Never again. I waited over two hours for my order to be delivered and arrive, i.e., Wednesday evening from 8:17 PM to 10:25 PM. (I only ordered vegetarian udon and a vegetarian sushi box.) The driver ignored the instruction "Please DO NOT ring the bell, call instead," even though I had requested it on Lieferando and it was clearly stated on the receipt. The food was unfortunately very salty. Both the spicy sauce for the udon noodles and the vegetarian, deep-fried sushi box were salty. This made it almost inedible... The approximately €32 was definitely not worth it. With service like that, it's a shame not to get any compensation.

Well, to start off well, the sushi itself wasn't bad. It's just that for the price of around €24 including delivery, it was really too low. I was a bit disappointed when it arrived. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to deliver, and that was during the week. What I have to say is that the dip that accompanied the sushi was really delicious. And the lady on the phone, as well as the delivery person, was friendly. But otherwise... not sure if I'd order again.

Unfortunately, only 10 of the 11 boxes were delivered. When we contacted the restaurant, we were told that our maki was our missing fried sushi. We sent a picture of the 10 boxes to the restaurant, as well as a picture of the labeled lids of the boxes, where the number 149 was missing. After we sent the picture, we were told twice that we had received everything. It's very sad that customers are treated this way. On a positive note: we now know where to stop ordering sushi. You should know.

After receiving a large delivery, it turned out that part of our order was missing. Unfortunately, the lady who took care of us on the phone was uncooperative, and after we sent her several photos clearly showing that something was missing, she tried repeatedly to explain to us what the missing part was. She kept changing which box was the one we couldn't identify (there were still 10 boxes out of 11 we ordered). Well, instead of getting the box we paid for, we've now wasted two hours of our lives trying to explain.

We ordered for the third time today and were just as impressed as the times before. Today we had the ramen soup, the udon wok, and of course the Wings Fritt Plate was a must. And our husband also had dessert, and we're now full and happy. Everything was delicious, the temperature was perfect, just like the last two times, and the staff, whether on the phone or the delivery driver, were always friendly. There's still plenty to try on the menu.

We ordered two udon woks today: one vegetarian and one with chicken. We've ordered from there often before, and everything was great, but after Sushi Kaiser moved, we ordered from Lieferando, and they were absolutely oily. Considering there were what felt like five tablespoons of oil in them, with leftover cooking residue from previous dishes, the noodles weren't even crispy. In other words, they were simply heated in lukewarm oil and then delivered...

The food at Sushi Kaiser was absolutely terrible! It tasted like frozen food that felt like it had expired. It was also cold, even after waiting almost an hour for it! I'm shocked this place still has such a good rating. I would advise everyone not to order food there for that price (the picture of maggots really sent chills down my spine). Maybe you should try your food before it's sold. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Do not order here, do not deliver the food! Ordered from Sushi Kaiser via Lieferando while on holiday, received delivery time of an hour and a half, great! Only nothing was delivered, tried to call but the phone was not answered. Ultimately the order was canceled via Lieferando (the next day) and we got our money back. I always order online. It's almost always 3 digits, it's very rare that I'm able to order (for myself) for less than €80. It tastes good too, that's not the problem. The problem is: can't you accommodate customers? You sometimes order three figures and don't even get anything for free? Maybe a small drink or dessert or this Dubai chocolate for free as a customer friendliness? That was the last time I'll order here, spend so much and get nothing back.

Good to go: The sushi was extremely firm and dry. The stickers with the expiration dates were all torn off. The avocado was very noticeably tarnished. Overall there was very little sushi with fish, but we didn't dare try it anyway. Even the ginger was dry. And soy sauce was completely missing. No recommendation for a repeat. Sorry but that is really an absolute disgrace. If the food is no longer edible, it unfortunately has to be thrown away. Especially with sushi. Unfortunately, this is ToBadToGo. I wouldn't even eat it if I were paid the supposed value of 45 euros for it. Really bad and bold!

Among other things, a gyoza soup, what I got was a soup with salmon, shrimp, udon and rice and there was a dead beetle/worm-like insect stuck to the inner edge of the lid? That wasn't so nice. I called the restaurant and was promised a refund for the soup. But I definitely won't order here again.

Today what was delivered to us by Sushi Kaiser was disrespectful. The sushi fell apart (but tasted okay), the soup, the rice + salmon strips, fish nuggets and the chicken skewers were cold! It's actually fun to eat sushi, but today it was like someone completely incompetent had prepared the food, it put us in a bad mood and we didn't even want to finish it. And at a time when there probably isn't that much going on. Hopefully you're working on it.

Ordered via toogoodtogo - I never expected such a large portion for €10. I don't know anything about sushi, but I liked it. It's a shame that I didn't take a look and see that there is "only" wasabi and no other sauce - but that's my own fault. I will definitely order from there again. However, when I entered the store I wasn't sure if I had reached the right door, it didn't look like a restaurant :) since I only picked up the food, I don't know what it looks like there.

The store is not open but is still taking orders through Wolt. Nobody answers the phone. Money was collected, but no one delivered anything and there were still notifications that the food was almost there. Never had such a bad experience. I would prefer to rate it with zero stars...

The sushi over "Too Good To Go" was rubbish. The stuff from the refrigerated section at Lidl tastes even better. What you get is an absolute disgrace. Concrete Sushi. The sticker on the packaging was torn off. Everything ended up completely in the trash. I have never tasted such poorly made sushi. Fie devil! Shame on you! The goods are supposedly worth €45 - I'm not laughing!

Very bad, tastes very cold. Arrived late, very cold, very cold. The chicken was cold ice cream I don't know very cold. The bananas were okay. The sushi was okay too. The rice was okay too but everything else was very cold. It didn't taste good at all, it was very bad to deliver. I actually want to give zero stars, but you have to give one star.

I think sushi and everything else is way too expensive + delivery fees of €3. For that money you can go to a Chinese restaurant. What kind of service is this, unfriendly and I waited another hour and a half for my delivery, no apology, nothing. Sushi doesn't taste as good as it used to and soup tastes different now.

Reviews say it all. To Good to go Total 2€ less than 21€ I think it's less bad but food, well, with a lot of additives. It's a good thing that we'd rather decide on site whether we should buy one or not. Aspartame etc. Help for expensive price bad food is not worth it. It's better to eat somewhere else where it's freshly prepared with as few additives as possible. Ginger was also added very sparingly. Service one star less because we didn't ask if we needed cutlery and napkins. And besides, I would describe it more as a snack.

I picked up 2 of the €6 Too Good To Go bags. Unfortunately, instead of the specified products worth at least €18, both bags only contained food worth around €14. So that you don't notice this straight away, an attempt was made to make the old price unrecognizable using an Edding pen. I feel cheated. There were still a few bags there when I picked up mine, so it couldn't have been due to a lack of ingredients.

Bestellung kam sehr schnell. Gyoza Suppe war mild und lecker, die Tofutaschen schön groß und richtig gut, Maki und Inside-Out top, und der Belag auf dem Nigiri schön groß. Gemüse und Fisch schmeckten super frisch, und der Reis war schön locker und nicht kleiig. Das haben wir bei anderen Sushi Lieferdiensten auch schon anders / schlechter gehabt. Sushi Kaiser gefällt uns eindeutig besser. Klasse, danke, gerne wieder!

I bought here for 7€ as part of TooGoodToGo. I received two small sushi boxes, which I was initially surprised about - no soy sauce, no spicy mayo. Amazed at what little I received, I was even more disappointed when we tried this one. The sushi rolls were incredibly dry and the original price of €10 per box is a complete disgrace. In comparison to this misery, you can get a delicacy for €5 at EatHappy in Rewe and co. receive. It's really a shame about the money and the distance traveled.

Unfortunately both orders ended with disappointment. Second to last time bad tuna in sashimi box. We had to throw everything away. Week later in a sushi box only a single ginger leaf :( very sad. An error can happen. But unfortunately it's been too common for us lately. We have to change our previously favorite supplier.

Wir haben heute hier bestellt und waren recht enttäuscht vom ,,Hähnchen wok”. Das Hähnchen in dem wok war teilweise dunkel grau bis schwarz an manchen Stellen und hat nicht nach Hühnchen geschmeckt. Warscheinlich war es Ente oder etwas anderes. Die vegetarischen frühlingsrollen waren lecker jedoch ist mir vom wok immernoch schlecht.

Habe bei too good to go für 5 Euro Sushi, was eigentlich 13 Euro oder so ähnlich kosten würde, bestellt. Die Übergabe klappte bei dem netten Mitarbeiter schnell und problemlos, aber das ist auch das einzige Gute, was sich hier sagen lässt. Das Sushi schmeckte nicht grade frisch, Ingwer und Sojasoße fehlte in den Boxen völlig. ich habe nichts gegen vegetarische Makis, aber rein vegetarisch ist dann doch etwas langweilig. Wenn man bei einem solchen Programm mitmacht, dann sollten es noch gute, aber nicht mehr verkaufte Reste sein. Und nicht einfallslose, lieblos zusammengehauene Boxen mit kaum noch genießbaren Teilen, bei den die wichtigen Zutaten wie Sojasoße und Ingwer komplett fehlen. Definitiv nicht noch mal!

Ich habe hier eine Tüte von TooGoodToGo bestellt. Als ich die Bestellung entgegennahm kam mir das Ganze doch Recht klein vor. Zuhause schaute ich dann genauer drauf. Es war Sushi vom Vortag (!) es waren sage und schreibe 6 Sushi Rollen drin für die ich 5€ bezahlt habe. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit und ich habe mich verarscht gefühlt. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich habe mich bei ToGoodToGo beschwert.

Das Mittagsmenü war mal besser. Es ist deutlich weniger geworden, dafür teurer und leider schmeckt das Sushi davon manchmal als wäre es vom Vortag. Ich habe kein Problem damit, wenn das Essen teurer wird, aber wenn es quasi ungenießbar ist, dann ist das für mich nicht gerechtfertigt. Leider kam dies öfters vor. Schade!

sollte man hier vorbestellen und eine Zeit zur Abholung erhalten, plant man min 10-15min mehr ein. Es wird sowieso erst angefangen mit der Bestellung, wenn man vor Ort zur Abholung erscheint. Kein Entgegenkommen und keine Entschuldigung. Man soll draußen warten und bloß nicht im Laden Platz nehmen. Ambiente=grottig Service=nicht vorhanden drei mal bestellt & 3 x aufs Wartegleis verwiesen.

Auf der Sushi VIP Platte war für 59.- definitiv nicht die Menge Sushi die beschrieben war. Die Dame am Telefon hat dann nichts besseres zu tun gehabt, als auf meinen Sohn zu schimpfen, der die Platte schlecht transportiert habe und die schöne Arbeit der Köche zerstört habe. Service 6-. Anders als bisher war leider, das was da war auch nicht wirklich lecker. Die Süsswasser Garnele hat nach Fisch gestunken und der Tunfisch war weißgrau. Definitiv keinerlei Empfehlung. Das war das letzte Mal, das wir das probiert haben.

Uns wurde das falsche (viel weniger) essen gegeben und es wurde geleugnet. Wir haben im Wert von rund 80 € gekauft und haben essen im Wert von vllt 60 € gekriegt. Ins wurde dann gesagt dass die Nigiris beim Transport "zusammen geklebt" sind. Wir können zählen. Dazu war die Qualität miserabel.

Vor Ort bestellen erwies sich als kompliziert...und langatmig. Nach 30 min Wartezeit leider komplett Falsches erhalten, was die Wartezeit nochmal hinauszögerte. Evtl am Empfang kompetentere Kräfte engagieren?Die Mitarbeiterin, die es ausbaden musste, war super lieb und hat unkompliziert agiert. Naja, zu Hause wurde dann bemerkt, dass eine weitere Bestellung falsch war..(nicht meine eigene, sonst hätte ich es vor Ort geklärt). Einfach nervig und bei einem Umsatz von fast 50 Euro gab es nicht mal eine Soße o.ä. auf Haus. Schade, aber nicht schlimm, da genug Sushi Restaurants in Bremen vorhanden sind.

Lieferservice ist unterirdisch. Nach 1,5 Std wird angerufen wir haben sie nicht gefunden kommen aber gleich. Warme Speisen werden Eiskalt gelifert. Mitarbeiter vor Ort dürfen keine Entscheidung treffen. Bei unterirdischen Service wird trotzdem der volle Preis verlangt. Zum Glück gibt es Alternativen und dies war das letzte Mal.

Je me suis rendu quelques fois dans ce restaurant pour venir prendre mes commandes à emporter. Jusqu'à maintenant je n'ai pas été déçu. Les produits sont bons et frais, ils sont confectionnés devant vous. Le prix est peut-être un peu élevé mais ça ne m'empeche pas d'y retourner.

Bei aller Liebe, aber das war wirklich ekelhaft. Muss ich so deutlich sagen. Meine Freundin und ich konnten die Hälfte nicht essen, sondern haben es ausgespuckt und weggeschmissen. Für die "Tokio-Platte" haben wir 50 € bezahlt, ich würde sie aber nicht einmal geschenkt haben wollen.

Echt Toller Laden, 2 Stunden aufs Essen gewartet, dann gibt man an das seine Bestellung bitte ohne Pilze sein soll… das Essen kommt an, auf dem Essen steht ohne Pilze drauf und es sind trotzdem Pilze drinne + Essen ist kalt. Nie wieder!

Wirklich leckeres Essen, das Sushi wird mit viel Liebe serviert. In diesem Restaurant muss man etwas tiefer in die Tasche greifen, dafür bekommt man aber ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis

Gutes Sushi ist anders. Z.b. Die 611 geht geliefert überhaupt nicht. Optisch in keinster Art und Weise ansprechend, geschmacklich unterirdisch. Die Nigiris bestehen fast nur aus Reis, immer viel zu wenig Wasabi dabei. Der Ingwer ist seifig.

Die Bestellung ist falsch angekommen, Essen fehlt. Ich habe 8 Mal angerufen, sie haben das Telefon abgenommen und ich habe keine Antwort erhalten. Schrecklicher Service und schreckliche Kundenbetreuung. Wenn sie wenigstens gewarnt hätten, dass etwas fehlt, aber es kam keine Antwort, geschweige denn eine Lösung.

It's a completely different store now, the interior looks completely different, and there's no revolving table either. Everything is different than expected.

The best sushi. From mussels and lamb to sushi, everything is incredibly delicious, and the dessert is another highlight. Definitely try the mochi.

The price doesn't match the quality, in my opinion. I had fried rice with unbreaded chicken for about sixteen euros. The portion was large, but that was the only positive thing I could say about it. The dish had hardly any flavor, the rice was dry, and I was left with an unpleasant, oily aftertaste that I've never experienced before. I'm deliberately giving a harsh review because there are many Asian restaurants in the immediate vicinity that offer significantly better food for the same price. Compared to those, the price-to-quality ratio here is simply off. And that's despite choosing one of the cheaper main courses. The service was okay, even though I was overlooked a few times in the crowded restaurant. But that's not a deal-breaker for me. The place looks modern and clean, but more sterile than cozy. Of course, that's subjective, just like this entire review. In the end, neither my meal nor my colleague's was convincing. Despite the price, the food is rather mediocre.
