We love L'Osteria! Here in Stuttgart it's great again. The service was very attentive and the food was delicious as usual. Thank you very much for that - gladly again!

A really nice restaurant. We were lucky and were able to sit outside in beautiful weather.

I think the pizzas are sensational, I like it when the dough is thin and crispy. The staff was again super friendly and attentive. Clearly 👍👍👍

I was here for dinner today. Conclusion so far ok Tortellini fills you up. The restaurant is very popular with families. A nice bar where you can drink your espresso. Even the Bundeswehr is going there. There is music playing really loudly in the background. When we asked the shift manager about it, he didn't respond. He didn't care, we are service providers ourselves, we don't think that's possible and he should take it seriously.

I loved the food. I just think that the period I went there was a lot of insects.

Everything was great, the salad with mango sauce and veal was tasty, but the taste of the meat wanted to be better, the selection of pizza is always there.

After checking the opening hours online and according to Google it was open until 11pm, we decided to visit the place at 9:10pm. Unfortunately we discovered that it had already closed. I politely pointed out that an update of the opening times in Google would be appropriate, as we had come specifically and it was too late for other restaurants. The answer to this was very unfriendly: the opening times change daily, which is not a sufficient excuse for me. It is inappropriate to attract guests and then turn them away two hours before closing time. A quick tip to the general manager would be to make the effort to update the opening hours daily on Google if they actually change daily

There's nothing to complain about when it comes to eating, the pizza is absolutely great and the pasta is also very good. The service is overloaded, and when you get a seat outside near the garbage bucket, the trouble begins. Every time it is used by the staff (which you cannot avoid) the metal lid bangs. The bang spoils your appetite and your stay.

Bad service!!! After specifically asking you to pay now, you still wait 10 minutes! When you come in you won't be served for another 15 minutes despite being told. bad service!!!

Mega big pizza 😃 You should be hungry. There was nothing wrong with the taste either. It's interesting that you can fill the halves differently 👍🏻. The service was always there if you had a request and the Aperol could also be shown. All in all a successful evening with great pizza.

We're actually going to l'Osteria today because the quality there is always good. Unfortunately that was a fallacy today. What was good was that we immediately got a table on the “terrace” and the service at the table was friendly. What was bad was that the queue in front of the door got longer and longer, as did the noise level and the unrest. Despite the fact that many tables were free, they were not placed but ignored. We didn't get any "placemats" and had to wait forever for the main course, the pizza, while the guests who were sitting around us and had come later were already eating. Last but not least, the pizza was worse than ever, the dough was as hard as a cracker and overall very tasteless. When we noticed this (my mistake) when clearing up, we were (only) offered a new pizza, accompanied by a sorry apology, which would definitely have been better. It's a shame but we'll have to look for a new pizza location in Stuttgart.

The service was great. Great, friendly and attentive staff. The pizzas are huge and if you can't quite make it, you'll be asked if you want to take it away. I think it's great that people proactively ask about it so that it doesn't get thrown away. Unfortunately my pizza wasn't quite as tasty as it looked. The vegetables had a fishy aftertaste even though it was a vegetarian pizza. Plus it wasn't evenly distributed at all on the pizza, a quarter had no vegetables at all. The pizzas are quite expensive - never a good sign when there are no prices online. I paid almost €17 for the pizza. It was a nice visit, but I would still go somewhere else next time.

I got the pizza from them and it was truly pitiful... it looked like a cracker with two ingredients on it.

Unfortunately, we were turned away at 8:30 p.m., even though the opening hours were until 11 p.m. according to the website. The reason was: the kitchen is already closed... In downtown Stuttgart 🤦‍♂️

Ordered a Capricciosa pizza and was extremely disappointed. It was a real biscuit pizza. Dough was very dry and much too thin. Do the other Osteria branches (Konstanz, Offenburg) have a different dough? The pizzas there were great.

I didn’t write right away, but I simply had to, since my wife and I have worked in restaurants and hotels for more than 15 years and I have extensive experience in VIP service. In Germany, restaurants treat service simply and we stop paying attention to many things, but in this restaurant everything works like a clock mechanism. From entry to checkout everything was super, the girl who met us and took us to our table asked for a minute and wiped the table again and served it - it was super. When the load is high, reading the menu for a while is correct, we are already sitting and have come for the first time. We are a family with three children with different preferences and we always need time to get to know the menu. We ordered all kinds of appetizers, Caesar salad, pizza, and pasta. I was prepared to wait at least 40 minutes, but no. With a full load in less than 20 minutes and the attention of the guys, everyone at the same time and two guys served food to all of us, it’s brilliant. Thank you for your professionalism. And believe me, in Germany it’s not easy, it’s work. Everything was very tasty and excellent desserts afterwards. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, against the backdrop of a very dirty city in which everyone throws everything past the trash can, this restaurant is a harmony of joy.

Busy night in Stuttgart so we struggled to find somewhere to eat late Sat eve. Pizza were huge and Beers cold. Good value place. Inside tables were a bit dirty when we arrived but staff sorted quickly. Very attentive staff.

So far the best pizza margherita I have had in germany, the portion is also very large.

The first thing I would like to note is that L'Osteria is more reminiscent of chains like Pizza Hut or Domino's than a traditional Italian restaurant. It started with us having to wait at the entrance for about 15 minutes to get a seat outside. At first this seemed like a good sign, as long queues often indicate popular and good food. But unfortunately my expectations were not met. We finally decided to eat inside as we didn't want to wait outside any longer. It quickly became apparent that there were a lot of empty seats inside, probably because most guests wanted to sit outside in the heat. There was no air conditioning or fans inside, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. There may have been air conditioning, but if there was, it was set very low. The Italian music was atmospheric, but definitely too loud. It would have been nicer to be able to have a conversation without straining. Looking at the menu and spotting a "Pizza Hawaii" I realized that this is not an authentic Italian restaurant. I ordered a Nastro Azzurro beer but it was sold out. Instead I was only offered non-alcoholic beer. Since it was Saturday evening at 6 p.m., this could have happened (which it wasn't supposed to) and that was somehow okay with me. I therefore decided on a Sarti Spritz, my girlfriend an Aperol Spritz. Both drinks were excellently mixed and a compliment to the bartender who knows his craft. Then I ordered a Salsiccia pizza. However, what I was served was not what I expected. The oversized pizza protruded over the plate, which is probably the chain's concept. However, such a format is not typical of our food culture and surprised me. The topping was suçuk instead of the expected salsiccia. I have nothing against suçuk, but when I order a salsiccia pizza, I expect salsiccia. I found it arrogant and disrespectful that the waiter tried to convince me that it was salsiccia. Otherwise he was respectful and said that I should say it next time so that a solution could be found. I thought it was good, but there won't be a next time. If anything, the ambience is reminiscent of Italian-American restaurants. It was a mix of many styles and yes, that's a matter of taste. But that doesn't reflect Italian culture either. I think it's important to respect a country's culture and food habits, especially if you're making money from their cuisine. It would be nice if more emphasis was placed on authenticity. If you can't or don't want to do that, then you should be honest with your guests and not sell the food as Italian.

We sat for 20 minutes and unfortunately were not served. So we left again

Stopped by for a pizza and pasta. Johann was a great waiter and responded to all requests. I'd love to come back here :)

Worst possible service. I simply asked to move from inside to outside due to the broken AC and we were sweating, I then wanted to move outside and they said I cannot because we are a family of 5 and the table is for 4, when the fifth member was a 9 year old child who a chair could be pulled up for. The waiters were very rude, the waiter who claimed to be a manager which I doubt was very rude and did not even try to cooperate and let us sit outside when we found a multiple tables outside. Definetely would not recommend at all.

we sat there for half an hour waiting for someone to come to us, the waiters stupidly didn't pay attention, in the end they walked towards the people at the next table who came much later than us. Thanks for spoiling my appetite!

Great food, the pizza is really huge but very tasty! Staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable.

We were at the LOsteria Stuttgart on July 27th at 6 p.m. Six people, luckily reserved. It was very loud and warm, the air conditioning didn't work well. The service was quick, we had our food within twenty minutes. Except for one person, they had to wait about 10 minutes for their pizza. Afterwards we were charged without even asking. The toilets were very clean. Overall we were satisfied.

An hour before closing there is no more food and everything is put away.

We went by chance but it was a great decision to go there for dinner. The food was delicious, we ordered tortelini, spaghetti carbonara and burrata to share. All very good and with generous portions. The waitress who served us was super friendly and was attentive to us at all times. I would repeat without a doubt.

Very quick service. Eat as usual at Losteria, you'll be full and it tastes good. Ambience, well...but it's okay, and in a great location. Can't complain...

The selection was much, much better back then, salad Nice or tuna salad were no longer available. Instead, an avocado shrimp salad that was put together very cheaply. It's a shame ☹️ I ordered a Nice salad with tuna a month ago (for pickup) and it had ham in it, which I don't eat at all. Now I understand why (the menu is different), but the employee didn't tell me that there was ham in it (unfortunately it was a disappointment, I threw away the salad). Was my favorite restaurant for salad and pizza, unfortunately not anymore.

The pizzas are delicious and large! We ordered 2 and 4 adults were more than satisfied. I give 3 stars 🌟 because the service was e x t r a slow.. it took them about 30 min to take out order and then almost another 45 min to serve us.. for 2 pizzas is quite some time. Of course it was a Saturday night and it was pretty full,but still.

This place has some of the best pizza I've ever had, I had the spicy pepperoni with basil. Our waitress was very attentive even though the place was packed. Food came before I was half done with my beer. I highly recommend this place.

We love the food and service. We just wish it wasn't so hot inside (EDIT: They now have A/C!). In the summer, we eat outside on the patio at sunset to keep cool. Delicious cocktails, too. We especially like their Aperol Spritz and Hugo. BTW, when they say their food is spicy, they aren't kidding. Ask for their seasonal menu. Great place for large groups, although it tends to get a little loud. The servers work together well to ensure large parties are taken care of well.

The food was delicious. Had a side salad with the main course. When we ordered we ordered the small side salad and it was also shown on the menu. When the bill came, the total amount was higher than expected. We asked how the amount was made up and the answer was that we had to pay first before we could look at the detailed billing. ???? The bill then included two normal (mixed) side salads. However, these should have included tomatoes, radishes and cucumbers. We only had green salad - for just under 6 euros. We pointed out to the employee that we had ordered the other salad (the answer: You didn't say piccolo.) and she generously ignored the note about only green salad. A "sorry" wouldn't have cost anything...

Here is a place in the world where barbecue pizza is the best you can eat. Super thin dough and huge in size. Super nice service and a nice feel-good atmosphere

I regularly order Orichette di manzo al Limone with gnocchi, which is now my favorite dish there. Very friendly staff on site. I can recommend it 😊

Delicious pizza at an attractive price

Sehr unorganisierte Bedienung - ließ sich selten am Tisch blicken so konnten keine Getränke nachbestellt werden. Später wurden zwei Expresso lauwarm an den Tisch gebracht, der bestellte Nachtisch dann überhaupt nicht - sehr lange Wartezeiten obwohl das Lokal eigentlich nicht so voll war. Das Essen war in Ordnung - große Pizzen - Spaghetti waren ebenfalls gut.

Four of us were in Losteria with a reservation on May 15, 2024 at 6 p.m. Overall we would rate the visit with 3 stars. For food: there is a large selection of dishes. Among other things, vegan and vegetarian dishes. All pizzas can also be made vegan (on request). We ordered two pizzas and two pastas. It can be said that the two pastas arrived very quickly. A disadvantage here was that the two pizzas came about 10 minutes later and for this reason the pasta was already lukewarm, almost cold. The four of us wanted to eat and for that reason we waited until everyone got their food. Regarding the dishes we can say that the pizzas are very large and can also be shared. The pasta was also very tasty. Regarding the service, it can be said that we didn't find it particularly good. The ordering process was pretty hectic. We weren't asked once if we wanted to order something more, drink or have dessert, even though we would have liked to. Nevertheless, it can be said that there was quite a lot going on that evening and we were probably “forgotten” for this reason. There were some waiters who were still friendly, but unfortunately our waiter couldn't even say thank you for the tip, which we found quite a shame. In general, we found the music a little too loud and the stay in the restaurant generally very noisy. Unfortunately, we couldn't have a proper conversation at the table because we couldn't hear each other. Here it is advisable to turn down the music a little, as it is generally very loud in the restaurant.
