Sakura Sushi in Bremen

Food was good but not fully satisfactory. There were not different desserts, only puding and banana sushi (:p) It was not bad, but also not enough options (also for food). Other than that it is a nice place that you can try asian food, but as I said there is not much options. I am happy that I went there but I dont think I would go again.

Good food and nice place to eat if you are looking for something casual. The staff were unfriendly and couldn’t care less if we were there or not.

The sushi is mediocre. Atmosphere like in a train station hall. But the wine is cheap. There are restaurants that have a lot more selection and are even cheaper.

Price performance is good. You can fill your stomach and with 3 people drinking we paid almost 50€ but we were perfectly happy for the rest of the day. The ambience is, as the name suggests, reminiscent of cherry blossoms and functional. The service was also satisfactory. Criticisms such as not enough covers on the food, which were criticized in other reviews, also seem to have been taken into account, as everything was covered for us.

Despite no reservation, a place for 4 people was spontaneously found and assigned. There is no menu. “All-you-can-eat” is offered and billed as a flat rate. This makes choosing easy and eating relaxed. The ambience is very simple and functional. The sushi and all dishes offered are good. The selection of sushi variants could be larger.

I can't understand the great rating. The food is ok, you'll be full because of the quantity, but there's a lack of variety and variety. The atmosphere is bland, light music would have helped a bit. The plates are often damaged. We won't go there again.

I wanted to reserve a table at 7pm but was told that only 7:30pm is possible! When we arrived there were only 3 other tables occupied. That actually annoyed me a bit. But our waiter was actually very nice and made everything right again. Food was delicious as always

Was here years ago, apparently nothing has changed. The sushi is not covered in midsummer or only 5%.

We were there for the buffet. The food was great! And we would love to come back. But I do have one tip: my companion is a vegetarian. Unfortunately, especially with the fried sushi, you couldn't tell whether it was with or without fish/meat...so there were two mistakes...possibly. For example, it would be an idea to use the green plates for vegan/vegetarian dishes, the blue plates for fish and the red plates for meat... this way you avoid mistakes and food waste 😊

We were at the buffet at lunchtime. It's really great that everything is always refilled quickly on the treadmill. We were also asked if everything we wanted was there. We will definitely visit the restaurant again!

Nice place, good food for the price. Was here on a Monday early lunch, just after 12. Paid €31 in total for two people including drinks. Really fair price for the amount of food. Not the best sushi in the world, but worth the price.

Definitely not worth €22!! Abends is the worst! Very few good items, they don't replace the good stuff, so prepare yourself to eat a lot of rice!! Won't come back ever again.

There is no difference between lunch and dinner. Everything is always delicious but the price difference is not fair at all. If you come at lunch time, you eat everything you want for dinner 10 euros cheaper. You should think about it.

Unfortunately we were not served even though we were the only guests. The sushi on the belt was very large and rice-heavy. The belt was just being loaded and everything came out of big boxes. There was also little choice on the tape. We found our lunch somewhere else.

You really get a lot for your money! Very clear recommendation!

Great lunchtime sushi off the assembly line

Great and delicious food, very good value for money, great service and nice ambience. Always happy!!!

The restaurant looks very small and inconspicuous from the outside. We were there for all you can eat lunch and ate off the assembly line. Everything tasted very tasty. In addition to various sushi, there were also a few desserts (including sweet sushi with banana), shrimp chips, spring rolls, etc. The price is unbeatable at €13 per person. Including drinks, the two of us only spent €31.40 for the all you can eat. The staff was very friendly and the belt is constantly being replenished. There is only a small deduction for the ambience. The shop is very small and cramped and a little music in the background wouldn't have hurt. We can still recommend Sakura 100%!

As a vegetarian you can eat great there. You can grab tamago, avocado, cucumber, tofu and banana sushi from the conveyor belt. There are also mini spring rolls, dumplings (?) with spinach, fried noodles, seaweed salad and baked bananas, which tasted amazing. Would like more vegetarian dishes! 🙂 22 euros for all you can eat is also very good. The service staff was so friendly and polite to us and fulfilled our every wish!

We took the all you can eat ones. Cheap sushi, it's not the best food but the quality is good for the prices.

Great concept! Sushi etc. churning out right in front of you. Large selection and everything fresh. Delicious desserts are also included. We spontaneously got a place for the evening on the same day. Nice personel.

Food was tasty. I couldn't complain. Employees were nice. Price is great. Drinks really cheap. I was completely full. I'll be back!!

I can definitely recommend the restaurant. We are very satisfied with the food and the service. The highlight was the various types of sushi, which were all incredibly delicious. I'll definitely come here again. If you're a sushi fan then you definitely have to come by, it's really worth it!!

The food is produced in a clearly visible manner, with the exception of spring rolls and similar products. The quality is good and food that stays on the conveyor belt for too long is removed again. Of course, with more guests there is a larger selection of dishes on the menu, but even with few guests there has always been enough choice to find something for me. The store is quite small, which means you have a pleasantly short conveyor belt and a pleasant noise level.

The food is delicious, the problem was the staff. There were more than 15 minutes left until closing and they kicked us out, they told us that they are closing so we should get up now. Otherwise, all good.

Went here as a couple on a Thursday evening. It was my first time in an "assembly line restaurant". It was really nice to try it out. There was various sushi, various fried foods, seaweed salad, fried noodles, etc. There were also baked bananas, as well as banana and strawberry sushi (be careful with the nori sheet -> slight fish taste). All in all, the food was quite ok. If you've already done a few rounds in the restaurant, you can't expect much... The waitresses were nice.

We are a bit disappointed, we would have liked more individual or traditional sushi, the bedside table was boring. The rice didn't taste good. The shop was clean, but the freshly cleaned table was a bit sticky. The service staff were very taciturn and the service took a long time.

Unfortunately, now all Sakura restaurants are more “Asia All You Can Eat” than Sushi All You Can Eat. It's nice and tasty, but the selection of sushi has decreased significantly in recent years and now the selection of other dishes (fried noodles, spring rolls, calamari rings...) seems to have increased in recent visits. Prices have risen - like everywhere else. We have been coming to Sakura a few times a year for around 10 years, privately and with colleagues, to eat sushi. It's still nice and tasty there. But to really eat sushi, we'll try somewhere else first.

Somewhat cool and neutrally furnished. Hard to beat for price though. Food tastes good. I'm not a sushi fan, but I still got my fill.

We have been here many times and it is always a great experience. Varied offerings and great service.

Ich esse in der Regel alle 10-14 Tage dort das Chicken Katsu - bisher immer 9€ mit Reis, Hühnchen und kleinem Salat - nicht günstig, aber für Mittags ok. Heute wurde mir gesagt, dass Reis jetzt extra 2€ kostet - also Reis, Salat und Hühnchen dann 11€. Ein vergleichbares Gericht kostet ne Straße weiter bei Viet Quan 8,50€ - auf den Preisunterschied angesprochen hört man dann ein - dann geh halt dahin. Und bei der Bestellung wurde mir auch noch Wechselgeld unterschlagen und das falsche Gericht ausgehändigt. Keine Ahnung was da im letzten Monat passiert ist, aber es geht wohl bergab.

Wir waren zum Mittagstisch dort. Sehr freundlicher Service, leckere, hochwertige Speisen, nettes Ambiente. All-you-can-eat für 13 EUR ist außerordentlich preiswert.

Super sehr lecker jede Woche mindestens dort essen

Lecker sind gerne hier, dieser Ort ist gemütlicher wie der andere Sakura. Das suschi ist frisch und ordentlich gefüllt (weniger Reis wie Fisch) uns gefällt auch das es Dessert ( Vanille- Schokopudding und Götterspeise gibt ) das frittierte Fleisch ist mega saftig und zart . Preislich voll ok haben zu zweit mit Getränke und ca32 Euros bezahlt.

Das Sushi ist nicht gut. Große Rollen damit man schnell satt wird und die ganzen Sushi Klassiker waren nicht dabei. Das Personal ist einfach lustlos und schlendert nur rum. Sushi mit Mayo und generell war immer irgend eine Soße drauf die für den Geschmack gesorgt hat. Das Band ist immer sehr gut gefüllt mit Sachen die keiner haben will... und wenn mal ausnahmsweise was interessantes drauf kommt ist das sofort weg. Sorry aber Katastrophe !!!!!

Ich würde mit 0 Sternen bewerten, wenn ich könnte. Plastik im Sushi, unfassbar unfreundliches Personal, auf Wünsche wird nicht eingegangen, Mitarbeiter total lustlos, wir kommen nicht wieder und raten jedem von einem Besuch ab!

Wir haben All you can eat Buffet vom Band gegessen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Vor allem wenn ich es mit Mitnahme Sushi 🍣 vergleiche, wo ich für 8 Stk. zwischen 9 und 12 Euro bezahle. Man kann sich für 22,50 € mal komplett durchprobieren was die jeweiligen Favoriten sind. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Das Ambiente ist ein wenig Kantinen-Charme aber es wird gut nachgelegt und die Servicekräfte sind nett und schnell.

Gutes Sushi und schneller Service

Mittagsbuffet all you can eat für 13€ Essen spitze, wenn auch die Auswahl merklich kleiner ist als abends. Dafür zahlt man abends aber auch 22€. Für uns gab es genügend zu schlemmen an verschiedenen Sushis, Frühlingsrollen, Geflügelfleisch, Obst, Pudding. Es ist relativ eng im Restaurant, nicht barrierefrei, relativ hohe Stufe beim Reinkommen und WC ist eine Treppe runter im Keller. Wir kommen wieder. Für Vegetarier gibt es meiner Meinung nach nicht allzu viel, einige Gurkensushis vielleicht.

Update (Oktober 2023): Leider haben die mir schlechte Inari Nigiri verkauft. Die schmeckte sauer und riecht auch sauer und vergoren. Die Qualität von sushi war nicht so wie gewohnt.... irgendwie waren alle komisch verformt. Ich finde es schade und weiß nicht ob ich wieder bei denen bestellen wird. Update: Leider immer noch kein Tintenfisch, aber seitdem ist die Lachs Qualität SO viel besser?? Wie gesagt, ich esse nichts von Laufband und kann nur die einzelnen Portionen beurteilen. Nigiri separat bestellen ist auch besser als Set 🥰 und Sashimi ist so wert! Hab das Essen von hier bestimmt schon viermal (update: 7 oder 8 mal!!!) mitgenommen/bestellt über Lieferando und es war immer frisch vorbereitet (als ich dort war zum mitnehmen!) und für den Preis kriegt man echt gutes Qualität! Leider gibt es keine Tintenfisch Nigiri mehr.

Auf Grund der Rezensionen sind wir hierher gekommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Absolut köstliches Sushi - wir hatten Takeaway - frisch zubereitet und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal war super freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung. Das Laufband testen wir dann beim nächsten Besuch, dort sah auch alles frisch und lecker aus.

Essen war eigentlich ganz gut, wir sind von dem Sakura aus Hagen aber einen anderen Standart gewöhnt und deswegen etwas enttäuscht, es war alles frisch, hat auch alles geschmeckt nur das gewisse Etwas hat gefehlt. Service ist auch nicht deren riesen Stärke und das Ambiete lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Hygienkonzept find ich auch etwas fragwürdig

Gutes Restaurant. Alles wurde immer wieder frisch nachgelegt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Service nett. Sehr lecker. Preis-Leistung zu empfehlen. Kommen gern noch einmal wieder.

Sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre und eine riesige Auswahl an Sushi. Dabei hat man ohne Wartezeit ständig Zugriff auf verschieden Sushi, die auf einer Transportbahn durch Restaurant befördert werden. Ein muss für alle Sushi Fans.

Das Essen so wie das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (Mittagsbuffet) sind klasse! Man fühlt sich drinnen auch wenn es etwas eng werden kann sehr wohl. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die meisten Teller auf dem Band haben keinen Deckel. Sonst Top! Abends sollte man reservieren da es sonst sehr voll sein könnte.

Vom Essen wie die anderen Sakura Filialen gut. Service freundlich aber etwas überfordert. Das Ambiente sehr hübsch aber etwas eng.

Qualität sehr schlecht geworden. Auswahl klein, die Hälfte ist leer. War jahrelang ein treuer Kunde aber die ist nun wohl leider vorbei.

Wir waren zu zweit am Freitag dort essen. Wir haben vorher angerufen und uns wurde mitgeteilt,dass wir ab 20Uhr erscheinen sollen. Nach unserer Ankunft mussten wir ca. 10 min warten bis wir wahrgenommen wurden.Der "Kassierer" platzierte uns dann. Unserem Wunsch nach einem anderen freien Platz lehnte er ab.Diese blieben bis zu unserem gehen trotzdem ungenutzt🤷 Nach weiteren 5Minuten durften wir unsere Getränke bestellen...das einzige Mal im Verlauf unseres Besuches🫣 Das Sushi war wie immer gut und abwechslungreich. ...und letztendlich waren wir genau deswegen dort. Wenn man aus unserer Sicht etwas verbessern kann,dann die Häufigkeit der Kommunikation mit den Gästen. Bis demnächst 😊

Empfehle sehr dort Essen zu gehen. Das Preis/- Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Das Sushi wird immer frisch zubereitet. Sehr lecker!

The place was dirty and the sushi was not fresh. The salmon had the same colour as tuna. You could both smell and taste it wasn’t fresh. We told the waiter about but he didn’t care.

Das Essen ist hervorragend. Die Auswahl sehr gut und der Service angenehm. Das Preis-Leistungsvethältbis ist super. Wir kommen sehr gerne. Da der Laden - besonders zu Stoßzeiten - stets sehr gut besucht ist, lohnt sich die telefonische Reservierung eines Tisches.

Preis-Leistung am Mittag ist super, auch die Getränkepreise. Am Abend allerdings würde drastisch erhöht ohne große Veränderung des Angebots. Die Erklärung für den deutlich angestiegenen Preis seien unter anderem die Muscheln und Shrimps, von denen war allerdings nichts zu sehen. Da stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht mehr. Die eigentlich warmen Sushi waren kalt und eine winzige Auswahl an Nachspeisen. Für mich absolut kein Unterschied an Auswahl zu mittags und das für 9€ mehr pro Person...

Sehr coole Erfahrung. Essen wurde permanent aufgefüllt und war daher immer frisch. Auch vielfältige Speisen und Nachtisch. Atmosphäre war schön. Reservierung ist von Vorteil, da das Lokal gut besucht ist. Preisliche Mittelklasse, Getränke fand ich relativ günstig

Das all you can Eatbuffet hat 21 € gekostet, was ziemlich teuer für das Angebot war. Das Essen war ganz okay, es gab paar ausgefallene Sachen, aber es war nichts besonderes. Der Service Knarbe ist ein süßer und er war auch ganz nett. Er hat einen Obdachlosen Essen geschenkt. Richtiger Gentleman. Lieben wir. Das Ambiente fand ich ganz hübsch. Insgesamt für dich, aber er zu Kabuki 100 m weiter gehen, da dort viel günstiger ist.

Great all you can eat train sushi place. Costed us for lunch 13 eur June 2023. Nice touch with jelly and pudding. Plenty of fish in the sushi, Wakame salad great too! Not enough wasabi thou. We came about 40 min before closing. Almost no one there and had the place for ourselves.

Großartiges Rotations-Flair! Abwechslung pur, nicht nur der Tellerfarben. Lecker. Angenehm. 5/7 gerne wieder.

Mir fehlt der Vergleich - es war mein erstes Mal "Sushi am Band". Mir hat es geschmeckt und es wurde bis kurz vor Feierabend immer frisch zubereitet und aufs Band gestellt.
