Die Speisen sind sehr lecker und die Portionen sind auch groß, man wird satt. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich, nur empfehlenswert.

Es gibt an diesem Restaurant sowohl positive als auch negative Seiten. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker, die Portionen sind fair und passen zum Preis. Für mich gehört dieses Restaurant zu den besten Grillrestaurants in Frankfurt. Ich habe sogar jedes Mal, wenn ich Besuch hatte, meine Gäste hierher mitgebracht. Leider werde ich trotzdem nicht mehr wiederkommen. Der Grund ist folgender: Wenn man einen gemischten Grillteller bestellt und das übrig gebliebene Fleisch zusammen mit dem Reis, und dem Salat zum Mitnehmen einpacken lassen möchte, wird zunächst gesagt: „Kein Problem, wir packen alles ein.“ Ich habe sogar ausdrücklich erwähnt, dass ich den Reis und den Salat ebenfalls mitnehmen möchte, da ich schließlich dafür bezahlt habe. Zu Hause musste ich dann feststellen, dass nur das Fleisch eingepackt wurde. Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, warum ich die Beilagen, für die ich bezahlt habe, nicht mitnehmen darf. Das ist mein einziger Kritikpunkt an diesem Restaurant. Noch enttäuschender finde ich aber, dass einem zuerst zugesagt wird, alles einzupacken, und am Ende doch etwas anderes gemacht wird. Als Kunde wünsche ich mir Ehrlichkeit und Verlässlichkeit. Wenn etwas nicht möglich ist, dann sagt es bitte direkt. Aber etwas zu versprechen und es anschließend nicht einzuhalten, hinterlässt leider einen sehr schlechten Eindruck.

Extrem unfreundlich und das Essen wird nicht sauber zubereitet. Unser Essen war dreckig, nachdem wir die Bedienung darauf angesprochen haben, wurden wir angeschnauzt.

Wir sind hier gerade essen. Ich hatte einen Geill Mix Teller und meine Freundin hatte Döner Teller Kalb. Es hat verdammt gut geschmeckt. Da kann sich manch anderer ne Scheibe von abschneiden.

Die Mitarbeiter sollen auf Hygiene achten.Man kann nicht einfach dem Hände ohne Handschuhe ins Salat rein tun und dann servieren.Die können mindenstens eine Zange benutzen 🤮🤢

Top! Das Essen ist frisch und super lecker zubereitet, der Service freundlich und kompetent. Das Fleisch ist aromatisch und die Beilagen sind wirklich vielseitig (toller Salat). Auch die Falafel sind wärmstens zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolut herausragendes Restaurant! Schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich sofort wohl – das Ambiente ist stilvoll, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende erstklassig: freundlich, aufmerksam und unglaublich herzlich. Das Essen war einfach sensationell. Jede Speise war perfekt angerichtet, frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit hochwertigen Zutaten und echter Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die perfekte Balance der Aromen und die kreative Präsentation der Gerichte. Auch die Wartezeiten waren angenehm kurz und das gesamte Team hat dafür gesorgt, dass man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen fühlt. Selten habe ich ein Restaurant erlebt, das sowohl kulinarisch als auch menschlich so überzeugt. Für mich definitiv eines der besten Restaurants überhaupt – ich komme garantiert wieder und kann es jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Schlechtester Laden in dem ich je war. Ich habe eine Grillplatte bestellt. Am Anfang war alles gut aber je kälter das Fleisch war desto mehr war es wie Pappe. Als der Kellner unser Salat brachte, hat er es auf meine Frau gekippt und sich entschuldigt. Ich habe auch nichts aufs Haus bekommen oder Rabatt.Als wir nach extra Brot gefragt haben (waren zu 8 und haben nur einen Korb mit 6 brotstücken bekommen) hat der Kellner schon dumm uns angeschaut. Als der Kellner gefragt hat wie das Essen war und ich ihm gesagt habe dass es mir nicht gefallen hat, war er nicht kritikfähig und meinte das ich keinen Geschmack hätte. Das sie die besten in der Umgebung sind und ich noch nie was Gutes gegessen hätte. Nie wieder gehen wir in so ein Restaurant!

Wir waren an einem Samstag als Familie dort essen. Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte bestellt ( von Hähnchen Spieß bis hin zum Lahmacun) , alles hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Das preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch ok. Uns hat ein älterer Herr bedient ( vermutlich der Inhaber) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder 🫶🏻

Also ich bin absolut zufrieden. Das Essen schmeckt mega geil. Der Service ist super freundlich. Hier gibt es so eine schöne internationale Atmosphäre. Also ich empfehle euch allen einen Besuch hier.

Feb. 2026: Türkischer Grill mit offener Küche. Essen war lecker und eine vernünftige Portion. Service freundlich. Parken leicht schwierig. Für den Döner- Teller mit Kalbfleisch zahlte ich 14.50 Euro.

Fantastisches Essen und fantastisches Personal!

Ich war im Kirvem Grill Haus in Frankfurt-Bockenheim und habe einen Dürüm sowie einen Dönerteller probiert. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der frische Ayran und das Brot, das wirklich lecker und frisch war. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und schnell, was den Besuch angenehm gemacht hat. Leider konnte uns das Fleisch geschmacklich nicht überzeugen. Es war nur wenig gewürzt und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass es mit Hackfleisch gestreckt war, was den Geschmack eher flach gemacht hat. Gerade beim Dönerteller hätten wir uns hier mehr Qualität und Würze gewünscht. Insgesamt ein solider Laden mit guten Basics und freundlichem Service, aber beim Fleisch gibt es aus unserer Sicht noch deutlich Luft nach oben.

Das Essen ist sowohl lecker als auch preiswert. Wir wurden von einem älteren Herren bedient welcher sehr freundlich war.

Wirklich köstlicher Kebab. Ich hatte ein Hähnchensandwich mit Gemüse und Joghurtsauce (Nr. 22). Alles war wirklich frisch und lecker.

Everything about this restaurant is perfect, from start to finish. The owner himself serves the guests and is very friendly and attentive. The food is first-class! As soon as I'm back in Frankfurt, I'll definitely visit again. :)

I usually eat doner kebabs there. The meat tastes significantly better than in comparable standard doner shops. The service could be better, though. After bringing the food, the guy sits down, drinks tea, and doesn't look at you again. Especially at lunchtime, many people need faster service.

I was told my order was going to take 10min I ended up waiting 30min. My order was burnt TWICE They gave me a free piece of baklava..

During our visit to Frankfurt, we stopped by this restaurant. We ordered Beyti Kebab, Iskender, and a pizza. The Iskender was just average, and while the Beyti was tasty, the bite-sized pieces were too small. We give the restaurant a solid 4 stars.

The doner pizza is delicious, the best in the Frankfurt area, and I've tried almost every place over the past few years. It's juicy, large (30cm), the crust is perfect, and the veal is incredibly tasty. It's a shame that Wolt's prices are significantly higher than our local prices, otherwise we would have ordered delivery from here more often.

The pizza was well-topped. The doner meat was great. Friendly service. Very child-friendly, too. The tables are well-stocked with napkins, cutlery, and condiments. We love coming here when we're visiting Frankfurt.

Top shop food is very good only recommendable

I have to change my review to something negative. I haven't been to Mir im to eat in for a while. However, we have ordered several times by phone or in person and taken it home. Unfortunately, I have to say that the last few orders have been disappointing. They always forgot something, or packed something completely different from what was ordered. That's extremely disappointing. The first time, I ordered two doner plates: I got one and a dürüm. The second time, I ordered a doner plate with bulgur: I got a doner plate with fries. The third time, I ordered two doner plates with yogurt sauce and feta cheese, a doner with garlic sauce and without feta cheese, and today I ordered two doner plates with bulgur and garlic sauce. We only got one at first... the second one was quickly made when we said we ordered two. However, once again, we didn't get what we ordered: we got both doner plates with rice and yogurt sauce. It's kind of annoying when the orders are always wrong. I hope the team gets itself back on track soon! Old review: I love coming here. Very friendly and attentive staff. The food is delicious. A Turkish mocha is a must to finish off your meal.

The restaurant has a truly excellent selection of dishes...even schnitzel for those who like that...but the drinks we ordered came to our table in open bottles...okay, I could have asked the waiter for a glass or a straw, but unfortunately I didn't do it to avoid being a nuisance. A big mistake...I've never had cold sores like this before...so please always be careful!

We've been there three times in the last six weeks. We ordered various dishes, such as chicken skewers, chicken, Adana skewers, and meatballs, each with a choice of fries or rice... everything was delicious, as were the dips. The salad was also very good. The restaurant is spacious and beautifully decorated. There are also tables outside. The staff is very friendly and professional. Hello, I ate here today and it was delicious. I had a kofte plate with three different sauces and bulgur, and it was very, very tasty. Grill plate was okay, but I've eaten better in Frankfurt

Absolutely wonderful place! Kervem quickly became one of my favorite spots in Frankfurt. The food is incredibly tasty and satisfying — everything I tried was full of flavor and the portions are very generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. But what truly makes this place special is the people. The staff are some of the kindest and warmest I’ve met — genuinely welcoming and attentive. You can feel that they care about their guests, and that creates such a positive, homey atmosphere. Highly recommend for both the food and the experience!

Got three doner kebabs and a falafel sandwich. There was far too little sauce, and nothing was spicy. The old man kept asking questions from the side, and then the guy behind the counter asked again. Absolute doner crime.

First of all, the atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice. The staff is attentive and friendly. I tried the soup, Adana kebab, and kunefe here. The soup was okay. Unfortunately, the Adana kebab and kunefe were bad. We visited the restaurant based on the good reviews, but it fell far short of our expectations. We didn't try the other dishes—perhaps they're better—but based on our experience, we're giving it 3 stars.

The meat is tough, the portions are small, no bread, and a small Turkish tea costs 1.50. The doors are open everywhere, letting in cigarette smoke, which is not ideal for non-smokers.

The waitress thinks we'll have to wait forever if she leaves the checkout without a word after handing us the terminal to pay. When she caught up with us later (after about eight minutes), she simply complained that we weren't allowed to just leave. She ignored my questions about how I was supposed to know there'd been a transaction error, where she was, and for how long. The waitress was very argumentative, as if she wanted to challenge us to a low-level debate. The rest of the staff didn't want to listen to the matter any further. Unfortunately, customer service is zero.

The menu has a lot of options, but most of them not suitable for vegetarians or vegans so if you go eat in this place, take this into account. The prices are mid range but given how big the portions are and how amazing the food tastes, it is totally worth it. I highly recommend.

A delicious meal for friends and family {and the copper cup gives the Ayran even more structure}. The Adana was delicious and the sticky rice went perfectly with it. Instead of ketchup, I would add a piece of fresh bread and place the garbage can in the toilet better.
