So, The food is good but nothing special. The thing is more the price. At Chidoba you can get a better and tastier burrito for €10. Portion far too small for the price. Absolute nonsense. The waiter had no idea what to do either. Drinks were okay but nothing special.

Fantastic food and first class service - definitely try it! We went to Tanito’s in Wiesbaden with a larger group and were completely thrilled. The starters already made you want more - fresh, tasty and prepared with great attention to detail. My personal highlight was the Steako Americano, which was perfectly fried and tasted absolutely convincing. The service was also excellent: friendly, attentive and always with a smile on their faces. Despite the size of our group, everything ran smoothly so we could concentrate entirely on enjoying ourselves. If you are looking for a great restaurant experience in Wiesbaden, you should definitely stop by Tanito’s. 5 stars!

This place is definitely a vibe! They play really good music. We went for drinks and had chips with dip on the side. All their drinks came out delicious and exactly how they should be. The costumer service was amazing. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful.

Eat deliciously. The portions are sufficient. There is a large selection of tequila and the selection is also very good. The audience tends to be younger, but you can go there at any age.

Spontaneously went with friends last Sunday. Group of 7 people. Mo greeted us and served us. Very great service, attentive, accommodating and just in a great mood. We'll definitely be back just because of Mo!

We visited the restaurant on December 20, 2024. The ambience is good but that's about it. We waited an unbelievable 2 hours for our food only to receive mediocre convenience food, from the taste I could bet that 80% was ready-made, no homemade sauces etc... Now you could say that Tanitos is more of a cocktail bar and not a real restaurant, but even with the cocktails I have to say that I'm pretty sure that they've been saving on alcohol there lately, none of us felt any alcohol after 4-5 cocktails and our group consisted of people who hardly drink alcohol, when you consider that the jumbo cocktails cost almost 15 euros, I think it's pretty cheeky that you actually only get fruit juice. To be fair, they tasted good. It's a shame that it turned out this way. I used to enjoy having a drink there, but after the total failure it's no longer recommended for me. Small addendum, the sinks in the men's toilets have been broken since my last visit in the summer.

Definitely more than worth a visit. Such a beautiful location, delicious food and great cocktails. But above all the service was brilliant. Mo (our waiter) was super attentive, funny and had just the right level of interaction with us. We couldn't have asked for better service that evening. We are really looking forward to our next visit ☺️

Eight of us were at Tanitos today to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately it was the first and also the last time. The toilets were in poor condition and only one of the two taps worked. The waiting time for the drinks was consistently over 15 minutes, and incorrect orders were brought several times. In addition, the waitress couldn't give any precise information about the drinks and became rude when asked further questions. The wait for the food was over an hour, and when the burgers finally came, each burger was missing the jalapeños. The BBQ burger was completely missing BBQ sauce and the burgers were cold. Overall, a very disappointing experience that we definitely won't repeat.

The food and the service are great, the service was super nice, we even got shots since it took longer. Deduction because of the prices, which are already very steep, steeper than at Enchi in other cities. It's very good if you want to treat yourself to something, including the cocktails, but it's quite expensive.

It was ok, the starter for 2 people was plenty, but corn on the cob also needs a little butter and the nachos were lifeless and tasteless as a decko. With the lifeless, slightly spicy tomato salsa, you could add a little avocado. For the price you got more for the eye and less taste pleasure.

Actually quite nice, the selection of tequilas and mezcal is also very commendable, the cocktails were also decent. Of course, the food is only partially authentic, but I can't rate the taste and quality of it yet.

About a month ago I accidentally ordered on Lieferando for pickup instead of delivery - I called straight away because unfortunately you can't cancel on Lieferando yourself. The restaurant said you couldn't cancel either, they had no option at all. We agreed that the order would not be prepared and that I would contact Lieferando....I am still waiting for a refund from Lieferando and the restaurant was actually not interested in the whole situation at all (even though I have ordered many times and regularly ). But when I placed my order today, I was completely blown away: After waiting for over an hour, the order on Lieferando was simply canceled.... IT APPEARS TO BE WORKING??? But only if it suits the restaurant... Absolutely underground. Aside from that, the restaurant could have kindly just called me. Well, that will probably be the last time I ordered from you (or tried to). It's actually a shame because the food tastes quite good. This is how you completely alienate a customer who would have continued to order for a long time.

Restaurant atmosphere was really comfortable. Greeted by a super friendly hostess. Eating inside next to the fireplace was a plus. There is also outside seating, but smoking is allowed there. Happy hour discounts on drinks. Potato skins appetizer was enough to share with four. They were sliced seasoned potatoes wedges (not the cheese/bacon half sliced variety). Quesadilla portions are large enough to take some home. Burritos are a bit smaller, but satisfying. Surprised that entrees only come with 3-4 tortilla chips and the salsa containers are a tad small. Mixed drinks have a generous amount of alcohol. Overall great experience. Worth a stop for dinner.

This is (unfortunately) something we are no longer used to in many restaurants. The food is very good in my opinion. However, it is often very warm in the restaurant itself. Otherwise no criticism.

I wish there were more than 5 stars because I’d give them 50. My first time at this place was for a “Moms night out” with several girlfriends and the atmosphere was lovely. A few weeks later I was hopeful that even though it’s a restaurant with a large bar and a bar-ish reputation that it would be kid-friendly enough to bring our 2 small children to as long as we ate early enough. This restaurant far surpassed our expectations in every way. The food is delicious. The service is amazing. They are considerate and kind and take good care of their customers. The rave comes from tonight’s experience. During our dinner my 4 year old daughter was stung by a bee & she was HURT. She let out a piercing scream and several of the staff came running to her aid. With my screaming daughter in my arms our waitress promptly filled a sterile glove with ice and then sat on the floor with me desperately attempting to soothe my daughter’s pain and console her. Her compassion in the moment was unmatched. She even teared up with me hearing a sweet little girl cry in pain. She continued to sit with us for several minutes and took such care of us. Due to the new (and of course understandable) fear of the bees, we decided to forego the rest of our dinner time and asked to pay & leave. Our waitress brought us the check and we closed out our tab but before we headed out, the hostess rushed to our table, collected our food and drinks into to-go containers, and brought them to us. We have never had anything less than a great experience at this restaurant but tonight’s care and compassion shown by the employees took it to the next level. Thank you Tanito’s staff! We appreciate your kindness.

A very nice location, we received great service from Dea & Semir, very attentive and courteous waiters! Food was super delicious and a huge selection of delicious cocktails. Can only be recommended. We will definitely come back!!

It was our first time here, we were greeted very nicely and were given a nice table. The service staff was very attentive and friendly. As a starter we had the platter for 2 people. It was okay but nothing special. I found the salsa to be very weak. It tasted more like pureed tomatoes. I know it differently. In terms of price, I find it very expensive, almost €30 for 2 people. The tacos weren't good either. Strips of steak that were too thin were simply too dry. I am of the opinion that the entire food and the sauces are not exactly coordinated. Sometimes there is too much spice, sometimes not at all. The cocktails were very good. Overall, we would still come by and try something different.

Location: Very well located, right in the city center. You find the entrance a little behind and then climb a few stairs and find yourself directly in the restaurant. Very large and yet comfortable. Rustic style. Decoratively not very imaginative. But that is subjective and a matter of opinion. Eat: We found the food okay. Everything was well done, but unfortunately very bland. I would have liked a little more spice and more creativity in the dishes. We ordered two different dishes that ultimately looked and tasted completely the same. The cocktail was average. I would like to emphasize that the food was neither particularly exceptional nor bad. Just okay. The portions were sufficient. Staff: Really great! Very, very attentive, quick, friendly, open-minded and helpful. Price: Certainly appropriate for the current situation. However, in contrast to my own kitchen, I want to have a "culinary experience" in the restaurant and be inspired to create something of my own. Unfortunately, I didn't have the feeling here to the extent that I wanted. I wouldn't advise against a visit, but I wouldn't explicitly recommend it either.

We were a group of six people and had a very nice evening in the restaurant. The food tasted extremely good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the waitress couldn't give us any information about the types of alcohol in the cocktail (explanation of what spirit it was) and we were only asked once the entire evening if we wanted to order anything else. But all in all it was a lovely evening

It was a really nice evening. Great atmosphere, great service, delicious food and great cocktails. Even though there were so many guests, we didn't have to wait long for drinks and food. I was so very disappointed. My appetite was worked up and I was looking forward to a good meal. As hungry as I was anything would taste delicious. The food however is inedible. (Who can screw up a hamburger?) I took one bite and had to spit it out into a napkin. I imagine this place may be good for drinks. After three or four margaritas maybe you don't notice the very poor quality of the food.

Since many reviews that have less than 4 stars are now being addressed by windy "we delete bad reviews" law firms, you now have to keep the receipts from every restaurant in order to be able to defend yourself in case of doubt. Service staff should be told: if you see me in your restaurant and I take the piece of paper with me after paying, then it wasn't good. Like here, for example, where alleged Mexican food is served, which only passes as such if you've never eaten Mexican food in your life or automatically categorize anything that has beans in it. Or if you had a few too many mojitos in this cocktail bar, which is apparently set up for fun evenings and, as mentioned at the beginning, also supposedly serves Mexican food, you quickly have to make up for it with a few beans and bad Mexican rice, and the quality doesn't matter anyway is because you can hardly look straight ahead and are already mentally on the way to the taxi, ambulance or flirt from the next table. No, it wasn't good. I had a chimichanga - the fried version of a burrito. As a side dish there was "Mexican rice" (probably in the style of chef Punkt De, recipe "Rice with ketchup", third search result on the fifth page). The good thing was filled with exactly the same rice, plus beans. A few crumbs of meat were probably supposed to represent the chili con carne, which was actually supposed to be included. Plus a bad side salad, a bowl of sour cream, and one with something that was described on the menu as "Red Salsa" but was actually just "Red". There was nothing hot or otherwise spicy here anyway. The fact that I was served a bottle of Tabasco said it all. And so this shop managed to have the dubious honor of being the only culinary disappointment on my visit to Wiesbaden. If the team is reading here: you can't help it, that's just how gastronomy is often in 2024. You're great and you're definitely trying your best. But I would like to say to the boss at Tanito's, who is certainly keen on optimization: I'm sure you have a fun bar for boozy cocktail evenings, I don't mind you, but the food just wasn't good. Of course I kept the note. Wink wink.

It’s 2024 and they use falafel as a substitute for vegetarian options?… Very disappointed about it. There’s billions of meat substitutes in the supermarkets only to use falafel as an option, plus the prices are super high only for eating 3 or 4 balls of falafel. Mexican has nothing to do with Turkish food if you mixed is called fusion but not Mexican. It was literally like eating Turkish food with some Mexican spices and a lot of paprika. Terrible.

The bartender put on an insane fire show, the service was very quick even though it was busy. Drinks were a bit sweet for my taste, but still tasty. Good selection of non-alcoholic cocktails too. I'd love to come back

There are many restaurants in Wiesbaden and you often find out that only a few topics such as service, quality and politeness are mastered. But here everything is lived out of it. The portions are plentiful, fresh and extremely tasty. We would like to thank the friendly service person Taras for his tireless support in making our stay a unique experience. If you ever come here, let him serve you. We'll definitely be back.

Ich bin einfach nur begeistert weil er mit viel Liebe gekocht wird, es ist Qualitätsfleisch super Gewürze es ist gut abgestimmt es ist auch nicht so viel Sauce dabei, wenn man die Fajitas bestellt- die Saucen sind klasse alles sauber angerichtet freundliches lachendes Personal und Barmixer die einfach nur ein tolles Lächeln auf den Lippen haben

Wollten „eigentlich“ zuerst hier essen, jedoch wohl kein Platz frei. Mehrere freie Tische ohne Reservierungskennzeichen sprachen für mich jedoch „eigentlich“ eine andere Sprache. Optisch sah es hier aber recht ansprechend aus. Schade. Also sind wir danach ins Hacienda und haben dort unser Geld gelassen.

3. Besuch gestern, Tische mit extremer Höhe unpassend zu den Stühlen. Teilweise unkoordinierte Getränke Bestellungen. Sanitäranlagen im Herren WC länger nicht gewartet. Seifenspender, Wasserhahn und selbst die Toilette defekt. Das ist schon eine Ansage ...

Getränke schon überteuert aber der Service setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf. Wir haben immer lange auf unsere Getränke gewartet, mehrere wurden vergessen, die Rechnung hat 47 Minuten gebraucht. Unfassbar
