Das Essen ist super, aber es ist immer laut.

Ich hatte nie in Deutschland solche Biryani gegessen,da viele Restaurant nicht um Biriyani zu machen kennen , aber SWAAD hat in Köln sehr leckere Biryani vorgestellt,mit dem neuem Rezeptur , wie genau Hyderabadische richtige Süd indische Geschmack hier gibt , ich kann mehrere Sterne geben ,leider gibt nur 5 Sterne dabei Ich kann allen süd inder*innen empfehlen,hier mal muss den Geschmack ausprobieren

Das Essen war sehr lecker, dennoch haben wir über 2 Stunden gewartet, da wir online bestellt haben!!! Tipp:2 Stunden vorher bestellen

Sehr nettes kleines indisches Restaurant mit extrem freundlicher Bedienung! Wir hatten Chicken Vindaloo und Chicken Tikka und beides war großartig zubereitet, perfekt gegart und sehr sehr lecker!!!

Wirklich eine super tolle Erfahrung. Unglaublich freundlicher Betreiber und unfassbar leckere Essen. Freunde von uns bestellen dort sehr regelmäßig und haben uns das Restaurant empfohlen. Wir dachten eig. bereits den besten Inder in Köln ausfindig gemacht zu haben und haben daher bisher nie dort bestellen wollen. Zufälligerweise waren wir gestern jedoch in der Nähe des Restaurants unterwegs und haben einfach mal einen Abstecher dorthin gemacht. Wir wurden so dermaßen positiv überrascht! Nun haben wir wohl auch einen neuen Lieblings- & Go-To-Inder für Bestellungen:) Alles ok allem eine sehr ehrliche und authentische Erfahrung. Die Menschen sind super freundlich und herzlich dort. Und natürlich ist das Essen zudem einfach hervorragend!

Wir waren heute ganz spontan hier indisch essen und sind total begeistert. Super leckeres Essen, alles frisch zubereitet und geschmacklich wirklich top. Besonders die herzliche Besitzerin hat den Abend noch schöner gemacht. So freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend erlebt man selten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung.

Schmackofatz essen. Ich liebe das frisch bruzelnde Chikken tikka. Am besten mit Knoblauchnaan, denn meinen Kollegen sind mir egal. Gutes Preis Leistung verhältnis. Gerne wieder.

Eines der besten indischen Restaurants in Köln. Der Mann an der Rezeption bot uns nach dem Mittagessen kostenlos Mango-Lassi an.

Es war wirklich schön, zweimal dort zu sein, denn das Biryani (vegetarisch/nicht vegetarisch), das Tandoori-Hähnchen und das vegetarische Mutter Paneer waren einfach köstlich. Wir waren begeistert, und auch das Lashi war sehr lecker.

Ich gehe seit Wochen dort mindestens 2 mal die Woche essen während der Mittgspause, schmeckt gut, für mich der beste Inder in Köln. Preis-Leistung ebenfalls völlig in Ordnung.

Wir haben hier essen bestellt und das Butter Chicken war wirklich mit Abstand das beste was ich je in Köln und Umgebung gegessen habe. Klare Empfehlung, wir werden sicherlich auch mal in Person vorbei kommen.

Einfach nur fabelhaft! Egal ob vor Ort oder geliefert – es schmeckt einfach immer hervorragend. Vom Service bis hin zum Essen stimmt hier einfach alles. Wenn indisch, dann definitiv hier! Vielen Dank an das liebe Swaad-Team – schön, dass es euch gibt.

Ich habe schon paarmal bestellt. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Im Moment kann ich nur in diesem Restaurant von hier ein Gericht mit Okraschoten bestellen.

Wir hatten über Lieferando bestellt. Die Bestellung kam über eigene Fahrer und war relativ schnell da. Es war wirklich Sehr lecker.!!!!! Hier wird das Hähnchenfilet gegrillt. Wir hatten Chicken Tikka Masala und Butter Chicken. Beides war extrem lecker.

Das war genau das Richtige! Ein wunderschöner Geheimtipp. Herzlicher Empfang, köstliche Pakoras, herrlich zartes Lamm mit einem perfekten Naan. Die Gewürze waren perfekt abgestimmt, die Portionen genau richtig, und das Naan war einfach himmlisch. Der Kellner war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, und ich hatte außerdem zwei leckere Biere. Meine Reise war furchtbar gewesen, aber jetzt fühle ich mich wie neugeboren.

Wir nutzen ausschließlich den Lieferservice - aber wir lieeeeeeeeben Butterchicken, Naanbrot garlic und die leckeren Minze und Mango Saucen.

Swaad in Köln ist ein charmantes kleines indisches Restaurant, das wirklich köstliche und authentische indische Gerichte serviert 😋. Das Essen erinnerte mich an selbstgekochtes Essen – frisch, gut gewürzt und einfach lecker. Ein besonderes Lob an Sandeep, der uns herzlich begrüßte und unsere Bestellung aufnahm. Seine überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Art trug zu einem noch schöneren Erlebnis bei. Die Preise sind sehr günstig, und die Naan-Brote sind riesig – eins reicht locker für eine Person. Ein toller Bonus: Zu jedem Gericht mit Soße, wie zum Beispiel Kadai Paneer, gibt es ein Naan oder Reis gratis dazu – wirklich großzügig! 👌

Nach einem langen Arbeitstag kamen wir hierher und waren von dem leckeren Abendessen positiv überrascht. Wir hatten Matar Kheema (Hühnerhackfleisch mit Erbsen) und Aloo Baingan (Auberginen-Kartoffel-Gericht). Das Kheema war das Highlight, da man es in deutschen indischen Restaurants eher selten findet. Das Aloo Baingan war ebenfalls lecker, wir würden uns aber wünschen, dass die Auberginen beim nächsten Mal geschält werden. Der Gastraum ist recht klein. Hoffentlich bieten sie bald mehr indische Spezialitäten an, wie zum Beispiel Streetfood und südindische Gerichte.

Ich war jetzt schon mehrfach im Swaaw und bin jedes Mal begeistert. Das Restaurant hat eine moderne, aber gleichzeitig gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die Speisen sind frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und geschmacklich wirklich hervorragend. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und authentische Aromen gelegt wird. Auch der Service ist absolut positiv hervorzuheben – freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Egal ob Empfehlung zur Speise oder Getränk, man wird professionell beraten und fühlt sich als Gast gut aufgehoben.

Mein Besuch im Swaad war einfach fantastisch! Schon beim Eintreten wurde ich herzlich empfangen – das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt mit echter Herzlichkeit dafür, dass man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Der Service war hervorragend: schnell, professionell und immer mit einem Lächeln. Das Essen war ein absoluter Genuss! Jeder Teller war liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt. Besonders das Butter Keema war einfach himmlisch – man schmeckt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und hochwertigen Zutaten gekocht wird. Auch das Ambiente ist wunderbar – gemütlich, sauber und mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, die perfekt zu den authentischen Aromen der indischen Küche passt. Das Swaad ist ohne Zweifel eines der besten indischen Restaurants, die ich kenne. Wer authentisches indisches Essen, erstklassigen Service und ein herzliches Team sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Was here with family for dinner. Very good place for Indian food. chicken and Mutton Biryani was excellent. Especially Tandoori Chicken was ultimately tastier. One of the best tandoori. Highly recommend this for good Indian food.

I usually get delivery service (inhouse wasapp) but today we went to eat in. Lovely patio in the sun with or without shade. Food delicious : Bhuna Masala, Jalfrezi, chili chicken, Korma, Butter chicken. We are working sour way thru the menu 😂😂 Garlic Naan bread and pappadams also great. Everything delicious and far away from the hustle bustle of the city. Great prices and more authentic than any of the city restaurants I’ve tried so far… Thank you and see you again soon

We've been ordering from Swaad for years now, and I can't stress enough how AMAZING the food is! I've never eaten Indian food this good. (For my Western palate, anyway :-)) The price/performance ratio is more than fair. Meat dishes aren't skimped on either the meat or the sauce, and the naan is always warm and fresh when it arrives. As long as Swaad continues to deliver, we'll continue to order from there whenever we're craving Indian food. You guys are doing a great job! ⭐️

We had a wonderful evening at Swaad – the food was simply fantastic! I would particularly like to highlight the paneer dishes: The paneer was wonderfully tender, the sauces wonderfully seasoned, and full of aromatic depth. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the traditional preparation. The paneer is homemade. The lamb dish with rice was also an absolute delight – the meat was buttery tender, perfectly cooked, and wonderfully seasoned. The spices were intense but balanced – exactly what you would expect from authentic Indian cuisine. The ambience is tasteful and inviting, and the service was very friendly, attentive, and warm. If you want to enjoy Indian cuisine at the highest level, Swaad Cologne is the place for you. We will definitely be back when we are in Cologne again! Our children loved it too.

I love this store. I don't like eating outside because of it A) is not always nutritious enough, B) is expensive and C) because I don't know whether Teflon pans are used for cooking/frying. (This eternal chemical is not a joke, but a disaster) But here the price-performance ratio is right, you get nutritious food and today I was able to observe - with my chef's eyes - from the checkout that they apparently use decent stainless steel pans here. So without Teflon. That makes me even happier. I was able to really enjoy my meal afterwards. That's why I'm very happy with this review

We ordered here today for the first time, but definitely not the last time. Ordering via WhatsApp went smoothly and the promised 10% discount was taken into account straight away. The size of the portion was decent, I was particularly pleasantly surprised with the Garlic Naan because it was really a big piece, in most other Indian restaurants they are probably half as big 😅 We had the Chicken Korma and the Chicken Tikka Masala and both tasted excellent. The chicken was really very tender. In terms of price, I think it's totally okay. Price-performance ratio is right here. We will definitely order here more often.

The Indian restaurant with the fastest inflation in Cologne. When I entered the small restaurant, the dish I ordered still cost €11.90 according to the poster in the window. When I wanted to pay it suddenly cost €14.90 and the owner had meanwhile covered the old price with a handwritten note and scotch tape. Despite my complaint, they brazenly insisted on the higher price. I then paid, but even though the food was tasty, I'll never go there again.

The butter chicken is particularly recommended for very tasty Indian dishes. You can have the dishes delivered or enjoy them in peace and quiet on site. Deliveries have always been quick and the food arrived hot. Everything perfect! I will gladly come again!!!

Service here is always very bad. The waiter brings the plates forgets the cutlery. Last time we got them ourselves. Taste of food has not been the best since they started. Only the dum biryanis taste good. We’ll take a break from this restaurant, maybe service will improve in the future..

A great little restaurant with take away and delivery service. We ate on site and loved all the dishes. The enthusiasm about the food was only topped by the young man who served us and, according to his own statement, represented the actual owners. We haven't had such friendly and accommodating service in a restaurant for a long time!
