Good Greek food, friendly staff.

Ordered there and picked it up myself. Went perfectly. Service was very accommodating, when I got home I saw the portion, very plentiful but important for me, very tasty.

We were there for Easter Monday lunch and had a great time. The hosts were very friendly, the food was of an official size and was also very tasty. The specific Easter decorations looked loving, the opening hours for the holidays were kept up to date and the obligatory ouzo was also tasty.

The restaurant was one of the best Greek restaurants we have eaten at so far. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and charming. The dishes were simple and the prices were more than acceptable. The ambience was kept simple, but we still felt very comfortable. Therefore I can highly recommend Alexandros to the Greeks.

Otherwise the food was very tasty, but today there were several hairs in my food and I find that really disgusting.

So far the orders via Lieferando have been okay, this time we were unfortunately very disappointed with the mixed salad, gyros, fries massacre and a very bland salad. Usually the salad is separated from the main course, so I don't want to order it again.

The food was okay, the price was reasonable. There is still room for improvement in service.

The waiter pretty much ignored me, but hey, he still managed to bring the food - and with an expression like he was just having an unpleasant conversation with his girlfriend... The food was so cold, as if it had taken a little break in the fridge. And best of all, it was a little underseasoned, which gave the whole thing an extra dose of “I don’t care.” A true masterpiece of indifference. Next time I'd rather look for a place where you at least feel like you're welcome.

There wasn't that much going on this evening. During the week. This had an immediate effect on the ambience. The service is fast, friendly and well coordinated. One Uso to greet you and one to say goodbye. Authentic frame. The food is very traditional without much surprise. The mix plate is of course meat, fries and tzatziki. A salad too. I would have been pleasantly surprised by a grilled tomato and pepperoni on the side. Unfortunately no. Solid evening. Tastes. But I missed the final whistle.

Craziness! 🤩 The two of us didn't make a reservation on a Saturday evening and we were still seated. The table was absolutely ok - when a table for four became available behind us, we were offered it. So service and staff are TOP! The food: Gyros Metaxa gratinated & turkey rolls with spinach & feta: incredibly tasty and authentic. So again at any time! Absolutely recommended 💕

Addendum: Things have changed bit by bit since the change of ownership. First of all, no more homemade salad dressing, but a ready-made product. Secondly, the homemade Greek rice with mint and lemon, which was unmistakably good and also time-consuming to cook. Thirdly, no more fresh home-baked bread. The fourth thing is that the gyros no longer tastes like anything. Hardly seasoned and cut very small. Unfortunately it was our last visit. It's a shame for the name that Alex and tula have built for themselves. The best Greek restaurant I know! We've been coming here for years and it's almost like being at home🙈 A very nice family that offers delicious food. Great metaxa sauce, super gyros and an awesome rice. Oh and the bread is baked here too ❤ Thank you for being there!!

Addendum: It's not what it used to be... Unfortunately, due to the change of ownership, things have gradually become worse. First the salad dressing was changed, then the delicious mint rice disappeared, then the bread was no longer baked in-house and now the quality of the gyro has also deteriorated. The food tasted very bland and bland. Today was the last time for us. Alex and Toula are clearly missing! Best gyro! Whether pure with tzatziki or baked in metaxa sauce with cheese, it's always a pleasure! Nice atmosphere in the store and very friendly staff! We are always happy to come or order and pick up. :)

We were pleasently surprised on how good the food was here. Sonia took good care of us and recommended a very good bottle of wine. Appetizer was grilled feta with onions and peppers. Wife had Derado fish (Sea Bass) and it was a massive fish. I had an egg plant vegetarian option and it was very good and a generous portion. Highly recommend.

It was the first time there with friends, so I can't say anything about all the dishes. We had a cold and warm starter platter which was ok. I had bifteki with gyros, the bifteki was perfect the gyros were ok. I think everyone knows a Greek place where one thing or another tastes better, so I'll put it in a nutshell: food good, atmosphere good, service very friendly. Would I come back: Yes

I have been here several times, and the food was always great. Since the owner changed, the quality has dropped significantly, and the prices have gone up. The food was super bland, almost tasting fabricated. The seafood was just fried until it was very dry.

A chance visit after a break of almost twenty years, which this restaurant certainly doesn't deserve. The restaurant is hidden behind high hedges, which is why it is easy to miss. If you can't find A. right away, it's best to head to the Total gas station directly opposite. The restaurant has around 50 seats and, as is usual elsewhere, is spartan but quite comfortably furnished. Friendly staff with whom you can immediately start a conversation. The chosen bifteki in Metaxa sauce is tasty; nothing is saved. In addition to the obligatory salad, there is a generous side plate of pepperoni as well as toasted and unroasted bread. All in all: a visit that is worth it - I would like to come back. But be careful: the restaurant is hardly suitable for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users due to the entrance step and the steep toilet stairs.

Were here over Easter and, despite being a first-time visitor, were welcomed as if we had been there before. At the end there was even a bottle of red wine as a gift. Wonderful! The food was a disaster, as were the drinks. Alster/beer okay. They made an effort, especially since we let the wine go back (it stood for too long, was already bitter) and left the Sambuca (absolute booze, the ouzo is also of poor quality/spirity). Tzaziki & salad was okay, but the food... I had a mixed platter for a good 22.00 euros and the meat looked like it had been industrially cut and only tasted moderately good... The restaurant was not very busy for a Friday evening , says a lot. In the women's toilet, your shoes were stuck and the waiter wasn't able to use the EC card machine... For me personally, it was the worst Greek restaurant I've ever visited. 😣

Worden nett empfangen Calamaris waren nicht kross/ Giros war bei jeden lauwarm/ schwach Gewürz... Pommes dafür perfekt und richtig heiß!

Auch nach Inhaberwechsel gute Qualität und gleiches Ambiente. Freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Typische Speisen eines griechisch Restaurants.

Das Restaurant ist nicht gerade gemütlich.. keine Deko, keine schöne Beleuchtung, keine typischen Bilder und etwas kühl. Das Essen war reichlich, aber nichts besonderes. Die Preise sind OK. Die Bedienung war nett und flott.

Habe hier sehr gerne bestellt. Aber wie fast überall mittlerweile, wird man wenn man alleine lebt einfach übergangen! Mindesbestellwert plötzlich 25€! Das nächste Restaurant was gemieden wird!

Kein besonders gutes griechisches Restaurant. Die Speisen sind durchschnittlich wie bei den meisten griechischen Restaurants in Hamburg. Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist okay. Die Lage ist direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zur Begrüßung gibt es gleich einen Ouzo. Die Bedienung ist sehr zuvorkommend. Achtung die Portionen sind zum Teil Riesig und die Preise dafür Recht günstig. Der Geschmack ist Top. Die Speisekarte ist typisch griechisch.

Es handelt sich um ein von außen unscheinbares griechisches Restaurant an einer Bundesstraße in HH- Bramfeld. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen nett, das Essen war lecker und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vorweg gab es Knoblauchbrot, welches mit 1 € berechnet wurde. Nach dem Essen wurde ein leckeres Dessert aufs Haus gebracht. Die Toilette war sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Erstaunlicherweise gibt es zu diesem Restaurant hier keine aktuellen Bewertungen. Dabei handelt es sich um einen qualitativ eher besseren Griechen. Seit dem 1.1.2022 ist dort nun ein Besitzerwechsel. Alex und Tula sind offenbar nach Griechenland zurück und haben das Restaurant in neue Hände gegeben. Samt Speisekarte und Rezepten. Das ist die gute Nachricht. Das Restaurant ist quasi unverändert und man findet alle seine Lieblingsgerichte wieder. Natürlich wird man die alten Gastgeber vermissen, wenn man dort öfters zu Gast war. Nunja, ich will das aber nicht überbetonen. Insbesondere Tula und ihre Tochter waren super, aber Alex hatte öfters schon den rauhen Charme eines Gebrauchtwarenhändlers. Immer dieselben Sprüche, immer derselbe ruppige Charme. Nicht jedermanns Sache. Nix für ungut, Alex. Wir vermissen Dich trotzdem. Wir fanden die Speisenqualität bis zur Hauptspeise unverändert. Das Folgende mag subjektiv sein, aber die Gyros waren dann nicht mehr so knackig und lecker wie früher. Gerade für die guten Gyros war Alex bekannt. Stammgäste kennen das Zitat aus der Zeitung "gibt dem Gyros die Würde wieder." Damit scheint es nun vorbei. Auch die Dolmadakia meiner Frau waren nicht mehr so gut, wie vor einigen Wochen, als Tula noch in der Küche war. Wir schätzen das Gesamterlebnis so 80% zu vorher ein. Das ist immer noch gut und mag sich in den kommenden Wochen auch wieder Richtung 100% bewegen. Also, Besitzerwechsel sind nun einmal der Lauf der Dinge. Kommt Leute und gebt den neuen Besitzern eine Chance.

Wir waren das erste mal dort und wurde nett empfangen. Alles ist sauber, die Inhaber sehr nett und das Essen köstlich! Wir werden wiederkommen. Leider sind die Toiletten im Keller, so, dass es für Menschen mit Behinderungen nicht geeignet ist.

Very confortable, absolutely nice and elegant people (we don't speak German and they were so friendly in setting up the booking and the dinner itself), high quality food in very generous dishes (quantity). Clean environment to feel like at home. Suggested if your are around Hamburg for a very pleasant greek menù!

Ich war schon öfter in dem Restaurant und wurde noch nie vom Service und Qualität der Speisen enttäuscht. Freundlichkeit wird groß geschrieben - alles zusammen sehr zu empfehlen.

Super netter und freundlicher Service. Es wurde sich gut um uns gekümmert, so wie man es sich wünscht wenn man essen geht. So wie es schon andere hier beschrieben haben ist das Essen super lecker. Kann diesen Griechen nur empfehlen für ein gutes NomNomNom -> Represents the sound made when someone is eating or chewing something and really enjoying it.

Wenn man genügend Zeit hat, kann man den Aufenthalt sehr gut genießen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen angemessen groß. Einziges Manko war, dass der Service sehr lange gedauert hat. Wir saßen bestimmt schon 10 Minuten bevor wir nach Getränken gefragt wurden. Auch auf das essen haben wir dann lange gewartet. Aber es war lecker :-)
