Very tasty food, cozy shop with friendly people! The online ordering and delivery service are also great. I highly recommend it.

We ordered the food for delivery, so there's no information about the ambiance, reservations, or waiting times. The delivery time given after ordering was correct; it was even delivered a little early. The food (Chicken Tikka Masala - spicy; Lamb Madras - not spicy) was very tasty, and I think the portion size is appropriate for the price. You can choose how spicy you want the dish... and yes, it's delivered as ordered. Don't overdo it. I'm glad I didn't choose "very spicy" and will opt for "mildly spicy" next time. ;) I'd be happy to go back.

Curry up by Kapil Dev ji is an awesome place to have Indian meals when in Cologne. Food is yummy and he is friendly and explains the details about all the items in the menu. We had been there to celebrate a birthday. He catered very well to our taste and made sure that we enjoyed every bit of our food. The menu has large variety of vegetarian options . I highly recommend this place.

Very disappointing. We ordered palak paneer and chicken tika masala; unfortunately, they were only half portions with 3-4 small pieces of paneer and chicken, respectively, in a very thin and somewhat bland sauce. I'm not a big eater, but I've never experienced the portions being too small for me. The quality of the food is below average; perhaps it's better locally? Oh, and the thermal bag used for transport was very dirty on the outside, not exactly appetizing either.

I was here with my brother about two weeks ago, and the food is amazing! The price-performance ratio is also good. I also have to mention that the friendly owner came back especially to open the shop and cook something for us. If you want authentic Indian cuisine in a small, cozy place, this is the place for you.

We ordered food from here and it turn out to be absolutely disgusting experience. The gravy was stale it smelled 2-3 days old, Naan was like rubber. I have been to many Indian restaurants in cologne but No where they serve food like this. Avoid this restaurant at all cost, wonder how come this restaurant is allowed to run with such low quality and poor hygiene food standards

It is unfortunate that Sulz hasn’t any decent Indian food. I’ve tried this place twice now, assuming that the first time I failed to specify my desire for something with spice, or even much flavor. Upon their second failure, I’ve simply given up.

Simply wow! From the owner's hospitality to the appetizers, the homemade mango lassi, and the lovingly prepared dishes, everything was truly perfect. All dishes are our own recipes, and you can taste it. Every single spice is perfectly balanced. We had vegan samosas, paner pakora, garlic naan, and onion pakora for starters, and I have to say, it was simply insanely delicious. Not greasy, wonderfully seasoned, and handmade. It was accompanied by homemade sauces with mango, mint, and tamarind. For the main course, we had malai kofta and lamb bihindi masala. Both dishes tasted like what I imagine an Indian mother would cook. The owner and his chefs cook everything themselves, and you can taste it. I've never eaten such wonderful food outside, which warms me from the inside out. The food didn't sit heavily on my stomach, even though we ate a lot. Nothing was greasy. Finish with a homemade Indian chai, and you can go home feeling satisfied, well-nourished, and revitalized. Thanks to Kapil and his team.

Curry Up is truly a gem for anyone craving authentic Indian flavors. As a regular visitor, I can confidently say this restaurant is a slice of India in Germany. I've tried most of the snacks here, and my absolute favorite is the samosa—crispy, perfectly spiced, and just like the ones back home. The atmosphere is warm and nostalgic, reminding me of my hometown in India every time I visit. A special shoutout to the owner, Kapil, who is soft-spoken and always ensures top-notch service. Small but nice. The food here was super tasty and prepared very quickly. We came with several people and were served quickly. Eating on site is possible, but there is only room for a few people and it was very cold. In the end, card payment wasn’t a problem. I would definitely eat or order there again.

Unfortunately, so far we have only been able to order something and not eat on site, but the service, including delivery, was very good. The food is extremely delicious. It's very nice that deliveries are also made in Vytal and packaging is saved.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic meal featuring Dal Makhani, Salt Lassi, and Kadai Paneer, all served in a beautifully decorated setting with Rajasthani roof designs. Dal Makhani was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, offering a comforting and flavorful experience. The Salt Lassi was the ideal refreshing drink, smooth and just the right amount of salty. Kadai Paneer stood out with its soft paneer, crunchy vegetables, and bold, tangy gravy that tied everything together beautifully. The ambiance, highlighted by intricate Rajasthani roof decoration, transported me to the vibrant palaces of Rajasthan. The traditional motifs and vibrant colors added a unique charm, enhancing the overall dining experience.

We didn't go there but ordered directly from the website and were absolutely not disappointed. Uncomplicated ordering, good prices, great food (had chicken korma and butter chicken with rice, naan and garlic naan), finally an Indian restaurant that takes you seriously when you say spicy. And another plus point for the punctual delivery! Thanks to Curry Up it was very tasty :)

A small but very nice shop. The owner is very friendly. The selection of food is sufficient so that everyone can find what they are looking for here. Individual wishes are also taken into account. There aren't many seats, but it's very comfortable. It's always worth a visit, whether you eat there or take away.

Absolute insider tip! I really enjoy being there! Very tasty, authentic food that is freshly prepared with a lot of love. The owners are incredibly friendly and we always have great conversations. They focus a lot on individual foods and spices and their health benefits. Everything homemade and freshly made. Best Indian Food far and wide in Sülz&Klettenberg. They also have their own delivery service. Just look at the website. :)

Ordered there because of the very positive reviews. Unfortunately, that was quite a failure. The two curries consisted of five pieces of chicken and a relatively thin sauce, plus a rather small portion. The samosas were generally okay. I also missed the almonds etc. in the Korma. Unfortunately, the food was still quite cold when it arrived. What was positive was that it was our own supplier and didn't go through Lieferando. However, when I asked that the food didn't seem that warm, there was no real response. We wouldn't order there again. There are some better Indian delivery services here in Cologne.
