Best Georgian restaurant in Berlin. A few years since, still the best!!!

I used to love this place, but I’ve given up. The last two times I ordered a khachapuri via Wolt, it was a disaster. It was basically a mozzarella pizza with an egg on top—made with cheap mozzarella (no Georgian cheese), which made the whole thing chewy.

Super nice service and fantastic food. There is even original Qvevri wine! I would love to come back! Many thanks to the nice team!

Taking an advice from a friend of ours, we decided to try this restaurant and we are happy we did. The food was delicious, and it feels like a home made, real taste of Georgia. The stuff was extremely friendly and were able to accommodate our large group. Very good menu variety for every person taste from lamb to beef to chicken and even seafood. Didn’t take any pictures because we were too hungry and ate everything very quickly!

Nice restaurant, a little too warm and noisy - delicious food - service friendly, unobtrusive - the portions are for children, however - it's best to do as my neighbor at the table did: "I had a curry sausage before" 😉

Great food, an amazing way to meet Georgian dishes. You just have to wait a bit too much for the food, but they let you know this in advance.

Pleasant restaurant serving Georgian cuisine. Everything is very tasty, I tried khinkali, khachapuri and kharcho. Prices are reasonable. 4 pieces of khinkali approximately 18 euros, khachapuri as well. It is possible without a reservation if there are not many people.

When my friend Megan, who has a degree from the CIA and is a professional food scientist (a surprisingly rare combo of food scientist and actually skilled cook) recommends a place, I don't ask questions, I just go. And Tiblisi is a perfect example. I can't pronounce the names of what we had, but there was a spinach and cheese dish in thin bread that is what spinach pizza dreams of being, and a sort of soup style dumpling you hold upside down by its stem to eat with one of the most intriguing spice combinations I have ever tried. 10/10. no notes. if you go here and do not have a good meal, that is on you. If this is the norm for Georgian Cuisine, then it is truly spectacular, and should have long since become far more famous in the US.

The food was great, but we were really confused why the waitress started speaking Russian to us — twice. It was obvious we’re not from Russia, and we even told her we speak English. Honestly, it came across as pretty rude, especially considering that Russians have occupied parts of Georgia. Left with mixed feelings, and we won’t be coming back.

Bad experience. The waitress was speaking russian, even after we clearly asked her to speak english. We don’t speak russian and have nothing in common with it. It’s outrageous to hear russian in a Georgian restaurant, especially given russia’s occupation of Georgia. This felt not only disrespectful but also completely tone-deaf. For a place representing Georgian culture, this behavior is unacceptable.

It's surprising how extraordinarily delicious something can be. A real experience.

Ate Georgian for the first time today and loved it! The 4 of us had the Supra menu, which we would like to recommend without reservation. The mixed starters are already a sensation and are very variable, so there is something for everyone. The skewers are amazing, perfectly grilled and tender as butter. The side dishes are great too. The dessert variation was equally sensational, we really have nothing to complain about. We'll be back!

We went to this Georgian restaurant for the first time this evening and found the food delicious. The service was extremely friendly and quick. We felt very comfortable. We will definitely come back!!

Discovered the place before covid times, we returned for a friends gathering few days ago. Happy to say, the place has not changed much: the Kinkhali still taste great (highly recommended). Also, don't forget to taste the khachapuri - state of the art ;)

The interior design of this resto is so amazing, inviting, warm and cozy. The staffs are just wonderfully gracious. I liked the lamb, however I found the chicken a bit salty for my taste as I like food with little salt. Overall, highly recommend it 👌.

Unforgettable!! If, according to the story, God gave the Georgians his favorite spot, his garden, then this restaurant in the garden must be the herb bed, the wonderful swing or the large common table for celebrating with friends... Thank you for the wonderful evening!

Incredible service, food, and experience. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Be sure to get the dumplings (and follow the traditional method of eating them) along with a wine recommendation to pair with your meal. This is a MUST if you are visiting Berlin.

We came to the restaurant around 3pm on a Sunday afternoon (during the summer holidays) and we were able to get a table without any problem. The food came very quickly, although the delicious starters filled you up a bit. The main courses are freshly prepared and open up new taste experiences. There is nothing to complain about in terms of price. So, bring your hunger with you!

The food and service were first class. Meat and vegan sauces are offered. All service staff were friendly and attentive. The price level is reasonable.

The first and best Gregorian meal I ever enjoyed. Great taste, everything freshly cooked. Highly recommended, high-end, with Gregorian spices. Fantastic!!! Very tasty wines!! The lamb dishes are particularly recommended.

Delicious food, good experience and worth a visit! Only when ordering the table did I find the person on the phone quite unfriendly, but this impression was NOT confirmed on site!

Everything was great, but very expensive for what you get.

Not cheap, but delicious and therefore worth every penny. Unfortunately, going out to eat has become something of a luxury. Too bad. But if you like high-quality food and real taste explosions, you will definitely be happy here. In addition, there is an absolutely lovely staff who make the evening an unforgettable experience.

Memorable evening with tasty food and great service!

We were there shortly after opening at around 5 p.m. and there were already 3 tables in front of us so a reservation is recommended. The food was very tasty, the portions were rather small and the salmon was a bit dry but the wine was good.

This place is simply marvelous and one of my favorite restaurants in Berlin. The cozy atmosphere, filled with nooks, crannies, and candlelight, creates a warm and inviting setting. have been to Tbilisi multiple times, and I love the authentic Georgian dishes, especially the khinkali and katchapuri. Just remember to order them a day in advance since they take time to prepare. I have laughed here, celebrated, and savored every bite. While it is a bit pricey and the food takes time, the wonderful company makes it well worth the wait.

Delicious food. Absolute recommendation. We had starters, the bean soup, two lamb dishes and two of the pizza-like flatbreads with spinach and egg. If you're not ravenously hungry, you won't be able to finish the starters and main course.

For my money, the best Georgian restaurant in Berlin. Excellent and varied dishes with vegetarian friendly options. The wine bottles are reasonable and the service is friendly and attentive. I have only one small complaint which is that while the interior is beautiful, it gets incredibly warm under certain conditions and that can distract from the meal. When one sits outside, it is better. In the winter of course, there is no problem.

Came there for an impromptu dinner. The outside tables were full (or reserved) so we agreed to sit inside next to the window and move later but ended up staying inside. Good at the end, could observe all the traditional decorations and learn a bit about Georgian culture. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We asked for katchapuri, khinkali with cheese (never seen this anywhere else), a beetroot salad (great for a starter) and a chicken in a sauce. It was a lot even for the 3 of us. Depends how hungry you are but 3 dishes to share for three people should be enough. It was very well made and we also got to show the Georgian cuisine for the first time to our friend, which he loved.

We were a bit shocked by the wine prices - it was 12€ a glass. So we had two starters and two glasses of wine (one each) and the bill came to €54! Otherwise nice experience and the staff were lovely. Just maybe reconsider the wine pricing or at least warn people - that’s the highest price I’ve seen on wine in Berlin.

Great restaurant that pleasantly surprised me from start to finish. Anyone who goes here MUST try the Khatchapuri - an absolute highlight to share. The lamb at Mzwadi was excellently cooked: well done, but still juicy and tender. I would also recommend anyone and everyone to try the Thathara for dessert. Wonderfully fruity, fresh and complex in taste. Overall, an absolute recommendation.

The food was very tasty! The Georgian specialties were new to us, we tried them and will definitely come back. The service was exceptionally friendly and quick! We were thrilled!

We recommend visiting Georgian so that a GOOD SHASHLIKE can be prepared. Or ask colleagues from Munich. Waiter doesn't understand a word of German. Sorry. Not recommended.

If you want to try different food, this is the place for you. Very polite, friendly and customer-oriented service with a joke on their lips.

Authentic Georgian. The mixed starter platter for two people and the cheese bag with egg yolk were a successful start to the evening. The main course was skewers for two people as well as the braised lamb dish. The sauces that were served with it deserve special mention. They differentiate the dish from Greek cuisine. The tarragon and pear lemonade were aromatic great and find their fans among those who like it sweet. The service was attentive, very polite, gave good advice and was never intrusive. We will be back!

Something else. It's not every day that you go out for Georgian food. Very courteous service, small but tasty menu. The offer is particularly suitable for sharing, so you can try a lot of different things. It's also good to sit outside.

The quality of the dishes is impeccable and the service is quick and attentive. In terms of taste, Georgian won't be my favorite as coriander is often used. This is also clearly stated on the menu. I recommend making reservations at least on weekends as the restaurant is busy.

We went with a reservation, there is no parking, you can park on the street for a fee. I think you should try khachapuri style meat dishes here. They are not very different from meat dishes. If you want shashlik, tell me the degree of cooking. I was disappointed with the manti thing. I have eaten many Far Eastern and Near Asian cuisine manti, and this one fell short compared to them. Meat dishes cost around 25 euros, which is a bit expensive.

Super nice staff and very tasty food! Pkhali tastes like Georgia. I find the prices a bit too expensive, €24 for a Pkhali plate is very disproportionate in my opinion. Nonetheless, it was delicious!

Fantastic Georgian restaurant. The Adjaruli khachapuri was incredibly delicious—gooey cheese and perfectly baked bread. Orange wine was a delightful surprise, rich and refreshing. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful restaurant! We were so impressed with the food and the service--the wait staff was so friendly. We started with an order of Khatschapuri Spinatit to share and each of us ordered our own dishes as well. We all thought the food was delicious. Their Georgian wine is excellent as well. The prices are definitely reasonable given the great service and quality of the food.

Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante un giovedi sera e nonostante fosse abbastanza pieno, ci hanno fatto accomodare subito anche senza prenotazione. I piatti erano interessanti, speziati golosamente e gli ingredienti freschi. I prezzi un po' alti, come dappertutto a Berlin Mitte. Il personale è cordiale e anche i tempi erano giusti. E' un buon indirizzo per chi ha voglia di provare una cucina fuori dal comune in un ambiente rilassato ma vivace.

This is my second visit to the restaurant. Last time we liked everything, it was delicious. The only thing we didn't like was that after 3 hours we cleared everything from the table, which to me pointedly hinted at leaving us. Although we may have sat down too. And they ordered for more than 300 euros. The second time, two hours later, seemed the same to me. My husband didn't like the lamb. It was very dry. Very.he didn't eat them. The Harcho was very spicy, very spicy. And even the Khinkali were very spicy, so I couldn't eat them. I understand. It's Georgian cuisine. but it was too spicy, the chicken was like a sparrow. We were disappointed. There are a lot of people who cook slowly. The waiters forgot to bring a cocktail. We asked several times for a bill, we waited a long time again.

The water that the waiter offers with the wine is paid for at 7 euros. And everything is great, the portions are big!

A great restaurant with good service and fantastic food! My tip is to eat there with a larger group and share both starters and main courses. In my opinion, the waiting times are completely justified because of the high quality of the dishes and I also rate them 5⭐. Thanks to the entire team!

Unfortunately, this time, not satisfactory. Bread a little underbaked, meat full of flesh and cartilage, some very economical side dish. More for 1 serving, not three, as ordered. The food was not served as shown in the great pictures. Rather, everything was thrown together and the eye didn't eat it. The service, sad 😢. Ordered, waited, reminded again, waited. Wine very tasty. Maybe, next time, better.

Very slow service, Simple not particularly authentic food. There were perhaps better choices in the menu but I would discourage all from getting pastry...
