L'Osteria Stuttgart Kronprinzstraße in Stuttgart

This evening, we went to the restaurant L'Osteria, and my girlfriend and I were very pleasantly surprised. The portions were huge, the wait time was short, and the food was simply perfect. We'd especially like to mention our waiter, Kevin, who did his job with great precision and enthusiasm. Thank you so much – we highly recommend this restaurant ❤️

Nice atmosphere, very friendly service. The pizza arrived after 40 minutes, and after another 15 minutes and a few questions, the pasta we took to go also arrived. Other guests who arrived later got their food earlier.

First of all, the pizza is delicious, very large, and rather overpriced. The pizza is so large that it doesn't fit on the plate. It easily overlaps by 3 to 4 cm on each side, so you should look for suitable plates as soon as possible, because cutting in the air is a real pain. The cutlery is good. The music system is cracking, which makes it sound like a record is skipping. The server dropped our drinks on the table, making us stink of beer. They forgot to bring us our second drink order. They noticed this 10 minutes later, and we ended up getting an incomplete round. If the plates and service can be adjusted, it's definitely a good recommendation.

The food was very good. Our waiter, Dejan, was especially friendly and attentive.

It was excellent. The atmosphere is stylish yet cozy, ideal for a relaxed evening. The food was first-class – the freshness of the ingredients, the balance of flavors, and the portions were absolutely convincing. I would especially like to highlight Vasili, our waiter: competent, attentive, and friendly – ​​he visibly looked after us without being intrusive. His recommendations (e.g., wine and dessert) were exactly what we were looking for. The service was smooth, waiting times were minimal, and the staff were always present without being intrusive. If you're looking for a good restaurant with great service and delicious dishes, I can wholeheartedly recommend L'Osteria in Stuttgart and especially Vasili as the waiter.

Nice salad and the pizza was also pretty delicious. Have a different kind of pizza and also nice selection of vine, recommend the Pino Grigio.

The service is excellent, very friendly and accommodating; Vasili anticipated our every need. The pizza was also delicious and huge. The ambiance is typical of L'osteria, a bit cramped and loud, but that's probably due to my age.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience at L'Osteria. We first sat outside – after waiting for over an hour, still no waiter came. Once inside, we let them know we wanted to order, but again, nothing happened. After another half hour, as it was getting too cold outside, we wanted to sit inside. Although there were seats available, we had to wait 20 minutes outside the door before we could even speak to anyone. Once we got to our table inside, no one came to take our order. Only when we asked a waitress at the next table did she briefly promise to take our order – but she didn't. After waiting another 10 minutes, we finally got up and left. When we gave them feedback that we had waited over two hours and were very dissatisfied, the waitress reacted completely unprofessionally and unfriendly: "You can't tell me that, you can tell someone up front – I don't care." Conclusion: First and last time! Pure cheek, absolutely not recommended.

Visited time: 22:51, 01.10.2025 Please change the timings online. Staff refused to seat inside the restaurant. It is not professional and acceptable too. Please take care of it and make sure that customer should not go back.

Unfortunately, the waiter was very inattentive. We had to wait a long time, whether for our food or to pay. We also had to remind him three times to pay. The quality of the food here isn't as good as in other restaurants.

A huge disappointment! The staff was rude and ruined my mood, and thus my entire evening! When I sat down at a table, the waiter asked me who had given me permission to sit there. Excuse me?! There were four of us, and they only brought us one fork and one knife. Furthermore, they brought us torn pizza paper, and the glasses had numerous scratches and chips. I felt awful and unwanted! I'll never forget the arrogant and condescending looks the waiters gave us because we only ordered one pizza and two drinks. But the pizza was delicious! And Losteria in Degerloch is much better, and the service there is fantastic!

The service was excellent, Princess took excellent care of us, and it was a perfect evening with perfect service, very attentive but not intrusive, and the food was of the chain's renowned standard. I highly recommend L'Osteria to everyone! We come here several times a year, and the pizzas are always very, very good. It's very convenient that you can order half pizzas; they're easy to finish. Unfortunately, we were disappointed last time. We tried the spaghetti ice cream for dessert, and it was just thawed, cheap ice cream; it gave us diarrhea. So stay away from the ice cream and focus on the pizza! A little tip for the little ones: The cocoa is very bitter and therefore not so tasty for children. Still, a definite recommendation!

Unfortunately, our pasta was already completely cold when it was served, and the pizza was so thin it was barely edible. The next time, we were unfortunately served a completely wrong dish. I think you can definitely find much more authentic and high-quality Italian food in Stuttgart for the price.

I actually just wanted a coffee, but he persuaded me with his great upsells of water and dessert on top. You rarely find waiters like him!

I had never eaten at this franchise before, so thinking it was like a Vapiano, we decided to try it. The food was decent. The price was slightly higher than at other similar franchises, but the portions were also larger. We ordered risotto and pasta for lunch, with lemonades to drink. The strawberry lemonade was delicious and not as overpowering as I expected. I'd never tried it before. The service was quite fast and friendly. There are several locations, they have long hours, and they can provide you with a decent meal at a moderate price.
