The tastiest noodles I've ever had!

Food didn't taste good, noodles were spicy for my standards even though I was told none of the dishes were spicy. The dumpling wasn't tasty and the cucumber salad was a disappointment. Definitely not worth the hype!

Well I have to say that I can't understand the hype surrounding this whole store. I ordered 5 different dishes and I have to say that I wasn't that impressed with the food. Yes, everything is freshly prepared and you can taste it. Too much Inger and Camun is used. The steamed dumplings for €15.90 were a total failure. You can eat anything but if someone asked me if it was worth it I would say no. So I don't have to eat there again. But as the saying goes: “The better way to try is to study”.

I recently stayed at Tengri Tagh Uigur and absolutely loved it! The service was excellent from the start - very friendly, attentive and warm. The food was super tasty: authentically seasoned, freshly prepared and really large portions that filled you up. The store itself is very nicely decorated - bright, clean and with a pleasant atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. For me it is definitely an absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to experience something special in Düsseldorf. I'll definitely be back!

I think the portions are very small, and I think if someone came from Xinjiang here and tried this food they would be extremely disappointed. Xinjiang and the Uyghur people have so much more to offer. The price in my opinion is also quite expensive.

We ate the lamb rices, Tianshan noodles, Dapanji, lamb pancake, toasting Baozi, hand-pulled rice (Juejuezi), Tianshan ramen (sour), large plate chicken (salty), naan (Juejuezi), grilled buns (Juejuezi). I highly recommend this restaurant for you, if you like eating lamb.

I would even give it more than 5 stars because the food is absolutely delicious. We are there every 1-2 weeks and drive about 45 minutes there. Our children love it as much as we do. Very clean and the staff are always nice and friendly. Just crazy…

We've heard and seen a lot on various social platforms, so we thought we'd try the Uyghur food. The food was definitely convincing! Delicious, fresh hand-pulled noodles with sesame oil. The pasta is vegan and, upon request, the dishes can also be prepared without meat. Super delicious!!

Very large portions and really tasty food. You should definitely reserve a table as there is often a queue here in the evenings. Our starter was forgotten, but in the end it didn't matter to us because the main course was so big and the starter wouldn't have fit in anyway.

The reviews are a real lie in my opinion. My food was forgotten. I had to wait over an hour. They don't accept card payments and in the end the food didn't even taste good. Service was a disaster

I ate there 2 days ago, so the noodles with wild garlic were super tasty and the chicken with rice was just as delicious, and the portion was also very good. However, I find it ridiculous when a store is doing so well that they don't accept card payments. That doesn't work at all! And what I didn't like was that one meal only comes much later, because that's how it is in their culture and you share the food... yes, but maybe I don't want it that way. Both or all dishes should come at the same time.

Great welcome, the waiter was careful to repeat the order to be sure not to make a mistake. We shared starters that were all very good and our dishes were super good and plentiful. Very nice discovery not to be missed! Just remember to take cash for payment.

We were served by the boss and really enjoyed our stay in the restaurant. I ate fried noodles and really enjoyed it. It's best to call before visiting because the store is really well booked. Sometimes you can only get in with an appointment, especially in the evening. In my opinion, highly recommended if you are looking for a halal restaurant in Düsseldorf. Unfortunately I couldn't take any pictures because we were too excited about the food and forgot to take the photo. But for that next time; )

Authentic Uighur cuisine. The hand-pulled noodles with lamb (dish 6) are particularly recommended – tender, spicy and simply delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very friendly. If you want to try something new, this is the right place for you. I'll definitely be back!

A pleasure in every respect, the good reputation here is totally justified. The food tastes fantastic, with beautifully balanced spices. The homemade pasta and the dumplings with lamb filling are recommended. The inside is also great and the service is super nice. Really worth a visit.

I was really looking forward to visiting the restaurant and came from far away. Unfortunately I was disappointed. Without a reservation it was almost impossible to get a seat, even though the restaurant didn't appear to be at full capacity. The organization seemed overwhelmed and the staff seemed stressed.   What is particularly striking is how the restaurant deals with criticism. Instead of responding constructively to negative reviews, they are often put into perspective or the blame is placed on the guests. In addition, only cash payment is accepted and no receipts are issued, making it difficult to prove legitimate criticism.  The food itself was average - the noodles were overcooked, the meat was dry. Given the high prices, I expected more.

The boss is very nice, warm and friendly, and the Ding Ding fried noodles are also delicious! My friend forgot his camera in the restaurant and the boss put it away. Thank you very much! ! Come again next time

The service was super friendly and nice despite the very full house. The food was also delicious, we had the noodles with pakchoi and beef. Unfortunately it wasn't quite warm anymore but it was still delicious.

Tengri Tagh Uyghur Restaurant – highly recommended! We ate here – completely spontaneously and without a reservation – and got a table straight away. The welcome was warm, the staff very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with a smile and given good advice. The food was extremely tasty and something completely different - a great change! We also really liked the ambience: subtle and tastefully decorated. I give it a full 5 stars and can absolutely recommend the restaurant!

The restaurant is modernly furnished. The food tastes very good and the staff can answer any questions you may have. The reputation does justice to the taste of the dishes. If you haven't reserved a table, you may have to wait outside the door. It is not clear from the menu whether the dish already contains meat, so it is always better to ask.

The baked buns are so delicious! The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. The store is also very enthusiastic. It’s a perfect Xinjiang style dining experience~

It must be given a five-star rating. The roasted leg of lamb is very authentic, super clean, and the service attitude is very good. For my friend’s birthday, the boss even gave me tea. It tastes really good. I highly recommend it.

Very bad experience. The queue outside is not managed in any way, and servers pick out people from further back in the queue that speak in their own language, and give them seats. If you are a tourist expect to be deprioritized. We spent 1 h waiting outside and left in the end, as our spot was given to a couple 3 spaces after, that were speaking to the server in their own language. I find it incredibly racist, disturbing and damaging experience. It really ruined our evening.

A really bad fast food, prices are high not worth it

It's like a fast food, Not Restaurant, they ask you to eat fast and go. The food isn't much, not very good regarding the prices, and the nudles are cold and without any taste and u pay for them 3,5€ when it is not mentioned that they charge u for it. I do not recommend at all

First I have to wait 40 minutes to get a table for an hour. Then the food isn't even tasty and the weird old grandma tells me to eat faster. The next day I only had heartburn and diarrhea. So if you like unfriendly service, food that makes you sick and diarrhea, then enjoy your meal ☺️☺️

The boss is very understanding of people and speaks and behaves in a manner that is mature for his age. It was the first time for the children to officially eat Xinjiang cuisine. Although they have never had the opportunity to go to Xinjiang, it is still worth recommending to eat authentic dishes in front of Dussel's house!

Today is my birthday. Hehe. I went to eat birthday noodles. The large plate of chicken noodles was delicious. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The boss lady was very nice. The tea was also delicious and had a faint fragrance of flowers. It was the first time I went to his restaurant. There is a new one on the same street. I personally think this restaurant is more delicious. However, sometimes ordering a dish depends on your own appetite. In short, I recommend this noodle shop and thank the boss lady for her kindness today:) 🥳

Good food for fair prices…, fits

Pretty disappointing. The store is really overhyped. The meat is completely gristly and not well processed. So I had almost no meat at all. It was really quite inedible so I couldn't eat it. I definitely won't go there again and can't understand all the good reviews.

We came here for dinner on a Sunday at 5 PM because of the good ratings on Google and the fact that it’s a halal restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Since we didn’t have a reservation, we had to stand outside for an hour before getting a table. That was already frustrating, but we were hopeful the food would be worth the wait. Once seated, the service felt rushed. The waiter told us we had only one hour to eat because the restaurant was so busy. Our food arrived after 15 minutes, but it was a letdown. The rice was undercooked, and even after we complained, we got the same uncooked rice again. The lamb was chewy, and as soon as it got cold, it became completely rubbery. The spices were much milder compared to other Uyghur restaurants I’ve been to, and the broccoli was undercooked as well. The only positive was that we finally got to eat after waiting outside for so long. However, at the end of our meal, a woman (who I assume is the owner) was very pushy about asking for tips, which made the experience even worse. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. This place is overrated.

Extremely delicious and fresh food. Well seasoned. Very friendly and fast service. Everything seems very clean. Even though I came alone and without a reservation, I was offered a place. Just great! It's a shame that I live so far away, otherwise I would definitely come over for dinner more often.

I went here a couple of weeks ago. Options are quite limited if you are on a restricted diet (vegetarian, vegan, etc). Plus the food is rather expensive. Ambience is rather rough. I really don’t get the hype about this restaurant. Bad reviews seem to be continuously deleted. Too obvious not having many below four stars. Also be aware it is halal, if you don’t know what it means watch a video on this animal cruelty.

Fantastic restaurant! We've been here a few times and have never been disappointed. The taste is different to what you're used to and there's a special selection that you won't find on other menus. On our first visit, the waitress gave us the valuable advice to order several dishes for the table and share everything, so everyone gets their money's worth whatever their taste.

The food was delicious, prepared quickly, and the staff were helpful in making our selections. The dishes in the pictures were truly delicious. I'll definitely go back! The value for money is also good.

Very tasty and authentic restaurant

Food was good. The gyoza and minced meat pockets were very tasty. However, I didn't find the service good at all. We were told there were no free seats, it was made back and forth so we had to sit at the counter. So many people came after us and got a table: I still have the feeling that this was a tactic. (And no they didn't have a reservation, I heard everything). They're probably looking for two stupid people to sit there and distribute the rest. Don't sit at the counter! You could hardly eat, people were constantly standing behind you, paying and spitting half in your food.

So I can recommend the noodles! Everything else like the dumplings really lamb fat, gristly meat, too much caraway! And I like caraway seeds but not that much! Also the baked dumplings filling also inedible! I generally can't recommend it!

Its very meaty place. Atleast there are no options in Dumplings for veggie/chicken/lamb. Just beef which was a bummer. food in general what i ordered which was a chicken dish was good. But it was super oily and also they had rice finished at like 8:15. Cucumber salad is good but i think a bit on higher price point
