Chidoba in Wiesbaden

When ordering, it's almost impossible to hear the staff over the outside noise. The ambiance is nice. However, the food is inedible, even though it's fast food – there are many chains that offer better quality. Taste-wise, it's a flop and not worth the money.

Food itself wasn’t half bad and I loved the customisation aspect, but the service left muuuch to be desired. My burrito wasn’t even wrapped properly.

We ordered two things, the money was deducted, we waited two hours, and only one thing was delivered, ice cold. We called, no apology, nothing. We were told to call tomorrow, but now they're closing down. It's a disgrace, no money back, they don't understand anything, so you can handle it. Never again.

Tostada was 6 euros (little bit of meat and potatoes and with no vegetables. Taste was good. But the clerks are putting barely anything in the toast. You can buy a Döner for the same price with some good vegetables

Best Mexican burrito in the world and friendly staff

If you're looking for a quick meal, this is the place to go...I had the 3 mixed tacos, which were delicious.

It's okay if you're a tourist and need a quick bite to eat, but it didn't blow us away enough to make us want to come back. Plus point: they also offer vegan options, but that should be standard in a city like Wiesbaden by now. Not a great atmosphere, it was quite hectic, but we were there on a Sunday lunch/afternoon. Four stars - overall, solid 🥰

The service is really bad. I stand there waiting and feel like I'm invisible. No one even thinks to serve me. The young ladies who work there are extremely unfriendly and extremely unpleasant, and they speak so quietly that you have to say "Please?" every time they speak. It might also be a good idea to briefly heat/grill the burrito in the contact grill so that the tortilla becomes slightly crispy and warm.

We went out to eat with the kids today, and I have to say the food is really delicious, but it's inedible in this heat. I don't know how the employees can stand it. It's so hot and stuffy in the store. Air conditioning is really needed. The food doesn't feel fresh in this heat either. But the service is top-notch!

Delicious food at a fair price. It wasn't as spicy as you'd expect for Mexican food. I'd be happy to go again :)

Disappointing. Instead of tasty food, you get a boring imitation of Mexican food. Ordering is supposed to be as quick as possible, so you're not given time to understand how the ordering system works because there are no signs.

Best Mexican Food Experience ever!! I mean it

Placed an order for delivery at 8pm. 40 minutes later the delivery time was extended to 50 minutes. At 9:30 p.m. the order was canceled without notice. Not reliable!!! EDIT: The company's response speaks for itself - no apology, instead the accusation of a lack of understanding. Anyone who accepts orders via Lieferando also assumes joint responsibility for the entire process. Benefiting from the platform also means being responsible for any problems. A simple apology would have been enough - instead, a condescending response follows. There is obviously no appreciation for customers here.

I absolutely loved my visit to Chidoba Mexican Grill in Wiedbaden. The quality of the ingredients, the authentic taste and the fresh preparation completely convinced me. The selection of burritos, bowls, tacos and quesadillas is great, and you can customize your meal exactly to your preferences. The staff was super friendly, quick and helpful - despite the high volume, everything was prepared fresh and with a lot of love. Particularly noteworthy is the selection of homemade salsas, which range from mild to extra hot and give every dish the perfect kick. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, so you feel invited to linger. Value for money is really great here – fresh, delicious dishes at fair prices. I can recommend Chidoba Mexican Grill to anyone looking for authentic Mexican cuisine with the best ingredients. I'll definitely be back! 🌮🔥

We're usually always at Chiduba's when we're in Wiesbaden. Unfortunately this time it was a disappointment. The staff seemed extremely listless and what was particularly disappointing was how little meat there was on the tacos. On the other hand, a lot of salad. So it's no longer tasty and the price is extremely expensive if you don't get full. Unfortunately the sour cream tastes like quark and that's it.

Very unfriendly employee who sent us away after we sat there for a moment after we finished eating. All tables were free. He himself sat at the laptop and occupied a table of four alone.

Mexican.... No quite. it is Texan or Arizona food. Nevertheless it is good and tasty. The personnel are really helpful. The place is clean and a good atmosphere.

I may lack experience and knowledge in Mexican food , but I do know that it was very good and delicious in Chidoba. Went there once and would go there again. I highly recommend going there, it is a great place to eat and the service is amazing as well.

It's really unbelievable how little was put into our crunchwrap. No 3 year old can get enough of it. There used to be twice as much inside!! In addition, you are not even asked whether you would like to have an extra request such as guacamole. Before I could order it it was already folded!!

This is literally the worst Chidoba I have ever eaten at or ordered from. Just ordered again from Uber eats, unfortunately I didn't notice that it was the Chidoba in Langgasse and not in Lillys. The one in Lillys 9/10 and the one here 0/10. They are so stingy with the mini portions, they don't do any extras, the burrito is tiny, they save money on EVERYTHING, I'm so mad that I didn't notice before that it was the Chidoba from Langgasse and not from the train station. Service 0/10 Taste 0/10 Despite the tiny portion, half the loveless burrito was thrown away. For the price you could at least expect a little more ingredients. On site they are unfriendly and do not respond to any special requests... you have the feeling that the employees are paying for the ingredients out of their own pocket. 0/10 I would never order on Sundays again because you automatically get chidoba when you go to Langgassen. The order arrived ICE COLD

I was at this restaurant recently and very disappointed. Drink prices are higher than most entrees. The food was average and the service was slow. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Since a new staff has been working there, there are only two teaspoons of meat on the burrito. For €18 on the menu it's a complete impudence. In addition, half of the order is forgotten..

Chidoba - if you feel like “Mexican” and don’t have time to go to a restaurant It's just a Mexican fast food restaurant. That's how it tastes too. It's okay if you're hungry quickly, although you can easily spend €25 for two people. Don't expect authentic Mexican cuisine here. Comparable to McDonalds to US burgers and Chidoba to Mexican cuisine

Auf Empfehlung haben wir das Chidoba besucht. Womit soll ich anfangen? Service war ok, nicht besonders aufmerksam, wirkte etwas überfordert. Sie waren trotzdem freundlich. Essen, war geschmacklich in Ordnung, die Portion jedoch meines Erachtens zu klein. Ich habe für einen Chicken Salat Menü (mit Pommes als Beilage und einem Getränk) wohlgemerkt bestehend aus Eisbergsalat (85%) ein wenig Dipp, Salsa und extra Avocado sowie geraspeltem Käse knapp 16 Euro bezahlt und war nüchtern gesagt, nicht begeistert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gestimmt. Mein Foto vom Salat spricht für sich... Wir haben noch Quesadillas bestellt, leider haben diese den Grill nur aus der Ferne gesehen. Der Käse war noch fest, die Quesadillas waren zudem kalt. Diesen Chidoba werden wir nicht erneut besuchen. Wir versuchen unser Glück in einer anderen Filiale.

Die Mitarbeiterin Emily hat uns ausgesprochen super beraten. Sie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Emily ich habe aber mit dem Burrito recht. Meine Kombi deutlich besser.

I really enjoyed my meal but I initially wanted to order the Crunchwrap. Since the Crunchwrap doesn’t come with a combo, I had to choose the Chicken Cup instead. So hopefully in the future, the Crunchwrap will come with a combo 🤞

Ich liebe dass Essen! Der Service war auch sehr gut und ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen. Ich würde von Dortmund aus, extra nochmal nach Wiesbaden fahren, nur um bei Chidoba zu essen. 🙏

Sehr tolles und leckeres Restaurant mit einer guten Auswahl. Leider ist der Service nicht sonderlich gut und die MitarbeiterInnen hinter dem Tresen sind oftmals sehr langsam, unfreundlich und wirken genervt. Manchmal wird auch penibel darauf geachtet dass ja nicht zu viel Käse oder Sour Creme drauf kommt. Alles was man zusätzlich will kostet extra. Ich würde es gut finden, wenn man zB Salsa nicht möchte dass es dann kein Problem ist, wenn man etwas anderes dafür bekommt. All in All ist das Essen und die Location aber top und kann man nur empfehlen!

Am essen ist nichts auszusetzen, aber die Organisation ist furchtbar. Wenn sich Leute selbst unwissend nach dem Bestellen zum bezahlen vordrängeln, weiß das Personal nicht mehr wem was genau ist. Es wird nur an der Grundbestellung ausgemacht wem etwas sein könnte und dann quasi gelost wo Bohnen und Gemüse drauf bestellt wurde oder nicht. !Das Personal war trotzdessen Nett, es sollte am Konzept etwas geändert werden wenn es so voll ist! Das ist ein ganz mieser Service.
