Das Sushi ist absolut nicht dem Preis recht ! Wir haben 1.30 std auf unser Essen gewartet! Alle Preise auf der Karte sind nicht aktuell man musste immer nach fragen wie viel etwas kostet! Der Reis war noch halb roh …! Der Fisch (Thunfisch, Lachs) haben nach nix geschmeckt….. Es mussten die Zutaten für das Sushi extra im Rewe neben an gekauft werden während man dort saß, der Mann wurde um die 4 Mal los geschickt um die Zutaten zu kaufen … Selbst das Rewe Sushi schmeckt um Welten besser !!!!! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen für diesen Preis den man dort liegen lässt …..

Wir essen bei SushiMen seit Jahren. Die Qualität ist immer wieder top und mit dem Pop Up Sushi gibt es jetzt noch eine außergewöhnliche neue Variante. Wir können den Laden vollumfänglich empfehlen!

Supernettes Personal und Super leckeres Essen

Haben das Pop-up Sushi getestet: War wirklich sehr lecker, und ist eine gute Portion und auch perfekte To Go Variante wenn man mal Lust auf Sushi hat. Beim abholen kam mir der Laden sehr entspannt vor und ich würde dort demnächst auch mal essen gehen in Zukunft. Das Personal Vorort war optimal, super freundlich, geht auf deine Bedürfnisse ein und behandelt jeden Kunden mit sehr viel Liebe, man bekommt nicht so ein Massenabfertigungs Gefühl wie in vielen Sushi Läden.

Mega leckeres Sushi. Wir haben hier schon sehr oft Sushi bestellt und es war immer hervorragend! Die neuen Popups sind nicht nur wie gewohnt super lecker, sondern auch richtig gut als "Sushi to Go". Gerne wieder :-)

Es ist immer wieder eine Freude hier zu essen. Für mich ist es das Restaurant mit dem besten Sushi, das ich jemals gegessen habe. Es gibt eine so vielfältige bunte Auswahl, dass jeder hier das für sich passende Sushi finden wird. Auch die neuen Popups wissen zu gefallen, sehr praktisch für jemanden, der leckeres Sushi für unterwegs essen möchte. Ich kann Sushimen jedem empfehlen, der auch nur ansatzweise etwas mit Sushi anfangen kann. Daher: Guten Appetit!

Haben Sushi und etwas Fingerfood bei Sushimen ins Hotel bestellt. Das Sushi war sehr lecker 👍🏻 vom Fingerfood hatte ich mir etwas mehr vorgestellt, war aber trotzdem lecker. Bevor hervorheben möchte ich aber den Service. Der war hervorragend. Wenn wir mal wieder in Hamburg sind kann ich mir sehr gut vorstellen bei Sushimen zu bestellen.

Ich war heute das erste Mal dort Sushi essen und bin wirklich begeistert. 🍣✨ Die Qualität vom Sushi war unglaublich frisch und man hat sofort gemerkt, dass dort mit viel Liebe gearbeitet wird. Geschmacklich wirklich eines der besten Sushi, das ich seit Langem gegessen habe. Auch das Ambiente war super angenehm und modern, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Alles war sauber und schön angerichtet. Man merkt einfach, dass dort Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann den Laden wirklich nur weiterempfehlen! 🤍

Wir wollten diese neuen gehypten Rollen ausprobieren, meiner Meinung nach mit fast 20€ pro Rolle aber viel zu teuer, geschmacklich okay, hab schon bessere frittierte Sushirollen gegessen, ist ja Geschmacksache. Wegen des Preises und des nur OK Geschmacks vorn mir trotzdem nur 3 Sterne.

Dümmste Idee mit diesen dummen Kapseln. Ist einfach aufgegangen und das beschissene Sushi ist raufgefallen.

Über eine Stunde warten für mittelmäßiges Sushi , Katastrophal. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Stündige Versprechungen von wegen „dauert noch 2 min“. Finger weg, wenn man nicht seinen halben Tag verschwenden will!

Ich habe für eine einzige Roll 50 Minuten gewartet. Das Restaurant war leer und die Frau an der Kasse hatte NULL Ahnung. Überteuert und nicht empfehlenswert.

Nachdem wir schon mal ala carte hier gegessen haben und zur Abholung bestellt hatten, und jedesmal sehr begeistert waren, gestern dann All You Can Eat mit meinem Sohn. In kurz, unsere Erwartungen wurden komplett erfüllt. Von unserem vorherigen Besuch wüssten wir, dass es beim AYCE eine Auswahl an Rollen gibt, nicht das komplette Programm. Da sind aber viele Sachen dabei, die wir auch bei den letzten Besuchen (bei freier Wahl) bestellt hatten. Auch höherpreisige. Ich glaube, bei der Auswahl ist für jeden Fall etwas dabei und es wird nicht langweilig. Gibt auch eine große Auswahl an veganen Rollen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Nach Beendigung der Runde (beim ersten Mal kann man 3 Rollen à 8 Stück wählen, danach jeweils eine) würde schnell abgeräumt und die nächste Bestellung aufgenommen. Natürlich gibt es dadurch immer kurze Pausen, aber es hilft die eigenen Kapazitäten einzuschätzen. Und es vermeidet Lebensmittel-Verschwendung, weil man aufhört zu bestellen, wenn man nicht mehr kann. Qualitativ und geschmacklich wie gewohnt sehr gut. Haben auch ein paar Sachen probiert, die wir sonst vermutlich nicht bestellt hätten, wenn man sie einzeln bezahlt hätte. Bei keiner Zusammenstellung wurden wir enttäuscht, auch wenn es natürlich Favoriten gibt, die doppelt bestellt wurden. Preis/Leistung würde ich als definitiv gut bewerten. Das gilt bei AYCE natürlich nur, wenn man genug isst. Man hat den Preis aber bei 3-4 Rollen raus (je nach dem, welche man wählt), zumal wir gestern sogar 4,99 Euro weniger bezahlt haben, als auf der Karte steht. Habe aber vergessen zu Fragen, ob das generell günstiger geworden ist, oder nur momentan. Die 2h Zeit waren zumindest in unserem Fall ausreichend, die Vernunft hat früher eingegriffen als die Zeitgrenze. Die Getränke-Preise würde ich allerdings eher am oberen Ende ansiedeln. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen schönen und leckeren Abend und sind gut gesättigt nach Hause gefahren. Frühstück brauchten wir heute nicht ;-)

Das Sushi war nicht nur unglaublich frisch und lecker, sondern auch wunderschön angerichtet man hat sofort gemerkt, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt hier in jedes Detail gesteckt wird. Die Lieferung kam exakt zur gewünschten Zeit, was gerade an so einem besonderen Tag einfach perfekt war. Vom Kundenservice über die gesamte Kommunikation bis hin zum Lieferanten war alles hervorragend organisiert und absolut reibungslos. Der Service war durchgehend aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell, sodass man sich als Kundin wirklich wertgeschätzt gefühlt hat. Auch meine Gäste waren begeistert und haben mehrfach betont, wie außergewöhnlich gut alles geschmeckt hat. Ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön auch für den schönen Wein das war eine unglaublich nette Geste und hat den Geburtstag noch besonderer gemacht. Solche Aufmerksamkeiten bleiben wirklich im Gedächtnis. Für mich war das eine rundum gelungene Erfahrung, sowohl kulinarisch als auch menschlich. Ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen und kann es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service und das fantastische Sushi!

Wir hatten bei Sushimen "all you can eat" Sushi und es ist mit Abstand das beste Sushi in Hamburg würde ich sagen. Es ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig und die Kreationen sind sehr besonders und außerordentlich lecker. Auch Svanni hat uns bedient und ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und vorallem authentisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden weiterhin bei Sushimen bestellen und vor Ort essen. :)

Das beste Sushi deutschlandweit

Am Geschmack gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Ein gemütlicher und sauberer Ort. Allerdings mussten wir fast 40 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung warten. Meiner Meinung nach war das viel zu lange.

Mein absoluter Lieblings-Sushi-Laden! Sushi Men ist wirklich mein allerliebster Lieblingsort für Sushi in ganz Hamburg. Selbst mein Papa (der eigentlich überhaupt kein Sushi mag) hat hier etwas für sich entdeckt und angefangen Sushi zu mögen. Das alleine sagt schon alles! Es gibt auch viele Vegetarische Optionen. Die Atmosphäre ist absolut super, der Laden ist immer gut besucht und trotzdem bleibt der Service hervorragend: aufmerksam, freundlich und einfach unglaublich herzlich. Man merkt, dass hier ein großartiges Team arbeitet, das jedes Mal aufs Neue überrascht und den Besuch besonders macht. Die Qualität des Essens ist durchgehend top – alles schmeckt frisch, fein abgestimmt und einfach wunderbar. Auch der Wein ist richtig, richtig gut! Ich habe inzwischen die meisten meiner Freunde und Familienmitglieder hierher gebracht und jeder einzelne war begeistert. Ich genieße jedes Mal die Zeit hier sehr. Toller Sushiladen. war heute beim Sushi Kurs. Sehr zu empfehlen. Durften sushi essen und sogar Sushi mitnehmen. Qualität die man schmeckt!

Wer bei Sushi sich ausprobieren will, ist hier definitiv richtig! Wir haben es versucht und ehrlicherweise müssen wir eingestehen, dass es in Ordnung war, mehr leider auch nicht... Der Service und das Ambiente waren wirklich super und unsere Bedienung war auch sehr bemüht. Ich bin mir sicher, dass die Kreationen den Geschmack vieler treffen wird, leider bei uns nicht.

Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Abend! Wir hatten leckeres, frisches und abwechslungsreiches Sushi im All you can eat. :) Wir gehen glücklich nach Hause. Empfehlen kann ich die Sushirolle Rosty, das ist mein persönlicher Geheimtipp. ;) Die Mitarbeitenden sind auch alle super freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Es war nicht unser erster und wir nicht unser letzter Besuch sein.

Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Restaurant. Die Sushi Kreationen waren sehr vielfältig und für jeden war was dabei. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Vegane Auswahl. Teilweise auch glutenfrei :)

Perfekter Abend mit den Mädels, schöne Loungemusik, freundlich- unaufdringlich-charmanter Service, lecker Essen. Sushi is only cheap to take away; prices in the restaurant are astronomically high, and the daily special already costs €50 instead of the €30 advertised in all advertisements. The sushi was delicious, but not worth the price. Besides, you simply can't order many of the nice sets.

Very delicious food and great service! I went there with my boyfriend and was served by the lovely Kaja – super warm and attentive. It was my second visit, and once again I went home completely satisfied. The service was excellent, and the sushi was not only fresh and delicious, but also very varied – there are many exciting variations that you rarely find elsewhere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a cozy spot with special sushi and a friendly atmosphere!

Guys, you recently had a great review and are now ruining it yourself. Maybe you should accept the criticism you're currently receiving instead of arguing against it. The thing about the price difference between the website and the menu is ridiculous, and the argument about the cash register system is unfair competition! You're luring people into your restaurant with false promises. Your sushi is good, yes. But not top-notch! And you want to charge even more for that? You can easily make up for that with the drinks. Speaking of drinks: if Aperol is on the menu, you should serve Aperol and not some no-name product. That's not right! The ambiance is really uncomfortable! It's kind of spooky when the waitress isn't visible most of the time. But when she was there, she was very friendly and helpful! Overall, a disappointing experience!

The restaurant advertises a €40 all-you-can-eat buffet – on the menu, it costs €44.95. Apparently, they still need to update their website. However, the restaurant had already found time to print and laminate the new menus. Strange! Then we saw that some other reviews had criticized the same thing a few weeks earlier. This isn't correct! The sushi was okay to good – but not award-worthy (how did this restaurant win all these awards?). The ambiance wasn't particularly nice, and the background music was awful. I wouldn't go back.

The food is delicious, but €4.49 for a Fritz Coke is extortionate. I agree with the previous reviewers on some points regarding the service. I'm still amazed that they can charge such prices for a Coke.

Waited a long time for our order even though the shop was empty. Then we paid for the drinks, got up and left the shop after 35 minutes. The drinks were very expensive, a disgrace, never again, would not recommend!

We wanted to go out to dinner as a family, but the tables were dirty. The service seemed unwilling to work. The glasses were dirty, and cutlery didn't arrive at first. It's a disgrace to charge €5.99 for an apple spritzer.

Unfortunately, the visit was a huge disappointment. I went for the all-you-can-eat option, which was listed online for €40 but was offered on site for €44.99. After being told there was a separate menu that didn't include everything on the regular menu, we were a bit surprised by the price. When we wanted to order after 20 minutes, we learned that the hot dishes (starters) also had to be paid for separately. So we decided to eat à la carte. We ordered three starters. Two arrived within 10 minutes of each other, and the third never arrived. The actual sushi took over 60 minutes from the time we entered the shop. We ordered the sushi dog, among other things, but how you're supposed to eat it... I'm still not sure. I then ordered a knife to cut the approximately 20 cm long sushi roll, but I got a dirty butter knife with grease and leftovers still stuck to it. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she immediately apologized and was visibly uncomfortable. In general, it seemed to us that she was uncomfortable with the whole process, the waiting time, and the whole experience. She was friendly, but also completely overwhelmed, and she was the only waitress, which normally wouldn't be a problem for seven tables. Unfortunately, she wasn't particularly organized, so she forgot things, and everything took an extra long. We only got plates for the sushi the second time we asked, and not for the appetizers. The fried sushi was tasty, but there are much better quality and more intense flavors available. The regular sushi was also a bit of a disappointment. Happy Eat offers a more intense flavor. Paid €82 for two people with a drink each. Disappointed and not full. I can't understand how this could get 4.4 stars. The best experience of the evening was the hand soap in the restroom, which had a very pleasant smell. The fact that the toilet paper was empty and the lights went out after about 20 seconds wasn't exactly a hit either. I'm just glad we didn't opt for the all-you-can-eat option. That would have only caused more frustration due to the long wait, limited selection, and hefty price tag.

Two of us went for the all-you-can-eat option and were sadly disappointed. We had to wait an hour (!!) for our first round of sushi – a real no-go for an AYCE. The drinks (Coke & soda) also took half an hour. The second round arrived shortly after the two hours you have to eat... the wait times thus render the concept completely redundant. "Eat until you're full" definitely doesn't work. The taste of the sushi wasn't our cup of tea. The drinks are even too expensive by Hamburg standards (€7 for a 0.3 liter soda from a bottle...). The service was nice, but unfortunately much too slow. I came across the restaurant through social media posts and couldn't confirm the impressions I had after my visit. Too bad :(

The sushi is of decent quality. Unfortunately, the service for diners isn't great. The staff was friendly, but it seems as if they have to prepare orders in the kitchen when there's a lot of takeout business. With the AYCE offering, you sometimes wait 15-20 minutes before you see a staff member to order or for the bill. When you're offering something like that for a hefty price of €44.90, you should be "close" to the customers. Furthermore, the website advertises the offer for €40, which is the price I used to make my reservation. This doesn't seem professional and isn't acceptable. This unfortunately dampens my desire to visit the restaurant again. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it, as the rolls are creative.

Disappointing all-you-can-eat experience at Sushimen – unfortunately not recommended Three of us went to Sushimen on a weekday because we had high expectations based on a recommendation from Scartaste – unfortunately, we were disappointed. We opted for the all-you-can-eat menu, but the first round left us stunned: Our order didn't arrive for 45 minutes. When we then wanted to order the next round – while we were still eating – the waiter explained to us in a very unfriendly tone that we had to finish everything before we could order again. In our opinion, this isn't a true all-you-can-eat concept, because the long wait time means you're simply full at some point and can hardly order anything else. Furthermore, you can only order one roll per person in subsequent rounds, which further complicates the process. After we finished the first round, we placed our second order with a friendlier waiter. He promised that our order would arrive in about 10 minutes – but even after more than 30 minutes, nothing had arrived. Finally, another employee (presumably the owner) came over and asked if we wanted to order anything else. We explained that we had already ordered – but it seemed as if the order hadn't been honored. So we had to place it again. By this point, however, we had hardly any appetite left, so we ordered significantly less than originally planned. Overall, the all-you-can-eat menu wasn't worth it for us at all. Furthermore, the sushi selection was rather limited, and appetizers weren't included in the menu – which we found disappointing for an all-you-can-eat offer. Positive: The sushi was fresh and tasted okay. Nevertheless, the overall negative impression predominates: The service was disorganized and at times rude, the concept inflexible, and the processes not well thought out. Especially since we came to Sushimen on the recommendation of Scartaste, we had hoped for much more. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the store. In addition to the review, I would like to address the owner's public reaction: The accusation that we "coordinated" our reviews is unfounded. We wrote our reviews independently of each other – based on a joint visit during which we all had similar negative experiences. If multiple guests have the same impressions, this speaks more to structural weaknesses than to collusion. Instead of taking our objective criticism seriously, it is ridiculed and questioned in general. As paying guests, we expect feedback to be handled professionally – not implicit insinuations. Very tasty! The food was delicious, the sushi perfectly rolled and very fresh. Highly recommended. They also offer all-you-can-eat options. We preferred the à la carte option.

The food was okay, nothing special. But the service was terrible. At those prices, the service should be better. Starters and side dishes are extra. The place is small and the ambiance isn't particularly appealing. It's a shame that not all customers are treated equally. A very disappointing all-you-can-eat experience. There are better alternatives with better value all over Hamburg. To the owner's response: I had such a bad experience that for the first time, I felt the need to write a review! Not fake, just facts!!!

We were really looking forward to our visit thanks to Scartaste's recommendation. Unfortunately, the service didn't meet our expectations. Our order was taken by the driver—not a waiter—which caused some confusion. The sushi selection was rather small, and appetizers aren't included in the all-you-can-eat offer. After 45 minutes, our first sushi order finally arrived—it tasted really fresh and delicious. When we immediately wanted to reorder, another employee—presumably the owner—explained the all-you-can-eat principle to us in a very unfriendly and condescending manner: Reordering is only permitted once everything has been eaten. He was probably already annoyed at having to constantly explain this, in our eyes, pointless concept. After such a long wait, surely we start to feel full? Nevertheless, we placed our second order with the driver—already half-full, of course. Otherwise, we would have come for nothing for an all-you-can-eat meal. The driver said we only had to wait 10 minutes. After exactly 30 minutes, however, the other employee (or owner?) came back to the table and asked if we even wanted to order something, because we'd apparently "been waiting for a while." Our order was obviously forgotten – there was no apology. In the Instagram comments, the restaurant claims that the wait times have now been reduced to 15 minutes – unfortunately, we can't confirm this. Despite the delicious sushi and the Scartaste discount, we, as big sushi fans, won't be coming back. The service and the all-you-can-eat concept were simply too disappointing for us. What a shame.

We were there recently and ordered all-you-can-eat. Your sushi is really delicious, BUT how can you possibly hire a driver as a waiter?? It's obvious he has no idea what he's doing and acts very unprofessional towards customers when it's not even his job! We waited over 40 minutes for our sushi rolls, EVEN IF THEY WERE FRESH. No. This wait time is definitely not normal! Since we waited so long, we wanted to order the next two rolls right away. But our order wasn't taken because they apparently have different rules. Okay, but that's how you explain things to customers in a friendly way! He was totally annoyed (not the driver) and served us very rudely. After we finished everything, we ordered the two rolls from the driver. After HALF AN HOUR, we were told that our order hadn't been taken at all?!?!!?! What a shame. If you're going to offer something like this, you should be well prepared. More SERVERS on the counter and workers in the kitchen!! First and last time...

I've received many recommendations from friends and family in the past... and what can I say? The quality was top-notch! Currently my favorite sushi spot! thx!

If you don't eat sushi here, it's your own fault. It's incredibly delicious!
