I have to change my review to something negative. I haven't been to Mir im to eat in for a while. However, we have ordered several times by phone or in person and taken it home. Unfortunately, I have to say that the last few orders have been disappointing. They always forgot something, or packed something completely different from what was ordered. That's extremely disappointing. The first time, I ordered two doner plates: I got one and a dürüm. The second time, I ordered a doner plate with bulgur: I got a doner plate with fries. The third time, I ordered two doner plates with yogurt sauce and feta cheese, a doner with garlic sauce and without feta cheese, and today I ordered two doner plates with bulgur and garlic sauce. We only got one at first... the second one was quickly made when we said we ordered two. However, once again, we didn't get what we ordered: we got both doner plates with rice and yogurt sauce. It's kind of annoying when the orders are always wrong. I hope the team gets itself back on track soon! Old review: I love coming here. Very friendly and attentive staff. The food is delicious. A Turkish mocha is a must to finish off your meal.

The doner pizza is delicious. Nice and juicy, the crust is perfect, and the veal is extremely tasty. Update: The garlic sauce has been lacking garlic for the past 2-3 months. Please make it like it was before; it was much better. Now it tastes like the yogurt sauce. I'm not the only one who's noticed it. You can also read about it in other reviews here. Update 2: Unfortunately, quality fluctuates. Sometimes the food tastes very good, sometimes "okay," even though it's the same dish. Please maintain the quality consistently.

The restaurant has a truly excellent selection of dishes...even schnitzel for those who like that...but the drinks we ordered came to our table in open bottles...okay, I could have asked the waiter for a glass or a straw, but unfortunately I didn't do it to avoid being a nuisance. A big mistake...I've never had cold sores like this before...so please always be careful!

I ordered a terrible meal! Cold food Flavorless chicken, barely marinated Cold rice I asked for a spicy sauce and was served ketchup with chili flakes in it. Very, very bad, won't order again!

We've been there three times in the last six weeks. We ordered various dishes, such as chicken skewers, chicken, Adana skewers, and meatballs, each with a choice of fries or rice... everything was delicious, as were the dips. The salad was also very good. The restaurant is spacious and beautifully decorated. There are also tables outside. The staff is very friendly and professional. We finished off our meal with a cup of tea. Thank you!!

By far the absolute number 1 with the best veal and chicken in town. I was there today and not only did I eat very well, but I was also treated with great friendliness and courtesy. Update: The food is still good, but the service only seems to be excellent on the first visit, when you ask for a review. Once you've given the review, they don't ask for çay or bring meze anymore. A bit weak!

Hello, I ate here today and it was delicious. I had a kofte plate with three different sauces and bulgur, and it was very, very tasty. The service was great; the gentleman who served us was very friendly. The chai was free, and I highly recommend everyone to visit the place. Honest cooking and delicious food. All the best!

Absolutely wonderful place! Kervem quickly became one of my favorite spots in Frankfurt. The food is incredibly tasty and satisfying — everything I tried was full of flavor and the portions are very generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. But what truly makes this place special is the people. The staff are some of the kindest and warmest I’ve met — genuinely welcoming and attentive. You can feel that they care about their guests, and that creates such a positive, homey atmosphere. Highly recommend for both the food and the experience!

Got three doner kebabs and a falafel sandwich. There was far too little sauce, and nothing was spicy. The old man kept asking questions from the side, and then the guy behind the counter asked again. Absolute doner crime.

First of all, the atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice. The staff is attentive and friendly. I tried the soup, Adana kebab, and kunefe here. The soup was okay. Unfortunately, the Adana kebab and kunefe were bad. We visited the restaurant based on the good reviews, but it fell far short of our expectations. We didn't try the other dishes—perhaps they're better—but based on our experience, we're giving it 3 stars.

The waitress thinks we'll have to wait forever if she leaves the checkout without a word after handing us the terminal to pay. When she caught up with us later (after about eight minutes), she simply complained that we weren't allowed to just leave. She ignored my questions about how I was supposed to know there'd been a transaction error, where she was, and for how long. The waitress was very argumentative, as if she wanted to challenge us to a low-level debate. The rest of the staff didn't want to listen to the matter any further. Unfortunately, customer service is zero.

The meat is tough, the portions are small, no bread, and a small Turkish tea costs 1.50. The doors are open everywhere, letting in cigarette smoke, which is not ideal for non-smokers.

The menu has a lot of options, but most of them not suitable for vegetarians or vegans so if you go eat in this place, take this into account. The prices are mid range but given how big the portions are and how amazing the food tastes, it is totally worth it. I highly recommend.

A delicious meal for friends and family {and the copper cup gives the Ayran even more structure}. The Adana was delicious and the sticky rice went perfectly with it. Instead of ketchup, I would add a piece of fresh bread and place the garbage can in the toilet better.

In my opinion, Kirvem grill Haus has the best offer of food in the area, especially for meat lovers. I believe it would not be too much to say that it is on my top 5 list of restaurants of this type in Germany. I have tried various menu options and can highly recommend Lammkoteletts and Iskender Kebab as truly authentic and pleasant to the eye and to the stomach :). Atmosphere is great as the owner is always around and make sure that the quality is always best and up to the standard, orders come fast and everything is clean. I believe the reviews are not exaggerated and are true.

Unfortunately, the prices on the card and the actual amount to be paid did not match at all. Additionally, my leftover food was simply thrown away even though I asked for it to be packed. I also had the impression that the other guests got free tea, but we didn't. It's a shame, the food itself was good.

Kirvem is a super good grill house on the Leipziger, which stands out for its good food, but above all for its great service and presentation. Both the Köfte plate and the lamb tasted good, but for me it's the little things that make the shop special. A small salad as a starter, the main course served on a beautifully arranged platter, Ayran from the machine. All these little things add up to a more than solid product. The product also includes a chai after the meal. And attentive staff who care about the customers. Overall, from the food, the service, and finally the presentation and the price, an absolute recommendation!

We walked past by chance and decided to grab something to eat. Interior is very cozy and clean. The staff was very friendly. The food, however, was the best! Homemade Ayran and Börek We also ate a kebab which was also really tasty. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. I will definitely come back and try more.

We ate a Gözleme and a soup here, my fiancé had breakfast and it was so extremely delicious. The baked goods, especially the bread and the gozleme, tasted so soft and delicious. I would definitely come again and highly recommend it. The service was also great!!! Highly recommended

I actually like the shop and its owner, but unfortunately my kebab wasn't worth the money. I was surprised at how quickly he finished, and that was the problem. The bread was so soggy and soaked from the sauce that a third of my kebab fell to the floor when I opened it. The rest of the kebab was far dry on top, no salt, no sauce, nothing, and at the end of the kebab everything was swimming in a soup, made of sauce and meat, I couldn't tell the taste of the sauce, it was all one measure. It's a shame, 8 euros is too much money for me to just spend like that. I'll go back to 36.......It's also worrying that this is the third kebab in a row that I didn't like at your place. It happens that a kebab doesn't taste good, but three times? I have the impression that you make an effort to ensure that the guests eat the "real" plates, but you only deal with the customer quickly with a hand-made kebab because it hardly brings in any money. Very unfortunate

Violation detected on June 3, 2024 Type of complaint / product name Not insignificant hygienic deficiencies were found that had a detrimental effect on the food and dishes. A rodent infestation was discovered. All handwashing sinks lacked means for washing hands and drying hands hygienically (liquid soap and disposable paper towels in dispensers). Several hand basins were filled with objects and could not be used. Deep-frozen food was kept in stock without a name or indication of how it was frozen or where it came from, so that the age and therefore marketability could not be accurately determined. Immediate basic cleaning and disinfection of all equipment and surfaces was ordered. The company was officially closed. Show kitchen/counter: A mouse infestation was discovered (mouse droppings on the equipment, in the dough box, on the floor, on a plate, on a wooden board; tracks on cables). Several furnishings were very dirty. The floor was particularly dirty in the edge and corner areas, as well as under and behind the facilities. When handling food, materials were used that were not suitable for contact with food. Several boxes that come into contact with food were contaminated. The dough kneader housing was very heavily contaminated with old dough residue in the area between the head and the bowl. The grease filters of the extractor system were contaminated with grease residue. Food was placed on the market that was stored in disgusting conditions (bread was covered with a blanket). Some of the transport protection film on the device had not been removed as intended, adequate cleaning was not possible, and the accumulation of dirt was not avoided. The frying fat in the deep fryer was used up (noticeable smoke development, unpleasant smell) and was therefore no longer suitable for deep frying. The deep fryer was very dirty and greasy. The fryer basket was damaged. Both underbody cooling systems: The interior, especially in the water collecting trays, was heavily contaminated and covered with biofilm and the running rails of the sliding doors were heavily soiled. Perishable foods were kept in stock at an inappropriate temperature, thereby interrupting the cold chain (temperature measured for soft cheese: +17.9°C). The glass panes of the hot counter were damaged. The top cooling device was contaminated. Kitchen / basement: A separate handwashing sink, separate from the required food washing facility, was missing. The silicone joint in the sink for work tools and equipment was contaminated with mold-like contamination. Several objects (e.g. meat grinder, saucepan blender, food processor ejector disc) that come into contact with food were contaminated. The mortar mixer used in food production was not made of food grade material. The intended purpose was different and there was no certificate of conformity from the manufacturer. The ventilation grille of the refrigerator was heavily contaminated and covered in mold. A rodent infestation (rats, mice) was found (eaten food bags, semolina, mouse droppings on the cable duct). Storage room (in front of the cold room) / basement: The floor drain was heavily contaminated. The condensation water from the cooling unit was not drained into a closed system. Cold room / basement: The floor was dirty. Food containers (buckets of mayonnaise and yogurt) were stored on the floor, which are usually also placed on the work surfaces during the work process Storage/boiler room: A rat infestation was detected.

Doner kebab was okay, but nothing special. The place is somehow overwhelming and too crowded. Unpleasant air.

I've been a regular customer here for a long time. Food always tastes good. Clean restaurant. The only thing that bothered me was that the waiter wearing adilettes, socks and sweatpants (in November) took our order. Something more serious would be nicer. That doesn't suit the restaurant. Otherwise there is nothing wrong. Always come back as Regular customer.
