Very great restaurant. There are no promises about the kitchen. Except that the tastiest tapas are available in so many variations that everyone can be happy here. The service is pleasantly present, attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and very down to earth. We were there on Friday, January 10th and had the big table at the entrance, which I wasn't very impressed with at first because everyone passes by it. But we didn't notice this at all during our stay. Absolute recommendation. We had an incredibly nice birthday evening there. I can only recommend it. However, a reservation is recommended. Thank you all for your great job and for the love you put into it. The guest feels that.

Es un bar ideal para explicarle a un berlines la tapita que te dan gratis cuando pides una caña en Madrid. Solo que en este bar pagas por ella de media unos 8€ y por la copa de vino 9€. Resumiendo, a menos que comas y bebas como un pajarito mejor busca otro restaurante. Al menos la calidad de la comida no es mala.

Most probably the best Tapas Bar I have been to so far in Germany. Superb nice food, fair prices and really nice employees.

We were there last week with some friends, the truth is that we were very surprised by the quality of a Spanish restaurant in the heart of Berlin, we would definitely repeat. Excellent treatment by the staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

Nice Spanish tapas bar in Berlin. Service was good and the food was delicious. Overall, atmosphere was great. Went there for a company dinner and we got a huge table (a bit separated) for us. Therefore, I can recommend to go there in a big group as well.

Wir wurden zügig, aufmerksam und sehr freundlich empfangen, konnten dann sogleich an einem Hochtisch platznehmen. Das Anbiente ist einladend, es sieht aber tatsächlich eher nach Bar (mit dem entsprechenden Trubel) als nach Restaurant aus. Das kann man mögen oder auch nicht. Obwohl beim Empfang angekündigt, fühlt es sich doch etwas strange an, wenn die Verständigung mit Teilen des Personals nur bedingt in unserer hiesigen Landessprache geführt werden kann. Sonst aber sehr nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Die Tapas kamen nacheinander. Das war in Ordnung, auch wenn man sich eine zeitgleiche Servierung wünscht, um die Vielfalt abwechselnd genießen zu können. Das Essen war von guter Qualität und mit insgesamt 3-4 Tapas + Brot sind wir zu zweit sehr gut satt geworden, so dass man von einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sprechen kann. Insgesamt also eine sehr zufriedenstellender Abend in der Bar Ravall, dessen Besuch man getrost empfehlen kann.

The place is really nice, perfect for a date or to have dinner with friends. I wish we would have got a recommendation from our waitress, but she didnt know much. The food was okay, wouldnt come back for all the tapas, but definitely to drink cocktails.

If there is a got-to place for spanish food, its surely bar raval. I always hit the place with my wife because we love the simple manchego, jarmon, olives stuff. And here the overall quality seems to be higher than in other places. Atmosphere is nice, though I recommend sitting on the high tables infront of the bar so you can see the guys in the kitchen working. also nice choice of wines but we always go for the negroni. If the bartender happens to read this, go job on that one! :)

I was looking for a restaurant for the evening and ended up here by chance. It was very full, but the nice service employee, I think Vent?!?!, took care of it very quickly and got me a place. The selection is exciting and there are also more creative dishes. Everything seemed very well prepared and made with good products. Since I had to drive, I stayed with an Alfonso Oloroso. 100% need for repetition. You can't go wrong here.

Absolutely recommended. We've been there a lot now because the service is super relaxed and you never have to wait long for your food. The classics are always on the menu and there are new dishes regularly. The bar is always well filled, so there is always a good atmosphere. We order goat cheese, tomatoes chutney, honey every time and are never disappointed. We also got to know Monte Tonic here, which is now our favorite drink at home. Parking spaces are usually easy to find on the street in front.

Directly at Görlitzer Park, I was very positively surprised. Great ambience and good food. I redeemed a voucher from Mydays and was totally satisfied.

Everything was good and the food tasted good. The best was the flank steak. Beer was cold and tasty and espresso martini was tasty too. Service was friendly. Shop was very busy. But we had a reservation and therefore got a place.

Tasty food, a little bit too salty for my taste, but still enjoyable. The calamari was great. The grated tomatoes with bread (starter) were amazing. The pepper stuffed with crudo was also great. These are the top 3 of our 6 ordered dishes, imo. With honourable mention to the ham croquettes. Would recommend!

A chill place with a relaxed vibe and easygoing staff that made us feel right at home. The food and drinks were great, and we had a fantastic time just enjoying ourselves. I highly recommend trying the beetroot with goat cheese—it was a standout dish! Overall, a great spot to unwind and enjoy some good company.

Ich komme im 6. Jahr zur Bar Raval, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern und noch nie wurde ich begrüßt "hallo bist Du das Geburtstagskind...herzlichen Glückwunsch...."oder ähnlich. Ich lasse da jedes Mal mehrere Hundert Euro pro Geburtstag und es gibt nichtmal einen Absacker am Ende aufs Haus oder bei der Abrechnung "1 Wasser geht auf uns" ( das wären 5EUR auf der Rechnung, weniger als 1 EUR im Einkauf). Gar nichts"! Immer hat man als Gast das Gefühl, dass man stört, wenn man etwas bestellen möchte. Daran muss das Team jedenfalls noch arbeiten - es sei denn, das Nicht-Lächeln ist das Image der Bar Raval. Jedenfalls ist das für das Geburtstagskind nicht schön, wenn man so ignoriert wird. Letztes Jahr hatte ich woanders gefeiert und dort wurde sogar mein Tisch mit Blumen und Kerzen geschmückt! So kann es auch gehen..... :-))

Very nice place and very cozy. The portions are rather smaller and yet more expensive. The waiting times between the tapas were very long. It's a bit uncomfortable when one tapas comes 30 minutes after the others and someone always has to watch you eat. Otherwise recommended.

Beautiful gastro bar with very friendly staff and most of all great food. The cava list is also very well stocked, highly recommend for a nice aperitif or a dinner with friends

Quite pricey for Kreuzberg, the free bread they served was not that good, you probably should order the bread on the menu for better quality, but overall the tapas were of good quality and the service. Just prepare yourself for being asked constantly for money if you sit outside, which is not the restaurants fault.

It was a pleasure to come celebrate my birthday here with all my friends. I didn't expect to feel so close to Españita being so far away. The dishes were very authentic and the staff so friendly that my friends asked me if the waiter and I had met before. I will return for sure, and so will they because what we had for dinner was a delight. WHAT CROQUETTES! AND WHAT WINE! Booking here was a real success. Thank you so much :)

So the food was really incredibly good and tasted better than I thought it would and could have wished for. You could also have a really nice chat with the staff, so I'll definitely try to go there again.

Bar Raval is a Spanish tapas bar that offers a wide selection of wines. The atmosphere is appealing, ideal for a cozy evening. Unfortunately, the food didn't completely convince us. Most of the dishes were lightly seasoned/salted, which meant that the typical Spanish flavor was a little lacking. The octopus stood out positively and we liked it the best. There were some delays in service; Our reservation via Google wasn't known upon arrival, which led to a rocky start. We also found the prices to be rather high, considering the quality and service offered. Overall, our visit to Bar Raval was okay, but not impressive enough to plan another visit. However, the large selection could be a draw for wine lovers.

Best Spaniard in the area! The atmosphere in the bar is the closest to that in Spain. The food is very tasty and authentic, even if not cheap. The tapas and wine selection completely convinced me and I can only recommend the bar. If you are willing to spend some money and have a nice evening in return, then this is the right choice; 10/10

Operator has filed a request for deletion due to defamation - I was there in October 2023 and posted the following: "Unfortunately, the food was only so-so (eggplants were delicious), I was disappointed with the rest." Went there in a large group and tried a lot. Attached are pictures of the food, unfortunately the steak was tough and the ingredients didn't seem to be of high quality.

Modern and classic tapas served in a great ambience. The vegan tapas, timbal sobrasada and the sirloin fillet are highly recommended. There is also a large selection of good wines, beer and cocktails.

Thanks to the team at Bar Raval, it would have been nice to spend more time there. We definitely had fun with you.

The food felt pricey at first, but honestly the portions are totally worth the price! Taste wise everything was amazing and this is coming from someone who spent a lot of time trying out all different kinds of tapas in Barcelona. The Sangria might be the best I had so far, in Germany at least definitely! The music is amazing and the waiters are very nice 👍🏻 I would go here again anytime!

Nomineed the worst service of the year. As a group of 10 we asked for recommandation to have food together, Tapas to share. We got served 1 to 2 plates at the time every 10-15minutes for 2 hours. This made it impossible to share it as all were hungry and we never had a full table of food. How do you share 1 plate every 5 minutes in 10, each a fork. So we kindly asked the service, to accumulate plates in the kitchen and bring 5 at the time as we ordered 18 plates, 2 or 3 times of each dish, to make it easier for the kitchen... "the kitchen do it this way" As a chef I can say the Kitchen organisation was the worst i have experienced, sure they had no real chef. How can you feed 13 people by sending 1-2 plates every 15 minutes. Even pimientos del padron we ordered 3 plates and got them served 1 at 20.15, 20.20, 20.40 why? To the customers: dont go as big groups. To the restaurant: dont take groups this big you can not handle & try to work with the peoples needs... The restaurant was not so busy, we left all hungry and upsad of one of the worst dining experience. A friend can cook the same from a thiny kitchen at home.

The whole thing was a gift. Location opposite the Görlitz park entrance. If you like rustic, authentic, neighborhood and scene, this is the place for you. The food was ok. Service easy. However, we won't be coming back! 😉

Cozy and warm Tapas Bar in the heart of Kreuzberg. Wines and service are excellent. You can sit outside and just have a nice glass of wine with some sweet nibbles. Love how welcoming and approachable the place is, even though it looks much fancier it is quite affordable. Standouts were the goat cheese, the octopus and the Croquettes. Though I felt like some of the dishes lacked a little seasoning. But what the food lacked was made up by the warm service and atmosphere. It's the perfect place for a catch up with a big group of friends!

I absolutely cannot understand the positive recessions here. We visited the Tapas Bar yesterday and made a reservation in advance. When we got there we weren't even greeted. After we were seated I can only say that I have rarely experienced such a desert of service. After two aperitivi and a few starters we decided to go somewhere else. Unfortunately an absolute fail.

Went there spontaneously on Saturday evening and got a nice table for two outside. The service is very nice, the team has everything under control and the food was also very tasty. We have finally found a “typical” Spaniard that we have been looking for for a long time. We'll definitely be back!!
