Ich war nach Langem mal wieder im L'Osteria im Milaneo und es war wieder einmal jeden Cent wert! Ich wurde schon an der Tür ganz herzlich begrüßt von der lieben Selin. Sie hat mich sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und hat mir freie Platzwahl gelassen. Danke hierfür! Ich hatte das große Glück, dass ich an einem Tisch von Elmondo sitzen durfte. Elmondo beherrscht einen perfekten Service und noch dazu ist er ein super Gastgeber. Elmondo hat mich wirklich sehr gut beraten und bedient und wir haben uns sehr nett unterhalten. Elmondo macht seine Arbeit spitze und ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch! Seine ruhige Art hat mir einen wundervollen Feierabend bescherrt. Großes Lob an Elmondo und auch an die super Köche, die mir ein Stück Italien näher gebracht haben. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Alles in allem war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt, wie ein kleiner Urlaub! Macht weiter so! Liebe Grüße Orhan

Joseph war der beste Kellner. Sehr nett, sehr vorkommen und nicht aufdringlich. Wenn wir nochmal nach Stuttgart kommen, dann gerne wieder. Die Spaghetti mit Tomatensauce waren super lecker und preislich sehr fair. Ich kann jedem empfehlen hier ein Besuch zu erstatten.

Das Essen schmeckte wie immer gut! Alles war frisch und köstlich. Der Kellner(mit dem Zopf) war leider unfreundlich, hat auf unsere Fragen sehr genervt geantwortet😕 wenn man essen geht, möchte man es ohne Streß genieß.

100% Empfehlung: wir hatten tolles Spaghetti-Eis, der Service war super und freundlich zuvorkommend. Wir konnten bei herrlich schönem Wetter draussen im Schatten sitzen mit eins A Blick auf den Mailänder Platz.

A great place with nice workers.

Not a very enjoyable place to be straight. Didn't really like the pasta at all and on top of all, they brought the wrong pizza. Also their website told a 1130 opening but a man at the door told that they open only at 1200. One of the least pleasant restaurant experiences recently.

Service underground: Therefore 0 stars for the service. Yes, there is a lot going on. But no excuse for the extremely poor service we received. Tables that came after us were able to order before us. The table next to us who ordered drinks after (10 minutes..) also had them in front of us. The waiter treated us like air, even though we were polite. We asked if we could order... he said he would come straight away and then cleared and wiped several tables and brought people to their seats. We were able to order 30 minutes after arriving. A pizza was ordered with mushrooms and was simply delivered without them. No information that this is out. Neither when ordering, before preparing, nor when delivering. Otherwise we would have reordered. Then they even wanted to charge us for the extra mushrooms. We would have paid if we hadn't asked for the bill. Food was ok. Caesar salad had little sauce. The worst of many l'osteria in bawu.

Unfortunately one of the less good lesteries. We've been to a few Osterias all over Germany (Munich, Mannheim, Viernheim, etc.) Unfortunately we don't like the one in Stuttgart at all, it's all pretty shabby and outdated. Dirty chairs etc. The food was ok, although the salad could have been fresher.

The service is an absolute disaster. Despite the sign at the entrance “please wait, you are being seated” you wait in vain for an employee. You were then forgotten at the table, and when you asked that you would like to order something to eat after 15-20 minutes, you were just stupidly insulted. Quote from the waiter: “They only came in 5-10 minutes ago, I was watching them” It's sad enough that you have to wait so long when you're already being watched, according to the statement. +Note, the restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full and most of the waiters were just standing around+ It was around 9:45 p.m. and apparently there was only pizza left, no more pasta, salads or appetizers. That was also a pretty poor performance. The table was previously dirty from the guests and, despite this obvious fact, it wasn't even cleaned. You were just waiting to finish eating because the plates were literally ripped away from you. Food itself was good as always. But the staff definitely needs to work on their work ethic

As is typical for a L'Osteria, the food is great! The pizzas are simply really tasty and the cocktails are also well mixed. In this particular restaurant, however, I find the arrangement of the tables very narrow. When we had to move from outside to inside due to rain, there were seats for all the guests, but it wasn't really comfortable anymore because of the narrowness.

Extreme rude staff acting beyond respect limits. While talking to the manager she/ staff would even make fun about it. Mgr was kind though. Even offered a desert paid by that staffs salary but we didn't take it. Was just a pizza to go.

My husband and I ate here today and were given a great welcome by Selin, who did everything she could to get us a table despite the restaurant being full. In general the food was very tasty! We will be back. Thank you for the great time

I recently ordered a pepperoni pizza and absolutely loved it! The pizza was excellently prepared, with a crispy yet airy dough that provided the perfect base. The topping was generous, the salami was of high quality and tasted excellent. The cheese was nicely melted and harmonized wonderfully with the slightly spicy tomato sauce. Every bite was a delight and exceeded my expectations. I can highly recommend this pepperoni pizza and am already looking forward to my next order!

...queuing, queuing & queuing again... - you shouldn't necessarily combine spontaneous ideas for shopping with "afterwards we'll go out for a nice meal"... Delicious, delicious & delicious again... - yes, it's worth waiting if you're hungry... the choice of seating is offered because "they'll be seated!" The service is fast, friendly and practical... as is the choice of seating. What's really unpleasant & intolerant is that people smoke everywhere outside... - that really spoils everything... To eat: pasta excellent, pizza exceptionally good... & plenty of parmesan... - nothing to complain about, compliments to the kitchen!!! Location: busy, loud, sometimes wet or dirty... - it's just an inner courtyard of a shopping center! In addition, passers-by regarding the subway. Freelance “artists” with loudspeakers and mics perform “a’ capella” hits! Sometimes open differences of opinion are loud... Police are on site every now and then... - too loud for a relaxed conversation... The EC device was shocking... without a tip it doesn't carry out any action. I'm happy to give a voluntary tip of up to 15%, but this notorious request and moral begging in the hospitality industry annoys me! We are not in the States..., & both service and pay are part of the job... & tips should be earned... Even if the cuisine is excellent, we won't eat there again... - there's a lot more to a culinary experience & evening, & these days with the prices, you want to feel the ambience and service in the restaurateurs' calling for your money - Competitors work much more pleasantly there, and luckily there are many delicious ones in the location or city center.

Our service was top-notch. I believe our server was Michel and he was very attentive and was very good with details without having to ask. A couple examples include Straw for our child, small fork for him etc. Not sure why this location is 3.8 stars, but the food was actually great. We had 2 types of pizzas and the tiramisu.

We ate there yesterday after a busy day of shopping. We waited an hour for our pizza, which was really tasty. We took what we couldn't manage with us, and our food was just thrown into a bag, really thrown, even though we asked for a box. So that when we wanted to eat it at home, it looked very disgusting... for the price of the pizza, we would have happily eaten it.

The visit was not enjoyable. The plan was to get a coffee and tea. The coffee was okay, but I'd rather not order the tea. The first tea was around 40°C warm, so the tea from the tea bag couldn't steep at all. The replacement cup with a slightly higher temperature was provided without any problems. However, that wasn't enough to get good tea. The water quickly became lukewarm. Better to just order the coffee.

Dissapointment: this location of L'Osteria has management/kitchen/service problems. Food we had was indifferently prepared by a busy kitchen staff more focused on getting take-out orders out-the-door than serving the customers who can in for the L'Osteria predictable good food experience. Not all franchise locations are created equal and this one needs an upgrade, badly....

Pizza dough is big but on Vegetariana there are almost no vegetables on it and it wasn't grilled at all..., dough rolled out with far too much flour, unfortunately not recommended at all, I've definitely eaten much better in other L'Osterie in Europe, a shame , won't come back.

Slowest and worst service in a long time. Kitchen incredibly lame. I waited 45 minutes for a pizza even though the shop was almost empty. A maximum of 40 people sat inside and outside. a single pizza maker and 5 people cleaning up the kitchen!!

We sat outside where there was a lot going on, it was very pleasant, only there could be cushions on the chairs, then they would be more comfortable. The food was very tasty but a bit cold when it came to the table. The staff was attentive and nice.

Nice restaurant with good food. Located directly on Mailänder Platz, in the Milaneo complex. This means there are enough parking spaces, of course you have to pay. But it was really nice there and looks good too. Everyone has to find out for themselves when it comes to taste.

Once and never again! Service unfriendly and arrogant. After visiting the museum around the corner, we thought we could have a nice meal here. Two pizzas and one pasta dish. My noodles weren't cooked through and were still hard. When I complained about this, I was told by the arrogant waitress that the boss had said that this was dente. No corresponding debt relief, just: I don't cook! My plate was snatched from the table and I wasn't even offered to order anything else if necessary. About the ambience: Well, cardboard on the floor and dirty. For the money, increased prices I expected something different. I will never eat here again. This store is definitely not recommended!

Hands down best salad I have ever had. Amazing topping and such delicious mixture of different tastes that i didn't even know go together. Definitely saving this place for any future visits!

L'Osteria on Mailänder Platz is unfortunately one of the worst in the chain. The ambience wasn't nice for me, everything was too crowded and too loud. When you looked into the kitchen, your first impression was confirmed. The pizza baker also does the reception at the same time. Ingredients are carelessly thrown onto the pizzas. This was reflected in the taste of the pizza. This was by far the worst L'Osteria pizza I have ever eaten. Totally bland. My salad was soggy with dressing and way too sour. The tomato soup was also boring. Then it's better to go to another branch because I usually like the pizza at L'Osteria.

The best place in town for an amazing 2 feet diameter pizza, Fresh, and tasty with a lot of options of Italian food, including deserts and alcohol

There were 6 of us (including 2 children) for lunch on a Friday. Pizza + gnocchi + zoodles were good. Prices a little higher than expected - although I don't have any comparisons for the Stuttgart center. Admittedly, I was surprised at the good service: very friendly & accommodating and also very professional when dealing with children. Thank you!

Anyone who knows L'Osteria knows that the chain is aimed at large restaurants. The ambience can seem a bit uncomfortable for some. The map is clear. The prices are fair. My salad was delicious and the portion was large enough. The service was friendly. I paid conveniently by credit card.

Dear people, The plans to enjoy poor conditions. We have been guests at the milaneo branch several times and our food was always brought out after 1/30 of an hour, despite repeated reminders from the waiters. No recommendation!

As a gluten intolerant person, I asked in advance by phone and ordered zucchini noodles. After visiting here I had very severe stomach pain and nausea. Here the zucchini was clearly cooked in the same water as the pasta. Something like this simply shouldn't happen! People with such an intolerance suffer greatly from it and we also have a higher risk of developing colon cancer.

The place is big. It has lots of seats. The tomato soup was very tasty. The risotto, on the other hand, was very high in fat and difficult to digest. It feels like a stone in the stomach.

We were there on Saturday with a group of 8 people. We love Losteria! So much for that. But as for the service! An absolute disaster!!!! I've never experienced such an annoyed waiter! We really wanted to order more, but we really didn't feel like ordering dessert, for example, because we were constantly being approached when we wanted to order something! Sorry, but that still needs work! It is then clear that the tip will no longer be paid. It's a shame, because we actually like going to Losteria.

Unfortunately the spaghetti I ordered was hard. Well, I don't want to exaggerate, but this spaghetti just wasn't completely cooked. I don't expect my spaghetti to be al dente from a chain, but I do at least expect it to be cooked properly. Service and location are great, but if you want to eat real Italian food, you should eat somewhere else in my opinion.

Food was delicious, the staff friendly. Unfortunately there was a lack of attention in places. The industrial chic furnishings lack some coziness. The Salsiccia Piccante pizza and the salad tasted very good.

Good place to get relatively good food. Not a high end Italian but better than average. Price performance fits. The service was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was fully booked but we didn't have to wait for drinks or the opportunity to reorder. There is definitely a deduction in the ambience because of the toilets. These are impossibly dirty. No toilet paper in any toilets, paper waste on the floor. No paper to dry hands. This is an absolute no go. On the first visit I thought ok, happened. But that was my second visit and the condition is the same. You definitely have to work on it and improve the condition enormously.
