amazing food, massive pizzas for a fair price. servers were very nice and quick even though the restaurant was full!!

I recently visited the restaurant at lunchtime with a colleague. Luckily we were able to get a free table, even though it was quite busy. The pizza really impressed us. It was generously topped, very large and tasted quite good. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was somewhat marred by the music being way too loud. This meant that it was hardly possible to have a relaxed conversation, which is a bit of a shame for a meal together. If the restaurant adjusted the volume it would be a near perfect experience.

Quick service, pizza and pasta were very good! The place was full, we had to wait at the bar for a few minutes, they work with reservations so I recommend booking.

We really liked the ambience and the mood. The service was fine and the food was served quickly. The pasta was a bit bland for my taste, but the pizzas were really good.

Absolutely child-unfriendly service. Didn't give the table free for families and then just left the family standing there after a long wait. You would disturb the other guests, even though the children were waiting quietly at the counter.

Pizzas have no ingredients. There are very few ingredients such as cheese, chicken and mushrooms on the dough. There is only show, no taste. This restaurant chain has now ceased to exist.

Excellent service and pizzas !!!!

I had reserved for a larger group. The table was free, but it was right at the entrance. Due to the cold temperatures it was completely draughty. We asked for the door to be closed, but that wasn't possible. This made it very uncomfortable. The food itself was good, but some of the wrong food came first (which was replaced without any grace) and the drinks sometimes took a very long time.

Very nice employee, We were quickly assigned a seat even without a reservation. Food was also good, we were satisfied here and would come again.

I was here for dinner today. Conclusion so far ok Tortellini fills you up. The restaurant is very popular with families. A nice bar where you can drink your espresso. Even the Bundeswehr is going there. There is music playing really loudly in the background. When we asked the shift manager about it, he didn't respond. He didn't care, we are service providers ourselves, we don't think that's possible and he should take it seriously.

The customers are very rude and disgusting. They throw the remaining money back or don't give it to you at all, just bad service!!!

Unfortunately, I had ordered a lasagna and looked with envious eyes at the other tables where huge pizzas were being served that looked really good. Next time I won't be having any lasagne there. The pizza would definitely make it worth a visit

We were there this evening with our son (2). Arrived 5 minutes early because the online reservation expressly stated that the table would be passed on if you arrived late. At first there was no table available for us, then there was one. Unfortunately this one is right at the top near the toilet. 1. Service error. 2nd error: waiting time. We had to wait almost 40 minutes from the time we ordered until the appetizer arrived. Service leaves more than to be desired, no questions asked about empty glasses or clearing the plates. This way you can also give away your sales! We would have liked to order more drinks such as wine etc. with our meal, unfortunately the waitress didn't feel like serving us, despite repeated direct eye contact. The same tragedy with dessert... old plates were not cleared away, again no desire to ask us for coffee or dessert. Even to pay the bill I had to get up and ask customer service. Our first and last visit.

Here at this L'Osteria restaurant the interior design and the staff were outstanding. If I owned a catering business I would poach the service staff immediately. Bring up to 6 dishes at once...the food was good as usual in the restaurant chain.

We order Pizza Vegatariana and we got Pizza Salami. We tried calling multiple times but no response. Wrong order is still fine but what about the refund? We didn’t eat this pizza( as we don’t eat meat).

I've been here several times before, but today it was a complete disaster. First we were brought a drink, which then spilled on our table. Actually no problem, that can happen. But the waitress then simply ran away without a word. After placing our order, we received our entrees relatively quickly. After almost an hour the main course still wasn't there. Meanwhile, all the other guests who came after us were already being served. Including a group of at least 15 people. When we wanted to leave we were told the pizza would be ready soon. We asked for them to be packed up straight away and paid for. When the card reader was held out to us and of course we didn't give a tip, the waiter became visibly angry, ripped the cutlery off the table and didn't even say goodbye. The noodles were way too soft and didn't taste like anything. The pizza was also lukewarm. Conclusion: I won't be coming back

Been several times. The first time: I liked the pasta carbonara, there was enough bacon. The second time: we were served a cold, burnt pizza with an uneven topping. The third time: I came with a friend for the same curry, but this time I only tasted the noodles, there was twice as much bacon as the first time. Lovely Italian joint, wonderful al dente pasta texture and you can choose your topping. A tad too salty but otherwise delicious with the fresh tomatoes and parsley. Service pleasant enough when being attended to however not very attentive when trying to signal for service.

I've been to better Losterias...this branch has little charm for me, but it's also because of the crowd = Königstrasse. Service is somewhat ok, but no better/worse than in other system restaurants. Regarding the food: the menu didn't appeal to me much or at all. In times of pizzas in every imaginable flavor, losteria still offers the old classics. A small update would do the map some good. The pizzas themselves are, as always, very good. My wife's pasta, on the other hand, was absolutely boring, actually bland. Salt helped. Unfortunately there was no parmesan. Additional bread is only available for an additional charge. But it's better to stay away from that...

Very centrally located chain restaurant. The pizzas are quite large. If you're not the biggest eater you can share them, perhaps with a salad as a starter. Under no circumstances should you order a whole one for children. Tip there is an app from the chain that you can use to collect “points”. To do this, ask the waitress for proof.

Perfect place to go if you're craving a huge pizza! The atmosphere is cozy and the prices are fair. The service can be a bit overwhelming at times, but the food makes up for it.

As for pizzerias, I can't define it as "real". The pizzas are very large in diameter but thin and the dough is therefore thin and crunchy. With little filling it appears a little too neutral. Excellent service for speed and courtesy. Current account with the product and security below the city averages.

This restaurant has now been in existence for 25 years. I was there for lunch for the first time today and was thrilled, absolutely consistent, "great Italian concept", good, super friendly customer service. The young man was very attentive, friendly and accommodating! The food was very tasty! Price-performance ratio fits 5 stars 🌟 and absolutely recommended.

Unbelievable, I'm at a loss for words. We were brought in by a lady around 1 p.m. today. There were enough places available. But the three of us were seated at a round table. It was also very wobbly and the plate at the top even rotated. Now comes the kicker. We waited for over 20 minutes and no one came to us. Guests who came in later were served. They just left us sitting there. And there wasn't even much going on. 1 star is too much. The food always tasted very good. But what happened today was really the very last thing. You really felt like an idiot. It's a shame and sad at the same time.

The place is pleasant, familiar, comfortable, the food is delicious and the service is very good. Try to make a reservation through the website as it is always full, although you will be served even without a reservation, you just have to wait a little, it can take between 10 and 15 minutes if you are lucky

It's an established franchise, but I seldom visit them, I need a quick dinner so I drop by them, without reservation it's possible for 1 person, but more people please reserve so they can save your seat, the pizza is fresh and holy smoke bigger than the plate, I love the flavours and they have their own beer!(Interesting, I tried it)

To put it briefly, I can't understand the hype, the food is overpriced, and the portions of some of the pasta dishes are very small. Generally little choice in dishes. Service also rather average. The place is usually very full and therefore very loud and uncomfortable. Pizza, on the other hand, is recommended but also quite expensive. Location as far as stylishly furnished is almost classy. If the toilet were a little cleaner and the towel dispenser that was torn off was put back in place, it would look really nice.

Hello, I was with you today at lunchtime. I ordered half a tonno pizza/half fungi pizza. Unfortunately I could only eat the inside and I had to cut away around the edge of the pizza because it was rock hard. I definitely won't order pizza there again. It used to be better!! I've always eaten pizza. I'll try how the pastas taste. But pizza also costs more for this high price. No Go!

One of the best pizza places in town. Amazing big pizza. But the place can be a bit crowded, so its a gamble to get a table. Also worth notice is that thefirst time I went there pizza was HUGE and amazing. Yesterday was saturday late afternoon and the place was crowded. My husband pizza was huge... Mine was smaller and not so well filled up with everything. Ill give this place another chance, because it could be a fluke.

Food is very good. Today I wanted to order spaghetti Bolognese but without onion then the waitress said it wasn't possible, the mixture was ready, I could/should look for something else. Frying minced meat is no art to make a fresh Bolognese sauce without onions!!! She then shot the bird. When it came to paying, she told me. Unfortunately she can't release it. I should pay with EC, I said, no, I won't do that. I pay in cash, which is really mushy to me.

Bad service - never again! The food was good, but the service was a disaster. First we had to wait 10 minutes before we even got the card. The waiter brought these without comment and disappeared without giving us the opportunity to order directly. When we finally wanted to order, we were ignored several times, even when we called out. The same thing happened when paying: we had to go in and let them know. Instead of charging us, the waiter cleared tables. When he finally came and we wanted to pay in cash, he simply changed the table in the middle of paying and served other guests.

Everything was ok. But not anymore. I found the salad too sweet and the olives on the pizza tasted musty. We sat for a long time until someone came. I then wanted to order at the bar and was sent away again. 🤷‍♀️ We have really good Italians. We're spoiled there. As I said, ok but not soul food. Big plus: the playground is within sight.

Known from other places, finally also in Stuttgart. In our case the service cannot be faulted. The pizzas were also good and tasty. Waiting times were reasonable. The service friendly. Unfortunately I have to deduct a star. We discussed for a long time whether three or four stars! We are aware that we have to expect people and noise in public. But here everything was a little more intense. There was really something going on here, something for them Quality speaks. Unfortunately, everything is far too close together. It was way too loud in the restaurant. I have attached two videos. Here everyone can decide for themselves whether it is bearable for them. We will certainly come back. Despite the narrow tables and the noise, we give it a thumbs up.

After checking the opening hours online and according to Google it was open until 11pm, we decided to visit the place at 9:10pm. Unfortunately we discovered that it had already closed. I politely pointed out that an update of the opening times in Google would be appropriate, as we had come specifically and it was too late for other restaurants. The answer to this was very unfriendly: the opening times change daily, which is not a sufficient excuse for me. It is inappropriate to attract guests and then turn them away two hours before closing time. A quick tip to the general manager would be to make the effort to update the opening hours daily on Google if they actually change daily
