick. Although we were there on Sunday when the weather was nice. Food was very tasty and price was also very good. We ate pasta, pizza, salad.

Unfortunately, yesterday we supposedly ordered homemade lemonade (2 types) and a Fanta. However, these were so artificial and tasted like diluted water that we actually only drank 10% of the glass. The Fanta was not an original Fanta. After a long wait of about 10 minutes, we asked for the head waitress to come. She was so disinterested and didn't respond to our complaint at all, so we just wanted to pay. She didn't even address the false Fanta. She then offered us other drinks instead, but we didn't want them. The height of the outrage was that we had to pay for the whole thing in full. Conclusion: No way, never again. Unfortunately you have to give one star here.

Unfortunately, the pizza to go no longer tastes good at all - for €4.40 you get a piece of tasteless dough with hardly any toppings on it. It's a shame, for me this used to be one of the best pizzas in Stuttgart.

We were only here for breakfast. But I can highly recommend the breakfast. The employees feel a bit stressed. The location is of course beautiful, right in front of the castle. But the chairs, umbrellas etc. are not so well set up now.

Unfortunately not recommended at all. The service was very unfriendly and service was generally very poor. Waited forever for drinks and the waiters just shouted at each other. When we wanted to pay, the Stuttgart City voucher was simply rejected. Apparently people don't take part here anymore or not yet (the waiter himself wasn't sure about that). After an eternity of discussion, I paid differently. Never again!! You should really avoid it. It's a shame about the good location. The city voucher will of course be forwarded and the costs will be reimbursed. The pizza was definitely not worth the money!

The atmosphere (when the weather is good) is wonderful here at Schlossplatz. However, the Italian family doesn't seem to visit here often if the cappuccino tastes like that... a shame, but disappointing. I can't say anything about the rest. But you should probably look for “good coffee” somewhere else.

Perfect location in the center of Stuttgart, recommend to seat outside with the view, delicious pizza and patata/potato with the reasonable price. Staffs were also friendly! Really liked the pizza!

The restaurant has got a beautiful atmosphere but unfortunately the food was very poor. We ordered a vegan pizza and lemonade and guess what we got served. A dry hard bread with a bit of rosemary, salt, 2 cherry tomatoes and olive oil. The lemonade was simply soda water with lemon in it which was completely sour. It seems in their restaurant, that qualifies as pizza and lemonade. I wonder if they really know what that is! To top it off, the waitress too told us that she’s new there and that there’s a lot going wrong. Shaking my head. We had to pay full price and unfortunately had no food. Better go else where if you’re looking for a good restaurant! I guess this one here needs Chef Ramsay for a complete make over. I don’t even want to start thinking about their food hygiene. We won’t be going there again!

Super nice service, But the coffee... no, better leave it alone. The espresso macchiato was somewhat warm (at least), but otherwise largely tasteless. Don't do it!

Unfortunately the food wasn't very good and not recommended. And the prices are still quite high. Service was nice and the view of the castle square was great.

Worst hot chocolate in my life, just chocolate syrup for €4.70. Disgusting. I also asked for the wifi and I’m sitting next to the router and the waitress says we don’t have internet here. Why lie? This place is dead. No body is even in here.

Wenn ich die Rezensionen lese, kann ich nur vermuten, dass eventuell ein neuer Inhaber dort ist. Ich war am 6.12 23 mit drei Freundinnen dort, und wir haben schon lange nicht so schlecht gegessen. Bei den Fusilli con Pollo konnte man das Fleisch nicht essen, das war kein frisches Hähnchenfleisch, sondern irgend etwas gepresstes, in Würfeln, und die Sauce machte es auch nicht besser. Der Service war okay, aber der Preis mit über 15 Euro nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir hätten besser ein Bratwürstchen vom Weihnachtsmarkt gegessen. Schade für ein Lokal in dieser Lage.

We had a good experience, the waiter was really nice with us, the food was delicious and the drinks we had were also good. It wasn't busy at all when we went there, given that it was a Tuesday afternoon, the view was really beautiful.

Koffeinfreier Kaffee -Fehlanzeige...steht aber in der Karte... Hafenmilch - Fehlanzeige...steht aber in der Karte... Prosecco...hatten sie, leider etwas abgestanden. Aber kühl. Service: da gibt es noch Luft nach oben Preise: da spielen sie OBEN mit. Das ist denen ziemlich egal ob die Kundschaft zufrieden ist, die leben vom Laufpublikum.... Und die kommt in der Regel nur einmal. Zwangsläufig, ein zweites Mal verirren wir uns sicher nicht dahin.. auch bei dieser Klasse 1A Lage...

Bei schönem Wetter, direkt am Schlossplatz. Toll. Service war schnell und freundlich. Wir haben nur Kaffee und Bier getrunken. Da gab es nix zu meckern.

Miła obsługa, centrum miasta, przy dobrej pogodzie przyjemnie jest tu spędzić czas. Na zewnątrz.

Délicieuse pâtes 🍝 au pesto et pizza 🍕 Milano, je ne pensais pas me régaler autant. En plus une très belle vue sur le parc avec la fontaine ⛲️ et la statue. L’emplacement est idéal. Le serveur était très agréable et parlais anglais 😊 Si nous pouvions donner un petit conseil ce serait de mettre un menu en anglais.

Der Service ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf der Treppe sitzt mal etwas höher gelegen, so dass man den Schlossplatz schön überblicken kann.

Although the most tables were empty, the waiters were pretending not to see us, and were "busy" polishing empty tables, so they don't have to serve us. After a long waiting we left. It's a pity because a good location is wasted for such non-professionals. If you want to eat properly, with real waiters and waitresses, I recommend Carl's Brauhaus only 20 meters away.

Nicht nur das Aussehen ist gut auch der Geschmack ist unglaublich. Eins der leckersten Pizza‘s die ich in Stuttgart bisher gegessen habe. Es gibt ständig wechselnde Pizza Varianten mir hat am besten die Thunfisch Pizza geschmeckt. Auch ist der Inhaber unglaublich freundlich. Service Top, Essen Top, was will man mehr. Klare Empfehlung

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Viele Tische drinnen und draußen, mit Decke falls es etwas kälter wird. Service war top, sehr schnell, aufmerksam und nett. Man merkt dass die Leute ihren Beruf gerne machen. Essen war wunderbar. Große Pizza’s die sehr lecker aussehen und sind. Pasta ist wunderbar. Auswahl an Getränken und Essen ist genügend.

Zufällig am Samstag Abend hier gelandet. Da das Wetter durchwachsen war, hätte ich gerne drinnen gesessen, aber im ersten Stock war geschlossen/kein Service. Essen und Getränke wurden zügig geliefert und alles war sehr gut. Vom Personal rannten mehrere rum, aber zu bedienen schien nur eine.

Die bestellte Pizza Margherita und die bestellten Nudeln mit Pesto waren so geschmacksneutral, dass ich mit verbunden Augen nicht sagen konnte was ich esse. Wir wünschen dem Koch/Köchin ein wenig mehr Liebe... Ach übrigens, der Keller hat schon für Anfang der Saison sein Pensum an Freundlichkeit aufgebraucht.
