wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen. laden ist einfach gehalten, aber sauber und ordentlich. die lammkoteletts sind ein echter traum. sehr gut gewürzt. knusprig frisch gegrillt. saftig. so muss es sein! danke!

Das Döner Menü war wirklich gut und sehr viel leckeres Fleisch. Große Portion mit knusprigen Pommes.

Noch nie hier gegessen, aber beim Vorbeilaufen mitbekommen, wie Obdachlose Essen bekommen haben. 5 Sterne :).

Wir haben vor Ort Dönerteller bestellt, nachdem wir beim Betreten des Lokals eine Gruppe von US-Amerikanern gesehen hatten, die ebenfalls Dönerteller aßen. Wir haben uns schon gewundert, wie schnell wir unser Essen nach der Bestellung erhalten haben: Wir sind nach dem Ablegen unserer Sachen nur kurz runter auf die Toilette gegangen, um uns die Hände zu waschen. Als wir wiederkamen –nach kaum einer Minute–, standen die Teller bereits da. Als wir loslegten, fiel uns als Erstes auf, dass das Essen relativ kalt war. Zudem hatten wir die Dönerteller mit Pommes bestellt, aber auf dem Teller waren unter dem Dönerfleisch überall Reiskörner gemischt. Wir machten den Kellner darauf aufmerksam, warum im Fleisch Reis sei und das Essen so kalt serviert wurde. Er behauptete, dass die Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke einen Fehler gemacht, fälschlicherweise erst Reis portioniert und diesen anschließend wieder vom Teller genommen hätten. Er bot uns lediglich an, den Teller noch einmal zu erwärmen, was wir ablehnten. Aus unserer Sitzposition konnten wir jedoch direkt in den engen Zubereitungsbereich bei den Dönerspießen hinter dem Tresen blicken, der für die meisten Kunden nicht direkt einsehbar ist. Dabei bemerkten wir, dass die teilweise noch gut gefüllten, nicht aufgegessenen Teller der vorherigen Gäste dort abgestellt, aber keineswegs im Müll entsorgt wurden. Wir mussten beobachten, wie die Reste dort für die nächsten Gäste weiterverwendet wurden. In diesem Moment fiel es uns wie Schuppen von den Augen: Das kalte Essen, das blitzschnelle Auftischen binnen einer Minute und die unerklärlichen Reiskörner in unserem Fleisch ergaben plötzlich ein logisches, aber absolut ekelerregendes Gesamtbild. Uns verging augenblicklich der Appetit, wir haben bezahlt und den Laden sofort verlassen. Zum ersten Ma(h)l in meinem Leben habe ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben, was von den Mitarbeitern mit unhöflichem Gemurmel in ihrer Landessprache quittiert wurde. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und ein Fall für die Lebensmittelkontrolle!

Sehr leckere Döner und Fleischgerichte. Die Portionen sind immer groß.

Palu Grill Kebap hat eine riesige Auswahl an türkischen Gerichten – von Vorspeisen bis hin zu deftigen Hauptgerichten ist alles dabei. Leider ist der Döner aber nur durchschnittlich, eher lieblos zubereitet und für den Preis bekommt man woanders oft mehr geboten. Bei einem weiteren Besuch würde die Auswahl definitiv auf einen Köfteteller oder ein anderes Grillgericht fallen – ich hoffe sa liegt die Stärke vom Palu Grill Kebap.

Dieses Döner-Restaurant sticht hervor durch eine gleichbleibend gute Qualität (wobei wir jedesmal der Meinung sind, es schmeckt noch besser als beim letzten mal) und einen super aufmerksamen Service, der uns ungefragt zusätzliche Teller bingt. Das Ambiente ist authentisch (ich liebe Baris Manco), die Parkplatzsituation eine "Herausforderung", dafür sind wie gesagt Qualität und Preis okay!

Wor haben gerade bei Ubereats bestellt. Leider kam zu unserem bestellten Grillteller mit Pommes, einer mit Reis, dies war sehr ärgerlich, da dieser teuer ist und wir keinen Reis essen. LG Joelina Hoffmann

Ich würde diesem Laden am liebsten null Sterne geben, wenn es möglich wäre. Mein Erlebnis war von Anfang an enttäuschend und unprofessionell. Vor 14 Uhr kann man hier faktisch keinen Döner essen, zumindest keinen, der genießbar ist. Warum? Weil die erste Schicht des Döners, die direkt nach dem Aufschneiden verkauft wird, einfach an die Kunden geht und diese erste Schicht ist unverzehrbar. Die Fleischscheiben sind hart wie Papier, trocken und geschmacklos. Es ist wirklich unverständlich, wie ein Restaurant so etwas servieren kann. In den meisten seriösen Döner-Läden wird diese erste Schicht bewusst nicht verkauft, weil sie qualitativ minderwertig ist. Hier scheint das keinen zu stören Hauptsache Umsatz. Das ist nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern fast schon kundenunfreundlich. Ich habe selten so einen schlechten Döner erlebt. Die Qualität des Essens lässt stark zu wünschen übrig, der Geschmack ist miserabel und man fühlt sich, als würde man „Reste“ serviert bekommen. Wer Wert auf gutes Essen legt, sollte vor 14 Uhr definitiv einen Bogen um dieses Lokal machen. Fazit: Schlimmster Dönerladen, den ich je besucht habe. Null Sterne wären noch großzügig. Absolute Enttäuschung und Geldverschwendung.

Leider hat das Essen überhaupt nicht gut geschmeckt. Wirklich schade kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Ordentlich, man kann nicht meckern

War heute vor Ort essen, das Lamm- und Hähnchenspieß, sehr zart und saftig, lecker gewürzt, mit Salat und Pommes. Bedienung war sehr freundlich, es gab nach dem Essen türkischen Grießkuchen und Chai - alles lecker! Von mir alle Daumen hoch und einen dicken Lob an den Koch👍👍👍

I ordered the Adan chicken platter and it was really very good and also quite filling.

I ate lahmacun. The dough was soggy and soft. The last piece fell apart. You have to pay extra for salad. So either there was no salad or too much.

Very unfriendly staff behind the counter. I received a very unfriendly welcome. I called again today to order food on October 14, 2025. The staff member answered and hung up while I was ordering. I tried again, but he didn't answer.

Doner Kebab was good but I think 9€ is expensive

All the staff, including the people selling the gozleme and börek, are incredibly friendly. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the interior is clean. I bought a börek with spinach and ate it on the way home. It was delicious. :) Eat it while it's still warm.

We were served very politely and courteously. The doner meat and fries were delicious, and the salad and sauces were also great. The rice, the Acili Ezme and the Adana Kebap were OK, but we didn't like them as much as in other shops.

I ordered smth. via the app "too good to go" and got a "Dönerteller". It consisted of 75% rice and 20% salat... also the waiting time was very long. My first impression is that its not really worth it...

Let's start with the food. It was delicious; I haven't had such a juicy meal in Frankfurt in a long time. I was served by a young gentleman, and I have to say, it was really great. Considering the place was so busy, he served us very friendly and didn't seem the least bit annoyed. The restaurant itself is very well-kept, and I'll be a regular customer ;)

Today we ordered a surprise bag from 'to good to go' and were not disappointed. Delicious doner meat, rice, fried potatoes, and salad. Everything was delicious and fresh.

I wanted a kebab plate + extra drink, but the waiter said it would be cheaper to put it in a special menu to pay less. Sending 12 people away with just under 25 minutes to go who just want a kebab on hand to call it a day is wild.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit. The bulgur salad was really poorly prepared—bland and flavorless. Furthermore, the employee simply stood there for several minutes before finally noticing me. The gözleme was equally inedible and brought no joy whatsoever. This is my favorite Kebab restaurant in Frankfurt so far. The staff is super friendly and the choice is wide! The only inconvenience... If you order takeaway with Wolt they will always call you saying that some ingredient is missing, and they ask you if you are willing to change XD. You better dine in if you have the chance.

Be careful with this store, 6 of us ordered and we all got food poisoning. Charging is absolutely not recommended!!!!

Personally, I almost always eat kebab here, they have all kinds of food and everything tastes really good. Ayran, delicious Turkish tea or whatever you want is available. The service is friendly, the prices are super reasonable and the location is good. I like coming here.

Were here for the first time on a shopping tour in Bockenheim. Food was very good and the portions were more than sufficient. Service was super friendly. There's nothing to complain about...

Prices are rising (okay, inflation makes rent, gas, shopping and everything else expensive) but portions are shrinking…. I ordered a kebab with everything, but for over €8, without exaggerating, there wasn't much in the kebab. The days when one kebab fills you up are probably over, as long as you don't order a second one. You can do this very easily with today's portion. As far as money is concerned, I can eat something else much better for two kebabs and €16. That was the last order for now. Sorry and good luck if this portion is the new standard.

Pleasant shop on Leipziger Straße. A few seats at the front and a few at the back of the restaurant. Very nice service and the kebab was ready quickly and very tasty.

I ordered dürum via Lieferando. I've been living in Frankfurt since 2011 and it was the best I've eaten in Germany. Vegetables taste very fresh, everything is super soft and juicy. From now on I will only order here

Wir haben zwei Menüs bestellt: einmal einen Döner-Teller mit Reis und einmal einen Döner im Sandwich-Brot. Leider war der Döner im Sandwich-Brot nicht vollständig durchgebraten. Zudem bestand der Sandwich-Döner zu etwa 90% aus Kraut und enthielt nur wenig Salat, überhaupt keine Tomaten und kaum Zwiebeln. Das Dönerfleisch betrug höchstens 40 Gramm. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war daher extrem schlecht. Der Döner-Teller bot ebenfalls ein enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Der Reis war in Ordnung, aber der Salat war sehr mager und klein. Auch die Menge des Dönerfleisches war unzureichend, nicht einmal 100 Gramm. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war auch hier äußerst unbefriedigend. Der Service hingegen war gut. Wir haben draußen gegessen, da der Dunstabzug im Inneren offenbar nicht funktionierte. Der Innenbereich war stark verraucht, was zu brennenden Augen führte und das Atmen erschwerte.

I really enjoyed eating here... But my last visit (döner plate to take away) there was a medium-sized piece of leather in the salad. Sorry, but something like that shouldn't happen to you.

Nice shop. Clean impression, As far as you can tell if you order take away and nice people, but 2 out of 3 dishes were simply not edible. I have never eaten such a bad bulgur salad in my life. Really...selling something like that for such expensive money is a disgrace. Had zero taste. The only thing you could taste was rancid oil. I don't want to sound mean, but that's just how it was! I also wanted something else. After 3 spoonfuls, I left it and threw it in the trash. The same thing with the Böreks, which were totally wobbly in the middle and bone dry at the ends and tasted like the day before. And this despite the fact that they are actually made fresh several times a day. I don't understand why it tastes so good - it's really remarkable. It didn't taste like anything except old fat. Doner was ok. Absolutely nothing special. The garlic sauce was not to our taste at all. There was ketchup in it. Others can really do it better. But all in all, the kebab was better than the rest. Conclusion: 15 out of 21€, for the garbage... and although the shop looks nice and the employees were friendly, I still only give it one star because I think it's nice appearance and friendliness, not getting fed up. 1. And last time for us.

Very good Turkish cuisine. The service staff is friendly, you are offered tea after your meal and it is possible to sit outside in a small "beer garden".

!!! DO NOT ORDER VIA UBER EATS!!! We ordered through Uber Eats. The delivery was delivered to the driver and then canceled because a fake driver picked up the order (probably an error on the part of the Uber Eats system). After a quick phone call to the restaurant, we ordered again and picked up the order. The customer service is more than great. The employees were super understanding and made everything possible so that we could still get food (despite it being close to closing time). The people there are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food (from the Köfte plate to the Börek and the Baklava) tasted really good. I will definitely order again, only this time via Lieferando or Wolt. Thanks again to the nice and friendly employees who solved the Uber Eats problem!

Fills your stomach but is not cheap. Had a plate of kebab meat which was very salty and dry. The lamb skewer was also dry and burnt and with a bitter taste. Not recommended!

Nice place for a late night quick meal, but they close a little too early

Got a kebab here last night. Been there many times. Meat only less than half and the quality is absolutely subpar. And that's the last 3 times. Felt more cartilage than flesh. Thought that might be an exception. Really a shame, I won't be coming back.

Rotisserie meat (not kebab!) with a lot of turkey. Don't understand all the reviews. Meat was absolutely not tasty and I tried Palu several times over a period of months. Yoghurt sauce extremely watery. Unfortunately, almost all kebab shops in Leipzig offer skewers with an extremely large amount of turkey. Very unfortunate. Pizza was grade 3. Dough was very good, tomato sauce was also good but the cheese didn't melt properly and the meat see above. Wouldn't buy kebab pizza again. Other pizzas would probably taste better here.

I ordered via Uber Eats today. The fries were soggy and the kebab was not edible. Exactly what another user wrote 5 months ago: Meat tasted sour/bitter, like dish soap. Never again.

Went here for lunch break. Had kebab, kofta plates and gozleme. The kebab was nice and juicy, not too dry and not grilled for too long. The plate itself was well filled with fries and salad. I found that some salt was missing from the Ayran. The kofta were ok so nothing special. The highlight for me was Gözleme. Beautifully freshly made, tastes very good. I'll come back just for that The service was very nice and friendly. Price-performance ratio was good.

Waren zur Mittagspause hier. Hatten Döner-, Köfteteller und Gözleme. Der Döner war schön saftig nicht zu trocken auch nicht zu lange gegrillt. Der Teller war an sich gut gefüllt mit Pommes und Salat. Beim Ayran fand ich das etwas Salz gefehlt hat. Die Köfte waren so ok also nichts besonderes. Highlight war für mich Gözleme. Schön frisch gemacht, geschmacklich sehr gut. Werd allein dafür nochmal vorbei kommen Die Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut.

Really too much this time. Ordering is an absolute disaster... Pizza came ICE COLD!!!!! On and for the third time.. It's 2 km to my house, it definitely can't be because of the distance!! Especially since 2 of 3 orders were wrong... you're already begging for a review like that, so here you go. It was definitely my last time

There's another way to taste delicious, mayo in a kebab... It's not possible. The menu had 10 fries that were soggy and not seasoned. The service was also in a bad mood.

Immer super freundlich und tolles Essen.

Der Laden ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ich habe den Dönerteller bestellt und dieser war gut angerichtet. Das essen schmeckt sehr gut, die Bedienung ist aufmerksam und freundlich, alles im allem kann ich den Laden weiterempfehlen. Anmerkung: Das war mein 2. mal hier und er ist bis jetzt Konsistent geblieben.
