Small Spanish restaurant in Berlin, the food is very nice and fresh, the staff speaks Spanish and also you can buy some Spanish products, the portions are big enough to share, definitely worth to try if you are in Berlin

There were 8 of us and we had booked in advance. Was served tapas, but many dishes were in 6 copies. The waiter appeared very inexperienced. Drinks came late. Will not return.

The tapas are good, without being excellent. The quantity/price ratio is not very correct in my opinion. In addition, the service is slow, to say that we were alone on the terrace.

The place is very small, but the terrace is very good, the tables are spacious and you can dine very comfortably. Everything we ordered was delicious (Iberian dish, the Catalan cream...). We had a problem with the issue of gluten in the dishes, but we believe the manager came out and solved it for us. He was very kind and even gave us a plate of wrinkled potatoes that, along with the garlic, were delicious. Without a doubt, a great representation of Spanish food in Berlin.

Bad experience. Not because of the food but because when we went to pay, we had booked with the 30% discount from The Fork app, which indicates a 30% discount on the menu. We have warned as soon as we sat down to avoid misunderstandings. When paying, they only charge us 30% on DRINKS (water) and tell us no on food. We complain and they tell us that it is a system thing and that they cannot change it. Curiously, the day before we also went and they did it to us. How strange, right? We have felt cheated.

Spectacular genre, very high prices, but for once... Tourism is difficult to buy so next time

Unfortunately a lot of money for little food. It was tasty, but I think €11 for half a ciabatta with a few slices of salami and a fried egg and €9 for 6 croquettes with cheese/bacon filling is very overpriced.

It was a nice found in Berlin. The manager was super accommodating and the staff was very friendly. We visited the restaurant multiple times in 10-day visit. Unfortunately no pic since it was exactly what I expected in a Spanish tapas bar like in Spain. Highly recommended if you like Spanish tapas.

I didn't eat, I just had a glass of sangria and a beer. Very rich sangria. Friendly and attentive attention. They speak Spanish. I arrived without a reservation and they gave me a table without problem. Good atmosphere. I would return.

Good food but a little expensive

Their Empanadas is a must try. I would have liked the fried anchovies crispier. Patatas Bravas is a no no, as they tasted neutral and the sauces on top did not add any flavour. Personal opinion: I felt the need to add salt in all the foods. Their churros with hot chocolate sauce is a must try. Shout out to the great service offered. Overall, the experience was good.

This was an excellent Spanish restaurant, and it was lively, which set my expectations high. Fortunately, it did not disappoint. The dishes featured top quality cheeses and meats, all prepared in authentic Spanish styles. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. There was really nothing to complain about.

My new tapas - favorite location! Even though I can't describe the space directly in front of it as sexy undenied, the inside is beautiful, well ventilated and magically decorated. The food is amazing, the taps are great and the price-performance ratio is more than fair. Great wines by the way. We really like it there!

In my opinion a clear case of a tourist trap. The ambience and location were the only things I found positive. The wine glasses were dirty, the service unfortunately had little experience in gastronomy and the quantity of dishes did not reflect the price given. And all of this for a whopping €110!!! All in all, the worst tapas bar I've ever eaten in and doesn't really deserve the name.

A mix of tapas bar and delicatessen shop. When our order came, we immediately thought of the brilliantly delicious pintxos, as the tapas are called in Bilbao and other northern Spanish cities. You can also taste open Spanish wines here. For warm summer days, I recommend a large "Shandy", a freshly tapped beer with lemonade.

Very nice terrace with a view of the Berlin television tower. Right next to the train station and Alexanderplatz. We were there yesterday and thought it was really nice! Sangria & Tapas was super tasty and the team was very nice and uncomplicated despite the large number of customers! There were 5 of us sitting at a table of 4 and there wasn't too much room behind my chair for the waiters to get through. But it wasn't a problem for anyone at all. I found it positive 😘 I was very happy about the many vegan options (: The gazpacho was our highlight. I still have one wish: I would also like to offer a vegan dessert. I felt like I was in Mallorca, we will be back !

The food here is great! The atmosphere is so chill and everyone is so nice. The food is fresh and really good. They also have really nice bartenders - especially Juan. He is the nicest and has the biggest smile.

So I don't even know what to say. What do you expect in a tourist place like Alex? But the reviews were so good... So.. give it a try... If you can take it with humor, okay. But then the entertainment must be worth 15€ for 5 tiny shrimps (so-called prawns). Unfortunately, the level is more like Malle, the deepest tourist zone. The authentic disinterest and stupidity of the waiters was refreshingly amusing. Unfortunately not again. Sorry.

The food and setting was nice, but the service left alot to be desired. They brought one of the three tapas dishes I ordered and then seemed to have forgotten about the other 2 which I basically had to then beg for. The servers had too many tables to serve between them.

Unfortunately that was nothing. We had dinner here based on the good reviews and were thoroughly disappointed. At first our reservation wasn't booked and we had to look for a table. The staff was then totally overwhelmed: the plates were put on the table, the cutlery was served after the meal and one of the four (!) tapas was forgotten. The croquettes tasted like frozen food… Since no one really spoke German, the next order was unfortunately difficult and took a long time. In the end, the tip was set to 10% without asking, but we didn't want to get into a discussion afterwards due to the language barrier. Better find a restaurant away from the hustle and bustle 🤭

Vi hade bokat bord, och fick ett bord på uteserveringen. Det var väldigt tajt mellan borden, så några av oss kunde inte sitta ordentligt. Menyn var ganska liten, men det som vi beställde smakade bra. Vi var ett rätt stort sällskap, så smakade det mesta från menyn. Man hade önskat lite fler alternativ, och att man kan sitta ordentligt. Även servicen kunde ha varit betydligt bättre, då vi fick be flera gånger om olika saker, men de få servitörerna/servitriserna som jobbade kämpade på. Maten var visserligen god, men i övrigt var det inget speciellt, och det finns bättre restauranger i Berlin.

After sitting on the terrace for more than half an hour and after ordering a beer and a Coke we decided to leave because they weren't serving us, nor were they expected. A shame for Spain that representation in the tourist center of Berlin. If you want normal and attentive service, don't even sit down, you'll wake up "soooo pissed off".

Zona turistica proprio sulla piazza, diversi localini uno vicino all’altro, cucina spagnola basata su tapas, quantità abbondanti , tortilla di patate buona, ottimo il bocadillo di jamon, così così il pan y tomate, perche il pane non e’ quello giusto e il pomodoro troppo liquido. Tables on the terrace were very close together, in front of us someone sat a little wider towards the back, making it almost impossible for us to pass by, let alone sit down. The space between the chairs and tables could be wider. The food is tasty and well presented, but the price does not match what you get, The squid was the most expensive on the menu and was not cooked thoroughly, making it a bit soggy. All in all, not a bad meal, the service was excellent, but the price could have been less.

I visited the restaurant and ordered cava and Iberico ham. The flavor was decent, but it didn't stand out as exceptional. My main concern was the ambiance. The staff was quite loud, often speaking Spanish at a volume that resembled more of a nightclub setting than a dining experience. This made it difficult to enjoy a quiet meal.

Warum diese Tapas Bar zum Teil gute Bewertungen bekommt ist mir schleierhaft. Vor allem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Katastrophe! Absolute Touristenfalle, 6 € für ein kleines Bier und 15 € für eine halbe Handvoll Krabben. Die Bedienung und die Einrichtung ist nett, aber wer hier satt werden möchte braucht einen dicken Geldbeute. Die Lage am Alex ist zentral, aber hier treibt es nur Touristen hin, das hat mit Berlin nicht viel zu tun. Wenn man bedenkt welche Qualität und Quantität man für das gleiche Geld in Madrid bekommt treibt es einem die Tränen in die Augen... das ist schon wirklich unverschämt.

Der Empfang war freundlich, die Speise-Getränkekarte wurde gereicht, Wünsche wurden abgefragt. Ein Glas 0,15l Hauswein mittlerer Qualität zu € 6,50, 0,4l Spanisches Bier, die Temperatur war ok zu € 5,90 Die wenigen Papas Arrugadas mit einer grünen und roten Sauce, zu € 9,80 waren annehmbar. Die 6 Stück Pintoxs Selection wurden sehr lieblos serviert, die einzige Deko war auf zwei Scheiben Hartkäse eine halbe Weintraube. Der rohe Schinken bestand aus lauter kleinen dünnen Scheiben, die beim Schneiden auf der Aufschnitt Maschine abfielen. Sie Salami schwitzte und das Fett hatte sich bereits auf den zwei Scheiben gebildet. Dünne Scheibe Tomate mit Fisch, zwei kleine blanchierte Paprikascheiben mit einer Sardelle. Das Baguette Brot entsprach einer Qualität aus dem Supermarkt, ein luftiges Pan Cristal mit einer knusprigen Kruste hätten wir erwartet. Auf dem Bildschirm oberhalb des Tresen wurden die schönsten Fotos gezeigt, was auf den Tisch kam, sah aber sehr mittelmäßig aus. Das Mineralwasser aus Bad Liebenwerda 0,75 l zu € 6,90 ist zwar regional und Dank einer geringen Entfernung nachhaltig, der Preis ist aber zu hoch für Wasser. Das Olivenöl wurde aus einer neutralen Plastikflasche auf die Speisen gespritzt. Was für eine Qualität ???? Ob das Oliven Öl aus einer Glas Fl. auch immer dem Etikett entspricht, wer weiß es, sieht aber doch etwas stilvoller aus. Auch an der Raumdekoration und der Präsentation der Waren sollten wesentliche Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden. Spanisch geht anders. Der Serrano Schinken wird in einer Plastikfolie in einem, nicht einsehbaren Kühlschrank an der Rückseite des Tresen aufbewahrt. Raus, auf die Aufschnitt Maschine, dann Folie und weg. Dem Kunden wurde die Ware nicht präsentiert, geschweige halber hat er den Schinken je gesehen. Was hat er bekommen?? Auch hier geht Spanisch wesentlich besser. Schade!

Die Küche ist sicher in Ordnung, einige Tapas-Klassiker hätte man sich noch gewünscht, die Gerichte kommen etwas lieblos angerichtet daher. Die Atmosphäre lässt keine Gemütlichkeit aufkommen, mit lautem Mixer wird in der offenen Küche Ajoli zubereitet. Preise sind in Ordnung.

Hosted an event for ~30 people and Ubaldo + team over delivered in all expectations with their catering service. Amazing food, great wine, stellar service end-to-end from planning to event delivery. Highly recommended!

An authentic Spanish experience in the heart of Berlin! They attended to us in Spanish and allowed us to sit without a reservation, kindly adapting to our needs. The food was excellent; The quality and authenticity of the dishes transported us directly to Spain. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was, even better than some bars in Spain. Although the prices are a little higher than normal, it is understandable given that we are 1600km away from our homeland! Plus, enjoying a 1906 beer in a bar in Germany was an incredible experience.

We spontaneously made a reservation here in the afternoon for the same evening (luckily). Very small shop with few seats. But totally comfortable, at a long table. It was a bit warm at times when everything was full. So be sure to reserve. Super nice conditions. The tapas were absolutely delicious, so highly recommended. Finally there were churros with chocolate sauce, or rather it was more like pudding. Heavenly. If you like tapas you should definitely come here. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Schönes Ambiente direkt am Alex, mit vielversprechenden kulinarischen Angeboten, die sich dann aber sowohl geschmacklich, als auch preislich als absolute Enttäuschung herausstellten. Bei Garnelen in Knoblauchöl für 14,95€ erwartet man einen etwas grösseren Teller, mit ein paar mehr Garnelen als 5 Stück winzig kleinen, wie sie uns heute serviert wurden. Für den Preis, absolute Frechheit. Das Brot war trocken, mit 2 Stückchen Käse und einer halben Weintraube, für 2€. Die Chorizó triefte vor Fett und schien schon etwas älter zu sein. Ich lies die Garnelen zurück zur Küche schicken und bestellte stattdessen ein Tortilla, welches ewig nicht ankam, weshalb wir dann die Rechnung bestellten und sehr frustriert woanders hingingen. Die Reaktion der Servicekraft auf unsere Kritik war wenig überrascht und sehr gleichgültig, mir wurde nur gesagt ich soll doch eine Google Bewertung schreiben, weil sie kann auch nichts dafür, womit sie ja auch Recht hat. Deshalb gesagt getan, ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen! Bei enttäuschten Kund:innen kann man vlt. Wenigstens ein Getränk aufs Haus als Entschuldigung anbieten, aber es gab kein Entgegenkommen. Sehr schade..
