Ich war in Berlin und hatte, da ich die Küche meiner Heimat vermisste, sehr hohe Erwartungen. Das Essen? Absolut fantastisch! Alles war köstlich und hervorragend zubereitet, und das absolute Highlight waren die Patatas Bravas, die genauso gut sind wie in jeder Bar in Madrid. Ich bestellte außerdem die Tortilla, die exzellent war, und die Tomaten mit Sardellen. Zum Nachtisch gab es Käsekuchen, dessen Konsistenz meiner Meinung nach perfekt war, obwohl er etwas zu weich war. Das Personal spricht fließend Spanisch, und die Einrichtung des Restaurants entspricht genau den Erwartungen und versetzt einen direkt in eine spanische Bar. Sehr empfehlenswert! Sollte ich jemals wieder nach Berlin kommen, werde ich definitiv wieder dort essen.

Das Essen war spärlich und sehr teuer, der Service verbesserungswürdig, man wurde kaum beachtet und die Gerichte ließen lange auf sich warten, und es waren praktisch keine anderen Gäste da. (Aus spanischer Sicht)

Die erste Wahl für Spanier und Liebhaber authentischer spanischer Barküche.

Es war alles hervorragend! Zwar etwas teuer, aber jeden Cent wert. Besonders günstig ist es, wenn man in einer Gruppe geht und die Kosten teilt. Ich war schon mehrmals dort, und die Stimmung ist fantastisch, wenn Spanien spielt! 🥳

Gönnen Sie sich ein Bier oder einen Wein aus Spanien.

Leckeres Essen und tolle Bedienung. Das Restaurant nimmt an einer Spendenaktion teil, was ich sehr positiv finde. Außerdem hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Fernsehturm.

Alles ist vorhersehbar, aber von guter Qualität.

Balearen in Berlin! Original, wie in Majorka. Auch fördert jedes Essen Mary‘ Meals, Mahlzeiten für hungernde Kinder.

Es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort, und man bekommt gute Erklärungen zum Essen, falls man in bestimmten Dingen nicht so gut ist.

Tolle Auswahl an Gerichten, ich kann die meisten ohne Zögern empfehlen. Alles sehr lecker! Unbedingt auch ein Glas Sangria probieren, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen. 😊 Einziger Nachteil: Das Restaurant ist abends schnell voll, besonders bei schönem Wetter. Geht am besten etwas früher hin.

Super leckere Tapas (auch gute vegetarische, zum Teil vegane Auswahl) in authentischem Ambiente. Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Geräuschkulisse kann jedoch recht laut werden.

Ich habe meine Familie am 27. Februar 2026 besucht.

Bei großem Andrang kann es etwas eng werden. Kommen Sie früh, aber der Koch kommt etwas später. Der Hauswein ist gut.

Wir waren von allen Tapas begeistert. Tatsächlich sind wir gleich am nächsten Tag wieder hingegangen. Alle Zutaten waren erstklassig. Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns gestört, zum Beispiel, dass beim Montaditos kein Olivenöl auf dem Brot war oder dass die Sandwiches nicht mit dicken Scheiben iberischem Schinken belegt waren … für einen Spanier ist das ein absolutes No-Go … hahaha. Ansonsten aber super! 👍

Ich kann dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen; es hat nichts mit spanischem Essen zu tun. Die Patatas Bravas rochen nach Zigarettenasche.

Eine Tapasbar mit Mission. Jede Mahlzeit spendet an hungernde Kinder. Die Gerichte haben authentische und köstliche Zutaten wie z.B. andalusische Oliven. Eine schöne Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten, warm und kalt und man könnte sogar hier Serrano und Ibérico Schinkenkeulen kaufen.

Hier isst man wirklich authentische indische Küche.

Der Besuch hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Alles in einer authentischen Tapas-Bar Atmosphäre. Die Tapas waren hervorragend und geschmacklich top. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt hier absolut – besonders wenn man die zentrale Lage am Alexanderplatz, die Portionsgrößen und das schöne Ambiente bedenkt. Ein großes Lob an den Service: Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm unaufdringlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren nach einem Museumsbesuch hier zum Abendessen. Es ist gar nicht so einfach, in der Nähe des Alexanderplatzes ein Restaurant abseits der Touristenmassen zu finden – und dieses hier wurde uns von einem spanischen Freund empfohlen. Wir hatten verschiedene Tapas und den Hauswein, die Qualität war gut (besonders positiv überrascht waren wir von den Fisch-Tapas). Es ist etwas teurer, wie Tapas-Lokale im Allgemeinen. Ich kann es empfehlen, wenn man in der Nähe des Alexanderplatzes ist und etwas Anspruchsvolleres als Döner, Burger oder Kettenrestaurants sucht.

Der Ort ist weniger komfortabel als der vorherige; man kann nur an der Bar sitzen.

Klein und niedlich. Reservierung zu empfehlen, da nicht viel Platz. Dennoch hat man sich bemüht, uns einen Platz anzubieten. Die Tapasauswahl war gut und wir haben einige probiert. Schwächelbag für die Reste gab's auch. ;-)

Die Runzelkartoffeln sind fantastisch! Die Tortilla ist köstlich, und Raquels Service sorgt dafür, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Spontan mit fünf Personen für dieses Lokal entschieden und es nicht bereut. Hervorragende Tapas, guter Wein und angenehmes Ambiente. Hatte eine Paella mir Meeresfrüchten von der Tageskarte die auf ganzer Linie überzeugen konnte. Bitte weiter so 🙏 Etwas hohe, der Lage angepasst Preise. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Qualität der Speisen aber verschmerzbar.

Fantastic place to stop for some Sangria and tapas. The food was delicious, staff was friendly, and vibes were great. Definitely recommend!

From the outside it doesn’t look impressionable, but once you enter, you’ll love it! From the cork inspired stools to the faux citrus tree, the interior was quaint and Spanish inspired. The croquettes, olives, Catalan bread, patatas bravas, and wines were delicious. Service was great!! I wish I had taken pictures of the food. Highly recommend!

Dear people, reservations are unusual. The atmosphere is more Spanish, open than focused!

Unfortunately, the people sitting next to us were very loud, so it was difficult to have a conversation, but the staff were very attentive. We had good tapas, and the benefit for me is that a small amount from each meal sold goes to help hungry children (Mary's Meals) – really great stuff 👍🏻

It's a quiet restaurant with delicious food. I had the chicken wings (delicious). I highly recommend the octopus. And the service from the restaurant staff was beyond excellent. I'll visit again.

A selection of tapas and delicious Spanish dishes!

I'm warning you because they cheat on the bill. They charged 74 euros for three regular sandwiches Sandwiches witch in menu cost only 8-9 euro.They have quite average food. I ate here on 12/09/2025 and I advise against visiting this bar. I paid by card so that I have a bill as proof.

My favorite Spanish restaurant in Berlin with a fantastic concept. For every dish ordered, four children living in poverty receive a meal. The food is delicious there, and the service is always friendly.

For 8 years now, my husband and I eat spanish food for our anniversary. So we have a good idea about tapas and spanish food by now. I have to say this is by far the best and most authentic tapas place in Germany we have been to. Everything is made fresh. Even the croquetas. The Sangria is also freshly made and everything is delicious!

Great place!! The tapas are very good and washed down with the best beer par excellence: ESTRELLA GALICIA. The staff is wonderful; attentive, friendly, and super polite. Of course, if you go there, be sure to stop by and have some huevos rotos, because you'll be amazed. Oh, and they also have a Christmas lottery ticket!!! PART 2; My wife and I were there in 2021, and I promised to return, but on a motorcycle, this June 2023, and I kept my promise. As always, everything was perfect and wonderful, but without a doubt the added value is the staff who work there—simply exceptional. PART 3; August 2025; I pass through Berlin again on a motorcycle trip that took me to Kyrgyzstan, and once again I confirm that it's one of the best places in Berlin to have a beer and eat. As always, the staff; WONDERFUL.

It seems to be geared more toward a fast-paced, touristy business than toward truly good Spanish cuisine and warm hospitality. If you're looking for a great location, it's worth a look. However, if you want good food and good service, you'd be better off looking for an alternative.

The chai and coffee were tasty and the lemon tart was delicious. The brownie cheesecake was just ok.

You feel like you are in Spain, even if the surroundings (Alexanderplatz) are not right

Simply disappointing...! Octopus ala Gallega was too tough and not seasoned with the traditional "pimenton"...the potatoes were boiled and not peeled for a Galician, an insult...service was very unmotivated and didn't even ask once if we needed anything else or if everything was OK... Too expensive for this quality!

Its a nice good tapas place. Meatballs were good.

I recently had the pleasure of dining with friends at El Colmado in Berlin, and I have to say, it was a thoroughly wonderful experience! If you're looking for authentic Spanish tapas in a welcoming atmosphere, El Colmado is definitely the place to be. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a warm and lively atmosphere. The ambiance is beautifully designed and immediately conveys the feeling of being in a typical Spanish bodega. It's the ideal place to meet with friends, sample different dishes together, and enjoy life. The tapas selection is diverse, and every dish we tried was excellently prepared and full of flavor. Whether it was classic patatas bravas, melt-in-the-mouth jamón serrano, or fresh seafood, there was something for everyone here. Of course, we also had a cold Spanish beer, which perfectly complemented the spicy tapas and rounded off our evening. The service deserves special mention. The service was not only extremely attentive, but also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and well-cared for. Truly excellent service made the visit even more enjoyable. All in all, our visit to El Colmado was a complete success. The combination of delicious food, a great atmosphere, and excellent service makes this restaurant a true highlight in Berlin. I can wholeheartedly recommend El Colmado and am already looking forward to my next visit!

My partner and I have been traveling through northern Germany for 10 days, from west to east. After more than a week without setting foot in Spain, and on top of that, you've already detested traditional German cuisine and are looking for a way to eat like you do at home, delicious and healthy, we had this pleasant surprise. We ordered a portion of Iberian ham croquettes, bread with tomato, Santoña anchovies with peppers, breaded fish, and Galician-style octopus. To drink, we had a tank of Radler and a water. The price is comparable to Germany or any Spanish tapas bar; it was €61, but they taste good. Totally recommended, flavors of the land, truly what you expect when you enter a Spanish tapas bar. We've tried other tapas bars in Berlin, and they leave a lot to be desired compared to this one. I definitely recommend it to anyone, but especially to Spaniards. It's worth it.

Spanish restaurant in Berlin city center. It was not like expected. But the service stuff was really kind.

There are not so many people who never been to Spain. If you were there you had to eat once, twice or more in typical Spanish tapas. Unfortunately that one in Berlin is faaaaaar from experiences from Spain. This one can only satisfy persons who have no clue how real tapas bars might be good, which is not the case in Berlin. At least service was very good, but food … It is hard to comment. Iberian ham was like the one you can buy at discounter. No Pata Negra nor Joselito. But even worse was Huevos con jamon. Eggs were not soft, so even cutting them didn’t bring expected effect of melting yolk with small pieces of potato and ham. Here ham was covering the whole stuff (not in small pieces but in regular cuts) and potatoes were at least OK, but 85% of the whole dish were potatoes. Normally in San Sebastian, Sevilla or Barcelona the proportions between potatoes, ham and eggs are much different

For me, the best tapas in Berlin! The service was a bit overwhelmed with a group, but otherwise friendly and attentive. The food is truly top-notch!

We tried almost all of the tapas and were delighted. The tapas bar looks rather unassuming from the outside, but inside there are about 20-25 seats (stools). The service is authentically Spanish, so a basic knowledge of English would be helpful. Parking is available in the Rathaus-Passagen parking garage (€3.50 for a relaxed meal).

I can't even imagine how happy I was to find this establishment on my first day in Berlin, that day when you're more lost than a carracuca. An authentic Spanish tavern, everything delicious, just like in Spain... potato omelette, empanada, Galician star... very well served by some locals from the Canary Islands and Vallecas. Highly recommended. It's right next to the start of many free tours. A beautiful and clean place, it was like spending time in Spain.

It's next to the Fernsehturm. A great location for a bar like this. When we arrived, we were impressed that the waiters spoke Spanish so well. They were very friendly. We ate at the grocery store every five days I was there. Good job.

Spectacular! The most delicious Spanish restaurant in Berlin

Excellent service and great food. Everything we tried was very very tasty. We even took some olives home with us (they sell jars), much tastier than the supermarket ones :) A bit expensive, but that's to be expected given the location. Highly recommended!

Heerlijke tapas. Super vriendelijk personeel die echt weten waar ze het over hebben. We konden nauwelijks kiezen uit alle lekkere hapjes. Zeker de moeite waard om terug te komen.

Here, you sit directly across from the TV tower and other highlights. The food and drinks are expensive, and the paella is served with chicken wings that barely contain any chicken. Apparently, the Spanish really like it, but unfortunately, I have to be very critical for once. The price-performance ratio is completely out of this world. A half liter of house wine costs €20.

The first restaurant in the Rathaus Passagen that impressed me. The prices are, of course, in line with Alexanderplatz, but the food here surpasses its competitors. The decor here is authentic and lovingly decorated.

We had dinner here with a large group of kids, and Diana and her waiter went out of their way to serve us. The food was excellent, comparable to a tapas bar in Spain.
