Incredibly bad service. The portions are absolutely puny. If you don't spend an extra €4 on meat you won't be full. In addition, it always takes a long time and the team is incompetent. Not recommended, for less money you can get box 9 at Asiahung in the train station, where the price and performance are top.

This store is just a disgrace! We stopped by at lunchtime and the shop was empty. Despite this, we waited 15 minutes for a crunch wrap. The employee was unfriendly and gives the impression that the customer is annoying. Unfortunately I can NOT recommend this location!

Right in the middle of it all, cool that it exists here. It really sounded FAT again. Prices are completely reasonable and this is the only place where you can get delicious Papa Joes Ice Tea (peach or lemon you decide)

There was an older male employee who was very rude. He was very rude and discriminatory. Unfortunately, I met him on both occasions.

Chidoba is a very good shop but I can't recommend this Chidoba. The food was mostly cold and the staff were untrained. Forgotten things and etc. Also WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.

The music is so loud that you can't understand what you're talking to, which means you're putting together something completely different than what you urgently want to change. The food is fresh. There are places to sit.

I ordered here for the first time - to go. As usual, the food at Chidoba was very good. I found the service when ordering extremely good. A man (I think it was the owner) served and gave tips on what was best to use and how to fill it. The employees were all very, very friendly. I'll come back.

The food is perfect, the staff is incredible, and the ambience is fabulous. 10 out of 10 would definitely come again.👌

It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious Mexican meal. Nice atmosphere with nice and helpful staff. I'd love to come back for some tacos.🌮

The service is quite uncoordinated, the boss seems to be training new employees every week and so it is always a bit hectic and chaotic. Unfortunately, it almost always happens that guacamole is offered without mentioning that it costs €2 extra - and then it doesn't turn out to be a particularly generous topping. The fries were literally bathed in spice mixture, too intensely, so that the corners of our mouths were burning at the end. All in all, it tastes pretty good, which is why we stop by every now and then during our lunch break, but unfortunately the value for money isn't right.

Ordered crunch wrap with “beef”. In the end I had about 50 grams of beef and mostly consisted of salad and sauce. For just under €8, no thanks.

I go to Chidoba every time but this Chidoba is a complete disaster. Extreme savings are made on content and that is not the case with the chidobas in Frankfurt, be it in the mtz Nordwestzentrum or in the train station

Incredibly bad service, absolutely crap....so unfriendly ripping off the guests.....given zero stars for the service today 4:30 p.m.never again and I get around a lot. In the pedestrian zone the same store from this chain with completely different staff...in lili closed immediately...pure rip-off. Reported to the central office. The tiny container of sauce...1.8€...

I actually enjoyed going to Chidoba at Lilli. Apparently austerity has been the order of the day. Only 150g (that's what the young woman at the checkout said, announced by the boss) fries are offered in the menu. It wouldn't be a problem if the burrito with fries and a drink didn't cost around €20. To be fair, I have already eaten a Frie in the photo I posted. In addition, there is no longer any Chipotle Sauce (Cholula), here too the checkout lady says that it is too expensive and is therefore no longer offered. Too bad! I would be willing to pay more, but simply saving on quantity and ingredients is somehow inappropriate. It's no longer what it used to be.

Located on the upper floor of the Lilie, it is surrounded by a desolate waiting area. Comfortable is something completely different. The music there is so loud that it is very difficult to communicate with the staff. But they are very friendly and patient. The food was good.

It's totally dirty, there were 2 small pieces of chicken in my chicken tostado, and there was little to no sauce in the borito. The employee didn't feel like it, which I can understand, but I can understand that you do something like that with a clear conscience, as if you had to save money at every turn. There are no towels or hot sauce, and no cutlery is available. They should close the store and put more money into the one in the city center. The one downtown is a 10/10

A beautiful Mexican restaurant that offers tacos, salads, sandwiches, and various burgers with a different mix of sauces and delicious flavors, at reasonable prices and good seating options suitable for individuals and families.

It was my first Chidoba, what can I say: Well, that's okay...my burrito was just ok, the crunchwrap was also ok...the nachos, just tasted like cardboard...service 👎🏻...was too fast , you didn't understand anything when he asked something🤷‍♂️...I'll still test a chidoba somewhere else🙃

Very nice Subway-style restaurant with a revolutionary hand-washing station and very tasty Cajun fries, but the burrito's overall taste was rather mediocre and the hottest salsa wasn't really hot.

Big portion for the price, the food seems good quality but the taste is very boring, not very authentic for Mexican food. I would eat there again, but the service is super unfriendly, they prepare the food and ask you what they can put on the burritos or tacos, just that they don't say that some things cost extra, so take care, better ask for additional costs, the whole menu system is quite complicated, you can have a drink but not every drink is included in the menu price. In the end I refused to pay the additional costs because no one told me, the exact same happened to my friend, but he paid in the end. I think this is very manipulative and incorrect. The employees gave me the food anyways, but still I felt super unwell in this situation. Thats why I won't eat there again.

The staff was unfriendly and listless. 4 people behind the counter and is asked after 10 minutes. Hygiene wasn't very good either.

Chidoba, the Mexican fast food restaurant in the mall, pleasantly surprised me! Despite the unusual location, the food offered an authentic taste experience. The selection of ingredients for burritos was varied, fresh and delicious. Service was quick and efficient, which is especially important in a shopping center. Prices were reasonable for the portions and quality. Overall, a great option if you're looking for a quick yet tasty Mexican meal, even in the midst of a shopping rush.

The fries were still cold in the middle and on the sides, I was made fun of because I mispronounced Cajun and my receipt was thrown away even though I said yes when asked if I wanted it.

Ich habe hier schon oft gegessen und bin von der hervorragenden Qualität der Speisen beeindruckt. Dies ist definitiv ein Muss für alle, die die mexikanische Küche lieben! Besonders möchte ich die herausragende Arbeit und den exzellenten Service von Jack loben. Er bereitet jede Mahlzeit mit großer Hingabe zu.

Hatte zwar nur eine Taco der war lecker. Das Ambiente ist so lala je nachdem woan sitz.

Authentischer Genuss der mexikanischen Küche. Geschmackvolle Gerichte wie Guacamole, Tacos und Quesadillas begeistern. Herzlicher Service und aufmerksames Personal machen den Besuch unvergesslich. Die farbenfrohe Atmosphäre spiegelt Mexikos Erbe wider. Ein Muss für Liebhaber der mexikanischen Küche :)

Super lecker! Kenne die Fast Food Kette aus Frankfurt und habe die Filiale in Wiesbaden am Hauptbahnhof probiert - wie immer, richtig gutes Essen!

Ich mag den Service und das Essen sehr gerne. Es geht alles schnell, und man kann ziemlich gesund sich ein Gericht zusammenbauen. Durch soviel Optionen, wird einem auch nicht so schnell langweilig.

Das Essen schmeckt gut und bei den meisten Produkten ist das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis in Ordnung. Doch schon mehrmals muss ich mich über Magenschmerzen und darauffolgende Toilettengänge beklagen.

Wir haben das erste Mal bestellt und bestimmt NICHT das letzte Mal! Das Essen war super lecker und trotz Lieferung noch heiß! Alles hat sehr frisch ausgesehen und geschmeckt.

Ich war vor ca 2 Wochen dort und komme leider jetzt erst dazu meine Bewertung zu schreiben. Ich bin schon in einigen Chidoba Filialen gewesen und in dieser Filiale ist mir besonders die Freundlichkeit & Herzlichkeit aller (!) Mitarbeiter aufgefallen. Vor allem Jack ist zu allen Gästen, egal ob groß oder klein sehr hilfsbereit! Das Barbacoa Fleisch ist super zart & saftig. Alles ist sauber & ordentlich! Absolut ein Besuch wert :)

Super lecker, tolles Ambiente. Peppercorn-Fries und Chilli con carne sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es lohnt sich für einen kurzen Abstecher vorbei zu kommen. Mit diesen guten Preisen und dem guten Service, kann keiner mithalten👍👍

Immer nur Top Qualität, super freundlicher Filialleiter! Haben meistens Veggie Crunchwrap und Veggie Tostado und waren Immer voll zufrieden! Da wo ich jetzt wohne gibt es kein Chidoba und deswegen freuen wir uns immer, wenn wir in Wiesbaden sind (wo es sogar 2 gibt!!):)
