Mega leckeres Essen und große Portionen! Super netter Service, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Große Auswahl für Vegetarier, Veganer und Fleischesser. Wir kommen aus NRW (ca. 260 km entfernt) und würden trotzdem jederzeit wiederkommen. Klassisches Diner-Ambiente – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wirklich empfehlenswerte Location.

Gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Burger. Das Sandwich und die Salate waren auch super. Wir waren in einer großen Gruppe da, hat alles geklappt und es hat allen geschmeckt. Die Wartezeit war recht lang, aber dank Starters und der netten Atmosphäre haben wir die Zeit gut verbracht. Wünschen würde ich mir eine Auswahl des Brötchens, alle Burger haben das gleiche klassische Sesam-Bun.

Wir gehen sehr gerne ins Diner. Super Ambiente und das Essen ist geschmacklich wirklich klasse. Wir werden IMMER super freundlich bedient. Und selbst mit den Kinder, überhaupt kein Problem. Auf der Karte finden Große als auch kleine Gäste was zum Essen.

Ich war schon öfter dort essen mit Freunden und auch Familie. Jedes mal hat es mega gut geschmeckt, alle die Dort arbeiten im Service oder der Küche sind mega nett.

Meine Lieblingsadresse zum auswärts essen. Es ist immer lecker, sauber und man hat mit Ralf zudem immer etwas zu lachen. Top Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen und Getränken.

Gestern Abend, nach Reservierung vor 8 Tagen, 1Std und 17 Min. auf einen Cheeseburger XL und einen Salat gewartet. DAS GEHT GAR NICHT!!! Nach mehr als einer Stunde habe ich mich beschwert, dann kam das Essen in fünf Minuten!! Beim Blick um die Ecke, habe ich gemerkt, dass Kunden mit vollgepackten Tüten mit Essen zum Mitnehmen standen. Der Grund für die lange Wartezeit wurde mit" is viel los" angegeben. Tja, wenn man die Kunden mit Essen zum Mitnehmen bevorzugt, dann ist das inakzeptabel. Geschmeckt hat das Essen nach der ganzen Warterei/Aufregung auch nicht mehr. Das Ambiente und der Service lassen auch zu wünschen übrig.( Bin Kundin seit der Eröffnung vor 10 Jahren) Keine Weiterempfehlung

Es ist ein kleines Lokal, das mal voller, mal weniger voll ist. Wir bestellten Pulled Pork, knuspriges Hähnchen und Pfannkuchen. Pulled Pork und Hähnchen ließen etwa eine Stunde auf sich warten, die Pfannkuchen für meine Tochter kamen dann fünf Minuten später. Das Pulled Pork war lecker, aber ich fand, es war etwas zu viel Soße drauf. Das Fleisch selbst war okay, aber das Brötchen hätte besser sein können. Die Fleischqualität des Hähnchensandwiches war ziemlich schlecht. Die Steak-Pommes waren auch nicht der Hit. Der Oreo-Milchshake schmeckte gut, war aber ziemlich dünn. Man merkte, dass der Besitzer sich Mühe gab und er wirkte nett, aber ich denke, es sollte noch ein Kellner da sein. Sie schienen zu beschäftigt zu sein, um nach den Tischen zu sehen. Meiner Meinung nach war es den Preis leider nicht wert.

Spare ribs waren eine 10/10! Sehr lecker

Delicious food and incredibly friendly service. We arrived around 1:30 pm with our family of five, and even though the diner closes at 2:00 pm, we still managed to get something to eat. Excellent service! 👍👍👍

The food was absolutely delicious. It couldn't be better. 👍 Different rolls? No problem. Just ask. Perfect. Okay, the beer garden could use a bit of improvement (which is why it gets 4⭐️ for the well-kept interior)... But it's not that bad, and it's irrelevant to us.

We've always enjoyed coming here. But the quality has declined in many areas: Service: 1. You stand cramped in the entrance for several minutes. Even though the manager himself can see you standing there the whole time, it's more important to him to finish his conversation with the bartender. 2. We had to wait over an hour for ONE appetizer platter. The place was only 2/3 full. The excuse was delivery service. So, better to order from home than go?! 3. The main course for 4 people took another half hour. In between, we weren't even asked if we wanted something to drink. 4. It was already very cold in the place, even with our sweaters on. My request to turn on the heating was accepted. Nevertheless, it was still ice cold at the end of the evening (after about 3 hours). Food/Drinks: 1. Frozen food that wasn't even cooked through. We were so hungry that we didn't even care that the chicken wings were still ice-cold inside. So much for everything being homemade. 2. A wrap that was completely overloaded with honey-mustard dressing and was just dripping. So it wasn't enjoyable anymore. 3. The burger and fries were okay. 4. It just took too long for fast food. 5. Arizona iced tea from a small disposable plastic bottle )-: All in all, I could have made this at home, and it would have been cheaper and faster, and it wouldn't have frozen.

Great burger, even with a different bun (just ask), super quick, even with the frozen bun (25 minutes). Looking forward to the next meal.

I can't agree with all the positive reviews. In short: Food = lots of frozen/convenience food and questionable taste. (In my case, starter plate, steak, ribs) Atmosphere = has nothing to do with America, and some of the seat cushions are broken. Service was the best; the gentleman was nice, but he also disappeared for 10 minutes to deliver something and/or pick up his Amazon package. First and last time for me. I've heard from others that the burgers are pretty okay.

A wonderful experience at this American-style restaurant. I chose a Caesar salad: perfectly seasoned, well-cooked chicken, fresh and crisp vegetables—no complaints. We also tried a chicken burger, also very good quality, tasty, and well-prepared. The fries were excellent, crispy and golden brown, a real treat. The service was pleasant and efficient from start to finish. I recommend this place without hesitation for a simple, delicious, and well-executed meal.

Absolute favorite burger joint!!! We go there often and love it. The vegan and meat burgers are delicious and highly recommended :) Tip: The hot burger and the fries with hamburger sauce :)

A wonderful little restaurant! I was truly captivated by this cozy restaurant. The dishes were not only delicious, but also lovingly prepared and beautifully presented. You can immediately tell that the food is cooked with fresh ingredients and a lot of heart. The decor is tasteful and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere – perfect for feeling at home and enjoying the evening. I would especially like to highlight the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. You feel welcome from the very first moment. I highly recommend this restaurant and would gladly return!

Highly recommended ! We all ordered the vegan burgers (most of them, I think). They can hardly be distinguished from burgers with meat and are very tasty! The service is very good and not intrusive. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

What a nice dinner! Completely in American old style, super fun! Friendly employees, delicious food, good atmosphere and for a very nice price. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back. The nachos with pulled pork were especially delicious and we really enjoyed them.

The vegan hamburgers could have been a bit more flavorful, but at least they had plenty of lettuce, tomatoes, etc. The staff was super friendly, and the restrooms were clean and nice. Prices are normal by today's standards. Vegan burger with fries €12-13.

We come from Düsseldorf and were there for the first time today. - the burgers were great - very rich selection of dishes, drinks and even desserts - the store is extremely clean & inviting - Prices are fair - Service/operation super friendly & accommodating Overall a great shop and the owner is a very nice and charismatic gentleman who runs his business with passion. You can tell that he cares about the well-being of his guests.

The location is recommended, the food is excellent and the price-performance ratio is reasonable. The service, on the other hand, needs improvement due to the inexperienced staff. One or two training courses are recommended for this purpose.

We went to Svenja's diner for the first time today. And we were all completely satisfied. Everything was very tasty, fresh and quickly prepared. Wishes are catered for and children are very welcome. The food is always great, as is the ambience. We had dinner today and were more than satisfied. Above all, we are surprised that you can find such a nice and child-friendly restaurant, with kids menus, cutlery and cups for children and extra coloring books and colorful pens It's not a given and you feel welcome when you go out to eat with children. We were here for dinner and as always it tasted great. The burgers are great and the salad with the balsamic walnut sauce is awesome.

Nice place, probably based on American style. More appearance than reality, the food looked good, but was rather bland and very expensive. Service was a bit pushy on Valentine's Day to get rid of cake. Given the prices, a piece could have been free for the wife as a nice Valentine's Day special. But yes, just try it yourself first.

I like to come by occasionally and it has always been very tasty. I can only recommend it. Everyone is always very friendly but depending on the company, the order takes a little longer. That wasn't usually the case for me, as I was usually there very early.

Note: When we were in the restaurant, there were two families next to us. 7-8 customers in total. After ordering I waited 50 minutes. The food was normal, not very tasty, and not terrible. This restaurant is clean and looks good. But because of the reasons mentioned above, I don't want to come next time. Maybe it's better to order something for delivery than to visit in person

So it was a bomb again We are always so enthusiastic about the food and the team, we don't even care about the almost 50 km journey. So about my food, I haven't eaten such great spare rips as I did there in a long time. So every way, no matter how far the distance, it's worth it!!!!!

Nice and cozy restaurant with a nod to the 50's/60's. Food was very tasty and the staff super friendly. Small point of note, music from the 50s / 60s would have been a little more appropriate. And maybe a jukebox. But otherwise a really top restaurant

It's great that there are even 3 vegan burgers on the menu! We were also offered vegan mayo. It's just a shame that there wasn't much vegan food in the other sections of the menu.

Today I ordered a salad with strips of rump steak. Salad portion was good, the salad dressing was great but unfortunately the rump steak strips were A. no strips but pieces and B. Unfortunately very very dry, a shame. I have to say that I weighed the portion of rump steak and at 65g it was very little for the price of the salad. Still a good restaurant and very tasty burgers.

I ordered the pollo wrap. Unfortunately for the price it's quite bland and nothing exciting. My colleague had a rump steak that wasn't the desired level for the price. Too bad. According to her, my friend's burger was ok. The fries were very tasty and the service/staff was very friendly. The chef personally checked several times to see if we liked everything. The atmosphere was very cozy!

Cool diner with delicious dishes. Friendly service. Large portions, also vegetarian and vegan dishes, kids menu... You can stop here if you feel like burgers etc., 100x better than the big, golden M. 😁

The xxxxl Farmer Burger is large and extremely tasty..., the cheeseburger is also very tasty. The service is very friendly and responds to the customers' wishes. I'll definitely come back.

Great atmosphere, at least inside. The food was great. However, we had to wait 2 hours. Which wouldn't have been bad at all, because the waiting time was announced due to a lack of staff and a full dining room. But the table next to us arrived 45 minutes after us and was already eating before we even got anything. Apparently the receipt was "accidentally" swapped due to vitamin B. And not even the appetizer, which was deliberately ordered to pass the time and consisted of appetizers fried within 10 minutes (nuggets, mozzarella sticks), made it to our table in less than an hour and a half. Very unfortunate. Even the really nice manner of the boss and the delicious burgers no longer helped the mood.

Svenja's Diner has been our favorite for a while. It's always nice to come back again and again. The changing promotions and always new burger creations and seasonal burgers are really great and delicious. The service is warm and quick. Delivery can also be made, which usually works perfectly. Sitting in the diner is of course nicer ;) We always feel like we are in good hands and will come back again and again in the foreseeable future. Thank you for all the effort you put into the diner, it's really worth it! :-)

Was there for the first time. I'm very happy with everything, the wait was worth it, the burger and fries were very good.

Reserved a table and still waited 2 hours for the food. After the food finally came it was still wrong. The food didn't taste good at all. It wasn't really warm. I won't eat there again.

In a span of 2 hrs we only had our drinks 🍹 the food was good but Jesus, not even an appetizer or anything in 2 hrs. We also were not getting refills or anyone coming up to see if we needed anything.

Visited last week and the place is nice and diner like with great music. There was only two other groups/couples in the restaurant. We ordered burger and fries + a coke and waited... It took 35-40 minutes to get the food and when we got it the fries was not fried properly but very very soft on the outside, we told them and they offered to dry them some more... Seriously a fresh portion but dont fry things twice. Burger was Ok but nothing special and way to expensive for what it was

We were there while passing through and treated ourselves to 2 burgers (schnitzel/cheese) with fries. Service very friendly and service-oriented. The food came to the table fresh and quickly, nicely prepared and was eaten with relish. Not art, but delicious 😋 Nice little diner that makes a decent impression. 😃👍🏻
