Cozy tapas bar. I particularly found the seafood and chorizo ​​tapas very tasty. The potatoes are a hit and are included in many tapas. The service is extremely friendly and fast. And the recommendation for the digestif was perfect

Warm service and excellent food

It's a small, fine, delicious restaurant. Tapas plate for 2 is good in terms of price/performance ratio. We also ordered bread and garlic and calamari.

We shared the vegetarian tapas selection for two, which was delicious and great value for money! The patatas bravas with alioli was especially good, and so were the padron peppers. We tried a few of their cocktails, including the basil smash, which were all very nice. We were very impressed with this restaurant, especially with the amount of vegetarian options. We would highly recommend.

Very tasty, great service and the drinks are great too! We have the palomo something with tequila, palomo limo (or whatever it's called) with salt! Excellent!

Large selection of tapas, complemented by the changing weekly menu. The individual tapas are a bit expensive, we had the vegetarian menu for 2, so it was a bit cheaper. They also fed us well. Service was very nice.

It's very easy to endure here. Been inside once, outside once. This corner of Moabit is already on the rise and is becoming more and more comfortable. Service was very nice and accommodating both times and the food (tapas) was delicious, even though I'm not that into it. What I was missing was a bitter beer to choose from. I would still like to spend an evening chatting there again at any time. Clear recommendation.

The cozy location on a traffic-calmed street, the very professional and friendly service, the good house wine and the music, which created a holiday feeling, had a positive effect right from the start. The first round of tapas was a bit disappointing, not bad but very average (boquerones en vinagre, chorizo ​​fría, papás con alioli, berenjenas grilladas) compared to tapas in Spain and a few other tapas bars in Berlin. The second round, however, was super tasty and absolutely convincing (tortilla de patatas, proveleta argentino, pimientos padrón, dátiles con bacon)! Conclusion: a good choice for tapas in Moabit. The best tapas place I've been to so far in Berlin. We ordered the vegan and vegetarian plate and a couple of cocktails. My favourite dishes were the garlic eggplant, the olives, the green peppers and the goat cheese(we added this one extra). Sitting outside was nice, even if the weather wasn't great. It's definitely useful to make a reservation. We've been there on a Friday evening.

The place itself is like that, but the ambience, service and food make up for it all. On some evenings there is live music 🎶, which is just great.

Great Spanish tapas restaurant with lots of outside seating, totally cozy. The service is super attentive and motivated, we really enjoyed it there. We also had the vegan tapas platter for two people and gazpacho, and extra requests were no problem. The drinks came almost as soon as we ordered, super fast. The food was really great, very well seasoned and well served. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much.

We happened to be walking along here and came across the Tapas Bar. Without further ado, we turned in and sat outside. We had the tapas plate for 2 people, very tasty and sufficient. An absolute stroke of luck for us. It was quite full, so it's definitely advisable to make a reservation if there are more than 2 people. We will definitely come back, even if it is beyond our area.

Great tapas, very courteous service and pleasant atmosphere. The only thing I didn't find really appropriate was the price/performance ratio for some of the tapas (e.g. prawns in garlic, 7 pieces for around €10). Nevertheless, you can treat yourself to it if you feel like some good tapas!

In addition to the fact that shared joy is double joy and you can try out lots of delicious things together, the cellars are also very accommodating and friendly. I can really recommend it wholeheartedly!

Great service, good value for money, lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes

This was my second time in this bar. The first time I wasn't very hungry so I only ordered 2-3 things, all of which were very tasty. The second time, I came with my partner very hungry, so we ordered about 9 things. I didn't like more than half of the tapas: the tortilla was dry, the olives tasted like "Yes!", the fried eggplant had no taste at all and the bread had the quality of penny baked goods bought just before closing time. The bacon-wrapped dates, the flambéed goat cheese, the lava cake and the service were top! Unfortunately, I can't understand the high praise for the food and for that reason I would give it 2.5 rather than 3 stars. But I'm still happy when things go well for the bar operators!

Great store. Very tasty and authentic tapas, super warm hosts and great service. It's really fun to sip a glass of sangria outside. There is a nice selection of classic tapas and a daily selection which is written on the board. The churros are only available on weekends. According to the hosts, they are always made fresh by mom in the kitchen and that's how they taste. A little dream with melted chocolate. 10/10

Great service, great food. We tried our luck and walked up without reservation, no table anymore. But some chairs were quickly arranged and a storagebox was transformed into a temporary table. They really made us feel welcome. Food was great.. the best tomato bruchetta i've ever eaten! Team was very pleasant.

The service was superb! Tapas great and very delicious! The prrice is in a reasonable range. They always have weekly specials and I got the feeling they try their best to keep the customer happy. The atmosphere and seats were really great. This is what I call a secret gem of Wedding.

I celebrated my big birthday in a larger group at Sugar and had a wonderful evening there. Marc gave me very professional advice in advance about the process, possible offers and costs. In the evening everything was prepared as discussed, the guests were warmly welcomed with a good cava as soon as they entered and cold tapas were already prepared on the tables. Friendly and very attentive, the service team provided us with drinks and delicious tapas throughout the evening, which were continually refilled until no one was hungry anymore. It was an absolutely relaxed evening in which all guests felt well looked after and comfortable. Many thanks to Marc and his team!

Unfortunately, we had a mixed experience. On the strong side is the very friendly service and the great ambience. The small terrace is very cozy and extra nice to sit at during summer. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the food. It tasted blend, it could be better seasoned. Additionally, the tapas, costing 8€ on average, were overpriced, especially for the disappointing quality. Last, they charged extra for a basket of bread and alioli, which should be free on the house.

Awesome place and really good food. Unexpected find in the neighborhood that usually has middle eastern restaurants. Their Sangria and tapas are a must have. The interiors need a bit of designing but the vine of the waiters are definitely up there. Very friendly and takes the time to explain the concept and the food. Definitely a must try.

The food in the tapas bar was solid. A cool aspect: the owner's mother is in the kitchen herself. The furnishings seem a bit old-fashioned, but I still see potential. The store was pretty empty, which I liked. The owner is extremely warm and accommodating, that's why I would come back. In summer I can easily imagine sitting outside.

Wir sind recht spontan mit 14 Personen vorbeigekommen und haben die Bar damit ordentlich gestresst… aber die Leute vor Ort haben sich sehr bemüht, und unterzubringen. Die Tapas sind lecker, Sonderwünsche werden prompt umgesetzt, die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt - haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann die Sugar Tapas Bar sehr empfehlen!
