Best pizza Ive had in Germany by far and the portions are large. The pomegranate and chicken salad was fresh and flavourful. Incredibly helpful staff.

The food is actually great, but yesterday I experienced absolutely abysmal service. I was shown to a table by the bartender, sat there for 30 minutes, and during that time the waitress looked at me at least 50 times but ignored me, true to the motto: "I didn't put you there, so I won't serve you." Sorry, a total no-go. The waitress could have at least asked her colleagues if they had seated her there. Oh well, this branch now has one less regular customer!

The person who assigned the seats was obviously very annoyed, and we didn't feel very welcome. There was no lemon soda, the cola was a syrupy cola like at McDonald's, the fabric seat cover on one chair was very dirty, and the seat always smelled of the toilet. The pizza and orange soda were good, and the food came quickly. The toilets were hard, the soap dispenser was empty, one faucet didn't work, and the paper trash can was completely overflowing – the child refused to sit on the toilet... Definitely going somewhere else next time.

It was okay, just an L'Osteria... After a short wait at the bar, we were seated right away (we didn't have a reservation). The food was delicious, as always. The pizza crust was a bit too doughy (for my taste). Otherwise, everything came out pretty quickly and easily. We'll be back.

A cozy and fine restaurant. Our waitress was incredibly nice and very attentive. We ate and drank very well and had a wonderful time. We could have even stayed for two hours and played cards. Which was very nice of them. Thank you. The only complaint I have is that the pizza is usually served on two plates when you order a pizza together. Now, unfortunately, one person has to eat the pizza on a dessert plate and the other on the giant plate. And we had to wait forever for the oil and vinegar for our salad.

We didn't arrive until 10:57 p.m. – it was the only pizzeria nearby whose kitchen was open until 11 p.m. The pizza was really good, though: I had one with pepperoni salami, which tasted better than any kebab shop. It wasn't a culinary masterpiece, but it was delicious and fresh. The server was very friendly and attentive. The Cola wheat beer also tasted good. The price of €16.40 for the pizza isn't cheap, but it's quite reasonable for the Stuttgart area.

Reception staff were great, waitresses were bad at the table. Instead of a non-alcoholic beer, we were given alcoholic beer, and then when we pointed it out, they tried to excuse themselves and blame it on their colleagues. A second side salad was served well in advance and upon request. The pizza was great value for money, but the menu should have indicated how spicy the BBQ chicken was. When we left a correspondingly small tip, we were met with corresponding looks. Otherwise, we're happy with osterias in most cities.

The food was great, but the service was disappointing. As Arabs, we felt ignored and had to wait a long time to be served, while others were helped faster. Not all staff were like this, but the experience was uncomfortable. They need better training to treat all customers equally.

A wonderfully pleasant evening on the terrace, with very friendly service. We enjoyed the food and drinks. Everyone had a starter, pizza, and dessert. Everything was good. Be careful, the pizzas are extremely large—they're perfect for sharing, and then you'd barely be able to finish it. We'd be happy to go back.

Going there with a clear conscience and hunger, and yes, it's a shame I have to mention it, leaving the store disappointed. I ordered a salad with tiny pieces. I have a request for those who eat there: please don't order a catastrophic salad. Despite everything, everything can happen and it's fine, but the biggest disappointment is that there was no apology or anything else. The money was taken in full, I even left a tip 😂😂 We have to take action in this regard because the customer is king, but to be treated disrespectfully is not a thank you, it's an impertinence. A short quote from me: what makes you a manager and the wealth you have today is what your customers have given you, and they are the kings of goods.

A group of 16 of us had dinner at L'Osteria on Mailänder Platz. The ambiance was lovely; we sat at a long table in the back of the restaurant. The food was very good and delicious. The pizzas were enormous, almost impossible for one person to finish. The service was fast and friendly. Despite the large group, the main courses all arrived at virtually the same time. We were very satisfied and highly recommend L'Osteria.

The staff, despite the extreme heat, did a great job. We had everything, from appetizers to desserts and the entire cocktail menu 😂 Emina took good care of us. It was interesting to hang out with the team, which includes many people from the Balkans.

I've rarely experienced such incredibly slow service. There were enough staff, but everyone was running around frantically. We waited an hour for two pizzas and a salad. An absolute disaster! The food was okay: the pizzas were just big but nothing on them, and the quality couldn't compete with any pizza stand. A total disappointment.

The food at L'Osteria is excellent, and the portions are absolutely ample. The service staff are all friendly and helpful, but I find the alternating service (one person takes orders, the second brings the drinks, the third brings the food, and the fourth takes the payment) very impersonal and shows that the manager, whether he wants to or not, is unable to employ full-time employees who can concentrate fully on the guest and who can fully understand and influence the flow of events. However, that's probably criticism at a very high level. The ambience could probably use a bit of fresh paint here and there, but it didn't negatively impact our overall impression. We would be happy to come back.

We had a short stopover in Stuttgart and had dinner here. Although it was busy, we didn't have to wait long for our order. Emina and Yeva welcomed us very warmly.

Very friendly service, but the opening hours were incorrect. We were there on a Thursday, and the kitchen closed at 9:00 PM. Drinks were available until about 9:15 PM.

We came around 16:00, stood at the ”Bitte Warten” sign to then get directions to choose any table we want. Then we sat waiting… and waiting… and waiting. The only interaction we got was when we asked if we could sit inside in the hope to get service. But even there, we sat. The restaurant was empty, but no service. So after 20+ min of waiting in an empty restaurant we left for the competing restaurant on the other side of the walkway that gave great service from us walking up till we left. The waiters and waitresses were just standing in the bar chit chatting and walking in slow motion as if they were home at friends catching up. Since we didnt ever get anything I cannot review the food. Just the service. Too bad because they had my favorite beer, Erdinger.

All in all, it's okay. Unfortunately, it's quite loud outside and the seating is a bit cramped. The food was very good and the service was attentive.

It is very easy to reach. It has open and closed areas. This was the second time I came. They have increased their service quality. The employees were more attentive compared to the previous one. We ordered pizza and it tasted very good. I recommend it to those who will pass by this area.

For a quick but grand cafe feel

The food was good. Unfortunately, my alcoholic drink was very brown, the strawberries were very brown, and the mint was also very brown, not exactly appealing. The children only received them after asking. It's a shame, and unfortunately, it's very hectic and noisy there.

We were skillfully ignored by the waiter with braces. Two sets of cutlery for three people, and then we had to ask for them ourselves. We asked for the bill twice and were ignored. We raised our hand, called out "hello," and the head waitress asked him to take our money. Nothing happened; we were ignored again. After a short while, we reported back to the head waitress to pay and wrap our pizza. He came over, put the cashier in front of us (there was no tip, of course), and went inside, visibly annoyed, without wrapping our pizza. The service was an absolute disaster. Thank you for that. We will, of course, not recommend this restaurant. The service can ruin a good meal.

When we arrived to eat, we waited at the entrance. Suddenly, a waitress ran through, yelling at us, "Watch out! Get out of my way!" She bumped into us and kept running. Five of us spontaneously stopped by the L'Osteria restaurant with our three children. The staff were so kind to our kids, and the food was served quickly. The kids' menu was affordable and included art supplies. The family felt very welcome! :) Thank you!

A well-publicized place, they specially create queues at the entrance to create the atmosphere of a place that everyone wants to get into. Once inside, we were seated at a table near a back exit, through which staff constantly walked with trash cans, for a smoke break, etc. The staff solved everyday problems right in the hall. First they brought coffee and then later asked if we needed sugar. The toilets are a mess, some automatic hand sanitizers don't work. When they brought the pasta, the waitress put her fingers in the pasta along with the check that was in her hands. The pizza was burnt, but what wasn't burnt was delicious. To my surprise, a piece of the chef's rubber glove was found in the pizza. (It's not bad that at least the chef wore rubber gloves). Summing up, there are many good places worth visiting, but not this pizzeria.

We were there this afternoon and ordered the usual. Since we travel a lot throughout Germany, we often rely on this chain and have never been disappointed. The service was excellent, and the food arrived quickly. However, we both got severe stomach aches and nausea after eating... In the future, they should pay more attention to the shelf life of their products.

This is the first bad review I've had to write. I actually find this kind of thing unpleasant, but I have no choice. Unfortunately, I felt completely ill after eating the "TORTELLONI PROSCIUTTO E PANNA." I'm lucky I didn't throw up. There must have been something wrong with the tortellini. It's a shame, and hence the 2 stars. The service was average, and the music was way too loud. Otherwise, the restaurant seemed tidy, was relatively well-decorated, and the restrooms were commendably clean and modern. Still, my plea: Be careful when eating here.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant on two separate occasions. The food was consistently amazing, and the service exceeded my expectations. On one occasion, I opted for pizza since they stopped serving pasta an hour before closing. The pizza was exceptional and arrived promptly. The next night, I decided to dine in and ordered pasta, which was simply stupendous. If I weren’t in Germany, I would have mistaken it for coming straight from Italy. The staff was incredibly attentive and spoke English fluently, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in the downtown area of Stuttgart.

The chain's food is actually good, but at the Milaneo the service is dismal. No one comes to serve you, it takes ages until a seat is assigned.. In any case, there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the service.. Sometimes they are only 2/3 of the way around in a full restaurant, that's not possible... be it for the employees but also for the guests...

I have visited other locations in the chain and preferred them over other options. I ordered one type of pasta, Maccheroncini, and a Spaghetti appeared on my plate. When he points it out to the waitress, she says: "It's a pasta too, what's the problem?" Apparently, this situation is completely normal. I would be worried if it was someone allergic to any ingredients, vegetarian or vegan, but I'm not. Ignoring that, the rest of the dish was mediocre (maybe the specialty is the pizzas). The dish of the person who accompanied me (lasagna) was generally better. However, fat appeared on the meat. The waitress who served us also showed an apathetic attitude towards us, waiting for us to just order. The local atmosphere is quite disorderly, with tables very close to each other in order to take advantage of all the furniture, but abusing excess. I don't know if the idea is to give a feeling of an Italian place, I can guess from the names of dishes and decorations in that language. But if that is the case, the Latin American musical setting clearly does not correspond to Italian culture.
