Very friendly and attentive service. The team is exceptionally fond of children, so we immediately felt comfortable as a family. My special request – tofu instead of pork – was accommodated without hesitation. The food was fresh, flavorful, and overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will gladly return.

The duck in red wine sauce was truly exceptional – unexpected and delicious, beautifully presented. The service was unobtrusive yet attentive, and the staff clearly enjoyed their work. It couldn't be better.

I go there occasionally during my lunch break and it's really lovely, with plenty of space. The tea with honey is highly recommended, especially when it's so cold outside :) The food is also delicious and there's a great selection. The service is friendly and attentive; I always enjoy coming back.

The main courses were good. The mango dessert was unpleasant; it was raw. The waiter was very rude when we took our order. He refused to accept our discount voucher when we paid. His tone was unacceptable. We will not be returning.

We went there for dinner, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant. One of the waiters (the taller one) was incredibly rude—he spoke loudly and in a tone that sounded like he was shouting at us. Just because we hadn't immediately mentioned that we were using the discount voucher, he started arguing with us right there in the restaurant—completely unprofessional and embarrassing. After all the drama, he did admit his mistake, but the damage was already done. He seems like he doesn't enjoy his job—I sincerely hope he finds something that makes him happier. I definitely won't be coming back.

Ha Long is a truly beautiful and lovingly run restaurant! The owners are incredibly friendly, and the food always tastes good. It's also perfect for a quick lunch break; they're even open on Mondays, and the prices are reasonable! I've had so many great times here and definitely plan to eat here at least once in a while in the future. Thank you!

Este es un gran restaurante vietnamita situado justo enfrente de la estación “Hölderlinplatz”. El servicio es rápido, muy amable y muy competente. Hay casi 100 platos principales, aproximadamente la mitad son vietnamitas, la otra mitad es cocina tailandesa. La comida era fresca y sabía muy bien. Hay asientos al aire libre frente al restaurante (aunque justo enfrente de la estación de tranvía) y en el patio trasero, que es muy agradable. Este es un gran restaurante y sin duda volveremos.

Ha Long was the place where I first tasted Vietnamese food—and it was love at first spoonful! This is where I tasted my first pho, and the flavor has stayed with me ever since. The rich, aromatic broth, the perfectly cooked rice noodles, and the tender meat create a harmony that is simply unforgettable. In addition to the fantastic food, Ha Long impresses with its warm atmosphere and friendly service. You feel welcomed, as if you were eating with friends. The authentic decor and the aromas from the kitchen transport you directly to Vietnam. One thing is certain: Ha Long has not only captured my palate, but also my heart. If you want to discover Vietnamese cuisine or simply enjoy a perfect bowl of pho, this is the place to be.

I have visited this restaurant many times and tried different dishes. Each time the food was exceptionally fresh and tasty. I can particularly recommend the Pho Ga - Pho Hanoi with chicken breast, a wonderfully aromatic soup, as well as number 76 - Kaeng Matsaman Gai: a delicious dish with red curry coconut cream sauce, breaded chicken breast fillet, onions, carrots, peanuts, tomatoes, tamarind and potatoes , served with fragrant jasmine rice. At lunchtime, fried rice with vegetables is also an excellent choice - light, tasty and filling. The service also deserves praise: the employees are always friendly and courteous. I always enjoy coming here!

Super tasty, authentic food in a rather rustic atmosphere.

For €35 for two normal dishes, I would have expected more - especially with the service. The waiter, who spoke with a South Vietnamese accent, was rude and kept me waiting in a cold tone despite many empty tables. I finally decided on takeaway as other guests received a much warmer welcome than I did. While I was waiting, I also had to listen to the waiter being a "smartass" to the bartender, which made the atmosphere even more unpleasant. Service should be authentic and the same for everyone, not just certain guests. The changeable attitude makes the restaurant less inviting and elegant. With my Vietnamese roots, I would have preferred to eat in another Vietnamese restaurant where you feel at home and treated with respect. Hospitality should be the focus – not just profit.

Just under 16 euros for fried noodles with vegetables without meat if you pick it up yourself. When I said that it was very expensive, they said it was the regular price. Afterwards I saw that fried noodles were billed as roast beef. The waiter knew full well that this wasn't okay, but the woman settled for it that way. This is how you lose customers from the neighborhood

After we had to wait almost half an hour for our starters and then another hour for our food, it was finally served. Unfortunately the main course was lukewarm and the portion was not appropriate for the price. Reordering drinks was also difficult because something was often forgotten. Conclusion: You can do it, but you don't have to. There are far better Vietnamese restaurants in Stuttgart. It's a shame, but unfortunately it was a flop here.

Schade : dass der überaus freundliche vietnamesische Wirt mit perfekter deutscher Kommunikation ein sehr sehr gutes authentisches Speiseangebot offeriert - aber leider keinen Wert legt auf sauberes Umfeld, absolut ohne Hygienefimmel bewertet! Sondern einfach nur derart, dass man sich in einem Restaurant in Deutschland wohl fühlt - in Vietnman gelten andere Masstäbe. Überquellende Mülltonnen zum Einstieg ins Lokal, das über ein paar Treppen düster angegangen werden muss - und jene derart verdreckt und mit teils Abfall belegt...dass man sich da bereits überlegt : wie mag es in Lokal und Küche dann aussehen? Wir gingen zu Viert nur deshalb zu unserer Reservierung, weil ich bereits einmal dort war und vom vorzüglichen Geschmack der Speisen wusste! An jenem letzten Besuch war schönes Wetter ( daher wohl : die Sonne bringt es an den Tag - beim Besuch zuvor war es Nacht und Winter!), wir sassen im zweifellos kleinen idyllischen Hinterhof...aber durch eine angrenzende offene Tür stets sichtbares Gerümpel und auch dieser Hof hat seit Monaten keine Reinigung gesehen! Lieber freundlicher Wirt : einfach regelmässig eine Putzfrau kommen lassen, die auch das nahe Umfeld appetitlich erscheinen lässt...weil es zu schade ist, dass Ihr tolles Angebot damit sehr herunter gezogen und in Frage gestellt wird!

Ordered 3 main courses, everything came on time, service was very good, everything tasted delicious. The food tasted very natural and not like glutamate or artificial spices, which we really enjoyed. Rice portion should be larger. We then ordered some more.

Was there for lunch. The food didn't take long, the service was good. Everything is within reasonable price. There is a lunch menu, cocktails and the atmosphere is a bit like Hanoi in Stuttgart 👍🏾 I would love to come back.

Very inconspicuous from the outside, there is a beautiful courtyard hidden inside. The food tastes great, you can tell that it is homemade. The waitresses are very friendly, overall everything was great, we would love to come back!

Great restaurant with a nice little terrace behind the house where you can sit outside in the summer. The entrance is quite inconspicuous and you have to be careful that you don't accidentally end up with your neighbor.

The location was nice and cozy. Unfortunately the service is not that good. There were only 2 waiters there. Starter was ordered differently than served. Aperol Spritz was not an Aperol Spritz…. Food was too salty. The toilets… yes… no comment… All in all... we won't be coming back...

I have known the restaurant since it opened in 2011. Oskar's Beer Academy was previously located here 😂. The food tastes really excellent and the service is charming. In summer you can sit outside.

Absolutely inedible!!! Just ordered there via Liferando. It started with a disgusting smell of the food, continued with an absolutely unappetizing appearance and finally the body gave all signs not to eat the food. I can only advise against it! Never again…

The summer roll starter was not bad, unseasoned, the sauce provided was a bit too sweet for us. Main courses were well seasoned, but there was too much sauce, which made the whole thing a little too soupy.

Wir sind nicht nur sehr freundlich bedient worden, sondern haben auch sehr, sehr gut gegessen. Eigentlich war es schon zu spät am Abend um sich den Bauch noch vollzuschlagen, aber ich meine Portion (die reichhaltig war) bis zum letzten Reiskorn aufgegessen. Keine Frage wo ich beim nächsten Besuch in Stuttgart essen werde.

Hier gibt es leckeres Essen und netten Service. Dort kann man gut Pho essen. Wie im Westen üblich - lieber mit der Bahn kommen (Haltestelle unmittelbar davor). Gerne wieder.

Wir waren dort zu zweit und haben Getränke, Vorspeise und zwei Hauptgänge bestellt. Auf unsere Vorspeise haben wir 40 Minuten gewartet und auf den darauffolgenden Hauptgang nochmal 20 Minuten. Das Personal wirkte sehr unkoordiniert. Die lange Wartezeit wurde damit begründet, dass es heute ja so voll sei (Donnerstag Abend 20 Uhr - mäßige Auslastung). Das Essen lies zu wünschen übrig. Der Reis verkocht und das Gemüse war nicht gewürzt. Die Ente war hingegen top! Nochmal würden wir nicht kommen. Stellen Sie mehr Leute, Vorallem Kellner ein, damit die Kundschaft effizienter bedient werden kann!

Waren 7 plus 2 kids...Essen lecker, nicht mehr heiß beim bringen. Service zu selten am Tisch... Getränke Nachschub schleppend. Man sitzt gut und abgetrennt. Danke trotzdem...

Fantastically sublime flavors and friendly ambience. Service was great and restaurant is comfortable with an old world feel. I just returned from Hanoi and was keen to eat more Vietnamese food. I was very pleased with the menu and authentic flavors offered here. I had the Phở Xào Hải Sản (Fried Rice Noodles With Prawns). This was listed in the menu as spicy. Indeed it was, but it was beautifully balanced with fish sauce and herbs to give the sweet, salt, spice, sour, and lots of umami. Delicious! Paired with a glass of dry white wine and also sampled a special lime juice cocktail which was delicious. Will definitely be back for dine in and takeout.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Tolles Restaurant mit großer Auswahl an vietnamesischen und thailändischen Gerichten. Service ist sehr freundlich und fix. Das Ambiente gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der hausgemachte Eistee.

Spontan für Samstag Abend noch einen Tisch bestellt. Das Essen war hervorragend, 1 x großer gemischter Vorspeisen Teller, Hauptgang: 1x vietnamesisch, 2x thailändisch. Super leckere Cocktails und eine sehr aufmerksame und nette Bedienung. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Sehr schönes vietnamesisches Restaurant. Service war super freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen auch groß. Alle Gerichte sind in vegetarisch zu bestellen, was das ganze noch besser macht! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Essen ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und Ambiente ist auch schön. Es gibt 3,5 Sterne, da es meinen Lieblingsvitnamesen nicht toppen kann. S.b. genutzt.

Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und die Essen wurden in schönen dunklen Schüsseln serviert. Besonders gut haben uns die Soßen und die Würzung geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war schnell und unaufdringlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt gut und wir werden demnächst wieder kommen.

We love this place . We have been there almost everyday for more than a week. Tuan is always so nice to us and very hospitable. The food is great . I have tried several dishes here. My favorite is bun cha ( they have vegan version also ) and the Tom yum soup.

Essen sehr gut. Ambiente Gattung Quartierbeiz. Vor 40 Jahren was das noch ok. Bedienung seeerhr nett, aber nicht sehr professionel. Alles in allem empfehlenswert für ein einfaches Nachtessen.

Der Salat war super frisch und die warmen Speisen ein Traum. Ich kann das Restaurant nur sehr empfehlen. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der gemütliche Innenhof lädt zum verweilen ein.

Die Speisen waren sehr ansprechend angerichtet und haben sehr authentisch geschmeckt. Wir werden wiederkommen und das Angebot an thailändischen Speisen testen und wir sind sicher, dass wir auch nicht enttäuscht werden.

Hatten einen Tisch für acht Personen an einem Samstag Abend reserviert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich , wir mussten aber leider, da das Lokal ziemlich voll war, eine Weile auf unsere Getränke und das Essen warten. Mit dem Essen waren dann aber alle soweit zufrieden. Die Nummer 74, rotes thaicurry mit Gemüse und Garnelen, sehr empfehlenswert. Frisch und auf den Punkt.

Am einem Dienstagabend kurz nach 21 Uhr allein hingegangen, um das Lokal zu testen, um evtl. später jemanden dorthin einzuladen. Nur ein Tisch (4 Personen) war besetzt. Vorspeise: Suppe mit Garnelen. War OK. Hauptspeise: Kalamari mit Gemüse. Kalamari wie Kaugummi, wenige Kalamari-Ringe, viel fades Gemüse. Die Brühe, in der das Gericht gekocht war, hat wenigstens ein wenig (nach Zitronengras) geschmeckt. Schade. Vielleicht gibt es dort bessere Gerichte.

Es war mit Abstand die schlechteste asiatische Hauptspeise in Stuttgart. Das Fleisch war reines Gummi und das das Tiefkühlgemüse hatte keinerlei Geschmack. Die Vorspeisen waren immerhin essbar.

Wir sind eher zufällig im Ha Long gelandet, waren dann anschließend noch zweimal dort essen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der Service auch bei gut gefülltem Lokal freundlich und aufmerksam. Die eher dunkle Atmosphäre aufgrund des Mobiliars fanden wir eigentlich ganz gemütlich.
