Okay in terms of taste and price, unfortunately no card payment.

I saw good expectations about this place, but I found hair in my dish, the staff said that it is mine, I only wanted to point out that they may be a bit more careful when cooking dishes.. but this was just mean and rude.. In terms of food, it was mediocre to be honest.

We have eaten here frequently in the past. Unfortunately the taste and quality has deteriorated quite a bit recently, it was OK, but not anymore. Service is subpar, no politeness at all. My companion was served food. When he was finished, we asked where the other dish was. This was forgotten, actually not tragic, but an apology would have been appropriate. Then I see an employee sitting in the dining room wrapping cutlery in napkins. She eats and constantly has her fingers in her mouth. I find it anything but hygienic that the guest then receives the cutlery. That was our last visit here!

We came because of a recommendation. We have been searching for a good go to pho place but we were a bit disappointed with the food. I ordered the small Pho Bo and there was so much soup but very little amount of noodles.The flavor was sort of there but not the richness I usually like in my pho. My husband ordered a noodle dish and it tasted like fancy instant ramen noodles, his was very underwhelming (and 15 euros)The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the seating area upstairs is very nice.

We have enjoyed coming here for many years. The focus is on the food, exactly as it should be. And in my opinion that is extremely tasty, the dishes are very well seasoned with authentic herbs and spices. The decor is simple, the service is friendly. However, you can only pay in cash, so you should take that into account beforehand.

Honestly!! What a great restaurant, great quality, friendly service and incredibly fair prices in the middle of the city. I love going here because the quality is right and still fair prices. We love Asian dishes and are always trying new restaurants. The shop here was a spontaneous visit. The taste of the dishes was okay but unfortunately nothing special. The service was very polite, as we know from the culture. Unfortunately, it's not a store that attracted us a second time, but the price-performance ratio was definitely right.

Only 1 star because it is simply unacceptable not to accept card payments. The two of us were eating, sat at the table outside and ordered lunch and drinks. When we paid, we realized that none of us had any cash with us and that we hadn't seen the sign on the door because we didn't go into the premises or the glass front was pushed aside. That was such an embarrassing moment 😲! More and more people have their cards on their cell phones and no longer take cash with them. Food and service times are 5 stars.

The outdoor seating is in the middle of the pedestrian zone, but we didn't find this uncomfortable. The selection, including vegetarian dishes, is large enough to suit every taste. The food was tasty, although, atypical for an Asian restaurant, the seasoning was a bit sparse. This is a good place to eat during your lunch break.

Great little vietnamese restaurant ! Got offered an english menu and the waiter switched to english as soon as we said we were foreign :) Very generous serving of delicious food! Reasonable pricing. No card payment accepted though ! Overall great, will come back another time !

It was a very hot summer day and what can I say, I felt like I was on vacation. We sat outside. Okay, the chairs and tables could be sturdier and more comfortable, but the food is incredibly delicious. And that's what matters. A dream for the eye as well as for the taste buds. Just the smell of the food, OMG and so well seasoned. I can only recommend this location. And when we had finished our meal and the guests at the next table were served theirs, we wanted to sit down. That looked so delicious. The only thing I can complain about is unfortunately the toilet, which urgently needs to be renovated.

Update 2024: deducting 2 stars because the "large" portion size is much smaller now. Previously would leave the restaurant full, but not anymore. I can understand increasing costs but if I agree to pay extra for a larger portion then I expect to get what I pay for. Additionally, the summer rolls weren't very good. Not as packed with filling and rolled badly. Hope they improve as it used to be our favourite Vietnamese in town. Will be trying other places in the meantime. **************** Best vietnamese in Stuttgart. Didn't think much of it from the plain shop front and couple of basic tables by the entrance. But there is an upstairs seating area waited by two lovely ladies (reminded me of being served by some aunties) The vietnamese noodle soups were super tasty and generously portioned. Not too heavy with the seasoning, balanced flavours, fresh mint & beansprouts on the side. Really enjoyed it. Will be back for more.

Worst Thai food of my life. No taste meat terrible, my kids would do more with the ingredients..No Thai ingredients, had to put soy on it to taste something. Wantang soup and number 70 noodle with shrimp and meat. The €20 really hurt me

Taste pretty good but a bit salty

The restaurant offers a diverse selection of Vietnamese dishes. The restaurant is located near the town hall. The service can easily get a bit confusing for many guests. You still get your ordered food very quickly. Despite everything, the food is very tasty and I can recommend it without reservation. The Pho in particular tastes great. I've already eaten here twice and would love to come back.

I'll start like this: this used to be my favorite Asian shop in Stuttgart, authentic, tasty and cheap. I was just back there after a few years (I moved away) and was very disappointed. My order was summer rolls, pho bo and the lime soda. Unfortunately the summer rolls were not fresh, or rather the sprouts in them, they gave off a strange smell. Pho bo used to come with fresh chillies, but not now. I had to wait forever for cutlery and had to tell them 5 times. Unfortunately, overall the service was very poor. Until you were served and the order was taken, it took forever as well as waiting for the cutlery. I hope that was a blip and it just didn't go well today - I love this food! Greetings

3.8/5 ⭐️ Food is alright - nothing too fancy but also not bad at all A bit too many dishes on the menu of which some tastes very similar. Would definitely shorten the menu to get a more clear overview. Some dishes also had some strange flavor combination like mixing curry sauce with fish sauce dip and peanuts with an minty aftertaste. Also some ingredients/vegetables tastes a bit old and not super fresh. Haven’t tried the Pho‘s but they definitely looks to be the highlights there. Place is pretty small and the ambience is more like a „Imbissbude“ instead of an restaurant. Staff is very friendly and prices are also alright. Worth a try but there are definitely better places in that area

We have tried the most basic Pho Bo and spring rolls. The broth of the beef noodle soup, which is the soul of the soup, was clear and tasty but lacked the complexity we were looking for. Understood there are different recipes among various regions in Vietnam. The spring rolls were crispy and freshly fried and tasted fine. They have 2 sizes for the noodle soup and we had the small one as we were not too hungry. But it may not be enough as a normal meal. Suggest you either order the big one or have other side dishes. Overall, the meal has been pleasant but the dishes did not leave too strong an impression that would entice me to go back.

The ground floor was not the best looking one, even looking like your average asian takeaway, but once you go upstairs, it is way better. Food is good, even though we had to wait a bit more than usual. Also, they don't take cards when we were there so get some cash prepared

We came here on the recommendation of a friend. At first we were a bit confused because at first glance the restaurant looked more like a snack bar. There are enough seats on the first floor so that we were able to eat here for Saturday lunch. We were very impressed by the delicious, beautifully presented and comparatively cheap food and the friendly service! If we were in Stuttgart more often, we would definitely come here a few more times.

I had Pho Bo here and the food quality is comparable to restaurants in Vietnam. I also enjoyed the friendly service from the staffs here. It was enjoyable experience overall. I will introduce this place and come back with my friends and colleagues in the future 😊

I was quite surprised by the excellent food. Their chicken noodle soup delicious. The shrimp rapped in rice with spicy sauce. I have enjoyed the food and service.

🥈 The crispy duck with sweet and sour sauce was tasteful, but the design left something to be desired. 🥉 Bo Xao Xa Ot looked good, but the taste was average. 🥉 The restaurant is medium in size. The seating is on the upper floor. 🥈 The service and behavior of the staff were acceptable. ❌ In 2023, card payments are still not possible here. 🥈 The preparation time was reasonable.

Landed in Stuttgart after some crazy weather, we were craving something soupy and comforting. We came across this little joint, which we didn’t know was a 2 story place. It looks more decorative and cozy upstairs with a cute bartender working upstairs. I had Bun Bo Hue, cafe sua da ( Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk -iced) and Bò sốt vang ( I had no idea what it was until it came out, it was Bò kho ( which is beef stew is what Im known it for )the meat was a little tough and hard to chew. Bun bo Hue was good, missing a few ingredients here and there but it’s doable if you want a hot spicy soupy beef dish- worth the try. I also had cafe sua da and it was only ok to me. It might’ve tasted a bit different for me as far as the coffee , a bit powdery for my after taste. Overall nice experience. We’ll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu.

Wir lieben Tay Ho, hier kann man schnell und günstig (auch vegan) essen. Für ein Date ist es vielleicht vom Ambiente her nicht geeignet, trotzdem ist es unser go to Restaurant

Hier kann man günstig chinesisch essen oder hochwertig vietnamesisch mit frischen Zutaten. Schmeckt alles sehr gut.

Optisch eher unscheinbar,aber völlig o.k.; dies ist sekundär,denn das Essen ist exzellent. Phantastische vietnamesische Gerichte. Die Suppen sind super lecker und schmecken wie in Asien. Gerne immer wieder,wenn ich in Stuttgart bin.

We had lunch at Tay Ho last Sunday. The service was exceptional. When the staff noticed we were speaking English (one Korean person in the group), they offered an English menu without hesitation. All of us chose items from the Vietnamese specialties section (Pho Bo, Mi Tom Tron, Bun Ca, Pho Bo Sot Vang) and we were highly satisfied with the flavor and consistency of our food. Also, food and drinks were served quickly. We'll definitely come back on a regular basis! 🥰

Unscheinbarer Asiate mit gutem Essen. Von außen und innen erscheint das Restaurant eher mäßig. Alles ist der Basic aber das Essen schmeckt jedes Mal super. Die Preise sind auch super fair und der Service recht simpel aber erledigt den Job. Für einen sehr fairen Preis kann man hier super asiatisch essen, definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Leckeres Essen. Meine asiatische Kollegen essen gerne hier. Die sagen die Suppe sei wie in Korea. Ich empfehle die Ente mit Reis, Gemüse und Hoisinsauce. Die Sommerrollen sind auch super! Alles auch zum mitnehmen.

Convenient location with lovely service / staff. The food can be hit or miss. We tried a few things - the lemongrass chicken was okay but not authentic. Would recommend ordering pho instead.

Ich bin seit 8 Jahre Stammkunden bei Tay Ho. Authentisch, günstig und lecker. PS: Kartenzahlung leider nicht möglich.

Also essen war eig tschorne, aber ich muss leider sagen, dass die Atmosphäre nicht das war was ich erwartet habe. Neben der lauten Baustelle ist außerdem der Service bisschen fragwürdig. Mein gutet Kompane hat eine benutzte Gabel bekommen. Also sowas geht natürlich garnicht! Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass das Essen gut war, ich aber nicht sicher bin ob ich diese Gastronomie erneut besuchen werde. Müsst ihr wissen

Gutes vietnamesisches Essen! Es war mein erstes Mal Pho und ich war begeistert. Ist die Baustelle nebenan fertig, ist es ruhig gelegen. Leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Très bon local en plein centre ville. Une cuisine simple, et authentique et à très bon prix. J’ai adoré le dessert. Bananes panées avec des cacahuètes salées et miel. Service très sympathique

Mega Lage, sehr zentral. Allerdings ist die Begebung nicht so schön. Der Service war super nett. Das Essen sah super aus aber geschmacklich geht es noch viel besser, die Hälfte schmeckt nach Plastik.

Sehr leckeres authentisches Essen Ich hatte die 53( Suppe mit Krebsfleisch, Glasnudeln und Ei) und Reisnudeln mit Hühnchen Mein Freund Frühlingsrollen und breite Reisnudeln mit Tofu. Die Portionen sind ziemlich groß, den Rest kann man sich einpacken lassen. Etwas schade war, dass die Suppe zeitgleich mit dem Hauptgericht kam, das könnte noch optimiert werden. Ansonsten gerne wieder!

Hab schon fast die ganze Karte durchprobiert… alles war sehr lecker bisher. Egal ob kalte oder warme Starter, vietnamesische Hauptgerichte oder die Pho Suppen. Immer ziemlich authentisch und fein.

Die Frühlingsrollen sind sehr lecker, aber die Nudelgerichte sind für den Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Von einem Vietnamesen sind wir anderes gewohnt. Daher leider diese Bewertung.

Wer die vietnamesische Küche kennt und liebt wird hier maßlos enttäuscht werden. In der klassischen Pho Bo fehlten jegliche Kräuter und statt leckere frische Glasnudeln mit Fischsauce, Erdnüsse und Gemüse wurden uns Instant Nudeln für 13€ serviert. Schlechteste vietnamesische Küche die wir je gesehen haben.

Wir sind öfters vorbeigelaufen und si d heute zum Abendessen. Es ist eher Schnellimbiss als Restaurant. Karte zum Essen asiatisch mit viel Bilder. Aber gemischt. Die Gerichte waren in Ordnung aber nicht besonders. Kann muss aber nicht.

Vom Charme her ein Schnellrestaurant mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten in der oberen Etage. Das Essen ist super lecker. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich.

Hier wird manchmal geschrieben,dass man an der Einrichtung was machen sollte, aber ich finde, die macht den Laden gerade so sympathisch! Ohne viel Schnickschnack und das Essen ist top! Mein Favorit ist die "Mi Tom" - Suppe. (7,50 - normale Größe), wenn man mit Kindern hier was essen geht, sollte man zuvor fragen, was scharf zubereitet wird.

Had lunch here, actually twice in a row and enjoyed both very much. Ordered a duck, vegies and chicken all with rice on the side. Really tasty. The hot ginger tea and jasmine tea were also good. Friendly and polite waitresses. Restaurant location excellent.

Ordered crispy duck in coconut sauce, pho, and spring rolls. They were all excellent. Attentive service and food came out pretty quick. Duck was crispy but thought they could have given a few strips. The coconut sauce was excellent. I ended up eating rice in sauce and that awesome. Pho was also tasty and the broth was surprisingly spciy. Perfect for a chilly night in stuttgart. Overall, good food and good service. One warning: They do not except credit card, only cash.

Wenn man gut und lecker und vor allem günstig vietnamesische bzw. allgemein asiatische Speisen essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Komme hier sehr oft und bestelle sehr gerne vietnamesische Gerichte, die sehr autenthisch und lecker sind. Der Klassiker Pho ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich kann nicht für die ganze Karte sprechen, aber was ich bisher genießen durfte war einfach super. Gerade die Spezialitäten des Hauses sind sehr zu empfehlen. Heute hatte ich Tofu mit Pilzen und Spargel. Echt gut. Der Laden sieht eher nach nicht so viel aus, überzeugt aber. Auch durch das Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Frische Zutaten. Knackiges Gemüse. Ohne viel schnick schnack. Top!
