Very pleasant ambiance, fast and friendly service. The food was very well seasoned, and the salad was fresh with a light dressing. This was our first time here and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We ate there yesterday (October 3, 2025). The restaurant, the staff, and the food were absolutely top-notch. Friendly, fast, helpful, and the food was delicious. The portions are large and well-seasoned (I usually add more seasoning, but here everything was perfect). This restaurant is highly recommended, and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll be happy to come back for dinner.

As always, casual. We've been coming regularly once or twice a week since March.

We were there for the second time on Wednesday. And it was a culinary delight again. The fries are super delicious 😋. Both dishes were also very tasty. The service was also super nice.

Have a nice good evening, I had dinner there today with someone I knew and I have to say I haven't eaten at a Greek restaurant like I did there in a long time. Service was good, starter no. 24, main course no. 96, everything was very tasty and plentiful, will be back soon. All in all great.

Had reservations for seven people. I got there about 15 minutes early and sat outside. I wasn't able to order a drink in advance. Too bad. The staff didn't understand us Later, when we were fully staffed, a new employee came. By friendliness I mean something different. If I hadn't made the deal, I would have gotten up and left. Food was ok, came in a reasonable time and at the same time. When it came to paying, they said that EC cards were not accepted. It's at the door that was open when we came in. Luckily one of us had enough cash with us. All in all, not much of a hit.

The food (Bifteki with fries and salad) was unfortunately inedible. I had to throw it away. Worst Greek in Itzehoe.

Wow, it's rare for me to give a 5-star review, but this restaurant more than deserves it. I ate here with my father - I had little appetite and only chose the prawns from the starters - my father chose the beef liver. I have rarely seen my father clean a plate so empty and his mouth watering - he was so enthusiastic. My prawns were also such a treat - so I sucked every last molecule of the deliciously good sauce out of the cast iron pan with the bread - wow, how delicious. Added to this is the warmth of the new owners, which I would also like to emphasize - sweet & humorous - so satisfied that we would like to eat here again today (a day later). So a big thank you to the team for this very delicious evening in a very pleasant atmosphere. See you soon :)

The food itself was good, can't complain about that. However, the boss himself was totally impossible. We were there as a group and wanted to take the leftovers with us. People rolled their eyes, were excited that we weren't the only guests and a lot more. We didn't even get Ouzo, which he first gave us and then ordered for a fee, saying that nothing was free anymore. For me it was the last time I ate there. I don't have to be insulted for my money. Just cheeky and impossible

Bei Taverna Santorini wird man sofort von einer freundlichen Bedienung mit warmen Brot und einem Ouzo in Empfang genommen. Vor dem Hauptgericht wird ein frischer Vorspeisensalat serviert. An der guten Qualität des Fleisches wird nicht gespart und es wird zart und saftig zubereitet. Vor allem war ich sehr zufrieden mit den knusprigen Pommes, die sich von den Standart-Gastronomie-Pommes abheben. Bei unserem letzten Besuch haben wir eine Grillplatte für zwei Personen probiert. Der Salat wurde ebenfalls für zwei Personen angepasst und war von der Größe schon eine eigene Hauptspeise. Zusammen mit dem Grillteller war die Portion nicht zu schaffen. Die freundliche Bedienung bat uns dann aber an alles einzupacken. Wir sind sehr zu Frieden mit dem Menü und kommen gerne wieder

Nach einem langen Spaziergang noch irgendwo einkehren, bevor es zuhause auf das Sofa geht. Die Taverna lag am Weg und war somit erste Wahl (eigentlich zweite, Rancher House hatte noch geschlossen). Freundlich werden wir begrüßt, nachdem der Kinderwagen die fünf Treppenstufen hochgewuchtet ist. Freie Tischwahl, da nicht viel los. Bestellung wird schnell aufgenommen, der obligatorische Ouzo angeboten. Schmeckt schon mal :-) Große Spezi, großes alkfrei Weizen, Bifteki mit Schafskäse in Metaxasauce, gegrillte Leber mit Zwiebeln. Einmal Reis und einmal Kroketten dazu. Brot kommt, Salat auch, der ist einfach gehalten, Dressing klebt das ganze zusammen. Eine Peperoni, eine Vierteltomate, eine braune Olive(?). Ein wenig lieblos, aber geht. Beim Weizen scheint nicht alles aus der Flasche im Glas angekommen zu sein, Luft nach oben vorhanden. Zeit, sich umzusehen: Früher war dies der Edendorfer Krug, auf fremdländisch: Taverne, daher wohl der Name dieses Lokals so gewählt. Man sieht, dass hier eine griechische Illusion geschaffen werden soll. Zwar nicht aufdringlich, doch nervt mich, da nicht authentisch. Laminierte Tischunterlagen, nicht im besten Zustand. Plastikblumen auf Tischen, LED-Licht statt Kerze. Hab ich anderen Griechen schöner gesehen. Der Raum hat immer noch was von der Lokalathmosphäre vergangener Tage. Währenddessen plärrt die fremdländische Discomucke weiter ein wenig zu laut aus den Lautsprechern. Essen kommt, merkwürdigerweise zweimal dasselbe. Wieso keine Leber? Hätte der Wirt doch noch gefragt, ob so richtig. Aha, nee, hat der Wirt nicht. Unsere vier paar Ohren funktionieren eigentlich ganz gut. Er nimmt ein Bifteki wieder mit, entschuldigt sich lachend, war wohl Missverständnis (Spoiler: wird er noch vier, fünf Male ansprechen bis wir gehen). Kroketten sind auf den Punkt, das Bifteki ist eine große Hackfleischtasche, hat die Form eines Döner-Fladenbrots. Ungewöhnlich, aber gut durch und mit Schafskäse drin. Recht viel Sauce, die jedoch schön würzig und gut schmeckt. Der Reis ist Tomatenreis, zumindest hat sich das Tomatenmark in der Nähe vom Reis blicken lassen, was ich anhand der leichten Rotfärbung und des Aromas feststelle. Leber kommt, es sind Champignons drauf. Häh? Seit wann denn sowas? Das Gericht heißt Leber mit Zwiebeln, das ist kein Jägerschnitzel. Oha, naja, Geschmack geht in Ordnung, doch Champignons sind sehr salzig, sehen nicht wie frische aus, eher nach Dose/Glas. Alles in allem eine sehr durchschnittliche Erfahrung, leicht überdurchschnittlich der Preis: zwei Personen haben 46 Euro bezahlt.

Parkplatz vor der Tür. Draußen Sitz Möglichkeiten. Innenkabine sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Der Service sehr freundlich und kompetent sowie flexibel.

Kann mich nur anschließen: super leckeres Essen und toller, freundlicher Service. 🙏

War heute das erste Mal im Santorini und muss sagen mehr Service geht nicht...da ich mein Essen abgeholt habe kann ich zum Ambiente nicht viel sagen. Ich komme gerne wieder zum Essen. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist absolut ausgeglichen...

Wir waren mit unseren Freunden dort. Unser Essen war wirklich sehr gut, mit der /den Servicekräften hatten wir nebenbei viel Spass. Unsere Freunde haben einen Hund. Auch der durfte dabei sein. Wir haben einen Platz im hinteten Bereich bekommen. Es war wirklich ein gelungener Abend. Preis / Leistung ist in Ordnung. Ich werde dort mal wieder hingehen. Waren dort gestern zum essen. Die Bedienung kam schnell und höflich an den Tisch draußen und hat uns die Karten gebracht. Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist recht groß, aber übersichtlich. Getränke wurden schnell geliefert und es gab Brot dazu. Vor dem Essen gab es noch einen Salat. Das Essen kam wohl garniert und warm an den Tisch und sah gut aus. Geschmacklich sind die Portionen super und die Menge ist dem Preis entsprechend. Man kann übergebliebenes mit nach Hause nehmen. Auch am zweiten Tag schmeckt das Essen nach wie vor. Preis, Leistung stimmt voll überein. Alles in allem kann man das Restaurant sehr empfehlen und dort erneut essen gehen.

Das Lokal liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße mit ein paar Tischen am Gehweg zum draußen sitzen. Im Inneren des Lokals gibt es genügend Platz zum sitzen und es ist schlicht eingerichtet worden. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und flexibel in der essensbestellung wenn Sonderwünsche ausgesprochen wurden. Das Essen war sehr gut und ausreichend für jeden Hunger geeignet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder gerne hier Essen gehen und kann es nur empfehlen 👍👍👍👍👍
