Antep Sofrası in Frankfurt am Main

Tonight at 12:35 i was here with a friend of mine, We went to order, but the guy told to set and someone come to take order, We waited for twenty minutes no none came though it was not full. I called him, then he took the order. Ordered two lamspiess . Unfortunately it came after 15 mintes without salat and with xold bread . Discausthing I never experienced such service in frankfurt in anywhere else. Please better go somewere else

There was poor service and no one came to take our order. After I called. Was it taken? After 20 minutes, everyone shared the food and the bullgur was cold and the bread was also cold. I have never experienced such service in Frankfurt. I hardly recommend here.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller. They think they can deceive people. They simply used smaller plates so it wouldn't be noticeable. As if that wasn't enough, they've also reduced the portion sizes. Hardly any rice on the plate and bread is now only brought upon request. Instead of increasing the price by €1-2, they destroy their own products. Little tip to the boss, stop with this stupid plan. It's better to make it 1-2€ more expensive instead of destroying your quality. I can only recommend that everyone avoid the store until they come to their senses and offer normal proteins. The food is no longer worth the money.

The soup is great, but the portion is a bit too much for friends going from Turkey. It is 3 times the size of the one in Turkey. Other portions are the same, but the taste is great. I suggest you try the Döner pita. Thank you.

Delicious Turkey cuisine and comfort food

Prices are now simply too high, 8 EUR for a kebab sandwich... a few years ago it cost 4.50 EUR. I enjoyed ordering and eating here. For 8 EUR I get two well-filled ciabatta sandwiches at the train station cafe!

I've only eaten the grill plate for 4 here so far, but it's really delicious

Had a lentil soup and lahmacun plate. The Lahmacun is baked fresh and crispy, super tasty and fills you up well. The waitress was so sweet and extremely friendly. Thank you very much, gladly again.

My Beyti kebab was still raw inside, not really cooked through, and some of the employees weren't friendly and I also saw two mice running back and forth under the tables.

Antep used to be one of the best shops in the area. Really disappointed 5 times in a row today. The food is getting worse, the portions are getting smaller, the service is becoming more incompetent and everything is becoming more expensive. All the old faces from the good days are no longer there. Has the owner changed? We ate there for the last time today.

I recommend it, it's a very nice family place and the food is delicious and suitable for every budget.

Authentic Turkish cuisine with a large selection

The soup had nothing to do with paça. İşkembe was a good 5 out of 10. On the whole the soups are okay. It definitely needs to be improved. The service was also ok, the ambience was a lot down. Will give the store a 2nd CHANCE.

This excellent restaurant, which we discovered by chance during our visit to Frankfurt, helped us a little with our longing for our country. We would like to thank especially the friendly lady who took care of us. I hope we will see you again.

Mini portions for outrageous prices arrive at the table cold due to completely confused conditions. When this is pointed out, he runs with the plate across the shop, which is not even half full, and is back at the table a minute later. The food was even colder than before. You need to fix the presentation style

Everything was perfect, I tried their Adena kebab and after that pistachio baklava’s , I was near too burst into tears. Definitely I will go back there. by far the best Turkish restaurant I have ever been.

The falafel sandwich was amazing! Nice service and the food was delivered quickly.

I have to admit that I don't like baklava, but this baklava is so delicious that I bought a whole tray and offered it to my work colleagues. Everyone thought it was extremely tasty and I can only say that the baklava master knows his craft well. If anyone wants to buy baklava, I can only recommend this place.

The atmosphere is special. Loads of families with kids... I don't mind... I even like that. The food is simple but very nice you get Bulgur and a great red paprika chilli sauce with your choice of meat skewers... The baklava sweets are very good for a Turkish place. I prefer Lebanese baklava...

Food: At the mixed grill, the Adana & lamb chops were grilled to death, the chicken was raw despite the summer heat and the quality of the lamb was poor (stringy & fatty), the tzatziki came out of a bucket and the baklava master also missed his job.. We didn't even bother with the kebab because of its appearance... Service: Okay... but all in all not recommended...

I came across it that way and wanted to try it after reading the comments. The result is disappointment. Have you never eaten lahmacun in your life? The bottom of the lahmacun was not cooked, the top was not cooked, I asked if it was döner meat, they said veal, it was tasteless, it had no taste, it was white in colour.. Comments are not inflated, friends, be careful!!

Been here twice in the last 4 days it's exceptional and staff brilliant. Will be back again before we go home to England.

Was for dinner on June 15, 2024, it was tasty. Everything was right like food, price, service.

If you are going to eat pita and lahmacun, it is the perfect choice. I can say it because I tried it. Döner is beef doner. ( Kalbfleisch ) It's not minced meat, anyway, you can't make kebab without minced meat! Ali was kind and wonderful. Their kebabs are also superb.

The place is extremely spacious and heartwarming. A place to go with family. The waiters were very attentive. The service is fast and the food is extremely delicious.

The food is, well, the service is asleep. There were four of us there. They first bring us salad and after 15 minutes only cutlery. The table wasn't wiped well. The ambience is nothing special, but you could have opened the parasols. I was there to eat and not to sunbathe you can go eat somewhere else

Prices too overpriced. Lahmacun plate, initially very little meat, when I asked because there wasn't enough meat in it, I was offered the meat costs extra. Only onion in it, a little lettuce and nothing else. The yogurt sauce tasted like nothing, like it was watered down. Plates for more like 10 euros a mini portion. Meat tasted like nothing, wafer-thin and just bad. Sorry, you can expect a little more. Next time it's better to go to Urfa opposite.

I've been living in this part of Frankfurt for years. I only go out to eat there when I really have to and there's nothing else. The shop opposite is just as bad. The meat quality is subpar. You can maybe eat a pizza there or you can get some grilled kebab meat there not consuming at all is not suitable for humans

I had a kebab box with fries. Unfortunately, the meat had cartilage and layers of fat in it, so I had to spit it out. The fries were very good, unfortunately the plastic fork sometimes broke because the fries were nice and crispy.

Not recommendable.. The food sits in your stomach, meat is not appetizing, sorry but every other restaurant is better!

- Food standard: selection of dishes and taste like any other normal Turkish restaurant, - Service is poor to standard: No free starter plate is brought (usually consisting of bread and three dipping sauces) and when packing the dishes, around 80% of the food is not packed. Overall okay.

The meat tastes good and it is clean. A bit more expensive for the portions, but that was to be expected given the location. What I find a bit unfortunate is that sometimes you have to find the waiters yourself because they don't come to you. Also that I mentioned the amount for food and tip several times (3 times and the last time quite loudly), which was supposed to be 58 euros in total, which apparently they didn't understand the first few times. Even though I spoke loudly and clearly, stood in front of her and it was otherwise quiet. Only afterwards did I realize that it was 60 euros, although there was clearly no misunderstanding when I said it so clearly in an empty shop. For service where I had to get up twice to see the waitress when there was only one other table next to us occupied and where they barely interacted with us for 1 minute, I think it's borderline not to "accidentally" give back 2 euros. I only noticed it afterwards. The restaurant itself is fine, but when it comes to things like this, I recommend going to the neighbor across the street.

It didn't taste good, the table was much too small. Afterwards waited a very long time for waitress to place order. Afterwards she didn't write down the order and 50% of the dishes came wrong (no Cola Zero but normal ones, rice instead of fries and vice versa, no lentil soup came, no bread came). The chicken breast meat wasn't tender white on the inside, but was already dark red /purple color (poor quality?) The rice was dry and occasionally very hard (probably had been there for a long time). A dish only came after a very long time, when everyone had already finished eating, with the statement that it had been burned.

Doner kebab was ok, vegetarian Dürrüm wasn't possible at all. The bread was totally dried out - grilled vegetables were mushy. Taste ok. I wouldn't go there again.

Very very good shop!!! And above all, real meat!

Went there today with a friend and we were both very excited. The service was very good and we received very friendly advice. I then decided on the falafel sandwich and have rarely had such a freshly prepared sandwich. My girlfriend had the chicken skewer plate, which was also super fresh and tasted really delicious. We also had homemade Ayran and it was really great. Thanks again. Gladly again.

It's really a big disappointment, they don't even deserve a terrible star as an Antep fan.

Man muss eins lassen, ich hatte einen Lanmspieß und einen Adana Spieß bestellt. Der Adana war wirklich atemberaubend mit einer der besten, die ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Das „Meze“ (Vorspeise) kommt parallel mit der Hauptspeise an den Tisch gebracht, das muss unbedingt geändert werden. Die Vorspeise dient ja eben dazu, dass sie „vor“ der Hauptspeise gegessen wird. Und ein dicker Minuspunkt für den Erdogan Song im Restaurant, echt schwach. Warum wird sowas in so einer Räumlichkeit gespielt?

Pide mit Spinat und Käse war sehr enttäuschend. Belag sehr dünn. Schmeckte und sah nicht nach Spinat sondern Salatblatt aus.

Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie für Teller Suppen Reste 7,-€ bezahlt so eine frechheit , werde nie wieder dort essen gehen . Rate ich euch auch , für die Preise kann man auch in viel besseren Luxus Restaurants essen gehen . Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Almanya'da yediğim en güzel mercimek çorbasının yanı sıra kahvaltı tabağı taze ve çok lezzetliydi. Herkes güleryüzlü idi. Böyle yerleri bulmak gerçekten zor. Tüm personellerine teşekkür ediyorum.

Antepsofrasi war für mich eine großartige Erfahrung. Die Gerichte sind lecker, und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Lokal!

This place is super friendly and big portion

Gerade habe ich erst fünf Sterne in Bad Camberg vergeben, jetzt tue ich das auch in Frankfurt-Höchst. Allerdings nicht in allen Kategorien. Das Ambiente ist o.k , aber nicht vom Stuhl reißend. Dafür hatre ich eine absolut reizende deutsch-türkische weibliche Bedienung. Noch vor der indischen und der griechischen Küche rangiert bei mir die (wohlgemerkt gute!!!) türkische Küche. Allein schon wegen der großen Gemüsevielfalt wird sie ja gern auf die Ebene der (ländlichen) französischen Küche gehoben. Zurecht! Und das Antep Sofrasi ist dabei ein guter Vertreter. Schon der Anblick der üpoig gefüllten langen Theke lässt einem das Wasser im Mund zusammenlaufen. Was dann z.B. von den ganz wunderbaren Grillgerichten gehalten und bestätigt wird. Wie so oft bei diesen Restaurants muss der Genießer auf Alkohol verzichten. Und merkt ganz schnell, dass ein guter Cay auch gut zum Essen passt. Wenn man das Restaurant verlässt, ist man fast überrascht, dass man sich mitten in Deutschland befindet. So sehr war man an den Bosporus abgetaucht. Übrigens: In Gaziantep (so heißt das "Abtep" eigentlich) bin ich vor 50 Jahren auf einer großen Türkei-Rundreisen mit Bussen und Dolmuz gewesen und habe Stadt, Land und Leute kennen und lieben gelernt. Das ist bis heute so geblieben.

Mein Frau und ich kommen seit Jahren am Sonntag oder Samstag gerne ab und zu Mittagessen vorbei. Der Service ist immer sehr zuvorkommenden und die Qualität vom Essen ist einfach super. Wir können die Kritik anderer Kunden nicht bestätigen.
