We have often spent lovely evenings here. Great card, good service.

The food and wine were nice, but there was no menu for the wine. So we would just order but without knowing exact the price and what to expect. Also, the portion was very small. And the place is very very tiny, a bit hard to move

If you are looking for a perfect culinary experience in Berlin, you should definitely go to Das Bonito. Our evening there was simply great! The tapas were absolutely fantastic – every single creation was seasoned to perfection, cleverly put together and served with a lot of love. Particularly noteworthy is the quality of the ingredients, which you can taste in every bite. The service? Simply great! Friendly, attentive, but not intrusive – exactly how you want it. We were well advised, both when choosing the tapas and the wine. Speaking of wine: the selection is excellent! We enjoyed a wonderful rosé that went perfectly with the food - light, fruity and wonderfully refreshing. And then the atmosphere: a real blast! Stylish, cozy and yet with a certain elegance - ideal for a special evening for two or with friends. Conclusion: The Bonito is a little gem in Berlin. Perfect food, perfect service, perfect atmosphere – everything was just right. We'll definitely be back!

My visit from Waren an der Müritz and I took a stroll into the old heart ❤️ of Berlin (West) Kuhdamm, Tauenzien, Europacenter, Memorial Church etc. and our legs were getting heavier and heavier, we were looking for a break, but Detlef didn't want to go to KADEWE anymore, but on Nürnberger Straße to the special shop for model railways We looked through a large window into a small restaurant that looked very cozy from the outside, dimmed light and a free table by the window. The door opened and it was clear the four of us wanted the table by the window. Of course we didn't have a reservation. But luck, we were allowed to spread out. Detlef disappeared to his train shop. We first ordered 3 espressos dupla for ourselves. We looked around, we ended up in a tapas bar and the offer aroused our curiosity. Hit the mark, because you don't find this type of gastronomy that often in Germany. The menu is well done from taste to menu suggestion. But we decided on the “individual composition” option with Spanish white wine and a large bottle of aqua minerals. The portions were for 3 people [Detlef was out when we ordered], but there was enough to fill Detlef up. We had lunch in the steakhouse at Bikinihaus and the "German evening meal" in the form of tapas was just right. The service from Mr. Reza was very competent and yet unobtrusively attentive The second bottle of wine tasted even better. The whole ambience, including the music 🎶, made our visit to the Bonito at the end of a flying visit to "West" Berlin a lasting memory. Tomorrow is that. Pequeño lugar agradable en un ambiente acogedor, el menú no muestra el precio de la comida. El recibo impreso no coincide con la compra y las cantidades tachadas en el recibo. Estás completamente engañado, cómo puedes cambiar el precio con un bolígrafo de tinta en el recibo y no poder justificar el importe. Cuando el cliente cuestionó el importe, el cálculo no fue el mismo que en el recibo. Pagamos en efectivo y se suponía que recuperaríamos el cambio. Nunca llegó... No recomiendo Das Bonito ya que el personal es deshonesto. . .

Small, romantic and cosy, this is a great tapas place with really considerate service. Good food, great service and exceptional atmosphere.

I don’t really understand the hype around this place. The food and menu are just average, and the same goes for the service—it’s nothing special. While the design is undeniably cute, the tables are placed way too close to each other, which makes the experience feel cramped and uncomfortable. The cocktail menu is also rather basic and uninspired. Overall, it was an okay experience, but nothing that would make me want to return or recommend it.

Well. After reading the reviews for this absolute gem, I suppose some very few of the hobby-reviewers might have had a bad day. Or even carry some unfortunate diagnosis. I'm kidding, if course :) I came alone at 5 pm, as I hoped it would increase my chances for a table. It did, but make sure to book a table if you look at later dining. So, my conclusion, as the very exclusive hobby-reviewer I am: To me, this is a perfect celebration of what proper home-made tapas might aspire to. Adding the incredible room, with all its lovely details, The kind, jazzy ambience. The absolutely lovely crew. I've had such a great experience. Simply put: Not. To. Be. Missed. Thanks guys!!

If you are not hungry and not thirsty and still want to spend over 70 EUR per person, here you will find an intimate restaurant with a nice atmosphere and guaranteed contact. Just remember to bring shoulder pads and a full-face helmet if you sit in the aisle. Unfortunately, our express reservation for a shared table was ignored and the group was divided into three tables. Stick to the map and do the math. With the advertised special deal: classic plates you go home without pants!

A wonderful restaurant, the ambience is so nice. The food or tapas are so delicious, the meatballs or prawns are well seasoned and taste really great. The location is really pleasant, lots of candles and you think this is a restaurant with Michelin stars, but this is deceptive because the price-performance ratio is outstanding. The waiter Reza is very attentive and friendly. A really likeable guy who makes you feel more than comfortable. I'll be back and can only recommend the restaurant.

On the positive side: service was very friendly and polite. Misleading name: for a Spanish tapas place is lacking some fundamental tapas: for example there is no tortilla española, no croquetas, no sangría (ANY spanish place has it), no roasted pimentones. Tapas size confusion: tapas have two sizes, small and big, we order both sizes on some tapas, to our surprise they were exactly the same, they charged the large size. Drinks and Wine Carte: non-existing, you see a lot of wines on the wall but you basically have no chance to choose. There are no options for people who don't drink alcohol. Food: was decent but nothing you cannot build from basic products at a normal supermarket, none of the options require a complex elaboration, maybe that is why there is no tortilla. The ambient: tables are quite close to each other, it is cozy but there wouldn't be enough space for every person if it was fully booked, should have less tables/square meter.

I confirm what other reviews say, intimacy and candlelight make it a perfect place for an evening as a couple. We ate well and drank better. The only bug is not having a wine list and going a bit at random but we were lucky with a good Rioja red at €32 a bottle, fair prices: €86 for two and we are very full 😝

Definitiv die beste Entscheidung, wenn man ein schönen Abend sucht. Das Essen als Tapas ist sehr gut. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und typisch Tapas auf dem Tisch in kleinen Schälchen gebracht. Die Bedienung war sehr vorkommend und hilfsbereit nicht nur bei uns, sondern bei allen Gästen. Das kleine Restaurant war schnell voll aber durch die tolle Atmosphäre und die entspannte Art und Weise wie man betreut wird, merkt man das überhaupt nicht. Die Tische sind schon eng an einander aber trotzdem ist genug platzt für ein privates Gespräch zu zweit. Dazu bei der Reservierung erwähnte ich, das es um ein Geburtstagsessen ging, als Überraschung gab es ein Blumenstrauß! Wie toll ist das? Also auf jeden Fall ein guter Spanier in der Nähe vom KuDamm für ein netten oder romantischen Abend! Wir werden häufiger kommen!

On September 14th, 2024, four of us were at Bonitos as a team of colleagues and not only had wonderful food but also exceptionally good service including recommendations for wine and food. Very nice atmosphere, but very disappointed by the food. The aïoli was just a vinegary mayonnaise, the potatoes were flavorless, and the vegetables cut in giant chunks uncooked. This gives the impression of food that macered in a warm bowl for hours waiting to be served. Not what I expected. The chicken in garlic and pepper sauce was good though and the service was good and friendly.

We spent a very nice evening at Bonito. We were given very good advice when choosing our meals. A highlight alongside the excellent food was the wine.

Overall was good experience, but in the summer you could not breath inside! So hot and so many candles on adds more to it!

The restaurant kept reporting my reviews on Google We trusted the high reviews, but it was very disappointing. The cold tapas were not fresh. The food was cheap and not good. Also, the waiter was smoking close to us while we were still eating. The waiter was lazy to go get a calculator. It was also quite overpriced for the quality. Super overpriced

Das Restaurant ist räumlich sehr klein und eng. Außerdem ist es sehr dunkel. Es gibt kleine Tapas-Portionen zu großen Preisen. Geschmacklich haben die Champions am meisten überzeugt. Die Hähnchenbrust war hingegen fast geschmackslos. Das Dessert hingegen hat dann wieder überzeugt. Baguette sollte bei den aufgerufenen Preisen kostenlos dabei sein oder zumindest kostenfrei aufgefüllt werden.

Gemütlich eingerichtete Bar. Die angebotenen spanischen Tapas sind nicht zu empfehlen. Als warme Tapas gibt es zerkochtes Gemüse wie Brokkoli oder aufgewärmte säuerlich eingelegte Champignons. Keine Pimentos de Padron….Alternativ gibt es Fleischgerichte mit Sauce in Tapas- Größe. Wenn man hier leckere spanische Tapas erwartet, ist man hier falsch.

Had dinner at Bonito for the second time and can only say it was great again. From the furnishings to the food and service, simply great. When I'm back in Berlin we'll definitely come back. It was a perfect evening for me and my companion. Thanks

While the venue is nice but a bit dark, rest is unreal close to a scam. 8.5e the bottle of water : Seriously !!! When I had the bill, I asked why such price and I had at the end the drink menu with some outrageous fess. Foodwise, we took the cold tapa plate with...feta in it..WTF !!! The ham was badly cut and the chorizo filthy. Top of th top : we ordered a patatas at 6.50e with rosemary. We ended with a big potatoe slightly roasted and...that s it. At the end : 74E for two with a bottle of wine. This is not acceptable and I highly urge you dear reader to stay far away from those thieves.

Drinks relatively expensive but good. Cute shop but pretty stuffy. The employees were actually friendly, but at 1 a.m. the door was thrown open (and stayed open) and everything was ready to close before our eyes. That made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. When I asked, they said it closed at 1:30 a.m. and not at 2 a.m. like Google said. The candles went out and no new ones were brought. (the room is lit only by candles) So we understood very clearly that we would be thrown out...

If you're looking for a very cute, cosy and (so) romantic place to try (maybe even discover) actually good German wine - don't miss this one! Also, try Neiss, German white wine (combination of a chardonnay, pinot blanc and pinot gris). It was such a refreshing discovery! Although this is a tapas bar (table next to us had some - they were Spanish and looked pleased with the food), we only had wine and it was a delightful find. It says (on Google) that you have to call for reservation, but we came on Tuesday at 10pm and had free table.

Fraset chacutteri kunne jeg ikke genkende noget som den tapas, jeg har fået i spanien (har arbejdet i Andalusien gennem 3 år). Rejerne var overkogte, og rødvinen for varm. Men, det skal selvfølgelig sættes i forhold til prisen, som var yderst rimelig. Stedet er superhyggeligt med et sødt og opmærksomt personale, så jeg kommer gerne igen, men skruer dog forventningerne en anelse ned 😊

Essen war Durchschnitt. Hab schon deutlich bessere Tapas gegessen. Unsere Vorspeise wurde vergessen und kam erst nach dem warmen Essen. Es ist unfassbar eng. Hatte beim aufstehen Angst mit meinem Schal in der Kerze des Nachbartisch Feuer zu fangen.
