Delicious food! We've tried several vegetarian/vegan dishes and were delighted every time. It's well worth paying a little extra for!

Good healthy and tasty indian food in Köln. I just remembered the viral videos in Instagram of Bhasin and decided to check on. Mango lassi was tasty. The laccha parantha and garlic naan was delicious. Coming to curries, butter chicken which had to be the best dish served was not satisfactory. The tomato puree in it was a bit undercooked and could feel the rawness but the chicken was tender. The aloo gobi and karahi paneer was good. Best part is no colors used and no unnecessary addition of butter. Overall a good meal in midst of Köln!

This is the worst Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at. We ordered €90 worth of food, pre-ordered it for pickup, and when we arrived, we were told it would take another 5 minutes. In the end, however, we had to wait 30 minutes. Everything was packed in a single paper/cardboard bag, which ripped before we even got home. The food was by far the worst in terms of taste and quality compared to any other Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at. The naan bread was so bad it tasted like cardboard. An extremely disappointing experience – poor service and terrible packaging. I will never order from here again. This is the worst Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at. Uncomfortable, bad smell, too little space

We actually discovered this restaurant through their entertaining social media channels and decided to eat here during our last visit to Cologne. I'll try to keep it brief: Service: Excellent Food: The best Indian food we've ever had Waiting time: Virtually none Value for money: More than fair In short, it was a lovely evening with fantastic food, and we'll definitely be back. For those arriving by car, I'd recommend arriving a few minutes early, as parking is rather limited in Cologne, but that's to be expected.

A nice selection. I ordered the mixed platter. Very good value for money. What bothered me was that my request to swap two dips wasn't understood. I pointed it out on the menu, it was confirmed, and then... nothing. My feedback was noted. This confirms the impression that you're not understood. Very disappointing.

Excellent meal for 2. I was visiting my son who lives in Kalk, he suggested this restaurant We turned up after I met, who I guess is the owner. He told me the food was very traditional. The food was brilliant. Well worth a visit enjoy the cuisine cuisine. We had a chicken tandoori and a lamb sag with roti and 2 beers. Excellent.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The interior is beautiful and lovingly decorated. We felt welcome and comfortable. The service is excellent: they offer advice to those who are undecided :-) The food was delicious and fresh, and the plates were warmed (as they should be). The drinks were fresh and cold (the chai was hot). The washrooms were clean. The place is marked. We'll be back very soon! My wife and I ate at this Indian restaurant yesterday, and it was simply incredible from start to finish! The dishes were delicious, aromatic, and perfectly balanced—a true journey to India. We received excellent advice and were not disappointed. The staff is attentive, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant; it's an excellent place not to be missed!

The food was actually good overall. However, I have to say that the service and the waiter were very unpleasant, and we were constantly interrupted with annoying questions. At the end, when paying, we pointed out that the drinks had been forgotten, to which the waiter reacted rather angrily.

Very tasty food with friendly staff and a traditional atmosphere. The portions are a bit smaller than I'm used to. However, I have no complaints about the taste. It was very tasty, and I would eat there again.

So, when we were first looking for a parking space in Cologne, we weren't sure if we wanted to go to a restaurant there. But we had discovered Bhasin on TikTok and wanted to go there. And it was a really great idea! Everything was clean, friendly, and chic...the food was fresh and hot! And delicious, too! Highly recommended.

So far, we've only ordered here, so I can't comment on the service and ambiance. But the food is excellent. I love the taste of the dishes and am looking forward to eating there again.

We received a very friendly welcome and were seated immediately. A very chic restaurant. The food arrived in 20 minutes. The butter chicken is truly delicious. Rice is always free. The restrooms are clean. Our plates could have been preheated, but that didn't really bother us. The setting was extremely pleasant, and we felt very comfortable. Definitely a very good Indian restaurant. We'd be happy to come back and recommend this restaurant to friends! 😊

We ate there and I was disappointed. I ordered butter chicken for almost €20. Neither of us was full, which is to be expected for €20. The problem was that they skimp on the rice and don't offer second helpings. They're really cutting corners on the wrong things (I mean, rice in general isn't expensive). The food wasn't spectacular, but it was delicious. I think it's a real shame to skimp on something like rice. We weren't even asked if we wanted to share the rice on a plate with two people each; we would have preferred to have it separate. I also spoke to the employee about it and was really annoyed. At first, they said we wouldn't get any rice, but then we received a very small portion and then a nasty comment about the chef being angry with us.

I ordered lamb biryani for a whopping €17. What arrived was rather boring yellow fried rice masquerading as biryani! 😜 There were a few pieces of lamb in it, but the spices must have missed the plane. For that price, I expect more than a snooze of rice. Next time, I'll look for something that actually tastes like India!

We arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation. The restaurant was packed. We were told we'd have to wait about 15 minutes. After five minutes, we were ushered in and served very friendly staff throughout the evening. We also found the food very delicious. If we're ever in the area again, we'd be happy to come back.

The two of us each had an aperitif (Aperol Spritz and a non-alcoholic Hugo), a starter to share and each our own main course. We had reserved in advance because it was a Friday evening. All dishes were very tasty, the selection is very large and there are meat, fish and vegetarian/vegan options. We'd love to come back!

We had a group dinner here and it was a pleasant experience. The staff were professional and polite, always going the extra mile and ready to help whenever needed. The food was delicious especially the Lamb Biriyani and Mango Lassi. The ambience of the place was another highlight. Really loved the dining experience.

Amazing vegan dishes and the best service ever!

The portion sizes are really cheeky for the price. When the little bowls arrived I thought the order had been mixed up. Five pieces of chicken in sauce with rice for €17.90. They definitely maximized their profit margin. In terms of taste, it's OK, nothing special and doesn't justify the high price at all. The food was only lukewarm. I've eaten much better Indian food for cheaper. The service was very nice. The ambience is fine. All in all it was the first but also the last time.

Great shop with authentic Indian cuisine!

The dinner was very tasty. We had starter, main course and desserts. Everything was so delicious and filling. We were very satisfied and we made a reservation and got a quick table within a few minutes. In the end I miss a cafe to drink, there aren't any there. Car parking is very difficult to find.

It was my first time eating Indian food and I have to say the food was really delicious. The portion was a good size so you were full. The service was nice and the ambience was also good. I will definitely come back.
