The food is delicious, my favorite restaurant

After opening khinkali was very tasty and big but now expensive and smaller

Self-service in a sort of Späti vibe. As long as you don’t expect a proper restaurant ambiance, the food doesn’t disappoint. Very tasty!

Very delicious food! They also serve Georgian wine, but unfortunately, no Georgian beer.

i love this place! As a spanish person that had no contact with georgian food before coming to berlin, im very sure to say that Georgian cuisine is one of the most amazing ive ever had! And khinkali house is a perfect spot. Order Imeruli and Khinkali you cant go wrong :)

It was a Sunday early dinner with friends and we just came in without getting any advance reservations. Ordered mixed meat khinkali and kachapuri 😍 The khinkali was delicious 🤤 just like the ones we had in Tbilisi but the kachapuri’s cheese was quite different. Maybe it’s hard to get the same cheese they use in Georgia but overall tasted good too. Overall it was a good experience!

Tasty but it got expensive for what it is. 3 khinkali dumplings (really not that big) were 7.5€ just a couple of months back. Now they're over 9€. Apparently the inflation from last year is still relevant today.

As a Georgian who takes Khinkali serious, this is the best Khinkali in Berlin.

Excellent food. The terrace is small and customers are crowded together because there's no space between tables, but it's worth the visit. Everything is delicious.

Very small portions but delicious!

The restaurant is located on a busy street, with several restaurants lined up on the right and left. It's not a particularly large restaurant, and the ambiance is perhaps not so appealing. The food, however, was excellent! I will definitely visit the restaurant again! Keep up the good work!

Never had tried Georgian food in my life, but this was a great start to say the least, the atmosphere in itself really cozy, really inviting, the service was also quick and good. The food is the highlight since this place and the cuisine itself is a cheese lover's paradise.

That was it! Oh, it felt like I'm at the local restaurant in Tbilisi as the taste was the copy paste. The service and space were kind of hectic as they do not have enough tables and new costumers waiting on the line looking at you which puts a lot of pressure on your eating.

Food was alright, but we waited 40 minutes for our food while people who ordered after us got theirs first. I understand that a kitchen can be very busy, but the service was also not that nice and the bathrooms where very dirty. One person from the staff was smoking a stinky cigarette next to my table on her break, that also made the atmosphere not good. Wouldn’t come again, not because of the food quality, but because of everything else

We had 3 Georgian dumplings with meat, one Georgian bread with cheese and egg, as well as 2 different Georgian lemonades 😊. The food was great and really satious for 2 hungry people 😋 The staff was friendly, polite and welcoming. The atmosphere 👌. I totally recommend this place!

Really great khinkali, good khachapuri - although there are other places in the city where I'd go if I mostly wanted to eat the latter. Nice option if you want something filling and hearty.

We came to Khinkali House, waited for the waitress to deign to take the order, stubbornly ignoring us, although we approached, she was standing behind the cash register and abruptly left to talk to the cook and drink water. 5 minutes passed while we were standing and waiting for her to return. When we called her loudly, she made an extremely dissatisfied face, saying "what do you want?" Somehow having taken the order, the waitress named the wrong amount, we said that it should be a different amount, to which she said "that's what I said" (no) Then she immediately ran away, without giving us the sign with the order number, which was on every guest of this establishment. We did not know the order number and again stood at the cash register, waiting for the waitress to return. In the end, she gave us the check and wrote the order number with a pen. We waited for the order for 30 minutes. For the sake of interest, we went to a neighboring restaurant during this time, there they gave out the order (fried meat in lavash) in 5 minutes. And the shawarma was tastier than the khinkali. In the khinkali, there were bones and tendons in the meat (in the photo) The waitress stood near the counter where the cook was issuing the order the whole time, despite the fact that people were standing and waiting for the order to be taken. The waitress saw them, but did not come up Then, after 20 minutes, the waitress finally decided to clear the table where the bottles had been standing before we arrived, and even another company managed to eat at the dirty table (the bottles were not theirs) The service was just super, we were absolutely delighted! We will always come back, the waitress was just wonderful. (No) The khinkali were delicious every time, sometimes there were bones and tendons. And sometimes you eat khinkali that tasted like toilet paper. The establishment is small, there is no toilet, you wait for your order for at least half an hour

I ate here with a friend earlier. The Georgian dishes are simply amazing. It tasted really good. The restrooms, however, desperately need a good cleaning, and the toilet flush needs to be repaired.

To be honest, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the chachapuri. The dough was quite stiff and the portion was rather small. For €14, I would have expected a bit more.

Amazing place, I can say with certainty that I highly recommend it.

The waitress who served was quite unfriendly. It was waiting for one hour that still didn’t come. I feel stomach hurt and with bad mood. After an hour I asked the other staff who was nicer. And said there was a mistake that my order was served to another customers. They gave me 3 dumplings as compensation.

Highly recommended and super juicy and delicious. Everything was very quick, and the lady at the counter even explained to us how to eat it properly. Everything is freshly prepared. Good seating inside and outside. Top-notch service!

I had to wait 20 minutes for that...but I wasn't informed of this beforehand. There was only one person ahead of me. Unfortunately, the mushroom dumplings weren't particularly tasty either. There was way too much of a strange seasoning in them. The cheese dumplings could have been better. I actually wanted to eat there, but the restaurant was under construction. Which is strange, since the restaurant has been open for months. I also wished they hadn't been building during opening hours. But hey, maybe it will be beautiful. — Update 05/25 The bread with cheese and egg is really delicious. Unfortunately, there's no salad or anything fresh. I still don't like the interior. The employee was really nice and pointed out to me that the bread doesn't last long. I waited 20 minutes again instead of the stated 10.

First Georgian food I tried – and definitely not the last time! The Pkhali bowl was amazing! My favorite was the spinach pkhali – I could’ve eaten a whole bowl of just that! The fresh, simple bread (which tasted homemade to me) even had a bit of salt on top. The dish was lovingly presented. The service was super friendly, and the atmosphere in the small restaurant was very cozy and welcoming. From my perspective, there was nothing to complain about. The only (minor) downside – which definitely isn’t worth deducting a star – was the absence of Georgian lemonade, which my Georgian friend had recommended. But as someone who works in gastronomy myself, I know it often comes down to suppliers or unexpectedly high demand. It’s a pity, but these things happen. If the lemonade had been available, I’d happily have reviewed it too. Maybe next time!

A great Georgian restaurant that seems a bit unassuming at first glance. The menu features only a small selection of Georgian dishes, focusing primarily on khinkali (with meat, mushrooms, or cheese) and various versions of the national dish, khachapuri. The dishes are truly delicious and very authentically prepared. A visit is definitely worth it. However, those who prefer other Georgian dishes should look elsewhere.

Someone recommended this to me, but honestly I was so disappointed. This is really not as good as people say. Me and my friend both felt that the food was kind of bland. We ordered a classic Khinkali which was okayish, nothing special though and then the spinach cheese bread which just didn't taste very flavory. Personally, I don't think this place is worth going.

Waited for 40 mins, then they brought portion with missing khinkali and said I have to wait longer for the last one (it was more then hour since payment).

Nice waitresses and the food is delicious

After we became aware of this shop through an Instagram video, we of course had to visit it on our trip to Berlin and luckily we were there! The food was so delicious, the dumplings were to die for and you could taste the love and freshness in each of them! We also got a short introduction on how to eat the dumplings and the khachapuri - I found that very nice and helpful. In general, the staff was very friendly and open-minded, we felt very comfortable there. Food simply tastes better when you share and enjoy it with each other and don't have your own plate. We will definitely have to stop by again next time we visit Berlin! Thanks for the great time. I'm also always happy when I see a female chef in the (chef's) kitchen, 🥰

A real culinary discovery in Friedrichshain! I had the Katchup-Pourri with egg and the classic Gregorian beef dumplings — both absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the portions generous. Just a heads-up: the Katchup-Pourri with egg is quite rich and filling — come hungry! Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and a unique taste of Georgian cuisine with a twist. Will definitely be coming back!

Georgian taste in Berlin, delicious!

It was my first time in this establishment. The food is mega delicious, for everything in the photo +1 cola we paid 30 euros. We waited about 20 minutes for our order, but there were a lot of people. You can sit both outside and inside, but there are few tables inside and it’s not very stuffy. The waitress is very friendly. You can pay by card and cash. We really liked it, we will come again👍

Georgian restaurants near Boxhagener! As I was passing by, I saw a dumpling-shaped sign and thought I had to go there at least once. 🥟🥟 It looks like IMBIS, but the atmosphere inside is nice 🕯️🪔🛖 I ordered things like Kankali dumplings and spinach pizza. The staff kindly explained to me to eat carefully so that the juice didn't come out 😄💌💕 The dumpling skin was thicker and less juicy than I expected, and the food overall came out cold, so... it's a shame... 3 stars! The staff is really friendly and the atmosphere inside is nice. The prices are reasonable and it's popular, so if you're curious about Georgian food, go there at least once!

Best Khinkali and Adjaruli in Berlin

We had a Georgian dish, similiar to Pizza and filled with beans, and a soup. The food was okay and we could imagine it being authentic, but it’s not our cup of tea. Just a bit too plain.

Cash or Card (starting from 10€) payment possible. Khinkali are good. Would be great to have 1-2 options for a tiny side "salad" - to get "some" vegetables.

Yummy food. Great location. The bread was so soft and melts in the mouth. Reasonable price. During summer time you enjoy the outdoor seating. But their indoor seating can be improved. Lots of people walking around, some things were getting delivered to the kitchen. All these things happened around us. But the food is great. I love the Khachapuri. My favourite. I visit this place again and again for the food.

At first glance, this restaurant is quite inconspicuous and doesn't seem all that appealing. That's why we were quite surprised by the delicious dishes. The products were of good quality, but I would have liked a different way of serving and perhaps a few sauces. The chairs in the restaurant were very uncomfortable and hard. Nevertheless, the restaurant is worth a visit as I have now had the pleasure of eating Georgian food.
