Ordered from Lieferando, the spicy tuna crispy roll was not crispy at all, and instead it tasted not fresh. It's like an overnight food. Very disappointed. This cost even 11.90 euro!

A very extensive menu. The salmon sushi was delicious and a large portion. The duck pad thai was okay, but could have used a bit more seasoning. Nice plants in the dining area.

We came here for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is small, with a bit of a diner feel, but is comfortably furnished. The appetizer plate was standard in terms of fried options, but the karaage was very tasty. The main courses were all large and delicious. The bowls, the Thai specialties, and also the crispy rolls. Everything was delicious, and the prices were absolutely reasonable and fair. We thank you for the friendly service and the delicious food.

We went to Sushi World today because we had a "2 entrees for 1" coupon. The ambiance is simple and more reminiscent of a snack bar. The service was okay, as was the food. What we really disliked, however, was that the chef, who was visibly preparing the sushi at the front counter, kept coughing: without a face mask, without turning away from the sushi, without coughing into his elbow. To top it all off, he fiddled with his runny nose and then continued preparing the sushi without washing his hands. I understand that, for example, due to staff shortages, people with colds have to work, but I can't understand how so few hygiene measures can be taken.

We've been ordering here regularly for many years, even before the coronavirus pandemic. The quality is always very good, the portions are nicely sized and well-prepared, the fish is fresh, and the combinations are great. We look forward to our order every time. Whether it's sushi, soup, noodle dishes, or appetizers, we've enjoyed everything so far. Deliveries are also always reliable and fast, depending on the time of day. We've waited over an hour at some other restaurants – that's never happened here. The price/performance ratio is excellent, so we're always happy to go. - Recommended. However, we've never eaten there, only requested home delivery.

We ordered food from Sushi World via Lieferando. The stated delivery time was 25 minutes. After over an hour of follow-up calls, no one was available because the restaurant was closed. After over an hour and a half, the delivery person finally arrived. Upon politely asking, the delivery person began by saying, "without being unfriendly..." This was the last time I ordered.

The two of us were there yesterday. We relied on all the good reviews because we don't go to Cologne often. Well, unfortunately things turned out differently than expected. It's small and you can hear the employees behind the counter all the time. There were probably 6 male employees there. 2 sat directly at a table and you felt like you were being watched. We ordered starters like mini spring rolls which were ok. Let's move on to drinks. I had a so-called "lemon mango iced tea". It was crumb tea mixed with mango juice. The main courses were very dark due to too much soy. Not particularly tasty. It was edible but you're definitely better off at the local Chinese restaurant. You should probably remove the cobwebs and free the plants from dried shoots. Seems very run down and unclean. Definitely not like the pictures. We're definitely not coming back.

The extensive menu meant there was something for everyone. We will go there again. Disadvantage.... No parking spaces.

We ate in the restaurant yesterday. It is very comfortably furnished, the service was very friendly and attentive and the food was very tasty. The prices are super fair and the portions are very large, I even had to have part of my portion wrapped up. We would love to come back and look forward to Suhsi World becoming a little better known! :)

Sushi world gets a clear recommendation from us. Sushi was freshly prepared and we all enjoyed it excellently!!!! The prices are very pleasantly cheap. We forgot to go to the toilets and ask if you can pay by card (then next time). There are random parking spaces along the street! We were lucky 😊 There are no dedicated customer parking spaces. This shop doesn't impress with beauty because it has that typical corner bar charm, even if they tried to create a new look here and there with nice ideas....but it impresses with taste.. and you shouldn't miss that. We'll be back, that's for sure. Many thanks to the nice operators for the lovely evening.

The food was ok. However, it was really an absolute NO GO: I had the Veggie Inside Out Roll - €7. When paying, I unfortunately only paid attention to whether I received a message about the payment on my cell phone. This didn't come, which was very unusual. I asked again whether everything really worked. That was answered in the affirmative. Today - a week later the message came. And without my knowledge, €3 more was simply debited. Absolutely no go to piss off your guests like that.

If I could I would give even more stars. The sushi was more than fresh and a real taste explosion. I haven't had such good sushi in a long time. The employees are top. Like I said, I would give even more stars. So highly recommended 👏

The food was very good and although it doesn't look like it from the outside, there is delicious authentic Thai food here. A bonus is that there is Japanese beer, always recommended. Unfortunately it was a bit full when we were there and had to wait a good 45 minutes for the food, which was a bit annoying and therefore extended the lunch break a bit. However, the service staff were also aware of this and apologized accordingly and were made up for by the food.

Very warm-hearted Bengalis who work there. Was there for the second time now. The first time we went there for Iftar, we got plenty of water and dates. The second time we got water and fried bananas on the house. Price/performance is really great and definitely recommended.

Great place to pick up food. The sushi was exceptionally good (we used the vegetarian options). We had extra ginger and it was very fresh. They served extra soy sauce. The sushi portions were big. Alles schwärmten von Sushi world. Es ist eine alte Kneipe Ambiente alles alt und runter gekommen. Es stinkt nach alten Fett, nicht grade sauber und einladend. Essen war naja ok. Kann man essen aber man kann es auch sein lassen. Gibt besseres Sushi.

Die Einrichtung hatte nichts asiatisches und dass Gemüse war nicht gar!

Eines der besten Sushi in Köln! Liefern auch und zwar genauso lecker wie vor Ort.

Eine eher unscheinbare Gaststätte, die ein wenig nach Kneipe aussieht. Dafür ist das Essen sehr lecker und frisch. Die Portionen sind groß und der Service einschließlich des Chefs super freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr zu empfehlen

Hab über Uber one bestellt. Absolute Geldverschwendung. Kam eine halbe Stunde zu spät, also nach 1,5h. Sushi war furchtbar vor allem die Inside Out Konnte es nicht zu ende essen. Ein paar Stäbchen waren verschimmelt. Also sorry geht garnicht! Bin froh das ich nur vegetarisches bestellt habe.

Wir sind für einen Konzertbesuch in Köln gewesen und der Flyer von Sushi World lag bei uns im Hotel. Also sind wir hingegangen. Da es knackig heiss war kam uns Sushi sehr gelegen! Das Essen war super, die Shushi frisch und die Portionen groß! Wir hatten die Yakitori Crispy Rolls, Maki Sushi Box, Shake Maguro Special Box und Unagi Maki. Der Service war auch klasse, die Reste wurden gerne zum mitnehmen eingepackt! Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Liebe Grüße aus Dortmund!

Sehr leckeres und immer frisch zubereitetes Sushi. Auch das andere Essen ist sehr gut. Ambiente ein wenig Altbacken, wird aber durch die Speisen wieder wett gemacht. Schnelle Lieferung wenn man was Bestellt und es gebracht haben will.

Das Essen ist in Ordnung - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis also gut. Was aber absolut inakzeptabel ist, ist dass die Lieferungen grundsätzlich mindestens 30 Minuten später als angekündigt ankommen, völlig unabhängig von Wochentag und Uhrzeit. Eine Information hierüber erhält man nicht, wenn man anruft und nachfragt bekommt man jedes mal die exakt gleichen zwei Ausflüchte - 1. "Wir haben viel zu tun" - 2. "Ist unterwegs und in ein paar Minuten bei Ihnen". In der Regel vergeht dann noch mindestens eine Viertelstunde ... Das war heute definitiv der letzte Versuch!

Sushi war frisch und lecker! Service sehr freundlich. Ambiente leider etwas runter gekommen. Aber sauber.

Ich war dort Essen schon zum bestimmt 4en mal. Bis jetzt war immer alles top. Ich hatte bei meinem letzten Besuch den Wunsch damit meine Nudeln scharf angebraten werden und das wurden Sie dann auch. Die Portionen zum Verzehr vor Ort im Laden sind sehr groß und man wird satt. Ente mit Nudeln für 12 Euro bei dieser Portion unschlagbar.

Got some good sushi & curry there. Lots of vegetarian / vegan options to choose from, fair amount of food for the prices. Waiting time was short as we were the only occupied table. Soeben ein Chop suey bestellt und leider sehr negative Erfahrungen gemacht: die Soße war wässrig und total fad, das Hähnchen aufgeweicht und insgesamt nur lau warm. Das Restaurant habe ich darauf hingewiesen mit der Bitte mir preislich entgegen zu kommen oder das Gericht zu ersetzen. Reaktion des Restaurants: "Ist ihr Problem, wenn es nicht geschmeckt hat." Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort nicht mehr bestellen. Leckeres Essen und guter Service geht anders.

Wir gehen gerne dort vor Ort essen. Sehr freundliche Menschen hier, das Sushi ist such sehr gut und richtig temperiert. Die Füllungen (Fisch, Avocado usw.) sind reichlich enthalten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das klassische Sushi (Maki etc) war ok, aber auch nichts besonderes. Crispy Rolls ganz gut. Aber die Lieferzeit viel zu lang. Und es war nicht vollständig. Man zeigte sich sehr bemüht und schenkte eine Cola. Aber die Nachlieferung dauerte auch wieder sehr lang und der größte Witz war dann, dass das Essen (Snackteller) nicht genießbar war. Frühlingsrollen Spindeldürr ohne Geschmack, der Rest bestand zu 99% aus Teig. Und vor allem war es auch kalt und matschig. Dafür sind 7,50€ unverschämt. Wenn man zu zweit mehr als 40€ bezahlt für eine nicht gerade große Menge an essen dann darf man schon was anderes erwarten. In Summe bestimmt nicht der schlechteste Sushi Lieferdienst! Aber sicher auch nicht der beste…

„Keine Werbung" bedeutet, dass ich weder einen Prospekt in meinem Briefkasten noch ein Dutzend weiterer achtlos fallengelassener Prospekte vor der Haustür vorfinden möchte.

SUSHI IST okey. Kann man essen. Die Stäbchen sind nicht gut. Es ist frisch , aber nicht alles fest. Fällt sehr früh auseinander. Werde es auch ein zweites Mal probieren.

Habe dort bestellt und der Fahrer sollte um 17:40 ankommen… ist aber um 18:15 angekommen währenddessen war ich schon mit den Leuten im Laden am telefonieren dann kam der Fahrer und alles war gut dachte ich zumindest aber 2 Sachen davon hatten wir nicht bestellt und eine Sache die wir bestellt hatten war garnicht da dann hab ich wieder versucht anzurufen doch seit dem letzten anruf ist die Eliteuniversität besetzt. Ich will mein Geld zurück

Wie auch bei den Bewertungen anderer Kunden bei Lieferando erkennbar, hat das Restaurant offenbar erhebliche Hygieneprobleme. Wir hatten heftigste Magen-Darm-Beschwerden, offenbar zeitgleich mit diversen anderen Kunden. Hier werde ich definitiv nicht mehr bestellen!

Paar Mal bestellt, Qualität ist halt nie top aber sollte man auch nicht erwarten bei den Preisen. Letztes Mal jedoch ganz fischigen Makis und anschließend erstmal 3 Tage Brechreiz. Lieber doch einen sauberen Laden wählen und paar Euros draufzahlen.

Habe heute mal was anderes als Sushi bestellt. Leider sind wir diesmal sehe enttäuscht gewesen . Für den Preis, hätte ich mir was anderes vorgestellt. Wir haben 1 Stunde 30 min auf unser Essen gewartet. Leider sehr fade im Geschmack schwam nur in Soße! Das sushi ist bisher sehr gut gewesen . Das würden wir auch weiter bestellen.

Es sieht etwas shady aus, aber Qualität des Essens ist top, Service super und auch im Verhältnis nicht überteuert. Kein Hipster Schuppen, sondern Restaurant Athmo

The management is from Asia and the taste is perfect. Since we had a bus, they prioritized my order and gave it in just 2 minutes. They know their work properly, just don't judge the restaurant by the looks. It's awesome.
