It's turned out beautifully with the new owners, congratulations! We've eaten here three or four times since the renovation. The first time we had takeaway, a whole new level of quality, superb, normal portion, truly fantastic flavor (and finally no mountains of onions on top). The second time we ate in the restaurant, it took ages for the food to arrive, and the portion was significantly smaller. The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, though, and the food itself was good and special. Most recently, we tried takeaway again… and I have no idea what was going on, but the portions were so absurdly small that we weighed them out of desperation. The regular gyros plates contained about 100 grams of gyros… is this for real or a bad joke?! The billing from the part-time employee at pickup was also confusing, but unfortunately, we only realized later that it cost significantly more than it should have.

I was thoroughly delighted with my visit to this restaurant. From the warm welcome to the attentive service to the excellent cuisine – everything was just perfect. The dishes were not only beautifully presented, but also a true taste experience. Fresh ingredients, creative combinations, and perfect preparation – it couldn't be better.

I chose this restaurant for dinner with friends on my birthday because we'd all been there several times and the quality of the food and service had always impressed us. Unfortunately, this evening turned out to be the worst restaurant experience of our lives. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food. Despite repeated requests, we always received the same evasive answer: "Right away." The third time, we asked for at least the children's (6-year-old) food to be brought forward, as it was already 8:30 p.m. and the children were getting hungry and irritable. The waiter simply laughed at us and walked away without saying a word. When we tried to call him back, he completely ignored us. The children started shouting, "I'm hungry," when suddenly the owner, whom we had never seen on our previous visits, approached my friend—highly aggressive, loud, and with no intention of solving the problem. A female employee had to physically restrain him because it seriously appeared he was about to assault her. Eventually, he kicked us out of the restaurant, saying he "didn't need our money." For someone who runs a restaurant, this is a completely incomprehensible and shocking reaction. We used to be regulars—now we will never set foot in this place again. This behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and dangerous.

This restaurant used to be good, with delicious food and friendly service. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I will never go back. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food. During that time, we asked several times if at least the two children could have their food. Each time, we were told it would be right away. But nothing came. In the end, we got impatient. Then the owner came out of the kitchen and yelled at us that it was just the way it was, that it was taking so long, that we were there to eat, not to argue, and that we had to accept it. In the end, he yelled that he didn't need our money and that we should go away. So, of course, we left. I've never been yelled at in a restaurant for waiting too long for our food.

We were five adults and two children, and we were supposed to celebrate a birthday – unfortunately, it turned out to be a completely disappointing evening. We waited over an hour and 20 minutes for our food. During this time, we asked three times for at least the children's meals to be brought earlier, as the children were very hungry – unfortunately, to no avail. Particularly annoying: The table next to us, which arrived after us, received their food much earlier. We even asked them about it – the guests there confirmed that they had also waited a long time and found it strange that we still hadn't received anything. Instead of an explanation, the alleged owner came out of the kitchen and started yelling at us. Without even listening, he called us "disruptive" and said he didn't need customers like us. Then he loudly ordered us to leave the restaurant. Completely unacceptable! I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment. Unprofessional, rude, and completely uncustomer-oriented. We certainly won't be back – and can't recommend this place to anyone.

Great food and fantastic service! Waiter Nick was especially great – attentive, friendly, and in a good mood. Thanks to him, we felt truly at home. We'd love to go back!

Delicious food, absolutely courteous service

Really delicious, high-quality food. It's now our regular restaurant. Great atmosphere, modern and cozy!

The renovated restaurant impresses at first glance with its high-quality ambience: elegant white tablecloths, fabric napkins and tasteful lighting create an elegant setting. Nevertheless, the room seems a bit cold and sterile due to the complete lack of decoration and pictures. The modernly interpreted cuisine shows interesting approaches. The saganaki is creatively served on lettuce leaves with balsamic decoration, but unfortunately the cheese inside was cold. The small salad plate would have gained in authenticity with a Greek dressing instead of Italian balsamic vinegar. The grilled calamari were just two tubes like you can find in the freezer of every supermarket. It was missing the typical grilled tentacles and everything that defines fresh calamari. Very disappointing because things used to be different. I particularly missed small gestures that are almost a given in a Greek restaurant - such as olives or an ouzo as a welcome. The staff was very friendly and professional, but there is still the feeling that despite all the modernity, a little Greek warmth and atmosphere has been lost.

Update: The boss remodeled and it turned out really nice! Great window seats, no more drafts, great open bar, friendly colors, beautiful light, new toilet... only... the food has remained the same... fantastic. The outposts are slowly being prepared☀️ Very finely cooked. Everything fresh. A very attentive service that keeps an eye on everything and the boss comes to the table. The decor is simple, the food is great. I'm already looking forward to summer and the outdoor spaces.

Highly recommended. A real insider tip. If you want to try authentic Greek and Mediterranean dishes, this is the right place for you. Not a classic run-of-the-mill Greek, the focus here is on quality at affordable prices. We had lamb chops which were just perfect. A large portion with 5 well-cut pieces, best quality, very tender and perfectly seasoned. The scampi pan was also great, scampi was still nice and glassy, ​​with various vegetables and garlic, definitely try it. Homemade tzatziki, served with bread. Service very friendly and quick. Freshly renovated, super cozy atmosphere. If you want to spend a cozy evening in a pleasant atmosphere with really delicious food, this is the right place for you. Really highly recommended.

I can only describe the food here as excellent! The top quality of the food is remarkable and makes every visit an enjoyable experience. The ambience is bright and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The waiter is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable straight away. Particularly impressive is the owner, who runs the kitchen himself and meets his customers in person when the opportunity arises. His down-to-earth approach and attention to detail make this restaurant something very special. I highly recommend it!

I know a lot of Greek restaurants and many of them are really delicious. But this inconspicuous tavern is a real original! The meat is of excellent quality and the dishes are authentic and prepared with love. My tip: Ask the innkeeper for his personal recommendation – you won’t regret it! I've eaten there at least 10 times and am impressed every time. And definitely don't miss dessert, especially if you love warm sweets with ice cream. Simply heavenly!

Hallo erstmal Eine Taverne nach meinem Geschmack, ohne viel chichi aber trotzdem gemütlich diese Taverne hat ihren Charme Das Essen war sehr lecker 😋 die Größe der Portion völlig ausreichend man schmeckt an der Qualität des Fleisches der Besitzer hat Ahnung vom Fleisch Man sollte in der Tat einen Tisch reservieren denn in der Taverne geht die Nachbarschaft Essen Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich Ich kann diese Taverne nur empfehlen! Ich habe mit meiner Familie einen schönen Abend verbracht mit gutem Essen und leckeren Ouzo und Wein Ich/Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen Der Sommer ist zwar fast vorbei,aber es gibt auch einen kleinen Aussenbereich Ich empfehle nicht mit dem Auto zukommen denn parken ist schlecht dort,oder man muss länger rumfahren um einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Ich mag das Lokal, weil es um die Ecke liegt. Essen ist gut, aber keinesfalls etwas besonderes. Service ist freundlich, Räume in die Jahre gekommen und Toilette so lala. Bier gut, Wein geht so. Wenn man draußen unter den Weinreben sitzt, ist es ein Stern mehr.....und es werden Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Ich empfehle die Lammkotellets, die kriegt Mama wunderbar hin

Wunderschöne kleine griechische Taverne. Es gibt nur wenige Plätze, dafür überzeugt die Taverne durch super guten und lieben Service und sehr leckeres Essen!

Kenne den Laden seit meiner Kindheit und ich habe bis jetzt keinen besseren gefunden. Auf weitere 25 Jahre bitte.

Die Bedienung ist jedes Mal sehr freundlich. Beim Essen wurde ich noch nie enttäuscht: immer sehr lecker und die Portionen sind ausreichend groß. Ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet an wenig befahrener Straße. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, in durch Pflanzen und rankendem Wein abgegrenztem Bereich, draußen zu sitzen.

Ich kenne den Laden nun schon von klein auf an so wie die Familie, wie gehen da gerne essen, freundlich, mega leckeres Essen alles frisch zubereitet.

Eigentlich dachte ich ich hätte hier schon meine Meinung zu gesagt ,da ich hier öfters bin . aber leider habe ich gerade festgestellt, dass ich noch keine Rezension geschrieben habe. Also kommt sie jetzt.. Das erste Mal war ich mit meinem Freund dort vor zwei Jahren glaube ich... Und da konnte man im Juli schön draußen sitzen auf der Terrasse und es war eine außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre. Wir hatten glücklicherweise einen Tisch reserviert und wurden freundlich bedient das Essen war super lecker auch für Vegetarier gab es leckere Sachen oder gibt es immer noch.. so waren wir auch im Dezember dort und mit einem anderen Freund die letzten Tage.. und es hat sich überhaupt nichts geändert das Essen ist immer noch genauso lecker wie die letzten Male und auch das Flair und die Freundlichkeit ist unverändert. Für griechische Essenliebhaber genau das Richtige...

Das Essen ist super lecker, es gibt sogar vegetarische grandiose Auswahl und ein veganes Gericht. Die Atmosphäre ist authentisch und locker. Insbesondere draußen ist es wie ein Kurzurlaub, denn man kann sich Zeit nehmen und genießen.

Ich kann die guten Bewertung hier absolut nicht verstehen, ich war mit meiner Frau hier aufgrund der guten Rezessionen, wir sind normalerweise immer bei unserem Stamm Griechen, und wollten uns auch gerne mal eines Besseren belehren lassen, was auch praktisch wäre, wo das Lokal nur 5 Minuten von uns entfernt ist, leider blieb das Essen weit unter den Erwartungen die wir hatten zurück. Preis-Leistung kommen meiner Meinung hier überhaupt nicht zusammen. Zum Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants (wo die Portionen auch größer sind) recht hohe Preise. Das Gyros war trocken, ich glaube in der Pfanne zubereitet, und nicht vom Drehspieß. Für uns war der Besuch leider enttäuschend

Gemütliches, relativ günstiges Familienrestaurant, gute Küche mit wechselnden Tagesgerichten und auch vegetarischen Varianten (z. B. von Moussaka), liebenswerte Betreiber. Man darf auch nur auf ein Getränk (oder mehrere) kommen, was etliche Nachbarn gerne in Anspruch nehmen. Es gibt vor dem Lokal einen schönen Außenbereich mit Platz für etwa 25 Leute, umgeben von schönen Blühpflanzen und teilweise unter einem mit Wein bewachsenen Pavillon. Zurzeit Montags und Dienstags geschlossen, ansonsten ab 17.30 bis ca. 22.30 geöffnet. Am Wochenende und bei schönenm Wetter empfiehlt sich öfters eine Reservierung.
